Summary
➡ The speaker discusses their experiences in America, including their study of the Constitution and the Founding Fathers. They mention their detention by the FBI and their ongoing work in Texas. They also discuss their wife’s immigration status and their efforts to bring attention to their case. They share their past in Brazil, where they exposed corruption in a local school, leading to threats against their family and an attack on their home, which ultimately led them to seek asylum in America.
➡ A man named Nino, who had planned to study for his PhD in the U.S., faced unexpected challenges when the university mistakenly treated him as an American student, leading to a paperwork mix-up. After seeking asylum due to political issues in his home country, Brazil, he and his family were granted asylum and later applied for a green card. However, complications arose after his involvement in a controversial event, leading to the denial of his green card and uncertainty about his asylum status. Now, Nino is seeking help to cover legal and government fees, as well as support from anyone who can help him politically, in order to secure his stay in the U.S.
➡ The speaker is urging his audience to support a man named Eliel Rosa, who has done everything right and turned himself into the FBI. The speaker expresses gratitude to Trennis Evans for connecting him with Eliel and hopes the video will open more opportunities. He mentions that the video will be edited and posted on YouTube, and encourages everyone to support Eliel’s cause.

All right, folks, welcome to Nino’s Corner tv. I got a special one for you today. Eliel Rosa, Did I say that correctly? Eliel, you nailed it. All right, good. From Brazil. Trying to be a citizen of the United States. Doing your best. Doing. Doing it lawfully. You didn’t just come here through the southern border and. And try to mooch off the government. Nothing like that. You’re trying to do this lawfully. You’re trying to become a United States citizen, and it’s been stopped. Correct? Am I right in saying that nine years here legally never picked one dime from subsidies, government subsidies whatsoever.
And we have already invested $64,000 for every single change of status we have already invested in. Seven. Almost eight years now. Almost $64,000. All right, folks, have you ever wondered what happened to the legendary Chuck Norris? Well, I recently saw a video he made, and I was shocked. He’s in his 80s and still kicking butt and working out and staying active. Got to do the commercials. LL Sorry. And I love Chuck Norris. Anyways, Nina, so I. I learned English from that guy, too. All right. What’s even more shocking is he’s strong, stronger, can work out longer, and even has plenty of energy left over.
His grandkids. How did he do this? Just by making one change. He says he still feels like he’s in his 50s. His wife even started doing this one thing, too, and she’s never felt better. She says she’s. She feels like she’s 10 years younger. Her body looks leaner, and she has energy all day. Chuck made a. Made a special video that explains everything. Make sure you watch it by going to chuckdefense.com nino or by clicking on the link below this video. It will change the way you think about your health. Once again, that’s chugdefense.com forward/nino and click on the link in the description box below to watch the video now.
You won’t believe how simple it is. Just a reminder, folks. The legendary Chuck Norris is a whopping 84 years old and yet has more energy than me. You discover he could create this one dramatic change to his health, simply focusing on three things that sabotage our body as we age. Watch the video now at chuckdevens.com forward/ninofolks. Get started on it. You won’t believe how easy it is. All right, Eliot, so you were, in the process, you were getting it done. You were about to become. How close were you of becoming an American citizen? About? Well, let me just recap here quickly.
If you allow me to yeah, absolutely. Nino, thank you so very much. I appreciate your interest in having our case being brought to your listeners, to your audience. We need help now. We are in real, in a real dire state, dire straits at this moment in time. Immigration wise, we are in limbo after January 6th. Of course, I knew that the criminal process would not. Hold on, hold on. Let’s, let’s talk about what happened. You were there on January. I was there, yeah. As part of the political attack, which we, my audience knows everything about it.
They’re on the same page. We all know how it was done, so you don’t need to go into details on that. But you were there as a patriot. So I loving your country because I believe in election integrity. I was there because I believed, which is amazing right now, Nino, I’m here in Washington, D.C. and again, the story is going to come back and forth in terms of chronology here so we can have it so your listeners, your audience can have a general picture of our case this week. The Supreme Court is receiving from the Trump administration that big one of the biggest immigration cases that will probably go into set in stone, right in stone, Supreme Court opinion for years to come, for decades to come, which is, do legal immigrants help have First Amendment rights? Are legal immigrants green card holders or not? Are they covered by the First Amendment? The Supreme Court’s going to, you know, I don’t, I would not even know that.
