Hey, it’s Dan. Welcome back. Oh no, Godzilla! One thing that I get a kick out of is they don’t have the catalogs anymore. You can, you know, go back to your hotel room and look everything up. Look at this. But like my brother said, hey, bring me a catalog so I can see everybody who was there. And I’m like, they don’t have that this year. So, lots of cover. Lots to show you. Okay, this is the first robot of the show, which is a wearable robot that helps you with everything from lifting, packaging, logistics in your shop.
A little bit of everything. Now, here’s something really cool out of Belgium and it’s called Twin Skin. And what it does is let’s say you’ve been, you’ve had a cut, a burn, been diagnosed with skin cancer. This follows the treatment and then AI with their app can let you know the progress and be sent to your doctor for treatment. And it’s just amazing. Stuff that’s happened from everything, from hearing to sound, a little bit of everything. That’s just really, really cool. I’ve been here 10 minutes and it’s been amazing stuff already. But your treatment, your medical treatment is forever going to change right now.
You’re not going to have speculation. Oh gosh, what should I do? They’re going to be able to know. And these apps are going to be able to track the treatment down to, you know, less than a millimeter of where it’s at. It’s just very, very exciting. As I go to these different countries, here I’m at the Netherlands and they’ve got everything from biometrics to your health, what they’re tracking, your touch. I mean, it’s a lot of cool stuff for health and moving forward. Things are never going to be the same. They’re just not. You know, Korea, just very, very cool.
They’ve got all these different booths here. But your medical treatment, oh my gosh, is my wound healing. You know, from everything, from sound waves that can help bones heal faster, all these different things that you’re going to be able to take home with you and not have to set an appointment and be five weeks out. Is this looking good? Now, you won’t have to mess with that anymore. Now, this is really cool. Pipahola is a dog toy where, remotely, you can play with your dog, your pet. You can be out of the country and you can go and you can, you know, sit there and say, oh, is Rosie doing okay? And you can sit there and use it.
It’s very, very cool. This is Mutribod. And what it does is it’s basically the first robot that tells you what the calorie count is, everything on your plate. So, if you’re watching this stuff, you don’t have to count, oh my gosh, do I have a half a cup? How many calories is that? What’s the fat content? Real-time, meal-time coaching. Pretty cool. It’s just wild stuff that’s here. Okay, this is Bioconnect. And it reads… The color changes in your blood vessels and your face. Okay, I’m taking a deep breath this time. I’m not going to… It can actually move really.
Oh, really? Yeah, unless your face is still dependent. Okay. Let’s see if I went up at all. You could even dance. Oh, really? Okay. I shouldn’t have held my breath when I did this. Did you hold your breath? I did. You don’t need to. Okay. Oh my God, my stress is normal now. Okay, my respiratory weight went down. So, clearly, I’m not breathing. I’m going to drop dead. So, that is cool, though. My blood pressure’s a little high. That is really… That’s an amazing product. It actually won the CES Innovation Awards for… Oh, did you really? That’s amazing.
That is really a very cool product. Okay, this is Bioconnect. I just did this, and it’s amazing because either I’m going to have a heart attack in the next five minutes, or I’m distressed out from walking to the show. But a very cool product. Product of the year here at CES. I’m putting… One thing that seems really big this year is pet health, pet toys, pet fun stuff. But Genesis Ego has got different things to, you know, watch your pets. They’ve got cancer issues. It’s got aging issues, things that you can prevent. It’s really cool stuff.
There’s a tremendous amount of AI, facial scanning, facial recognition, healthcare-related things. Here’s a new story for you out of the New York Post that I’ll leave below, and that is Wegmans, the store chain, is doing biometric data on everybody. You walk in, it’s taking your photo. You get a prescription, they want a palm fruit. How do you feel about that? I hate our privacy being eroded and taken away, but this is going to happen more and more and more right now, you know? It seems like hundreds of robots here. That guy walking around over there.
