What’s up, folks? Welcome to Nino’s Corner tv. I’m joined again with the United States Secret Service. Former United States Secret Service John Carmen, 1974-77 with Nixon, Ford and Carter. John, glad to have you back, man. Thank you. Yes, it’s good to be back. So a lot going on. Basically, Trump essentially just declared war on the New World Order, had a speech at Davos that would just left everyone with their jaws on the floor. I’m not surprised. But one thing that’s happening that I want to relay to my audience and having you on is very good. Trump means business.

And I’ve always said I believe that this is going to be in epic proportions to a holocaust that’s going to happen towards what I say, like this is going to change the game. I think this, this term is going to change everything. And it’s already happening. I mean, he’s already making moves and signing executive orders and really starting to clean house. It’s almost like the Democrats will sell shocked that they’ve lost the election before they know what to do. He’s already moving in and taking charge and, and kind of going for the knockout to put him out for good.

What I want to talk to you about because you’ve dealt a lot on the border and I grew up on the border on with El Paso and Ciudad Juarez. I want to talk mainly about that now. We can go into the other subjects later on the back channel on Nino’s Corner tv. But let’s talk about the border right now and the executive orders he’s putting forth and the cartel wars that seem to already be popping off. So there’s already been some violence that’s happened in San Antonio. I know some incidences have happened in El Paso and then in San Diego.

So let’s talk about those. What’s happening right now and do you believe that the cartel wars are just beginning? Well, they’ve been going, they’ve been heating up for quite a while. And we’ve been aware of the fact that they, the cartels are actually setting up camps all along the border in certain areas that the Mexican military didn’t get rid of. So I would refer people out to Claudia Sheinbaum, who’s the new Mexican president for first Mexican female president of Mexico. Why they didn’t clear that up. The problem is the cartels and the government work hand in hand.

So they work along the border. They carry automatic weapons bigger than most guys that we have. And I’ve seen confrontations and stuff at the border as well. I mean, I. They’re not going to border myself. Right? You work the border. So they’re not going to just go away peacefully. They’re not just going to say, hey, good game, we’re out of here. We tried our best. That’s not the way this is going to go down. And I’ve been warning people for 5 years this is coming and I’m on ground zero. I live in El Paso, so I know what’s coming.

All right, so, John, it looks like it’s starting. This is the intensity. The violence is starting to come out or pick up. And I think it’s going to pick up with intensity and frequency.

I’m going to go ahead and share the screen just for a second to show my audience what Trump has done so far regarding the border. So I’m going to show this really fast, folks. Bear with me here it is so Trump. Everything Trump did in the first executive orders and actions, first president. So the first thing here is a blitz of policy actions and to reorient the US Government. His executive orders cover issues that range from trade, immigration and US Foreign aid to demographic diversity, civil rights, and the hiring of federal workers. Some have an immediate policy impact, others are more symbolic, and some already are being changed by federal lawsuits.

His sweeping actions reflect many of his campaign promises and determination to concentrate executive branch power in the West Wing while moving the country sharply rightward. But here we go. So immigration and US Borders. I was hoping you can help me with this, because I’m hearing that cartels are going to start assembling on the border, and this is going to be a street fight for at least they’ve already been assembling. That’s my intel for years. And just recently, in the last four years under Biden, they were already setting up camps all along the border. Specifically, I can speak specifically even about San Diego county, across from Tijuana, Botai Mesa in the immediate areas, all the way over to Calexico and Meical, which is the capital of Baja in Mexico.

These people know exactly what’s going on in those areas. And what gets me is the Mexican military may or may not be involved, because those guys, when they get involved, they keep these people away from the border. And we were just talking about this earlier where you got the treaty of Guadalupe Hidalgo. That’s a hyphenated name, 1848. And that designates that nobody’s on the Mexican border to the United States. Supposed to be armed with military because it would technically violate their treaty. But you know what? Cartels are not military and they don’t have a treaty. Cartels are illegal drug trafficking.

But they run. But they run the Mexican government. Well, yeah, exactly. That’s what we were leading into because they work hand in hand. So they’ll show up down there. And they just shot at a couple of hikers over in Jacumba, just east of San Diego city limits. You know, about 25, 30 miles from San Diego. So once you get into stuff like that, that’s enough to arm and have military at the border any way they want, or the United States. And we also have terrorist laws that say if we know there’s terrorists in Mexico, we could go after them in the real country.

A hiker was brutally attacked by suspected cartel members while exploring a wilderness area near the u. S. Mexico border in San Diego county, according to the u. S. Border patrol. El centro sector. Exactly. And I’ve worked in Calexico in the same sector as well. You got San Diego sector, Imperial beach, and then you got el centro. And it, you know, it’s. It’s also the California. And from San Diego all the way to Brownsville, Texas, like 3,000 miles. There’s a drug corridor about this thick on a. On a map, you know, two and a half or about two inches thick.