I didn’t even know that was happening. So they’re in the process right now with that of deciding that. It’s starting this week. Absolutely. Yeah. So hold on. So the argument is if an elite, I’m sorry, a legal immigrant has a green card, does he have a dizzy offered American rights as any other American citizen? Right. Let me give you an example as an asylee. So I came in 2016. Our asylum was confirmed in 2018. And we can dive into why I came. I ended up having an asylum here because I came actually from Brazil in 2016 for my PhD in Constitutional Law and public policy.
I’ve been working in the government arena in 24 countries of the world for 25 years of my life. So I came for a PhD. I did not come for the asylum, didn’t come to beg for an asylum. But again, something happened and again, it’s a long story. We can dive into that. But let me bring you to what’s going on right now. So I was in D.C. that day. I was caught in that mess. I was indicted. So before being indictment, two days after January 6th, meaning to January 8th, I went back to Midland. I knocked at the doors of the FBI.
I turned myself in because they were hunting people down everywhere. And as a legal immigrant, I wanted to do the right thing. I wanted to take responsibility for what they thought that I did. So I knocked at their door and I said, I’m here. I was there. I know that you guys are hunting people down. You’re already looking for people. I am here. I live here. This is my address. You can find me here. This is my phone number. So I was there. They interviewed me for two and a half hours. Two days later, meaning this is two days later, they released me because they said, go back home because there are no.
Not even indictments yet. The good thing about that, Nino, is that now jump. A year later when I. But when they say they release you, you were in. You were in custody. No, no, no. I went to the FBI to talk to them. They interviewed me for two and a half hours, and they said, because there are no indictments yet. Go back. I thought you said two days later. They let you go two hours. Because I knocked at that door, their door, two days later. Yes, sir. Okay. So they released me. And they say, don’t go anywhere.
If you need to leave the city, let us know, but we are going to be calling you soon. So three days later, meaning January 11th, they call me. And now I have to. They are detaining me now. I was detained for seven hours. I was presented in front of a judge. He released me on a PR bond. Everything. Okay. So my. My plea D was on parading and picketing on the capital class B misdemeanor. I was. That was July 29, 2021. October 12, 2021, I was sentenced here in D.C. by Judge Trevor McFadden. He gave me a pretty decent, fair, righteous sentence.
He gave me one year probation. He gave me 500 years of. 500 of restitution, and he gave me 100 hours of community services. I’m saying. I am telling you that I felt that it was a very good deal because look at what they did with American citizens, right? A lot of them had to take plea deals. Yeah, yeah. One of the mitigating. Mitigating factor was, of course, that because I was an enemy immigrant and my public defender from D.C. she said, I’m going to do everything I can to protect your immigration status, which she did a phenomenal job.
So. So Nino, I had a very fair process. I can tell you. I don’t have anything to complain. Let me talk to you about. And your. Your audience about my community in Midland, Odessa. We were embraced. We were protected. I could not find a job for over a year. So I have a ministry with my wife in Midland, Texas. What we do there. The name of the ministry is Nehemiah School of Government. And I have been teaching on the American Constitution, as I told you, for over two decades of my life. So I decided that if I started teaching the Americans of today of their Constitution, isn’t that something? Someone who’s not even a citizen is teaching us about our Constitution.
And, and there are things that, you know, I keep saying that I was talking to somebody this morning here at one of the Senate offices here in D.C. and this lady was asking me, you know, details. And I told her, you cannot love what you do not know. As a Christian myself, I always tell this to Christians here in America. You cannot even pray correctly for America if you don’t know why America, what America stands for. If you don’t understand the mindset of the Puritans, of the forefathers 400 years ago and jump in time 150 years later, the Founding Fathers.
If you don’t understand that, Nino, there’s no way you are going to jump to the front of the battle and defend America. Because now it’s everything about a country. It’s just a country. And I learned in my entire life, especially after two decades studying and teaching on the American founding documents, that America would be as any other nation of the world, except for the way the Founding Fathers framed the Constitution. First the Declaration, then the Constitution, then the Bill of Rights. And it was framed basically one third of the Declaration of. Not the Declaration, one third of the Constitution.
The principles of the Constitution are based in the word of God. One thing, if you allow me to give, I agree with you 100%. We still need to get rid of the Federal Reserve though. Well, yeah, that’s a whole thing we got to do. That was the battle of the anti Federalist when they said, you know, we, we. This is too big. Too big. Snuck it in. In 1913, they snuck it in and they. When Congress is away for Christmas vacation. Right? Yeah, I don’t know that still. So that is what I do there. So back to the FBI.
