Hey it’s Dan, welcome back to I Allegedly. I’ve got a good one for you today because a lot of people are about 90 days away from financial ruins. Most Americans don’t think about this and a lot of people are experiencing this right now and the layoffs have just begun. So please hit the like button, please subscribe to this channel, and let’s get into it. There’s a lot of news to cover today on this. First things first, Oracle, one of the largest tech companies in the world, is going to lay people off and originally it was going to be, oh hey we’re gonna have 25,000 and 27,000 layoffs.

Now it’s well over 30,000 layoffs and they started to issue the warn notices and I even have one one of them that was sent to me from Kansas City and this is a big deal because most people don’t realize this. You can say, wow I didn’t know Oracle was in trouble. They’re not in trouble. No. It’s a shift. This is replacement. This is getting rid of humans and having them replaced with the robots. That’s what’s happening right before your eyes. Now you can sit there and say, oh wow Dan, I think this is kind of an exaggeration.

Nope, this is the beginning of this. They’re going to invest in automation. What is the most expensive part of our company? Our salaries. So let’s cut these people. Let’s get rid of them now. It’s wild to think about because you’ve got 30,000 people losing their jobs. It’s a major restructuring for this company. Major restructuring. So you’re gonna see this happen more and more and more. It’s not just tightening a budget. This is about major, major changes to this company and you know one thing that that came along with this story as I started to research this was the fact that there’s a great site called Steady Finds.

Steady Finds is everything from health, money, all these different things that people, you know, they do different surveys and different opinions. Health, age, you know, who are dog owners happier, whatever. Well this other one got down to the nitty-gritty of people’s budgets and if you don’t have any money and most people, when you really get honest and you put pen to paper, you get 90 days, 90 days of survival. Now think about this. You may not have 90 days of savings. Okay, well I don’t have that Dan. What am I gonna do? Well you’ll start to sell stuff.

That’s what’ll happen. You’ll lose your job and you got to pay your rent. Then you’ll start to sit and say what can we do without? Well you know I have my cell phone. Do we really need the internet? You’ll start to do things like that but most people until they have complete economic collapse is only 90 days. They’ve got rent, mortgage payment, got car payments, got credit cards, food costs, which have all skyrocketed. Every single one of those have skyrocketed. Don’t forget the insurance and the utilities and everybody has very little savings right now.

So that’s the problem. It’s not a slow decline, it’s a free fall and the problem with it is that the average American doesn’t have the money set aside. I’m telling you something that you have to look at and as a signal man, you know, I have, you know, I don’t play games with myself financially. I sit there and think about okay, what am I gonna do here? What am I gonna do there? And with that, I put pen to paper all the time and okay, can I afford this? Can I afford this trip? Should I be doing this? Should I be doing that? And with that, it’s very serious because as I worry about my own budget and as I worry about money and as I worry about planning and the future, there’s a lot of people that just don’t have anything, nothing.

And you can sit there and you know you should do this anyways right now while people still have a little bit of money. You should sell everything you don’t need. And I’ve done that video so many times. I had one guy, him and his wife, they were out of New Zealand and they sold $8,600 worth of stuff American for just getting rid of their crap in their garage. Old golf clubs, sporting equipment, hiking equipment, chairs they didn’t need, all the stuff and raised $86,000 so $8,600 sorry about that. But you know you’re gonna start to see this happen more and more and more.

We have more people right now that are a mortgage payment behind than ever before. More you know worse than we had during the Great Recession. We have more people that are two payments behind, three payments behind. You’re starting to see this problem get exacerbated regardless of the industry that you’re in. Now you can sit there and say well tech is going through a change Dan. It’s gonna be different, it’s not gonna be different. It’s not gonna be different in regards to what you’re in and I’m gonna prove it in this video with everything I’m gonna talk to you about.

