I am William Wallace, and I see a whole army of my countrymen here in defiance of tyranny. They may take our lives, but they’ll never take our freedom. You know, in recent years, a lot of people have realized just aren’t as strong as they used to be. They’re not as fit as they used to be. They’re not as in tune as they used to be. People, I mean, the world is actually really quiet these days. Does anybody notice that? You go to the grocery store and you get the fluoride eyes. People just look at you and they put their head down.

They don’t want to interact, they don’t want to look you in the eye, they don’t want to shake your hand. And you look at people and they just. They just look sick. Human beings are getting sicker. They’re getting fatter, they’re getting weaker, they’re getting uglier. They have less energy. They have less get up and go. They have less ambition. They don’t want to do anything. They’re constantly coming down with something, all kinds of strange, never before seen illnesses, diseases that don’t really add up unless you take into account, of course, all of the environmental factors that we’re faced with on a day to day basis.

Our food supply is poisoned, our air supply is poisoned. People are jabbed full of vaccines, pumped full of pills from the moment that they’re born. And anyone who’s looking at this reasonably can see it’s having a huge impact on human health, even daily interactions. And while we all know about things like heart attack epidemics and the rise of turbo cancers, one thing that we haven’t heard a whole lot about is the widespread decline in human body temperatures. Have you heard about this? I mean, it’s wreaking havoc on humanity because your body temperature isn’t just a number on a thermometer.

I know that. That’s what we’ve been programmed to think for our entire lives. You’re not feeling well, I’ll put this thing under your arm or under your tongue or up your. Whatever. It’s your body temperature. It’s a critical part of your overall health. It’s a critical part of your body’s overall ability to sustain itself, to fight back against disease, to fight back against defects, to keep you going day after day after day. Low body temperatures have been directly linked to a slowed metabolic rate. That’s why people are fat. It directly links to metabolic syndrome and diabetes.

This is why everybody relies on big Pharma to manufacture all of this stuff. In China and then send it over here with no quality control. Just take the medicine. In other words, if your body gets too cold, it can completely destroy your ability to maintain healthy blood pressure, blood sugar levels, and a whole lot more. And this is not an isolated issue. This is widespread. Approximately 41% of the U.S. population is suffering from metabolic syndrome right now. Nearly 40 million Americans have diabetes. Even worse, by 2030, the CDC says half of the U.S. population will be diabetic.

I mean, this was unimaginable just a decade or two ago, but now we’re being told it’s a sure thing. We should all just accept the fact that our country is descending into complete and total hell and that every time we step outside, half the people that we run into are fat or sick or both. And diabetes is just the tip of the iceberg. When your metabolic function declines, so does your ability to produce and regulate hormones. Men’s testosterone levels are directly linked to their body temperature. So is it really a coincidence that as our national temperature drops, so do our national testosterone levels? No, not a coincidence at all.

Right now, American men and men really all around the world are producing less testosterone than they ever have before. They’re gradually devolving into chemically castrated freaks. And all of this links back to body temperature. This is an issue that nobody is talking about except for Matt Cormier of Health Uncensored. Matt is a health researcher and the publisher of a substack publication where he’s releasing the brand new documentary series, all about the widespread drop in body temperature. And normal body temperature, 98.6 has long been considered that normal magic number. But Emily Kinser is here with word from a doctor who said that’s changing.

Yeah. For 150 years, it’s been commonly known the average human body temperature 98.6. Even the thermometers at the drugstore say so. It. So it’s really obvious, all right, that there is something going on here. We’re getting colder. There’s something to this, because things like this, they just don’t happen by mistake. Human beings have maintained an average body temperature of 98.6 degrees Fahrenheit since body temperatures were first observed. And now suddenly, they’re dropping like a lead balloon. And so are people, by the way. I mean, we should be living longer than ever before. The knowledge that we have, the information that we have, the technology that we have, everything that we know about food and diets and protein and exercise, we should be living longer now than we ever have before.

But instead, we’re dying out in the most advanced countries in human history, people are just dropping dead in the prime of their lives or being diagnosed with illnesses that totally destroy them. And none of this is happening organically. For more insight on all of this, we’re now joined here on the Stu Peters show by Matt Cormier of Health Unleashed. Uncensored. Uncensored. Thank you so much for being here. We appreciate it, Matt. Thanks for having me on. You hit the nail right on the head. They say that we’re living longer than ever nowadays, but that’s not true.

We’re dying longer than ever. Rates of chronic illness, low testosterone, cancer, diabetes, autism, Alzheimer’s, you name it. Skyrocketing. What do you link all this to, Matt? Just like anything else, it’s multifactorial. You know, environmental toxin exposures, antibiotic use, vaccine. So talk about these individually. Environmental toxin exposure, what specifically are you talking about? Are you talking about the. That they’re spraying in the skies? That’s part of it. I mean, we just had this poisonous fog recently. And everywhere where this mysterious fog was reported, the people that I know that are in these areas, they’re all sick. They were getting acute illness.

