Summary

➡ On Wednesday, October 8, 2025, the speaker announced that there won’t be a webinar next week due to their attendance at the Weston Price Conference in Utah. They encouraged listeners to join them there or watch the live stream of their talk on the new biology. They also discussed a butterfly with an unusual number of chromosomes and a rise in drug-resistant bacteria. Lastly, they answered a question about detoxing from aluminum, suggesting drinking silica water, but expressed concerns about plastic bottles.
➡ The text discusses the benefits of high silica water, which can be expensive but can be made cheaper by using a product called Silly Plant. It also explains stem cells, which are not cells but undifferentiated tissue that can transform into any type of tissue depending on where it’s placed. The text also mentions that you don’t need to live in the U.S. to become a member of the new biology clinic. It also discusses the benefits of grounding and sun exposure for improving blood flow, especially for those with peripheral venous insufficiency. Lastly, it questions the validity of different blood types, suggesting that they may not be genetic markers but signs of degeneration in red blood cells.
➡ The text discusses the potential risks of blood transfusions and suggests alternatives such as the use of Quinton plasma, which carries a charge similar to blood. It also discusses remedies for low blood pressure, including drinking pure water, consuming raw animal fats, and getting sun exposure. The text also suggests items for a first aid kit, including Quinton plasma for potential IV transfusions, clay or diatomaceous earth for wounds, chlorine dioxide, a homeopathy kit, and turpentine for breathing difficulties.
➡ The text discusses the benefits of using wine in liquids other than water, the importance of holistic healthcare for cancer patients, and the role of gratitude in healing. It also criticizes the enforcement of the Pure Food and Drug Act on small businesses rather than large corporations, and dismisses the idea that parasites cause cancer. Lastly, it suggests a natural remedy for heart attack symptoms, but advises seeking medical help if symptoms persist.
➡ The text discusses the author’s skepticism about the existence and usefulness of bioidentical hormones, suggesting that we should focus more on our energy and interaction with water. The author also shares his thoughts on filtering spring water, recommending regular filter changes and charging the water afterwards. Lastly, he provides advice on choosing cookware, emphasizing the importance of natural materials and the ability to enhance food quality. He recommends Donabi pots for cooking and carbon steel pans for frying and baking.
➡ The author recommends checking out high-quality frying pans and roasting dishes that may seem expensive but are a great investment as they last a lifetime. They haven’t found other companies with the same quality. They also invite readers to a conference, where they can introduce themselves and listen to a talk on Biology.

Transcript

Hello everybody. Welcome to another Wednesday webinar. Today is Wednesday, October 8, 2025 and as always, thanks for joining me and I hope you had a good week. The main announcement I want to make today is that there will not be a Wednesday webinar next week. I am leaving for going to the Weston Price Conference in Utah and I hope as many of my frequent listeners as possible will be there. And as I always say, if you do come, you need to introduce yourself and say hello and and let’s just take a few minutes to look, attach a face to a name and tell me a little bit about who you are and what you’re doing and all that.

So I hope to meet as many of you as possible if you can’t attend and you either need to get a fix of what I of hearing me every week for whatever reason or some of the other speakers, the Baileys will be there and Andy Kaufman will be there and some other people, of course the my talk and I’m pretty sure the Bailey’s and Andy’s talk will all be live streamed and I don’t know any of the details on that, but I would go to the westonaprice.org website and you’ll probably find out how to do that.

So I’m going to be talking about an overview of Farewell to the old biology and a warm welcome to the new biology. Just an overview of what I’ve been looking into the past couple years. So that should be fun. And again, no Wednesday webinar next week. I think that’s it. You know, I always, as I have shared, look when I look at the news now or see the, the feeds that like the whatever you call them, the things that come up when you open your browser, mostly I look for things of entertainment value. It’s basically comedy fodder.

So I found a few this this week that I thought I would share. So let’s share the thing. I think the sound is good here. Yeah. So the first paper I found was entitled A tiny butterfly has the most chromosomes on any animal on earth. And of course it’s genetically remarkable, but it’s threatened by climate change. And the summary is they found this atlas blue butterfly that has 229 pairs of chromosomes. And instead of the usual way that cells divide and the chromosomes duplicate and then split apart, it turns out this one basically as it says, it just breaks apart and it breaks apart into many different chromosomes and then apparently they get paired and interestingly the close relatives have 23 or 24 pairs and they don’t really understand how they do this.

