And I had mentioned to you that several weeks ago, only a couple of weeks ago, I took out the domain name, wethepeoplesparty.us. That should have been gone when the Internet Revolution began. Then I took out wethepeoplesparty.world a couple of days later. So they asked me, who do you think should be president? And I said, Judge Andrew Napolitano. And they agreed with me, the person that said. Wow. Now whose show is this? It’s coast-to-coast. It’s a big show, George Norrie. It’s an overnight show. I kind of had to go on the air at one o’clock in the morning, Eastern time.
Oh, my goodness, they’re out West. But it’s a big show. I’ve been being here for many years. But anyway, you’re the man that we need as the president of the United States because our Constitution and Bill of Rights are being stolen from us in front of everybody’s eyes. And you have an article coming out tomorrow when presidents kill. I mean, just the title should be incongruous, but it’s not startling anymore. Presidential killing. It didn’t start with Donald Trump and probably won’t end with him. I didn’t mean to interrupt you, but it’s startling that we’re writing about and talking about this, Gerald.
No, you’re not interrupting me at all. But again, what you said, we’re presidents kill. Who was the guy, well, let’s see, before Trump, Obama, the Nobel Peace of Crap Prize winner, quoted in a book Double Down. I’m really good at killing people. He, of course, killed Americans with drones in Yemen. And his press secretary mocked the fact that one of them was a 16-year-old boy. The father was born in Arizona. The boy was born in Virginia. The press secretary said, well, he should have chosen a different father. I mean, an incongruous statement, but such satirical indifference to the value of human life.
And then, as you pointed out, after he left, office Obama boasted about this. Trump, of course, boasts about it as well. We don’t know if anybody on those speedboats is an American. We don’t even know the names of the people on them. But so far, four speedboats, and between 17 and 25 people have been murdered by the United States military. These are speedboats that leave Venezuela and are aiming for some island not far from it. The closest any of these speedboats has come to the United States of America, 1,500 miles. How could the boat present an imminent threat to the United States of America? These are not naval ships.
These are boats like you would take out on a Saturday afternoon if you live on the water. Again, and there’s hardly any media coverage of it. And I want to read what you wrote here in the beginning. During the past six weeks, President Donald Trump has ordered U.S. troops to attack and destroy four speedboats in the Caribbean Sea, again, 1,500 miles in the United States. The president revealed that the attacks were conducted without warning, were intended to stop, not to stop, but to kill all persons on the boats and succeeded in their missions.
Trump has claimed that his victims are not go terrorists who are planning to deliver legal drugs to willing American buyers. He apparently believes that because these folks are presumably foreigners, they have no rights that he must honor, and he may freely kill them. As far as we know, none of these nameless, faceless persons were charged or convicted of any federal crime. We don’t know if any were Americans, but we do know that all were just extra judicially executed. You know, before you go into the details, what kind of a human being would brag about killing other people? Where is the outrage of humanity saying, how can you dare do this and say this? And again, it’s one president after another.
I forgot Biden, Bush, Clinton, Truman, JFK, Nixon. They go down the list. John F. Kennedy didn’t want to kill him, so they killed him. I don’t know if the office turns people or if we just have had a succession of psychopaths in that office, but people who don’t value human life should not be in a position to take the lives of others. There’s no outrage in the United States. There’s no outrage in the Congress. There’s nothing the courts can do about this, and Trump will just keep killing. At some point, maybe the military will miss its target, and somebody will have a cause of action against the president, and it’ll bring it into the courts.
Otherwise, this is just going to keep going on and on and on. In a sane society, a president who murders innocents would be removed from office by a legal process, but the Republicans in Congress, with the exception of Congressman Thomas Massie and Senator Rand Paul, both from Kentucky, are totally under the presidential thumb. Yesterday, the Senate Judiciary Committee expressed horror when they learned that Jack Smith, the then special counsel investigating the president, had copies of their metadata, that is their phone records, who they called, when they called, how long the phone call was.
They have nobody to blame but themselves. He obtained it perfectly lawfully under statutes Congress has written that allows the FBI to write their own search warrants and obtain telephone records on anybody they want without going to a judge with probable cause as the Fourth Amendment requires. And these clowns in the Congress probably never imagined that the authority they gave to the FBI to invade the privacy of all of us would be used against them. The only one who didn’t have a right to complain, and I rarely say anything less about him, is Senator Josh Hawley, who has consistently voted against these surveillance authorities.
Everybody else on that committee has voted in favor of the authorities that were used against them. So we live in a very, very strange world. Presidents kill, FBI spies, Congress authorizes it. I mean, you and I have said this many times. We have one party, the UNI party, and it has a Republican wing and a Democrat wing, but it doesn’t matter who’s in power. Presidents kill, wars rage, debt increases, surveillance gets more intense. And it just keeps getting worse. Yes. Yes. And again, to go back to this Venezuela issue, where they’re saying that these are narco-terrorists, and that’s why they’re killing them.