I read the same thing. I read the same thing. There’s probably something to that. My research generally is focused on heavy metals, things like cadmium, mercury, lead. What’s happening is, is that there’s very poor regulation on environmental pollution. So let’s say the coal industry releases mercury as a byproduct of using coal for energy. It goes up into the air, it mixes with the clouds, it comes back down with the rain onto our crops and into our soil and then into our food, into our rivers. There was a study that came out, I think it was three years ago, 2021.

It showed the majority of baby food in the United States contained very high levels of heavy metals. Mercury, cadmium, lead, far exceeding EPA recommendations. So that’s one factor. Heavy metals, one of the primary concerns with them is that they’re endocrine disruptors. They disrupt the hormones, they disrupt the immune system and nervous system function. You mentioned a little earlier on, you go to a grocery store, people can’t make eye contact anymore. Everyone has anxiety, everyone has nervous system problems. There’s not much talk about what’s causing that. The focus tends to be on symptom management. Then we talk about things like antibiotics.

You have prescription antibiotics which have been severely over prescribed for 30, 40 years. And then you have other things that have antibiotic properties. Pesticides in food, preservatives in food. So your microbiome, your GI microbiome plays a lot, a lot into detoxification. Your hormones, your ability to digest and utilize vitamins, nutrients. There’s a lot to it. Emf, rf, radiation. There’s so many different factors going on contributing to the chronic illness epidemic. Specifically, though, something that no one is addressing is our drop in body temperatures. Collectively, globally, 98.6 degrees Fahrenheit was the average for over a century. It was considered the benchmark for good health.

That dropped, that’s been consistently dropping. And now 98.6 is no longer the average. Our average now is about 97.9, which means, as you mentioned, our metabolic rate is getting slower, our immune function is dropping. When it comes to body temperature in relation to illness and disease, an elevated body temperature above 98.6 degrees Fahrenheit would mean acute illness and active immune response. 98.6 degrees Fahrenheit, right on the dot is immune system homeostasis. Everything’s running as it should. When body Temperature gets below 98.6 degrees Fahrenheit, it means the immune system is suppressed. Infections become chronic. Infections generate low grade inflammation rather than acute robust inflammatory response.

Now we start talking about diabetes, autism, anxiety, depression, GI issues, fatigue, that’s all basically symptoms of chronic illness. So, you know, the fact that this has become widespread and is now commonplace, even children, you know, Nobody can maintain 98.6 anymore. I can’t. It’s a global health crisis that no one’s no one’s covering. You know, the question that I have is this. So, you know, you go and you use Google, which I don’t rely on as, you know, a source of truth, obviously. And I, and I know what’s happening there. So don’t discount what I’m saying here just because of that.

But what the average public is looking at here is like, okay, well, it says that, you know, 98.6 is the average body temperature. You’re saying that the average body temperature actually has fallen to 97.9. The average person, the normal person, myself included, I would say, well, what’s the big deal? I mean, 97.9 doesn’t sound too off from 98.6. Why, why should I be concerned about this? Well, any change, any deviation from 98.6 is significant. There’s a mountain of medical literature supporting that and confirming that your, your body temperature, resting body temperature, is one of the most accurate markers of immune function and metabolic rate, as was pointed out.

So the fact that all of our body temperatures are collectively dropping, it means something’s happening. When you dig into the research and you see the conditions that are associated with poor metabolic rate and low immune function, these two things trend together. Exactly. As our body temperatures have dropped, our testosterone, Testosterone levels are dropping. As our body temperatures have dropped, diabetes rates are skyrocketing. As our body temperatures are dropped, rates of mental illness, chronic mental illness, depression, anxiety, panic attack, et cetera, are skyrocketing. It’s no coincidence. All these things go hand in hand. The big problem in my concern is that no one in any of our healthcare institutions or agencies are raising a red flag at the beginning of the.

No, they’re actually celebrating that this is a good thing. You saw what I just put on the screen right there. And they’re attributing today’s lowering body temperatures that now hover closer to 97.9. They’re attributing this to better health and living conditions that reduce inflammation. So is this all just projection? Well, there’s a great study that completely disproves that narrative that started in 2002. There was a tribe in the Amazon known as the Tsumani tribe. And in 2002, contrary to what was happening around the world, they still had 98.6 degrees Fahrenheit, average body temperature. The entire community of people between 2002 and 2016, their body temperatures all dropped, just like what was happening in the rest of the world, except it happened at 10 times the rate.