I was detained for seven hours. I was released on a PR. I was sentenced here in D.C. on October 12, 2021. That was my sentence. So I kept working locally in the ministry serving Midland, serving Odessa and other cities in Texas as well. But then let me bring the political thing here to the table because if my, if our politicians if our two senators and my rep had jumped off their comfort zone and try to help me somehow, I would not be here today in D.C. you know, and I what, what am I doing here? I am bringing attention to our case because right now my wife is out of status because the last USCIS letter that she received from official letter, they terminated her asylum, which is absolutely anti Constitution and anti protocol of immigration.
Why? Because she is under me. I. She’s my dependent. They should have terminated my asylum and then hers would be automatically terminated. But they did that because she refused. And she’s a biologist. She understands exactly what that was. So that was the reason that they terminated her asylum. My son, for example, my youngest son, had his the celebration of his 20th birthday three weeks ago. And we went, the plan was to celebrate with him in Dallas. My wife did not want to go with us because she said, I don’t want to wreck his party. I don’t want to ruin his date.
Go with him you and, and I’ll stay here because as you know, ICE is everywhere raiding people. So there’s a lot going on, brother. And I brought my case here to DC yesterday with the help of two other J6ers, Brian and Adam. We knocked at the doors of so many refusing asylum to people that didn’t. That’s what they’re doing. They’re saying you got in order to do it, you got to take, you know, pressuring people into taking it. The thing is for adjustment of status. It. It was not a requirement then it became a requirement now.
Trump kicked it out again. So for in the Trump administration is not required and it’s not demanding or a compulsory thing for adjustment of status between whatever status to whatever status. So it’s not anymore. This is why I’m bringing my attention attention to our case here because this is a political decision. If one politician, you know, if somebody in Trump’s orbit look at our case, I not to brag and I have been repeating this over and over again. I am not bragging, but I believe that we are the types of immigrants that President Trump and the Americans that voted for him, the almost 80 million voters though we are the types of immigrants that you guys want to have here.
Of course we do. Absolutely. So let me ask you this. What made you flee Brazil? Okay. That’s a long story as well. 2015, we were, my wife and I were volunteers in the PTA Parent Teacher association of a public school with 632. Are you there? Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah. I’m just showing the article on the gateway. All right, so 632 families we were. She was elected president of the PTA. I was elected director, financial director of that. That moment. It was one year only. But you know what we started finding out? There was big time corruption from the local government, from the mayor and especially secretary of education.
Very important city in the country, in the southern area of Brazil. And as we always did in our entire life, when we see something wrong, we don’t shut up. Nobody in our lives. My wife and I, we never shut up. We never cowered out when there’s something that needs to be brought to the attention, let’s say brought out, out to light. So we found out big time corruption. One of the things, for example, just for you to have an idea and your. Your audience. We found out that there were two bus drivers of that public school.
It’s a long story, but again what was going on? It was they kids inside of the buses when they were driving them back home. What. So we could not just silence and a man. This is a male bus driver or female, but two males. And. And again the most horrible thing, the most. How old are these kids? Well, we’re talking about elementary kids. Elementary kids. We’re talking about 8, 9, 10, 11, 12. My son was one of us. Unbelievable, man. So we found that out and we brought that to attention to the police. The police. We brought the police.
Again because I have been working in government. I know how, how that works. I know how the governmental world works. So I brought the police officers to inside of the school to deliver lectures on how to. How parents could identify if their children were being approached by or people that just wanted to offer drugs to them. So the presence of law enforcement inside of the school brought a lot of security to the parents and that was a very green, a very clear green light for the parents to come to the school. And more parents started to come and engage and participate.
I want to know what’s going on, I want to know where the money is going to. And so that’s what we do. We’ve been doing, my wife and I for a long time. But one of the things that the thing that was really the last straw was when we found out big time corruption. Just for you to have an idea. There wasn’t renovation in school and we found out that one toilet seat. I’m going to use US dollar numbers here in order not to do the. The conversion to Brazilian money. One toilet seat for that renovation cost $1,000.
So it was a money kidding. Yeah, it was A money laundering thing. People were putting money in their pocket. And this is everywhere in Latin America. And probably you know about that. But again, we experienced that after we started whistleblowing about that, talking to parents, talking to media. And this is what I do for did for a living. We received a letter on our May in our mailbox. This is June 2015. Received a letter. The letter was not handwritten. The letter was not printed. The letter was cut from magazines and newspapers that shape, that formed sentences.