You know, you’re going to have former Colonel Douglas McGregor on, and he’s saying that the United States is prepared to attack Venezuela as well as Iran. And let’s go back to Trump and Venezuela. Let’s go back to when he was president, back in 2019, when he tried to overthrow the Venezuelan government, had nothing to do with narco-terrorists. He wanted to overthrow the Maduro government and putting that little clown boy Guaido. People have no idea about this. All they’re doing is buying the crap that they’re spewing out now. We got to stop those narco-terrorists.
They were trying to, as I said, you think the United States would have invaded Iraq, Eastern Syria, and Libya if their major exports were broccoli? At least make it broccolini or broccoli rum. Yes. I mean, no, of course not. They want to steal the oil. And Venezuela is very, very, very, very rich in oil. Yes. Yes. You can’t emphasize the number of veris. It probably has more oil than any other country on the planet, and Trump and his billionaire buddies want to seize it, and they don’t care who they kill or what government they disturb.
They also don’t care what Americans will die, because Venezuela is going to be like Vietnam if they land troops on the beaches. Those troops have a long way to go on foot before they reach the government. You’re 100% correct what you just said. There’s no way, and everybody gets this in your head, America is not one of the wars since World War II, and we don’t want that one without the Russians. Precisely, precisely correct. Of course, and the Russians lost 27 million human beings, overwhelmingly civilian, but 27 million human beings repelling the Nazis.
Yeah. So this is very serious what’s going on, and this article you have is so important, because again, it’s another one of how they keep robbing us of our freedom. I have so many things underlined here. In wartime, US troops can lawfully kill enemy troops that are engaged in violence against them. But pursuant to these Supreme Court cases, the United Nations Charter, a treaty that the US wrote, as well as International Covenant of Civil and Political Rights, another treaty that the US wrote, if combatants are not engaged in violence, they may not be harmed, but only arrested.
Then you go on to, now back to Trump ordering the military to kill foreigners in the Caribbean. International law provides for stopping ships engaged in violence in international waters. It also provides for stopping and searching ships with probable cause for search in US territorial waters. It’s not 1500 miles away from us. And you know, here’s how dumb they really were, Gerald. And this is what happens when you have a secretary of defense and an attorney general who’ll do whatever the president wants, rather than pushing back and explaining the law. If these guys really were drug dealers destined to the United States, it seems inconceivable, because there’s no way the boat could make it to the United States.
But let’s assume for the sake of argument, Trump’s argument is correct. If they had arrested them, checked out the boat, found the drugs, prosecuted them, and then negotiated with one of them for a plea deal, they would have learned about where the drugs came from and who’s really pushing the stuff and who’s the drug kingpin. It would have been a far more efficient way to prevent drugs from getting here than just murdering these people. But we have a president who probably, because of some of his own mental and emotional deficiencies, wants to project violence as if that is a sign of masculinity and compliance with what the voters want.
You know, when I said yes, there was not coast to coast, and the reason it came up when they asked me who should be president, because they asked me about what do you think about the president sending National Guard troops into Chicago and other cities. I said it’s terrible. And that’s why when they asked me who should be president, I brought your name up. But when you say National Guard, how about states’ rights? What are you sending troops into another city for? And again, I lived in Chicago, it ain’t that bad, you know, it’s a nice place.
I mean, yeah, there’s crime and homeless people and drugs out there, but that’s the whole country is declining in front of our eyes. It wasn’t National Guard have to do with that. The Supreme Court has held countless times the public safety is a state and local concern, and it was never delegated away to the feds when the states formed the federal government. A federal judge appointed by Donald Trump in his first term in Portland, Oregon, just wrote a beautiful 31 page opinion, which reads like a treatise on states’ rights, saying it doesn’t matter if there’s crime in the streets, that’s not a federal issue.
But he seems to feel that he wants to be the mayor of a big city or the mayor of the United States, and if the feds can regulate public safety, is there any limit to what they can regulate? The other day he signed a search warrant, excuse me, God have mercy on me, he can’t sign a search warrant. He signed an executive order saying, I hereby make it a crime to burn a flag, and anybody who burns a flag will go to jail for a year. This guy took an oath to the Constitution.
A 17-year-old in high school knows that the president can’t write laws. The Supreme Court has twice said, if you own the flag, you can burn it. Justice Scalia wrote in the opinion, the flag stands for the very proposition that you can express any opinion of it you want, including that it should be destroyed. I mean, how the hell do you call that a crime? I mean, yeah, it’s so out of line. You know, Judge, before we cut off over here, the Gaza genocide war is going on continually. It’s just reported that the United States so far has sent Israel, since the war began two years ago.
