Putin is also calling for peaceful negotiations with the Ukraine military.

On the other side of the world, people like Hillary Clinton are calling for cyber attacks against Russia in retaliation. 

On MSNBC recently she said,

“I think we could be also attacking a lot of the government institutions and, again, the oligarchs, their way of life, through cyber attacks.” Read more here

I wonder how much of their money is being impacted?? Operations?