For that to happen, it means Something’s happening environmentally. Their lifestyles didn’t change, their diets didn’t change. Something else happened to them in the span of less than two decades. You know, it’s very, very concerning when they say that we have left less inflammation, that’s true. It’s because our bodies aren’t fighting infections anymore. You know, we talk about diabetes. Diabetes really is rooted. There’s a lot of research showing that diabetes can be caused primarily by common viral infections. They get inside the liver and the pancreas, and they establish latency. When I say common viruses, I mean things like Epstein Barr, the virus responsible for cold sores, herpes simplex.

These viruses can get inside the liver and disrupt glycogen storage, glucose storage, and insulin production. When it gets into the pancreas. Well, I mean, anything, steam, including Epstein, is definitely an infectious problem. Of course, you know, so I mean, who’s responsible for this and what’s the remedy for all of this? I mean, what should people be doing about this if this is, if this is such a tremendous concern? And you see all the projection and the deflecting that’s happening online and Google searches say, hey, this is a good thing to celebrate. You know, of course the public at large is going to be like, yeah, I’m not concerned about this.

You know, there’s this growing maha slogan happening. And in my opinion, and from my research, I think nowadays, if someone’s dealing with chronic illness to any degree, the illness has to become acute before they could heal, Right? As we’re talking about lower amount of inflammation, that’s bad. Inflammation is a healing response. It cleanses the body. You get rid of infection if you produce less inflammation, if you stop the inflammatory response, anything you’re harboring becomes chronic. And then we start talking about cancer and autoimmune disease. The, the, the black pill. The real problem with all this is that I think getting healthy for a lot of people would disable them or kill them.

Most people nowadays, if you ask them when their body temperature comes up to 98.6, healthy body temperature, they. They start getting symptoms of acute inflammation. Another interesting thing, when people start getting that elevated body temperature, symptoms like anxiety and depression fall by the wayside. Anytime someone gets a cold, they don’t deal with anxiety, depression anymore. Their nervous system is calm. Everything is kind of running as it should be. But I think that the, the biggest fact here is, is that we’ve reached a point in humanity where I don’t think there’s any return from here on out.

I think it’s going to be a focus on symptom management rather than getting healthy. Unfortunately, that is a real black pill. Yeah, I don’t know if I’m willing to swallow that one because I’ve seen my own personal health turn around. I know what I know and I know what to stay away from and I know what to embrace and I know what to feed my kids. And I’ve actually seen tremendous turnaround and not only my personal health, but the health of my children, their vibrance, the amount of energy that they have, the amount of clear thinking that they’re capable of rather than, you know, brain fog or confusion.

They’re just more crisp. I’m more crisp, I’m more cut, I’m more lean, I’m stronger, I’m faster in every way imaginable, both mentally, spiritually and of course physically. And that’s with minimal effort in the gym. I mean, I think I’m in the gym 45 minutes a day, five days a week. And you know, I mean I’ve. I’ve dropped from 16 to down to about 9% body fat. And this has just been over a period of 50 days. I think what I should do actually is start showing my progress pictures to people. But maintaining health is really important.

I mean, being healthy is obviously it’s the only thing that we have. We’re here for such a short period of time. Nobody wants to be sick, nobody wants to be on these big pharma, you know, poisons that are really responsible for just giving you a new set of symptoms so they can make you a lifetime subscriber to the big pharma industrial complex. Keep you going back to these for profit kill camps that are called hospitals, clinics and doctor’s offices where these fake doctors that go to medical school really are nothing more than somebody who has learned to read AI because when you go in and you have these symptoms, they put these into these machines called epic.

Those are uploaded and then AI tells the doctor, you know, some form of diagnosis that it spits out. And then this treatment that they give you, which is more poisons and more toxins. So isn’t really the secret just knowing what’s real, what’s healthy and what’s whole and staying away from poisons. Yeah, I agree with you. One thing I would say is that there’s a lot of people that are starting to inquire about their health, about their physical fitness. And one of the first things they do, generally speaking is they adopt dietary changes. You see a lot of people online, you know, carnivore for the win or keto diet gluten free.

The problem is, is that you can see symptom reduction, but there’s no healing taking place. You know, people say, well, I’m healthier than I’ve ever been. You know, I dropped 30 pounds and my energy stop and, you know, everything’s looking good. But the problem is that as soon as you return to kind of a balanced diet, all those symptoms come back. Yeah, I don’t think that the paleo or the keto or the gluten free or the carnivore and I’m going to get a lot of blowback for this because I know a lot of people in our camp that really love the carnivore diet.