And the phrases were 10, around 9, 10 phrases, 10 sentences. Cussing my wife with the names that I had never heard before, like super brutal, nasty, nasty language. She was the president’s. But the two last lines read, leave the PTA or we will kill your two sons. Holy cow, man. So that was. And then I, I gave that letter for the law enforcement friends of mine. I, I had always had many, many friends in the law enforcement. They analyzed that, criminally analyzed that. And they said, eliel, there’s no fingerprint here. This thing was done, was made, was carried out with gloves, because there’s nothing.
So they said, there’s nothing we can do. Just be careful. Change routes, drop offs and pickups to pick up time. What a nightmare. 42 days later in order to shorten the big story, 42 days later, 6:19am, August 13, 2015 they exploded our car inside of the garage. They threw two Molotov cocktails and firebombed our cars. And they knew that it was going to be a very serious damage because they were somehow following us. I had fear, filled the tank of the car to the brink on the very, the last night, the previous night. So they knew that the tank was, it was filled to the brink.
So God in his mercy and grace protected us. When the fire brigade and the police officers got there, they said, you know, if you have a God, just thank you, God. Because if this tank had exploded, you would be dead. The neighbor on the left, the neighbor on the right, everybody would be dead. It would be international headlines. So that was what brought us to America. Now let me tell you about what brought us to America, because we could have come immediately and asked for an asylum, right? Because this is exactly why asylum and a refugee status work.
This is how it, this is how they, this is where, why they exist, the reason for their, their existence. But Nino, I had already been planning for my PhD here for five years. So my wife said, you know what? Let’s go for your PhD. It’s a four year term. We go, we stay there for four years with you. And then we come back. The plan was we, I end my PhD, go back to Brazil and let’s keep working there, perhaps in another place. So I submit submitted all the paperwork. The university accepts the paperwork. I arrived here on June 4th in 2016.
My family arrived on October 7th, 2020 16, one month before Trump was elected for the first time. November after Trump’s election, the university calls me and they say, and again, this is the short version of the story. They say, sir, we messed up with your paperwork because we thought you were an American student because you were fluent in English, because of your experience. We. We sent you all of the requirements for an American citizen. Citizen, not an international student. So I said, okay, what is. What is it that I need to do? So she said, you need to f.
To fill out three times as many documents and instead of $25,000 sitting in an account, sort of a guarantee for if you don’t pay tuition, that’s the place that they’re going to be get. Getting the money from. Instead of $25,000, you need $85,000. Holy cow. That amount of money in my life. So it was like a. A nightmare for me because I was expecting it was in that expectancy of starting my classes in January 2017. So now what we do is we expand our. We ask for the American government to give us six more months. Months.
We were given that month, those six months. And then I met Pastor Dave Welch. He is the president of the Texas Pastors Council. And that is the guy that really helped us. He knew about what had happened with us, the political hit job in Brazil. And then he made a couple of phone calls and somebody called me and gave me the step by step process for the asylum. That was the end of the beginning of 2018. By the mid mid May, May, June 2018, we had our asylum approved. 2020, we applied for the green card. And then 2021, we have J6, so.
And everything goes south. And that’s when just after J6, boom. They just nuked you completely. So as I told you, you were in the process, you were in a good direction. And then, boom. Nuked. Trust me, I know what that feels like. It’s happened in my life couple times. Yeah, so I understand. But you’re getting out there now. You’re going public. We’re going to help you out, man. Thank you, sir. Folks, this is where you help them out. Here’s your gifts. And go right here. Correct. Obviously, this is. Yes, Sir. Thank you. USA citizenship. That’s the gibsongo.com forward/usa citizenship.
You can see it right here, folks. And you can see my picture there. The Pardon T shirts, J6. So how much longer do you have in the States right now? So where we are right now is my green card was denied, meaning that I’m back to the asylum in 2018. Theoretically. Okay. I don’t even know if my asylum is there because they terminated my wife’s asylum. And just for you to see how, how can I say. Sometimes I say evil and evil. Today this word became so naturalized we should not naturalize something. A word that is so powerful, so intense.
But again, I, I categorize this as evil, you know, because just for you to have an idea, we cannot go back to Brazil, of course, because that’s the country that we asked for from. So my son goes back to Brazil, he got married. Now we have our two and two first grandbabies, one and a half year old and eight months, seven months old. And they are fixing to come visit us in, in Texas his. My son has a visa, my daughter in law has a visa. And in Brazil and in America law, immigration law, when the parents have the visa, the babies under 18 years old, but especially babies are pre approved visas.
