Jack Smith Is Getting DESPERATE!!!

The radical leftist, marxist judge in this case, Judge Chutkin, has, of course, denied each of these motions. And so, on December 7, Trump’s legal team filed an appeal to chutkin’s denials. Now, here’s the problem. Here’s how our court system works. As long as these motions are going through the appellate process, the case against Trump is effectively stalled. There’s basically nothing Jack Smith or Chuckin can do against him.

And on top of that, the appellate process can take a long, long time. We’re talking months, if not years. Now, the problem with that is that lengthy process gets in the way of the blatantly political and election interfering purposes of this trial. The court set a date from March 4, the day before Super Tuesday in the primaries. I kid you not, they set a date from March 4 to begin the trial, and the appeals process will inevitably go beyond that date.

And so Jack Smith, in an act of desperation, has decided to file a motion directly with the Supreme Court to get them to rule whether Trump has immunity, thus bypassing the lengthy appellate process. Now, if you’re following the legacy media, you’ve been getting a steady dose of, shall we say, wishful thinking or better propaganda. Here’s what you’ll get from the Guardian. And so he went right to the Supreme Court, and in the process he jumped a court that’s far more likely to help him, and instead went to one that’s least likely to help him.

We’re getting the same analysis from the legal expertise of Technofog, who rightly sees what Smith did as an act of desperation, and the filings reveal it. But of course, the woke leftist disguised as journalists over the Guardian could care less about those facts. They care only about pushing globalist propaganda. But in the filings, Jack Smith wrote this, quote, it is of imperative public importance that respondents claims of immunity be resolved by this court and that respondents trial proceed as promptly as possible.

If his claim of immunity is rejected now, why on earth is it so important for this trial to proceed as promptly as possible? What’s Jack Smith’s justification for that? Why is promptness so important here? According to Technophog’s analysis, he never tells us. Jack Smith never gives so much as a hint of a reason for why it’s absolutely imperative that this case be conducted, quote, as promptly as possible.

He goes on to plead with the court to take up the case precisely because the appeals process, quote, might prevent the Supreme Court from hearing and deciding the case this term. This Supreme Court term. That’s what Jack Smith is talking about here. We need to have this case decided, this Supreme Court term. Now, why on earth is it so important that this case be settled within this Supreme Court term as opposed to another term? Why is this term so important? By the way, do you think the woke shills over at the guardian are asking questions like that? Do you think the woke shills at the Guardian are asking questions like that? We of course all know the answer.

Jack Smith is desperately trying to get Trump tried before the 2024 election. That’s the effing answer. But of course, he can’t say that. If he did, he’d be explicitly admitting that this trial is nothing more than a political sham, a kangaroo court. But despite the best efforts of the legacy media outlets like the Guardian, things are so blatantly obvious right now that even the Washington Post. Yes, democracy dies in darkness.

Washington Post is admitting that Jack Smith is nothing more than a political actor. He’s legally persecuting President Trump for political purposes. Which means that this blatant election interference on the part of Biden’s Justice Department is just that. Again, everyone sees it. The polls show that the vast majority of Americans aren’t buying this. A relatively recent Harvard Harris poll shows that 55% of the population believes that the indictments are politically motivated.

55. Six in ten believe there’s nothing more than a political hack job. 56% believe that this is deliberate election interference by Biden’s justice Department. 57% think Trump will be acquitted, and if not, 53% want him parted. And that even includes 30% of Democrats. 30% of Democrats don’t want anything to do with this either. And these indictments literally are blowing up right in the Democrats faces. Moreover, to make matters even worse, it may turn out that the joke ultimately is on Jack Smith and the legacy media.

Because if the Supreme Court does rule affirmatively on Trump’s immunity, then by definition, that ruling doesn’t just implode Jack Smith’s case. That ruling, by definition, does away with all the other cases against Trump. So this is clearly an act of desperation on the part of Jack Smith and the Biden injustice department, and it will be fascinating to see how it all plays out.