But this should be a gold mine with having us understand what happens with cancer because in cancer there’s always these broken pairs of chromosomes and this of course happens with other so called genetic diseases and they have no idea why and they know have no idea why this insect has 2229 pairs of broken chromosomes. But as far as anybody can tell, the butterfly is doing just fine. So at some point you just wonder whether somebody might say, you know what? I wonder whether it’s actually our health is determined by the number of chromosomes or the pairs or whether they’re broken or not.

And maybe they’re doing something but we don’t really know why. Instead they go down this wild goose chase and the whole story keeps going. So that was one the next article I saw. I don’t know where this was but according to the new report from the cdc so we know it must be true. This is from the AP in New York. There is a new infection rates with drug resistant nightmare bacteria and this rose almost 70% between 2019 and 2023. They’re difficult to treat because they have a NDM gene primarily drove the increase. It’s always got to do with Genesis.

Only two antibiotics work against these and they’re expensive and have to be administered through the iv. So bacteria with this gene were once considered exotic and limited to a small number of patients but now the numbers are small but jumped fivefold in recent years. And the rise of these types of bacteria are puts the US in grave danger says Dave Weiss at Emory University infectious disease researcher. So why am I showing this? There was an interesting comment here that he said. The CDC scientist said it’s likely that many people are unrecognized carriers of the drug resistant bacteria which could lead to community spread.

In other words, this deadly bacteria which is a grave danger for all for the United States, turns out that it’s found in people, allegedly. I’m not even saying there there is this bacteria per se, but according to them it’s actually found in people who seem to be perfectly fine. It’s an asymptomatic carrier of this deadly drug resistant bacteria which is going to kill us all. But and the reason is is because it’s harbored in many people who amazingly nothing happens to. And at some point somebody’s got to ask this themselves. The question maybe that isn’t all about the bacteria, but don’t hold your breath.

Okay, so that was the reports for today. So now I wanted to get to the main subject which is a question and answer. And I have 17 questions. Some of them are pretty interesting, so I’m going to do my best to get to all 17. Some of them have a pretty short answer, like one word or one sentence. So I’m hoping to get to all of them. A few of them I don’t have a good answer for, but that’s pretty usual. Okay, number one, could you please talk about ways to detox the body of an aluminum from a vax? I think vaccine.

One way. Our provider at the NBC, that’s the new Biology Clinic, recommends certain waters containing certain minerals, but we’re hesitant because they come in plastic bottles. Are there other ways? So I think what the person is referring to is that there has been a lot of work on the dangers of the aluminum in the vaccines and particularly Chris Exley, who I think gets at least some things right. Aluminum is a bad toxin that you never want to have injected in you. They always make the case that, oh, it’s safe because you can ingest it and nothing happens.

Well, it turns out it doesn’t get absorbed. So the last thing you want to do with aluminum is bypass your body’s innate ability to not absorb aluminum from either the GI tract or I think, even the skin. The last thing you want to do if there’s something that your body is making a determined effort not to absorb any of it because it has no use for it from the GI tract or through your skin, is to bypass that and inject it into your body. Unfortunately, in their wisdom, that’s exactly what happens with pretty much all the pediatric vaccines.

They bypass this block, which is your body protecting itself, and they inject you with aluminum. What Exley and others have found is that if you drink or eat silica, that is quartz, that’s particularly dissolved in waters, that actually helps your body protect itself against the aluminum. Point poisoning helps get help your body excrete the aluminum through your kidneys. So it’s basically what you’re looking for is silica water. Now, there’s only three that I know of. There’s quite likely there’s more. The one that you’re referring to, which is the cheapest one probably many of you have heard of because you can get it even in gas stations and on turnpikes, is what’s called Fiji water, which I think would be otherwise a decent enough water for a bottled water.

I don’t really like any bottled water. And I would also say that if you’re going to drink bottled water, you should also wand it or put it through an MEA water device because sitting in the bottle for however long it sat there, I think deadens the water. So you want to enliven it after it’s been in the. In the bottle. But I understand the reservation about drinking water from plastic bottles, which is something that I never do or at least try not to ever do. And as far as I know, Fiji water only comes in plastic bottles.

Maybe that’s not true, but as far as I’ve ever seen, there is another one. There are actually two other ones, both of which come from New Zealand. So they have two waters which are high in silica on the par of Fiji and would work fine. And I know I’ve heard the Baileys talk about this for detoxing. I think a child with aluminum poisoning with using high silica water. Unfortunately, one of them, which I think is called Smith Water, is as far as I know, unavailable in the United States. The other one, which is called Antipodes A N T I P O D E S which is also from New Zealand, which I would say is the best tasting feeling water, bottled water that I’ve ever drank.