And the next thing is that people that have jobs right now don’t get the fact that HR, human resources, is gunning for people right now. Who is the biggest problem? Who is the headache? You know we saw about a year and a half ago we saw horrible things from meta and Facebook and all these different companies that would sit there and say hey you know assistant managers tell me who the biggest problem is in your company and you know who should you get rid of? And they literally made it a popularity contest.

I hate Joan let’s get rid of her. And the problem with that is that it became vindictive. Now they’re just gonna get rid of you and now there’s certain signs and I want you to understand this that worked really well and that is you know if you see sudden changes in communication with your job they’re getting rid of you. How you talk to you. Listen don’t talk to me all of a sudden Dan’s left out of meetings. Why am I not at this meeting? Well it’s not important. I have a friend of mine who just retired and they thought they would play games with him and he ran security for a large medical group and they started to mess around with him just to kind of teach him a lesson and the lesson was taught when about a month later he said hey guess what I’m gonna retire and the arrogance of everybody’s like don’t worry we got this covered.

People didn’t last a week without this guy. That’s how important he was and I’m telling you he is right now he is my go-to guy when it comes to police stuff. He was a cop for 25 years. He ran this hospital group all the security for hundreds of people and told me story after story after story based on his experience and they started messing around with him. You know what I got plenty of money Dan. I’m gonna retire and I’m gonna go do my thing. So you know you’re no longer included in decisions they’re getting rid of you.

Now not everybody can be like my buddy. Not everybody can leave. Oh I’m gonna teach them. His is epic. His is one of the greatest things ever and every now and then when I mentioned this he watches my videos he just laughs and he knows that this is so what they did to themselves and all these all these arrogant people that just thought don’t worry we got you want me to train anybody no we got it we got this handled and they didn’t. You know number two if work starts disappearing in your you know in what you do start to see things taken away from you different assignments different things like that most likely they’re gonna lay off preparing preparing for the inevitable.

Projects get reassigned you know all the stuff that all these HR people send me the same thing here’s the thing doesn’t matter if you’re in the food service industry if you’re in real estate if you’re in tech these are the things that they sent me and they all said the same thing. Isn’t that great? So now if you have increased documentation and oversight hey listen Dan we need your TPS reports in and we need you to document everything that you’re doing during the day well I’ve never had to do this in the 12 years I’ve done with the company.

