And if you want Sam and me to review that, Sam will start it. And then we’ll look at you doing that. There’s some good people in Massachusetts. Believe it or not, there’s still a few that believe in the Constitution there. And the Republican Party exists there. Not very strongly, but it exists. And we would love to get going on some of these blue states and getting a bigger presence there. And hopefully getting the sheriffs there more involved. There’s a Sheriff Hodson in Massachusetts that we’re pretty close to, and he’s a good man. So Sheriff, I was wondering if you could touch on the subject of red flags instead of being wrecked.
Yeah, red flag laws, we’ve opposed them from the get-go, and we train on that too. Law enforcement cannot cut corners of the Constitution and then pretend that we’re actually keeping people safe. No. Okay. We don’t become criminals and destroyers of the Constitution in order to go after or protect anybody. To arrest anybody, take their property without due process, and that’s what taking a gun. So taking somebody’s gun on a frivolous complaint from an anonymous source, and then I just get to go and take their property from them? No. Never. No. And what if that guy then uses that gun and goes and kills somebody, you should have taken the gun, and you could have saved a life.
My job is to uphold and defend and force and obey the U.S. Constitution. That is what I will do. Okay. I’ll go watch the guy. I’ll go talk to the guy. I’ll just say, look, we’ve had a complaint about you. I better not see anything from you. I did that on my whole career, but I will not force my way into his home, and I will not take his property without due process. I will obey the Constitution, and all of us in law enforcement should do likewise. Absolutely. Sheriff, did you see the— False flag events.
Oh, yeah. There’s plenty of false flag events too. So anyway, I’ve got to run. I’ve got to get ready for some more interviews this afternoon. I’ve got one coming up in just a little bit, and then one more after that tonight. So, Jack, thanks so much. I thought today was really a great show. We were prepared, and we had a lot of stuff to cover. Sheriff Martinez, those of you in San Diego area, give her a shout out. Thank her for her leadership and her courage and her knowledge. She knew what she was talking about. So, Celeste, thank you.
First time ever for Celeste to be here. We hope we get more people from her network to join with us. And folks, thank you for being part of the CSPOA posse. And all I’m going to say right now is, and I’ll say it next time too, Merry Christmas to all of you. Thank you, Jack. Thank you. We appreciate everything you do. Great man, great service. We’ll see you next week. And then we’ll be a couple weeks off. It turns out Christmas is on Wednesday this year. I don’t know about New Year’s, but we’ll definitely be off Christmas.
Okay. Anyway, thanks folks for coming by and visiting with us. And remember the usual things. Support the CSPOA through the many ways that you can. Don’t forget, you can still get satellite phones for somebody for Christmas. And that would be at sat123.com. Many items on the store that could still be shipped out in time. And CSPOA.org slash donate. Until next week, everyone be safe and we’ll see you then. Thank you. Bye. [tr:trw].