It’s. You can read all about it in the spring in New Zealand. It’s primary water, unfortunately, and it’s in glass bottles. They have 500 and I think one liter glass bottles. So all that’s great except the price. And you can actually get it on Amazon. And there may be other places that I don’t know about or maybe directly from them, but it’s at least $10 a bottle. So that may put a lot of people off because if you want to, if you do this, you pretty much want to only drink high silica water for at least a few months.

And so that could get pretty expensive. And so it’s a water that I use for special occasions just to have some sort of different water every once in a while. It’s called Antipodes. It will work, I think as well, if not better than Fiji. Those are the only two sources I know. The other possibility is we specifically for this reason have a product called Silly Plant, which is a silly name, but it’s S as in Sam I L I plant. The reason I started carrying this was exactly this problem. And it’s basically a plant extract made from horsetail, Equisetum arvensa, which I don’t know if it’s the highest plant in silica, but it’s certainly up there.

And you can put anywhere between a teaspoon and a tablespoon in about a liter of water, and that will raise the silica content up to Fiji or Antipodes. And so it will allow you to essentially make whatever water you have are using into high silica water. And that should have the same effect. So that is the other option, which is certainly cheaper and will get you out of most plastic, although I think the silly plant is actually in plastic bottles. But you wouldn’t be using very much of that. Okay. As a regular attendee to the Wednesday webinar, which I enjoy immensely, I would like to know from a new biology perspective, what are stem cells? Are they really a thing? And if so, what is meant by stem cell therapy? So this is something.

It’s interesting because something I haven’t looked into very much. And there’s another question here, which is also something I haven’t looked into. So I. I should make a sort of disclaimer or reservation about this, that I may end up getting this wrong, which wouldn’t be the first time, and I may have to change my tune at some point. But my current understanding is we’re not talking about cells particularly. We’re talking about the middle of the marrow of bones, predominantly. Now, these alleged stem cells, I think, come from other places as well, but that’s the main source.

So it’s not like there’s cells that are what are called pleuropotentials, meaning they can form any other cell depending on their environment. In other words, you get these stem cells, and if you put them in the heart, they become heart cells. You put them in the blood, they become red blood cells or platelets or white blood cells. You put them in the spleen, and they become spleen cells. So they’re the great promise of regenerative medicine. I think there’s promise there, but I don’t think it’s because there are cells that do this. I think they’re taking the bone marrow, which has not been differentiated, which is the tissue of the body, which is the most open to becoming whatever environment it finds itself in.

So it’s not that a cell is doing this. It’s just that you’re taking out the bone marrow. And if you put that in the heart and you prepare it in certain ways, then it becomes heart tissue or spleen tissue or brain tissue or whatever type of tissue. And that can have a dramatic positive healing effect. You can help regrow skin. So you’re basically taking bone marrow undifferentiated. It’s like. It’s almost like taking the ether or plasma or tissue that has not differentiated into something specific. You put it in a site and it will grow into and help rejuvenate whatever tissue you have put it in.

So I think there’s some good reason to be interested in it. And I guess my only quibble is it’s not really cells they’re talking about. It’s undifferentiated tissue or something you might call plasma or even something that you might even call internal ether substance. It’s basically water that hasn’t been formed into anything specific. And I think that’s what we’re talking about. Okay, with regard to the new biology clinic, does someone need to be to live in the United States to become a member or receive a consultation? I’m pretty sure the answer is no. And I think we have members from all over the world.

I think all you need is a computer and access to the Internet. Probably some mechanism for paying for this. Maybe somebody, Tricia or somebody could put in the chat. Whether I’m correct about this. But as far as I know, you could be anywhere in the world as long as you have computer access to the Internet and some method of paying for the membership. Okay, number four. Would Strafanthus help with peripheral venous insufficiency as diagnosed from the medical system? I thought maybe since if the heart is not a pump, then the veins not too. If the supplement will strengthen the heart, will it help to suction vortex the blood back from the lower extremities legs to the heart? The answer is you’re I think exactly right.

There are a number of mechanisms that bring the blood from the veins back to the heart. And if these mechanisms aren’t functioning optimally, that is as robust as they should, then the blood doesn’t move up through the veins as it should. And that eventually obviously puts back pressure on the valves. So you can think of a vein as a tube with V shaped valves. And the V shaped valves help the blood to move in the upward towards the heart direction. But if the movement of the blood upward isn’t strong enough, then it will obviously fall down and that eventually can break the valves.