I understand it, I get it. If that’s what you want to do, that’s fine. I’m not knocking it. Do whatever you got to do. What I’m more concerned with is sustainability. You know, if you’re able to sustain something without complaining, because if you’re complaining and if it’s cutting in on your enjoyment of your life or your lifestyle or your social life or any of that, it’s not going to be sustainable. You’re not going to do it. And then typically when you do something like keto, for example, which is depriving your body of the necessary carbohydrates that you need to feed your brain and to fuel your energy and to, you know, be in the gym working out all these things, there’s a good carbs and there’s bad carbs.

You can get carbs from vegetables, you don’t have to get them from a Big Mac bun. You know, I mean, so there, there’s common sense ways to approach your health, but when you return off of the keto and you’re like, okay, I’ve lost all the weight that I want to, I’m going to go back to my normal eating because I want to be happy again. Happiness is probably the best health, actually, because if you’re overall confident and happy and you’re walking with good posture, sitting with good posture, you’re upright. And that has a lot to do with being morally upright too.

This is a really big, you know, your diet is just a microcosm of everything else that affects your, your physical health. I think mental health is one of the biggest things that affects your physical health. Obviously, if you don’t believe that you’re great, you’ll never be great. You’re only able to achieve to the level of your lowest limiting belief. I’m always going to be fat, I’m always going to be ill, I’m always going to be weak. I’m getting older. I should accept the fact that my body is producing less IGF or less testosterone, or that I’m not sleeping as well, or that I need a machine to help me sleep or that I’m going to be on these pills and every day I got to take these.

People accept this and that’s their lowest limiting belief. So of course they’re never going to break through to recognize what real health is actually all about. But when you do return off of these fad diets like keto and carnivore and paleo or whatever the hell these things are, you blow up and you get more inflamed and fatter and more miserable and more sickly than you were before you started the thing. And that’s because you have deprived your body. You haven’t given it the necessary balanced nutrients that you need. And that’s because everybody’s looking for a quick miracle thing.

That’s why we have these people all over this Ozempic. I mean it’s killing people, it’s making them sick and it makes their bodies look hideous. Really. Poison? Because yeah, it’s poison. Nobody wants to go to the gym. No. Nobody wants to just go eat. Right. Make sure that you, you’re watching your protein intake, you’re staying properly hydrated. I drink a gallon and a half of water a day, three of those. And it’s not just water, you know, I add electrolytes to my water some days. A little bit of creatine, some natural lemon juice. If you just drink regular water, you’re pissing out all the stuff that you’re trying to put into your body.

That’s good, right? And so you’re just getting rid of it’s counterproductive. So people have to know how to properly hydrate and eat. And really all that takes is just a little bit of research and common sense. But everybody wants the instant six pack. If it was that easy, everybody would have one. But today everybody’s looking for the easy way out. Nobody wants to put the effort into even research. The other day I made a comment about how Elon Musk was paid $6 billion by Jews. I got blasted, you know, in the comments. You got any proof of that? You got any proof of that? It’s literally a two second search.

Yeah, BlackRock gave Xai $6 billion. Okay. Why do you feel entitled to my time for free research rather than just going and doing the research yourself. When I say something, I mean it. People are freaking lazy. And that laziness and that apathy and that lowest limiting belief and that complacency and that mental weakness. And these soy ridden are a big part of the problem that we have here in our country on every level. And it’s because they’re not in warrior condition mentally, spiritually and most importantly, physically. I agree. I agree 100%. You know, I, I think our lifestyles have changed a lot and I think nowadays there’s been a big push to demasculinize men.

Yeah. And part of the strength of a man is the ability to fight, to take on challengers, to speak their mind. And you know, there are some very, very powerful people that are looking to stop that. You know, we, we start to touch upon kind of conspiratorial conversation here. But not really. I mean it’s not a conspiracy that they’re looking to, to break up everything that keeps you healthy and keeps you fighting your mental health, the nuclear family, your diet. I mean, go all the way back to the food pyramid where they told you that the most important thing that you do is eat all this white flour.

Like what? It’s the worst thing ever. It’s the biggest part of the fake food pyramid. All your grains like no white flour, processed sugars, I mean alcohol, all the things that they want you to go do and enjoy. You see more ads for alcohol than you do for anything else. Yeah. Because they want you drunk, they want you fat, they want you full of processed sugars, they want you lazy, they want you full of yeast and they want you fighting with your spouse every day. Right, sure, sure. Yeah. You know when, when men’s testosterone levels are currently their lowest in recorded history, there’s something very, very serious going on in our country.

Yeah. Then we kind of get into a discussion about gender dysphoria and things of that. And I think there’s a real link between those, those two points right there. Men’s testosterone levels dropping and people becoming confused about their gender. There’s something going on there. Yeah. That. Cormier, you’re a smart young man.