Yeah big changes coming you know just want to make sure we know what everybody’s doing well they want to know what Dan’s doing. Do you see what I’m saying? They’re making these changes with people and people don’t get it people just sit there and think and and I go back to this four years ago I had a woman write me and said my husband’s vice president of Microsoft he’s never gonna lose his job you keep talking about things like this how people need to prepare that’s crazy that guy lost his job within 60 days and was like they were dumbfounded absolutely devastated that that happened it was wild because people send me stuff and I appreciate it but you’d be surprised what people send you really would you know new management hey number four we have new leadership that’s coming in and the difference with like my buddy you know oh yeah that’s nice and he he was the guy everybody liked but he was he was great at de-escalation and understand this I mean you have to understand running a hospital is like running the city when it comes to crime when it comes to making sure that nurses are safe because there’s a lot of kookaburras in the world there’s a lot of people they get treated by the cute nurse and she’s being social not being flirty and the loser confuses that so they get put into bad situations where all of a sudden you get the nerd that shows up and told me stories you wouldn’t believe about this stuff but again you know new management we’re gonna make some changes you know new management brings changes and they always cut staff you know the massive layoffs that we saw at Oracle this is the beginning of this I did an interview with Mike Adams the Health Ranger and we talked about where AI is going when it comes to jobs and it is you guys haven’t seen anything yet you know Mike it’s amazing he built a studio to go out and to train robots at his facility and I’m like really what do you know what are they gonna do they’re gonna do security and what they’re most like you’re gonna start with right now is sentry robots that are four-legged like a dog that can you know roam free and protect you out there you know I always joke about Rosie I mean cool man shows up he’s got a problem if he didn’t wasn’t announced he would have a problem in the backyard you know and that’s one thing but what Mike’s doing is heavy heavy stuff and it’s great and you’re gonna see this over and over and over again he’s gonna have an expense now and it won’t be a problem later you know so the systematic shift in the economy and a few other things my brother sent me a great story today about how Hollywood la-la land is done and you’re going to see major changes because the auto industry is getting the total hit and now look at all these people with dogs out here right now it’s funny I filmed the most beautiful video I did this content on the beach today and I couldn’t in four tries I tried to fix the sound and the wind and everything and couldn’t do it so you guys get the park instead but there’s always beautiful dogs running around and that’s great it’s just fantastic but the auto industry in Hollywood you know all the cars purchased you know one thing that somebody sent me today a young guy hey you remember what the biggest flex was two years ago and that was having a Tesla and sitting there and and being in your industry being a content creator and going out and getting a Tesla you were big time well now there are there are Teslas out there right now that are a hundred and fifty dollars a month and they’ve sent me things like this so the auto industry is suffering it’s dying you’re seeing Hollywood that’s dying so it’s over with the next thing I wanted to talk to you guys about was Rick sent me all this content that covered restaurants and Vegas and you have all these restaurants around the area that are closing well again the thing that made him start sending me this stuff was they were beloved restaurants yeah and here’s a beloved restaurant that’s going out of business and you know the second location for I want to get the name eggworks and I’ve seen eggworks in Vegas eggworks is done closing you’re going to see the white castle two of their iconic locations in Las Vegas the one in the Las Vegas strip it is tied to this like Royal Casino and it’s one of those casinos that you walk by like hey listen come here in the first $20 is free on us and it’s right connected to the White Castle done finished Monday next week last day to go to White Castle nothing anybody’s want to go to White Castle but their Henderson Henderson location is closing too so one of the last things that’s open when you drive out of Las Vegas is the Terrible’s gas station the Terrible’s gas station has a White Castle there that’s done Emmett Smith Emmett Smith has a restaurant on the Las Vegas strip closing this week done by closed overnight why it’s beloved it’s Emmett Smith no I guess it’s not you know so next one this is not Indian Springs Casino they’re closing the Bob’s big boy and my brother’s Italian wife always loses her mind I see you know you can get their chili on spaghetti and she just lose every time I mentioned that because the only thing with because the big boy hamburger used to be really good when we were kids but now oh my gosh it’s not so you’re starting to see more stores close and once again it’s a problem guys it’s a problem that everybody wants to sit there and acts like this is no big deal it’s a big deal this is a big deal that we’re going through right now you’re seeing gas at an all-time high don’t worry it’s gonna come down you know somebody sent me Bob Kudla did an interview and I’ll get Bob in the show soon but how Bob was saying listen oil prices are gonna come down Bob loves oil Bob for those of you that have watched my channel Bob Kudla’s the stock train he’s brilliant at it but Bob is convinced that once this Iran mess ends we’re going to see a world where things are going to drop and gas is going to drop after what damage you know what I mean it’s like hey my house is on fire and I’ll never forget I coached Little League for my kid when he was real young you know like 10 11 12 and one guy him and his wife thought they would do this during the economic downturn that they would buy houses in South Carolina now they lived here in Orange County California and they had a fire and the guy was at a baseball game sitting there he’s trying to convince himself fire can’t be that bad people are still inside the house they’re gonna sleep there tonight and I’m like it’s terrible what do you do you have to fly out there well I think they’re gonna FaceTime me later we’ll see okay so I did that story on grocery stores changing there’s more closing final final story if you are a family and you go to Chick-fil-a right now think about this if you put your phones down during your meal they will give you free ice cream I thought that’s pretty cool should advertise that you know I had a bunch of shenanigans sent to me the other day about you know April Fool’s jokes and you know a woman that works for a shelter company and they