And then you get so called varicose veins or what you’re talking about peripheral venous insufficiency. So anything you can do to strengthen that upward flow, which will is also partly to strengthen the magnetic field of the heart, which Strafanthus does do, and strengthen the plunging vortexing action of the heart, which structure also does do, that will help essentially suction the blood from the periphery to the heart. But apart from straight, I think the main thing and I’m. I mean, this like really the main thing if you have peripheral venous insufficiency, meaning weak blood flow from. Blood flow from upwards in the vein back to the heart is that is a lack of grounding.

It’s really the, the flow from the earth into your legs through your feet, which charges up the water in your veins and causes that upward movement. And I would spend a long time being grounded to the earth and, and also in the sun, if possible, both. And that will stimulate this upward flow. And I’m even. This is an example of maybe me re evaluating. I’m actually thinking that the grounding mats, especially from a website called Intuition Physician, actually help with this. So I’ve started using grounding mats under the computer and even to sleep on. And we test it to make sure that we’re grounded.

And I use a grounding stick when I’m walking ungrounded. And I think it helps with a number of things. And that I think would be the main therapy for any problem of the veins, peripheral venous insufficiency, varicose veins, phlebitis. You need to get that upward flow. And that’s the connection between the earth and the sun. And that’s what stimulates the healthy formation of the structured water, which is the. Is the source of the flow. Are the different blood types real? I’ve talked about this a little bit and I used to jokingly say to people who. Because the guy who came up with this d Adama was in New Hampshire and that’s when I was working there.

He was there and it became a big thing there. And so everybody was interested in their blood types. And I used to tell people it’s fine to test your blood types and as long as you follow the type O blood type diet, which of course is ridiculous because that. The whole point is you have four different blood types and. And so not everybody should follow the type O blood type unless they’re type O. So I was a little bit kidding, but the typo is the one that does the best with animal products. I don’t know if they’re real.

As everybody knows, I have extreme suspicion and distrust of anything genetic. It’s possible there could be a marker on different red blood cells, but I’m going to go with another explanation, which is that normal humans are type O blood type. And the other types A, B and AB are actually not genetic markers, but they’re kind of degeneration of the red blood cell. And so they’re more sensitive people, sensitive to food. They’re more likely to have illness and they’re not as robust. And it’s not that they have genetic markers, that’s just the bogus genetic paradigm. It’s that they have a certain degeneration which then puts broken down proteins on the outside of the red blood cell possibly.

And that’s what they’re testing. And the reason they get these transfusion reactions because they’re just giving different proteins that the per. The recipient is not used to and that causes a certain toxicity. And maybe it wouldn’t happen if you just gave type O, which is, I believe, why it’s called the universal donor. So the other ones are essentially more toxic types of blood. And it’s that toxicity and the broken down proteins that causes the reaction, not some sort of immune genetic tolerance like we’re told. But I haven’t looked into that enough. So it’s. Someday I may change my mind about that, but that’s what I think right now.

Is there any alternative to blood transfusion in the event of an emergency? I mean, if you’re in a situation, first of all, I would be very sure that there really is no other choice that is that you will die without a blood transfusion because any blood transfusion is a toxic therapy. So if you’re in that situation, I would say that that’s something that you should, you can do. But that’s probably one out of a hundred or a thousand cases where they give a blood transfusion. Most of the time the person would survive it and they should, they just need to, you know, stop the bleeding, rest, eat bone marrow and red meat and liver and they will probably pretty quickly recover.

The only other thing that I know of that might be a possibility, but it will be, I think, completely unable to access it would be to do IV Quinton solution, which is the C plasma. And I’ve talked about this before, that what the real reason that, the real reason we have blood and have red blood cells which allegedly carry oxygen, but they don’t, they carry a charge, is that we need to. The blood carries the charge. And this Quinton plasma, the C plasma is able to substitute for blood not because it has red blood cells or not because it carries oxygen or has hemoglobin, but because it carries the charge and it delivers the charge to the tissues, which is where it’s needed.

And, and that’s good to support life. And this I would think, I think has been proven a number of times with experiments with animals where they essentially drain all the blood from the animal and then they transfuse it with Quinton plasma and not only do the animals survive, but they seem healthier than they were in before. Now, how you would get have it organized so you could do IV Keen time plasma. In the unlikely case that you need a transfusion and you have all the equipment to start an IV and to do it, I think that’s probably pretty unlikely.

But it’s interesting. There’s a question later. What should you put in a emergency new biology kit? And that’s one thing. So you could put Quinton plasma, the type they use for subcutaneous or intramuscular injection. You should be able to use that for intravenous infusion and all the equipment that’s needed for an IV setup. And then you’d have to know how to do that and start an iv, which a lot of people actually do do that, or medics can do that. And that would be a way to, I think, avoid most, if not all transfusions. So we hear a lot about high blood pressure, but what about people with low blood pressure? Are there ever reasons to be concerned or does this indicate anything happening in the body that should be addressed? So basically, you know, we learned in medical school that unless you’re bleeding to death, high blood or low blood pressure is not a problem.

