Jovan basically said that after the Cyber Symposium, Professor David Clements and Dr. Frank sabotaged additional audits from happening by simply suggesting to lawmakers that they only do canvassing first.

Jovan says now we have to sue just to preserve the ballots, otherwise they will be destroyed! 

He also says the lawmakers likely won’t revive the original audit contracts because there are canvases happening. (ie: That gave them a reason to not do FULL forensic audits)
