Discover The Secret “Tools” Available To Election Officials In Order To Aid Them In Silencing Our Freedom Of Speech!

Today I share a follow up from my post yesterday about these Censorship Playbooks.

Part 2 of the Playbook gives VERY CLEAR GUIDELINES on how to silence speech on social media.

The Playbook provides specific steps to take and directions on what to look for, who to target, how to address, and how to effectively and quickly take down “unfavorable” information, which they like to call “mis/disinformation”.

They state the most STRIKING TARGETS are:

VRDB Voter Registration Databases

• • • • • • • E-poll books

            • Vote casting devices

            • Vote tally systems

            • ENR Election Night Reporting Systems

            • Contentious Political Issues — BOOM!

There it is… ANYTHING IS A TARGET IF IT DOESN’T FIT THEIR NARRATIVE. 

As elected officials, they are said to help counter “mis/disinformation” by providing clear, well publicized (msm?) accurate information about each of the targets.

It is their duty.

Just in case the state officials are not familiar with how each platform works and the means of communication on each platform, the Playbook tells the ins and outs of each social media platform.

It describes Facebook, YouTube and WhatsApp – basically any and all of the most popular platforms where “mis/disinformation” is spread.

They describe how many users from around the world use the platform, the features of each platform and any keywords or hashtags that are commonly used that should be searched.

It is said that there are certain “free tools” that state officials have access to with further accessibility to accounts for a fee.

The playbook provides a list of free tools to monitor social media accounts such as: TWEETDECK which allows the user to monitor a large number of hashtags and Twitter accounts of interest on one screen.

Or maybe Google alerts which monitor traditional media to create tailored news digest that are sent directly to their email inbox. 

Facebook also has created a page with tools and information for public officials.

Just to name a few…

So, wait a minute! 

You mean to tell me… 

THEY CAN LOG INTO A SECRET SECTION AND PAY A FEE TO GAIN ACCESS TO PEOPLE’S ACCOUNTS FOR QUICK REPORTING AND TAKE DOWN? 

Woah!

This is a crazy world we live in, no doubt.

A whole plan to silence the “opposition”.

Disgusting on so many levels.  

They determine the “threat level” of the “mis/disinformation” by looking at the reach the account has.

Do they have a large following?

Do they have a credible voice?

How many shares does the message receive?

Is the message gaining momentum and if so, how quickly, how far, and how wide?

When they have determined the level of threat; low, medium, or high severity, they are scored and the correct response must be given.

If an account is marked as HIGH severity, it must be continuously monitored on a type of feedback loop and depending on the message, they can be taken down immediately, if need be.

Medium and lower severity threats are treated with a different protocol. 

Ever heard of the Trusted Twitter Partnership?

Or maybe the Twitter Partner Support Portal (PSP)?

Something tells me not many of us have.

Let me let you in on a little secret Dr. Shiva shared with us… 

Twitter made an agreement with the Government to immediately silence any high threat accounts in support of the state actors.

The various positions of state officials from ballot counters to poll watchers to the higher ups with more access than others are all in on this.

And, this PSP just so happened to be written by the Head of Twitter in England and GIVES THEM SPECIAL PRIVILEGES THAT ALLOWS THE GOVERNMENT TO DIRECTLY TELL TWITTER WHO TO CENSOR.

Let that sink in for a moment… 

The GOVERNMENT Tells Social Media Platforms Who To Take Down! 

So in short, the PSP expedites the review and rating process of content indicated as potentially violating the rules and community guidelines.

They even have the ability to register and report on the PSP no matter if their account is verified or not. 

Wouldn’t that make the fact that they were a private company no longer true?

Has Twitter become a State Actor??

They set up a partnership with the government to launder censorship of the people’s voices!!

That would be a hard YES! 

That was never revealed to us through the media or any other source, for that matter.

We must ask the question, why not?

How deep does this swamp really go?