That’s probably not entirely true. There are people who are walking around whose blood pressure is probably lower than it should be and they feel a certain sort of weak and dizzy and lethargic and just not, I would say, vital, which means they’re not charged enough. So if you’re having low blood pressure, that means you’re probably not able to charge your blood enough. You’re not able to deliver this charge to the tissues and then you will eventually feel weaker. And so you probably want to remedy that. And you do that mostly with drinking the purest water you can and using the best minerals you can, which would be our C plasma, which is not available right now.

The best kind of salt, Celtic or the bamboo salt. There’s lots of different kinds of salts. Now Himalayan salt or Quinton plasma would be another way. And to use a fair amount of that to remineralize your body, which should help you hang on to the water. I would also drink, eat a very liberal amount of good quality and preferably raw animal fats, because I think that is the easiest for your body to turn into your own internal water. So we’re basically talking about butter, grass fed, raw butter, and I mean liberal amounts like a lot of.

And that’s the main raw animal fat. You can do raw fish, salmon sushi is another possibility. And even eating some raw meat like steak tartare, that’s fatty, is another way to do that. But again, mostly raw butter and raw milk, cream, etc. So that’s what I would do to help with low blood pressure. And again, that’s something that I would do a lot of earthing and sun exposure, preferably at the same time. And ground yourself at night and when you’re on the computer and when you’re walking around in shoes, get yourself a grounding stick and that should help with the low blood pressure.

What would be included in a new biology approved first aid kit and emergent tools to use and have on hand. So the one is the Quinton plasma for potential IV transfusions and all the paraphernalia that would come with a IV setup. And again, that’s for a serious emergency that you would maybe otherwise have to go to the hospital for. The other things that are, you know, things like gauze and suture stuff, that’s just the normal stuff which I think everybody should have on hand, particularly if you know how to suture and take knives out of people’s legs and stuff like that.

So I won’t go into that. But the things that are more specific to a new biology approved first aid kit, I just made a list. One would be something like clay or diatomaceous earth that I would use to make poultices on for wounds or insect bites or so called dirty wounds. So if you get bitten or stabbed and there’s all kinds of dirt in it, we use clay poultices and diatomaceous earth and Linda makes them and puts some other herbs in there. And if you get like a mosquito bite or a tick bite or if I had a snake bite or something, I would put a poultice of that, of the clay and diatomaceous earth and basically suck that out.

And we’ve had good luck with that with all kinds of different bites. The next thing I would put is chlorine dioxide and know how to use it. And I would probably, if you’re thinking you need to have a real emergency, like do something in the next half an hour once a month I would make up a chlorine a CDS solution and put it in the closet in a glass jar that’s colored glass, like brown or blue glass so it doesn’t degrade in the light. Otherwise you’re going to have to wait 24 hours to mix up a new solution.

And so that would delay being able to use It So that’s pretty much what I do. I always have a jar of chlorine dioxide solution in the cupboard which I could use at a moment’s notice. And basically you use chlorine dioxide solution. And we have forms on how to do that. And I’ve given webinars on how to do that, that anything that then normal medicine you call an infection. That’s when I would use the chlorine dioxide. And again to me it’s not killing any germs and certainly not killing any viruses that don’t exist or any parasites.

It’s actually an oxidative therapy, meaning it supplies a kind of charge to the body. And it’s the charge which helps to strengthen the tissue. And strengthen tissue doesn’t need to have as many bacteria or parasites, so called or fungus eat on them. And so it looks like it’s killing the infection when it’s actually just rejuvenating the tissue. So that’s the next thing. I would have a 30 remedy homeopathy kit and you can buy those from Olios in a various number of places and learn at least a little bit about how to use those. For first aid, I would have the 12 in one cell salt which I take in many different emergency situations.

I would have a Strophanthus tincture or capsules if there’s any chance that the emergency is a heart attack. And I would probably have some turpentine especially for inhalation in the case of pneumonia or some sort of difficulty breathing. And I think that should give you a start. Okay, I don’t know if I’m going to make it here. Question about the analemma water 1. Can it be used with structuring wine or when I add diatomaceous earth to my water? The answer is yes, you can use it with any liquid. So are there benefits to using the wine in liquids other than water? And the answer seems to be yes, that it will basically structure any kind of water.