I’ll go check that out in a minute. But the idea with it is they’re saying, oh, this is going to speed up customer service and make it so that if Dan Steels walks in and grabs the toothpaste and shoves it down my pants, they’re going to be able to know that because they’re going to have the image. And you already have a lot of tracing right now when it comes to your loyalty points and your loyalty cards. You punch your phone number to Target or any of those stores when you walk away. Those places, they keep track of everything.
They’re now cross-checking all of those purchases to make sure that you haven’t ripped them off. And, wow, Dan had a TV there and an iPad. I didn’t bring him up for that. So they’re arresting people after the fact. But the Wegmans thing, I just think it’s a violation of our privacy, and we’re going to see this taken away more and more and more. So really cool stuff, though, guys. It’s just been fascinating watching all this stuff. Now, here’s something really cool out of Korea. Jenks, this is water purification for legs. And they have something, this is the model of it, but they have something that’s as big as a minivan.
And it will go through it. We’ll set the pH levels and we’ll clean it out. If you have crocodiles in your water, it’ll clear it out and make it so that you can drink out of it, swim out of it. But very, very cool with all this, you know, the future of making sure that things are, we have good drinking water. This is the future. And being able to control and get healthy water, they showed me the largest lake in Seoul, how they did this. Really, really cool stuff. Next time, what pie is in the fridge? The innovations in toothbrush, we’ve seen a lot of things.
I’ve seen toothbrushes in thyroid. I’ve seen toothbrushes in a herb like this, where you can brush your higher teeth in 20 seconds. Even have different things that will kill all the germs. Very, very cool stuff. Eventually, you’re going to have AI answer your own cell phone. What is this regarding? Why do you want to talk to Dan? Oh, you want money? Bye. But it’s very, very cool. The intelligence, these guys keep telling me, every single booth that has this, tells me that they’re better than the other person, and that you’re going to have innovative ways to talk to people, and you’re going to get rid of your reception.
You can save a fortune once you pay for these systems. What is being anything? It’s wasting your time. Every parent has gone through this, where you need to heat or cool a bottle. Now there’s Baba that could do that for you instantly. And again, as a parent, when you have little kids, something like this would be kind of cool to have. It’s very cool to see all this innovation. They’re like saltwater fishing in a hybrid drive that will do it automatically. Yeah, that’s very cool. So, imagine you’re fishing all day and you’re tired. You can brush one button and make it work.
And then the other button can make it automatic and can make the tension easier. Again, I know there’s fishermen not really good. That’s cheating, Dan. That’s not saltwater fishing. As I walk to the CES show, amongst all these people, two things that keep popping up are electric vehicles, and the future of electric vehicles. When they got rid of the tax credits, it destroyed everything. It really did. Now, there’s two electric vehicle companies that have huge problems. The first one is a company called Bollinger. Bollinger was in business for 10 years, 10 years, and didn’t produce one vehicle.
They were like, wow, isn’t this great? These guys hit the 10-year mark. It’s like, why does it become a Ponzi scheme? You have 948 employees for the company, 948. Hello, what’s that going to do? I mean, it’s insane that you have all these people that work there that are out of a job, and then, again, they were going to have an SUV that was going to be revolutionary. It was going to have a pickup truck. Again, it was going to be unbelievable. The only problem was they didn’t produce one of them, not one.
Not one of these got produced ever, ever, ever. When you draw the line and say, no, enough is enough. And the next one is Volkswagen. Volkswagen made their new VW bus. Isn’t it cool? It looks kind of funky. It kind of looks like somebody smooshed it with a thumb. It’s got kind of a funky look to it. Now, with that, they just stopped production on it. But the problem is, is that dealers have 2600. 2600 of those units, they cannot sell. And the logical thing is, what kind of deal are you going to make? Well, they’re not going to make these deals.
They’re going to try to unload these and try to sell them for full price. Again, hi, you want to buy a car that’s not being made anymore? What about parts? Oh, it’s Volkswagen. Don’t worry about it. Not some nonsense. So, more to see at the show. Here’s a few more things in the economy that are interesting. First thing is, I get really tired of politicians that spent their lifetime, their career in office. And we’ve seen them for decades. And then these guys leave office, then they have the solution for everything. Well, the latest guy to do this is Grandma Yellen.