I know the number you’re going to come out with and it’s stomach churning. 20 billion plus. Yes. Yes. Of our money. Stealing our money to go kill other people. Yes. And then you said earlier, you said, you know, what is it with these presidents that do this kind of thing? There’s a quote by President Dwight D. Eisenhower, five-star general, Supreme Commander of the Allied Forces in World War II. Anybody could look it up. When he was the president of Columbia University, and he said that any man seeking, they pushed him into running.
He said any man seeking the office of president is either an ego maniac or crazy. And we got it right in front of our eyes. Ego maniac and crazy. Yes. And going back to the Israel war, this is Trump’s quote last week. Trump gives Sunday deadline for Hamas to take his Gaza proposal or quote, be quickly extinguished. Today’s Tuesday. How can you say stuff like this? Well, who would negotiate with the Israelis? This very team of Hamas negotiators, when they were in Doha, the Israelis tried to murder them. And Trump knew about it in advance.
So this is not a negotiation. This is a take it or leave it. And the it is a neo-colonial, MI6 CIA, Jared Kushner, Donald Trump dominance of Gaza with utter disregard for the rights and the lives of the Palestinian people. I can’t imagine Hamas going along with us. Well, Hamas said, you know, they want a total withdrawal and Israel’s refusing to do it. And again, let’s go back. Jared Kushner. You mean his son-in-law? I got this clown boy. This is the negotiator or the Gary. Jared Kushner. We quoted in the trench journal back in March of 2024, saying that’s quote, very valuable waterfront property, Gaza.
And the Palestinians should be moved into the desert. That Jared Kushner is doing it. Jared Kushner, who gave his boyhood bedroom in his parents’ home in New Jersey to Benjamin Netanyahu when he was visiting New Jersey and New York, that Jared Kushner. You know, judge, a Gallup poll just came out. 28% of only 28% of Americans have faith in journalism today. We’re talking about Jared Kushner and how, you know, there’s that line of George calling, it’s one big club and you ain’t in it. How about what’s going on with this guy, Ellison? Oh.
Oh, Paramount. And they own CBS now, his son. And they’re about to own TikTok. You’ll see an entirely new algorithm in TikTok, which will not permit anything that’s against the Netanyahu regime. We played it. I should have sent it to Jean and I can still do it. We played a clip of Netanyahu boasting about the Zionist control of TikTok. And what a great thing that is for Israel. And that woman he’s bringing in to run CBS? Barry Weiss. Yep. Pro Zionist. Correct. According to what’s his name, Max Blumenthal. I read the article in Grey Zone.
And so there’s no media anymore and most of the people know it. So that’s why you want to go to judging freedom because you have people on there that they don’t have on the mainstream media. And of course, we have a trends journal magazine. Judge, here’s the cover of this week. So I don’t know if you saw it. Put it up there. There we go. Politicians are puppeteers. We the people are their puppets. Be good little boys and girls. Follow your leader. I’m sorry to say it’s true. We have to unite. We needed third party and we need the people to make it happen.
And you can’t do it without any money. There’s no question about it, unfortunately. Unfortunately, you’re right. And the other side has a ton of money. This guy, Ellison, is up there with Jeff Bezos and Elon Musk in terms of his wealth. But we have to unite. And again, whether you like it or not, people don’t open their minds. You have to watch what’s going on with this New York City mayor’s race. With this guy, Mondani. And this little boy has very little experience. But it shows you how unhappy the people are about the current political system.
This is New York City. I think you put your finger on it. People are unhappy all across the board. I know libertarians that are voting for this socialist just because they want a radical change. Yeah. And they view his principal opponent, former governor Andrew Cuomo, as more of the same, more of the same, more of the same. And the more Cuomo talks, the more Mondani goes up in the polls. Again, this is a little boy of nothing. And again, we’re talking New York City. We’re not talking about Columbus, Ohio. We’re talking about the major city of America.
And again, he didn’t have a lot of money behind him. It was social media that made it happen. Yes, getting a lot of young voters. So you got to watch these trends. And everybody should look at it for what it is and not the way you want it to be. Because this is very important to see. So, Judge, thanks for being on. Remember, everybody go to Judging Freedom. Who are you having on now, Judge? In and out. Well, and I know we’re running this tonight. Eleven this morning, Colonel Douglas McGregor won this afternoon, Aaron Mate.
And at three this afternoon, after me, your biggest fan in all the media, the great Phil Giraldi. Yeah, what a man he is. Oh, he has the courage of 10 Tigers. Yep. And we publish his articles in the Trends Journal every week. Right. Thank you, Judge. Thank you, Gerald. All the best. See you soon. [tr:trw].