And so you can use it with wine or beer or anything else that you put in the water. Next question. What should be the first practical step of someone diagnosed with cancer? Can they heal on their own or they need to find a so called holistic healthcare professional? I saw this when I was looking at the questions this morning and I don’t know if you would call this practical, but I think the most important thing when you are given a diagnosis of cancer. By the way, I’ve said this before. I was at a group that was billed as we were going to end cancer in the world.

And this was a group that had been working for 20 years on ending hunger in the world. And I happened to point out that they didn’t seem to be successful, but anyways, they thought they had been successful, not entirely, of course, and that they could do the same with cancer. And I remember in a very impassioned, emotional way, one of the surgeons and other people said, we want to live in a world where nobody has to hear the words. I’m sorry to tell you this, but we found out that you have cancer. And being the smart aleck I am, I said, well, that’s easy.

All you have to do is tell people never to go to a doctor. And of course they didn’t like that. But that was sort of my role in the group, which is not that unusual for me, as you can imagine. But there is a point there, which is I would expect that if I ended up having cancer, I will find it myself. Maybe I won’t be sure because I may not know, like, the source of the bleeding, or I may not have a pathological histology diagnosis of the lump, wherever it is, But I. I think I would be pretty sure.

So therefore I don’t have to hear that from anybody. And that goes with, along with my thinking that I’m never going to get screened for cancer, so nobody is ever going to find something that I didn’t otherwise know about. But having said that, the. At the end of the day, when I thought about what’s the first thing I would do, and I think it’s not only the first thing, but the most important thing in determining the prognosis of how this is going to do. And this is the fundamental principle of new biology. And it’s the fundamental principle of what I’ve been talking about with cancer and pretty much every other disease.

Cancer is not the diagnosis. This tumor, which erroneously is being called cancer, is your body’s attempt to heal, meaning to encapsulate the debris so it’s not poisoning you overall. Therefore, the first and most important thing to do when you realize that your body has made a tumor that is a cancer, is to express and feel and come to terms with and come to a very deep understanding of gratitude for this amazing, magnificent body which helped you out by encapsulating and encompassing these poisons and putting them in a place so that it could be dealt with and it could be brought to your attention so that you could do something about it, rather than just poisoning and maybe killing you by being all over the place.

That I think will Determine the course of everything you do subsequent and even the prognosis or the course of what will happen if you go down the other path, which is the path of well, this is a tumor and it’s bad and it’s going to kill you. And if you didn’t have anything to do with it, if you even want to take it to in the conventional world, it’s just a genetic accident that will take you on a whole nother path which will involve all kinds of procedures and suffering and poisoning and chemo and radiation and all that stuff.

And that is the exact opposite of what we’re trying to do at the new biology clinic. And the first step is the awareness that this is your body’s own creation for a wisdom filled purpose that you may or may not be aware of. Because the next step is to try to ask your body and ask yourself what may have led my body to think this is the best thing it can and should do at this time. If you do that with an open good heart, you will find an answer to that. And then we at the new biology clinic can help you sort that out, work through that and figure out what the best steps are.

I think most of the so called holistic alternative doctors think who deal with cancer think in exactly the same way. Even though they may give you ivermectin or turmeric or stem cells or something. And that to me is the one that’s expression. The same sow dressed up and putting lipstick on the pig or something, some silly expression like that. That is not what you want to do. Your first step is gratitude for your body doing this. The next step is what led it to think this was the best step and that will lead you to all the further steps and hopefully to a complete resolution.

This question was a little bit hard for me to understand. The Pure Food and Drug act that is enforced on small mom and pop operations, putting them in prison, but not large corporations. It is illegal to poison food and drugs with substances once it is known to be poisonous. Why is this happening? I’m not sure why is what happening, why they’re poisoning the food and drugs. And that’s because people do that because they don’t understand what poison is and what real food is and why they should never all drugs are poison and they don’t understand healing at all or why they’re going after mom and pop operations and not large corporations.

And that’s obvious, you know, as I keep saying, the role of the government is to make people’s lives miserable. Not Big corporations, lives miserable, but normal, everyday common people. And they’ve been at it for a long time and they’re good at it. And they’ve perfected the techniques and this is just one, one way that they do that. So they make it hard for just normal entrepreneurs to organize a business and say, here’s what, here’s a new product and let the market and people decide whether they want it or not and try to make as best product as they can, because that’s the only way they’re going to survive.