Janet Yellen steps forward, and she says, hey, we’re about to see debasement because of our extreme debt. She caused it. She was there. She was part of that debacle that had all the national debt go to $38 trillion. 36, 37. I mean, she saw it all. Now she’s going to compare it to Roman times when the Romans were overwhelmed, so they shaved coins with debasement. Read the story below. But again, I get a kick out of people like this that do this. The next one is Target. Target has said, listen, 32% of our clients and our customers that have a Target card or Target Plus card, part of the shopping program, believe that the economy is going to be much worse in 2026.
OK, so we’re going to prepare for that. We’re going to cut back, and we’re going to plan on people spending less that they don’t have money for the incidentals in life, that they’re just going to buy the necessities, nothing extra. And with that, they’re going to cut back. Well, Target, again, always had the sale items when you walk in the store. They always have the different things that are seasonal, and they say that they’re going to probably cut back on all this stuff just because people are not going to have the money for that.
Now, another thing that’s wild is you can talk about gold and silver, how they’ve gone through the rough, which you should and you should have a ton of it, but copper, copper is the metal of the moment. It’s over $13,000 a ton right now, which is unheard of. But as far as the people that are relying on copper, it’s crazy, $13,000 a ton. So the people that are stealing it are going to town and stealing more and more of it. I’m going to go down for these booths. But fascinating stuff so far at the show, really enjoying it, and a lot to say.
Share your thoughts on all this stuff so far. Here’s one for you, plant intelligence. Got your AI plant. I have your own little rainforest house. All of the products and innovation, it seems like they come in waves. Like, here’s a smart watering pot. I don’t know if I would pay for that, guys. I mean, I just have a routine. Plants get watered on a certain day, and there’s never a problem. What do you guys think about that? It’s going to be expensive. Different ways to protect your door. There’s all these different products as far as cameras, as far as locks.
Another, you’ve got the smart dog and cat lock. And I’m telling you, it’s just the money that this stuff costs. None of this stuff is inexpensive. It’s not like, oh, you can have a smart lock for your cat, and it’s going to be $49. No, it’s going to be hundreds and hundreds of dollars. Some of the technology is just in the startup stage, and they haven’t gotten ready for market yet. If you guys have heard of the Ora Ring, now you’ve got the Biter Ring. The original smartwatch was a thing called Pebble. It was the most successful campaign on Kickstarter about 15 years ago, and it was amazing.
So all these different trackers you can get now, I love seeing this stuff. I really do. Come back and talk to people. Most people can scan their QR code, and you can get information sent to you, all the different wearables. It’s very nice, very full stop. The CES show would not be complete without going to the Amazon booth. This is an entire room of all their products, from Kindle to Fire TV, Leo. They’ve got the Ring doorbell over there, and they just have everything. It’s unbelievable. Really, really good. Nice big walking area.
Whatever they lose. Oh, by the way, this is one room for them. Either people’s head is exploding right now, or they’re enjoying this. Let us all know. We got a lawnmower. It’s a program. There’s something fun about watching your wife mow the lawn, though. You have to admit. Come on, honey. I’m going to go watch the ball game. Get this guy. Hit it hard. Knock that thing over. A tremendous amount of things like this, like the popcorn, which is a smart pet door. You just got so many things. You got hearables, wearable, robots. There’s just so much stuff here.
It’s just nonstop. It’s funny. They want you to go to different areas. Korea, cities, states, come to Phoenix. It’s just all the manufacturing. Clearly, the big area, without a doubt the biggest size, has got to be Korea, because it’s in multiple buildings. If you want to manufacture something, that could be a great place to go. Most of these people speak perfect English, too. Everybody has talked to us. It’s just crazy. Lawn maintenance, pool maintenance, it is all here. It’s all here. More lawn robots, non-invasive glucose monitor you blow into. Very cool. That’s coming to market in a year.
I love doing this. I hope you guys enjoy this. Don’t forget to hit the like button. Don’t forget to subscribe. Temporary email is ialegivelyatgmail.com. Don’t forget to check out newvideos.com.
