It looks like the people of North Carolina want a review of the source code for ES&S (voting system company). 

THAT should be interesting! 

Are other states able to do this as well?  

I have reached out to Joseph Garcia (Chairperson for the Libertarian Party of North Carolina) to ask him about it.