And let people investigate it and use it if they want. And that’s the only way to do this and not have the government say this or that is not good. And that’s never going to work. Parasites and cancer. Your view? There’s parasites have nothing to do with cancer. There’s, as we’ve talked about, three types of parasites. Protozoa, single cell worms or helminths, and then ectoparasites like ticks, worms, or parasites like roundworms and hookworms. Many of the protozoa are microscopic artifacts, so they don’t even exist. So they can’t cause anything. Some of them seem to be organisms that are free living.

But as far as I know, there’s no study ever that pure protozoa given to healthy animals or people causes any sickness, certainly not cancer. Same with worms. Nobody has shown that the ingestion of worms in otherwise healthy animals or people caused anybody to get cancer. And even the same with ectoparasites like lice and ticks, etc. Basically the function of the protozoa that do exist and the helminths like worms, like bacteria, but a little more intensely, which is why there’s this association with cancer, is they digest dead and dying tissue, they digest debris, same as they do in the forest.

So with cancer, there’s a lot of debris, there’s a lot of dead and dying tissue. So you find a lot of different organisms. They’re not just bacteria, which is sort of normal dead and dying tissue. This is like major dead and dying tissue, otherwise known as cancer. And so then you find a lot of the parasites, protozoa and worms in just trying to clean up the debris, killing them is like shooting the firemen. Because you see lots of times there’s firemen at fires, therefore it must be that firemen caused the fires. So the way to get rid of them is to shoot the firemen.

And that’s obviously ridiculous and absurd. And I hope nobody takes a clip and says that I said to shoot Firemen, because I absolutely didn’t. Their firemen are not there causing fires, they’re there to clean up the mess or help with remediate it. Just like parasites and cancer. If someone is having signs of a heart attack, what should they do? They should take strafanathis 20 to 30 drops every half an hour for three to four doses, or one capsule dissolved under the tongue every half an hour for three to four doses. And if that alleviates all the symptoms, they should be fine.

And if it doesn’t, they should probably go to the hospital. Bioidentical progesterone any good for postmenopausal stress? There is no such thing as bioidentical progesterone because nobody has actually purified progesterone simply from the extract of the blood without the addition of other chemicals. In other words, if you look, if you just do electrophoresis on the blood and separate proteins, you cannot find this chemical called progesterone in any person, any tissue, any blood. You have to mix it with things. And then of course the question is how do you know whether mixing it with chemicals didn’t make something appear which actually wasn’t there? And the only honest, reasonable answer to that is you.

There’s no way to know that. So we don’t actually know whether we have any hormones, chemicals, vitamins or any other biochemicals in us. I’m not saying we don’t or there’s no possibility. It’s just that with the state of the art of analytical analysis and chemistry, we cannot isolate, purify chemicals out of the body without mixing them with things which run into this problem of how do you know that didn’t make a chemical form which wasn’t there in the living system? So I think the sooner we get away from this sort of bogus biochemical thinking and realize we are energy beings that are interacting with our water, that’s really what life is all about.

The better we can keep our health and the better we can heal. And as far as I’m concerned, there is no use for so called bioidentical hormones. Maybe there’s some extreme situation. There are situations where people have had their function destroyed through chemical or surgical techniques. Like your thyroid gland has been removed and the only thing that seems to help you function is taking exogenous thyroid hormone. That still doesn’t mean you had thyroid hormone in you, but it means it’s, it’s essentially mimicking at least some, not all, and not it’s not the same by any means.

But it’s mimicking some and allowing you to live a reasonably normal life. So that is a situation where somebody might need to take hormones, but that is an extreme situation, and it’s an iatrogenic situation because it was caused by medical interventions. Okay, two more. We have started sourcing our drinking and cooking water from a local spring that gets excellent ratings. However. However, I’m not sure I feel 100% comfortable not filtering the water, given I can’t test it regularly. Is there harm in putting my spring water through a Berkey filter before I use the Analemma wand to charge my water? Does the filtering process do more harm than good when it comes to natural spring water? I don’t really know the answer to that question, but my guess is it’s okay to do that.

I’m not sure how effective Berkey filters are, and I think one of the problems with filters is people don’t change the filter often enough. So the filter ends up being a sort of collection device for all the stuff that you’re trying to filter out, which ends up putting more of the stuff in the water than you actually take out. So I think if you change the filter, keep the filter really clean, it’s probably okay. And then I would charge the water after with the wand or the MEA water device, and that should be fine. And the final question.

So I did get to the end here. What types of pots and pans are good to cook with in accordance with the new biology Tenants. They wrote the word beliefs, but I don’t like beliefs so much. I’d rather use tenants. So as always. So what’s my guiding principle? So my guiding principle is things like it should be made of some sort of natural material and it should help the food be cooked properly, which is reflected in the taste and composition, quality, texture of the food. And I think the final one is, I would say, as far as I can tell, that doesn’t put toxic stuff into the food.

