This is affecting businesses and logistics, making it difficult to buy and ship goods. Hey, it’s Dan. Welcome back. You’re watching IAllegedly. And I’ve got a good one for you today because, man oh man, we’ve had massive layoffs lately and there’s one sector that has a huge problem and that is trucking, that is shipping, that is logistics. Getting stuff from A to B. So hit the like button, subscribe to the channel, but there’s a lot of other business dudes to cover. First things first. In the last few weeks, three weeks to be exact, there’s been 4,137 people laid off from trucking companies. And when you hear this, it’s just unbelievable, you know.

It’s national distribution, 1756, Camper Corporation, 280, Western brands, 180. The list is unbelievable, but the point of this is that people and business and logistics are having nothing but problems getting people to buy and ship things. It was just announced, think about this, that In-N-Out hamburgers, which is arguably a great California company that started in Baldwin Park, California. Lindsey Snyder, who’s grandparent started the company, the CEO, just announced they’re moving to Tennessee, by California, tired of blue states, tired of how difficult it is to work in California. Well enough is enough is enough guys.

Now understand this, this is not just companies that deliver to Home Depot, this is everybody guys. This is people that do distribution for booze, distribution for moving, distribution for products that go to everything from electronics to building supplies. Absolutely unbelievable guys, but what you’re seeing is it getting worse and worse and worse. Nevada, okay, has a huge problem with squatters, and I’m going to do a video on that in the next week or so, but it’s becoming the squatter capital of the country, because these people understand that as real estate takes a downturn, you’re going to see more and more and more people that are going to sit there and say, let’s go and move in this place and take advantage of it.

But there’s another huge problem with Nevada real estate, is that Nevada real estate brokers have come up with a plan to screw you, and the idea with this is that they are making side deals with the sellers and saying, hey, Dan’s going to buy a house here, he’s qualified, if I bring Dan in the door and he looks at your house and likes it, I’m going to show him the door, you’re going to pay me four, 4% for the seller side. Think about this, think about this number, in the last year, you had real estate commissions that averaged 3.5% in the state of Nevada, okay, not anymore guys, the real estate commissions have gone to almost 6%, 5.8%.

Why is that? Because these realtors are sitting there saying, pay me more, pay me more, you want good people, you’re going to make a side deal. And the National Association of Realtors had a settlement of $441 million, plus the other billion dollar settlements you guys have heard about. And what they’ve done is they’ve circumvented this, how can we do this? And again, people are smart, you want my qualified buyers? Great, you’re going to pay me substantially. You understand? So they go to the seller and work out a deal.

We’re also seeing that, and I’m going to do a video on this later on, where you’re starting to see more and more people that are realizing that their property tax has been inflated. So you’ve got to look at this. We’ve seen this so many times guys, just over and over and over that there’s a problem with this. So, you know, there’s been a trash strike that started in Boston. And Republic, when we get the name right, Republic Services is a trash company in Southern California. They said, now, we’re going to honor the strike.

We’re not going to cross the picket line and pick up trash because of our brothers and sisters in Boston. And you can sit there and go, that’s crazy. It is crazy, guys, because my girlfriend was telling me how her trash had not been picked up for two weeks. And then she had people knocking on the door saying, hey, you want to take your trash? Well, you know, you pay us 100 bucks, the trash will be gone. Yeah, do it. Get rid of it. So these guys are making side deals.

And people are furious that Republic Services have not settled this. Now, they’re starting to pick up trash in different areas and make up for that. But it’s going to be interesting how this plays out. Del Taco had a major franchise owner file bankruptcy. Del Taco is a large Southern California taco, you know, discounted taco chain. And I’m telling you guys, ever since they got value meal, where things are cheaper, the quality of the food has gone to hell. And you know what, this is the perfect example. People cannot afford cheap fast food.

They cannot afford cheap Mexican food. So they’re skipping it altogether. So that’s what this bankruptcy read the story below because it’s it’s a good one. You know, target people either love target or they hate target. Target just said that we’re no longer going to do price matching done finished. We’re not going to match prices on anything you don’t you don’t like their prices don’t shop here. Great article about this below about what they’re you know, what the numbers that they have the sales and how they’re not going to do this anymore.

So it’s going to be interesting to see what happens guys over the course the next year with these major retailers, I think we’re going to see more and more of them go out of business is what I think. So let me know what you think. You know, so these problems with the trucking companies, this is something you just cannot get rid of guys, when you have 4000 people in just over three weeks that lose their jobs, and an industry that is moving things, people that move product from A to B, that’s something that shows you the severity of how bad it is.

Now there’s more to cover. Don’t forget, we have the private channel I allegedly live, and you sign up at allegedly.TV. It’s all the stuff is too hot to talk about other places. One thing that people have written me a lot about is they like these suspension and probation orders that are issued to bank employees. There’s a few that are just great. And you can read this below. Lacey Ann Henry, former teller manager at Trooper Pennsylvania branch of TD Bank. She had unauthorized withdrawals of $41,000 from customers accounts.

41 grand guys, then you’ve got Alonzo, Maseo Gonzalez Ibarra, guys got four names. Former teller at operations at a Portland bank of JP Morgan, he decided to get $36,000 from the ATM accounts there. Guys, what is this? How come these people are not in a penitentiary? You I have to go to a banking, think about a banking industry site to see that this bullshit’s happening. So it’s crazy, guys, absolutely nuts that we’re seeing more and more of this stuff right now. So, you know, let’s do one more.

Okay, just because they’re so good. Okay, order of probation against Grisele Santa Maria, former client service manager at Webster bank. Okay. Making images available for sale, causing over $100,000 in damages to the bank. Wow. Wow, wow, wow. Let me know what you think. Hit the like button, subscribe to the channel just a quick video today. But a lot of stuff I’m working on right now. It’s kind of exciting. And let me know what you think right now. You want to email me it’s hello at I allegedly calm and onward and upward guys, I’ll see you very soon.