The U.S. consulate in Brazil, because of my J6 case here, denied my babies my grandbabies and I get emotional and so it’s a, it’s a holy indignation in my heart, brother, because they denied the babies the capacity to leave Brazil and to come and visit us and, and go back. So this is not right, Nino. This is this, it’s not right. And we’re going to help you out. I’m going to urge all my audience, everyone following me, give something, a dollar, five dollars, whatever, help him reach his goal. So Your goal is 25000 here it says.
So that is the money that will cover for attorney. I am working with one of the three top dogs in Texas. He’s very good. And I, I accepted Pastor Dave Welch’s recommendation of this attorney because he said, Eliel, you cannot risk anything right now. You can, you can just pay $3,000, 5,000 to another guy and, and it may go south. I don’t want you to go that, that route. I want to you to be very certain about what’s going on. So it is the attorney, plus government fees, plus medical exams. It’s a lot of money, guys.
If you’re not, if you’re not an immigrant like myself and you never underwent this past, this pathway. It is a lot of money. I always say, Nino, that if there is a group in America that hates illegal immigration. I don’t hate the illegal immigrants. I know what many of them come here for because I’m one prime example. You’re trying to escape the violent crime and unlawfulness. I get it. I live here on the border. I’m in El Paso. I’m border Ciudad Juarez. Yeah. So after that, after we had to pay over $60,000 in seven years and we’re waiting and waiting and waiting, I don’t think it’s fair for you just to cross the river and to receive money and phone, cell phone, smartphone and a credit card and even in sometimes driver’s license and voting document.
I don’t see that as being fair. And thank God Trump is working hard on that. So, so I would appreciate all types of help that we can. Besides the money, whatever donation, as Nino just said, $1 5$, $10, $10. But if you know somebody that could help us politically here, if you know your rep, if you know your senator, if you have any access to Ken Paxton, our Attorney general or the governor, they cannot do because this is a federal thing, but they have federal free access to the White House now, so they can help us somehow bringing this to the attention of President Trump and, or somebody in his orbit.
This is exactly, you know what? I have been spending money and time here in, in Washington D.C. knocking at people’s doors. I was at Ted Cruz’s office this morning. I was at John Corner’s office last yesterday. Are they, are you getting any, are you making any progress? Well, very. People, those who hear the story that I just told you and I have of course to simplify the story for a minute to three minute conversation because they are super busy and I know working in government that I know those guys are paid to filter, you probably feel like you’re begging.
It’s kind of a, it’s a, it’s not a good feeling that you’re coming to them the way you are pleading for your citizenship. Yeah, no, that’s not right. I know. Problem is that, and I don’t have time to give them the details, but the reactions have been, oh my God, I never saw that before. Oh my God, you know, this is wrong. So we, I have been having very positive signs, signals sent from the people that are chiefs of staff or just an advisor, low level advisor in each one of the, the, the, the offices. So I went to Marjorie Taylor Greene’s, I went to Tom Tiffany from Wisconsin.
I went to August Fluger, of course my rep, I went to Thomas Massey. So I’ve been visiting these guys because I know that they are. This morning I went to Josh Hawley’s office as well. So if anybody out there in your audience knows people, that this is how it happens, and I know that you know that this guy knows that guy and. Right. It’s always that way. That’s politics. That’s politics in nature right there. Exactly, exactly. So I would, I, I, I am deeply, sincerely grateful, brother, for your time with me and not, not a problem.
I, I, I, I, I’m always about helping my fellow man. And you deserve it. So I’m going to urge everyone, give as much as they can daily and, and let’s get this going, let’s get this moving. Let’s get him citizenship. He does not need to go back to, to that disaster, to that violent crime. I, I just urge my audience, please, folks, come on, let’s help the guy out. Let’s. He’s doing it the right way. He’s taking his time. He went to the FBI himself. He gave him, he turned himself in. This guy’s doing everything right.
Help him. Eliel, thank you so much. Thank you so much for joining me. I hope I’ve, I’ve, I’ve done good by you and, and, and, and helped you out, man. I hope, I hope you get the money raised. You did. Thank you so very much. And I want to publicly also thanks to express my gratefulness to Trennis Evans. He was the one that connected me with you, so I know that you are good friends. So train is, thank you so very much for the doors he has been opening and I hope that this video can also open other doors there.
This is why I really express my gratefulness. Thank you. Thank you so much. It’s definitely a stepping stone, I’ll tell you that. So I’ll get this up on YouTube. Probably has to go through this, folks. You’re gonna see a little bit of chopped up here and there because we have to edit it for the fluff, but we’ll get the bulk of this out. Thank you so much. Elio Rosa, everybody go to his gifts and go and get started on this. Thank you so much. Stay with me for a second. Yes, sir.