So let me say those again. So, number one, it should be a naturally sourced material. And let me add another qualifier that’s been used for hundreds or maybe more years as a source of cooking material. So that’s the first thing. In other words, been used in Japan for a thousand years. That’s a probably a pretty good recommendation because they somehow survived it. Number two, I can’t remember what number. Well, number three was. It doesn’t, as far as we know, put other toxic material into the food. Oh, and number two was by cooking with it, you end up with a Good product.

In other words, the food tastes good, has a good texture and composition and it seems to just overall enhance the quality of the food. So those are the criteria that I have used to come up with the cookware that I use. And I’m just. I’ll tell you what those are. And just as a qualifier, I do understand that these are pretty expensive and that probably not everybody will be able to support afford these. My recommendation in that case. I mean, if it’s totally impossible, it’s totally impossible. And then you just do the best you can. But sometimes it’s the best.

Instead of getting like six or seven of these different kinds, that was what I use. Just get one. And I would cook everything in the one pot. So the, the two things that I used to cook pretty much all my food are Donabi pots, which are basically Japanese and they’re made of stone, some sort of stone clay. When let me qualify that. What they say is they’re made from the compressed shells of like molluscs in a sort of clay base. So they’re like cook cooking in a very thick clay with lots of seashells in it. And that seems to be as natural and earthy as you can get.

They’re very thick and they. I have never seen a pot that cooks food, soup and grains and rice and anything you want to cook in it because they’re so thick and they distribute the heat and they make it almost like pressure cooking because they have ingenious tops to it which sort of direct the flow of the steam as it comes out, etc. And I get them from a place called ginninstore.com let me get the spelling of that. It’s J I n e n store.com and one of my favorite ones, I use the rice cooker which has an insert and then it has a hole so it directs the steam out.

And then you put the lid, which has another hole and you put them off center and that creates almost like a pressure seal. And. And it makes the best soup and the best cooked whole grains of any pot that I’ve ever used. Not even close. And the other thing I use, not every day, but a lot of days is their steamer. So it’s a ceramic steamer. I hated those bamboo ones and the stainless steel ones that you put inside other pans, they just pain in the ass to use. This one is perfect. It cooks so much quicker and thoroughly and it steams it so evenly and they’re easy to get.

And they have these. It’s a ceramic insert in the in a Donabi you put some water in, steam it for just a few minutes and then you can just let it sit and you can get it as cooked as you want. And that’s what we make all our soup in. And we cook all our things that you would use a pot for, even heat up water typically in that and using for steaming. So they’re called Donabis. D O N a b e ginninstore.com and maybe there’s another store, but that’s where I got mine from. The other thing, we’re talking frying pans.

And whenever I bake something in an oven, I use what’s called carbon steel frying pan and roasting pans. And these are very thick, but they’re not cast iron, which I think leeches off iron into the food and doesn’t distribute the heat and doesn’t cook things well at all. These also are a complete revelation. You have not cooked in an egg or stir fried or steak or any roast unless you cook them in a Donabi or a carbon steel roasting pan. And basically they’re very thick and I don’t know what carbon steel, why it’s different than other steel.

It’s, it’s obviously different. You can see it and feel it and, and it’s totally different. I don’t know how they did that. And you typically, you can use it in stir frying or sauteing anything. And when you use it in the oven, you heat them up. So you put it in a cold oven and you let it sit in the oven for 15, 20 minutes at full temperature and that heats it up. And then you put the, whatever the lard or the butter or ghee or oil or whatever you’re using. Usually for me it’s tallow, lard or ghee.

And then I put whatever I’m cooking on top of that and it seems it makes this sort of crispy exterior and it’s, it really makes the food so well cooked that you’ll never use anything else. Now I’ve never seen these being sold except at a place called bluehillmarket.com that’s Dan Barber’s restaurant. And I think if you go to check it out, you will be have what they call sticker shock. I think they’re like three to four hundred dollars per frying pan or roasting dish and that may surprise or shock people. But like I said, we have two and that’s what we use.

And they were some of the best investment. My guess is they will last the rest of our lives, in our children’s life. So I highly recommend checking that out. And again, there may be other companies that make the same quality. I looked a little bit and didn’t see any. And so maybe they don’t exist or maybe they do, but that’s where I got mine from. Okay, again, I hope to see everybody at the Weston Price Conference. If you go, please come up and introduce yourself and spend a few minutes just telling me about what you’re doing and where you are and you can get my talk on the new Biology, Old Biology live streamed.

And I will see you in a few weeks.