All along the border is a drug cartel drug corridor. So it’s not a safe place to go hiking unless you’re armed and have a reason to be there. Officials reported the incident happened around noon on Wednesday near the border of San Diego and imperial counties when a group of US Citizens were hiking in the jacumba wilderness in California, was brutally attacked and pelted with gunfire by suspected cartel members. Really? Yeah, it was a. It was a straight through, but still, it could have killed him. Well, you know, I’ve got a feeling, John, that we’re going to see a lot more of this, and it’s just going to pick up in frequency and in violence.

And I’m even going to say, I bet you there’s going to be a travel alert. I think tourists going to Mexico, to tulum or cancun or cihuatanejo or places like that, I think they need to be on high alert as this picks up. If you get the department of state, I recommend people get it on their cell phones so you can look it up on your cell phone. As far as evacuation alerts, I had one the other day from a fire that was like five miles away. But these things are going to pick up. And there’s a history because we’ve been monitoring this for years.

We had over 125 incursions from the Mexican side in the United States. Congress knew about it, and they didn’t do anything. And I’ve reported stuff where a Mexican helicopter actually flew into the United States in the San Diego area, San Diego and el centro sector, and shot at border patrol. This was. This was like probably 10 years ago. They didn’t want you to know about it. That’s what Congress does. So that means if you’re anywhere near the border, and I know a lot of people on both sides of the border, is that they don’t want them to know this because it makes them look how incompetent they are.

So Trump can put armed military at the border anywhere he wants. He could send helicopters into Mexico. If he knows where the cartel is, he could take them out because there’s an international law it’s important for my audience to know. You work Customs, correct? Correct. U.S. customs. 15 years at the board. I’m wearing the ice hat today as kind of a joke, but any illegals might see that hat with ICE designated on it when they’re getting arrested. Or, or you could. Or you could share the. The border patrol hat. You know, that’s the one that’s the mean grain.

You may even see Deya or dia la Dilla, you know. Immigration and U. S. Borders designate an invasion across the southern border of the United States, a move that triggers certain executive branch powers. So Trump says his cabinet shall take appropriate action to repel, repatriate, or remove all immigration engaged in the invasion. Allow US Military service members to act as immigration and border enforcement officers as part of Trump’s promise mass deportation program. So that means military is going to be doing the deportations, right? Well, yeah. In fact, I actually trained national Guard at the border, Operation grizzly bear and operation border Ranger.

That means I had unarmed National Guard to assist me in searching vehicles, trucks, whatever. You know, trains, planes, trucks, you know, cars, boats, ships, military, everybody, when they get activated under National Guard, under the commander chief, he could activate the National Guard as he is the commander chief, they could do this all along. But problem is with a sanctuary state. Allah. Democrats like California, they’re interfering with the fact that once they want to go pick up some illegal immigrants. Yeah. And I’ve caught people from Ireland, so I’m, I’m not a. I’m an equal opportunity arrester. I arrest them all.

Doesn’t matter. Hey, I’m from Ireland. You’re under arrest. No problem. So allow military service members to act as immigration and border enforcement officer. That’s part of Trump’s promise mass deportation program. Trump’s order covers the red Reserve and National Guard, military property that could be used as detention space ground. So they could use what, our military bases to hold them? Correct. That. By law, the local police and sheriffs are supposed to hold detainees, and then they’re supposed to put up. You put a Notation on the booking slip tot bp, which is Border Patrol turnover to Border Patrol, which means if they went in for a dui, they went in for an assault, they went in for whatever category of a misdemeanor felony, they’re still eligible to be deported and have to go through an immigration deportation hearing.

If they don’t show up at the hearing, they can keep them actually detained the whole time in a federal facility until they’ve gone through that and they could get deported. The guy that’s from Haiti, which has been all in the news recently, he says he’s not leaving. Thomas Homan, who is a Border patrol agent in the San Diego sector and down at Imperial beach, and I’ve got pictures we shared with on the news and stuff before he definitely said no, he’s getting deported. He’s a. That’s it. He’s deported. So Trump covers. Okay, so let me ask you this.

The Posse commentatis Act of 1878 has historically limited the use of military personnel and domestic law enforcement actions. Trump’s orders frame migrant flow as a national security threat, which he reasons justifies his military orders as commander in chief. So now that goes into pause. That’s. That’s completely the Posse Comitatus Act. Well, yeah, because technically he can use other law enforcement. And if they refuse. Get this. If they refuse and they’re specifically involved in an integral part of an enforcement action and they don’t assist a federal agent and lives are at stake, guess what? I’ll arrest the officer with a badge for interfering in the performance of my duties.

I can arrest agents. I’m sorry, police officers, state, local. You see what I mean? They don’t want us. They don’t want you to know. Go ahead. They have that authority. Yes, I do. Yes. Wow. That’s what scares people. If you know the laws like I did. I used to arrest everybody. I’ve, I’ve actually. Well, I’ve detained everything you could think of. Law enforcement, diplomats, people from other countries. I know the law. If they violate the law, you can enforce it. When you get local law enforcement violating the law at the border, I’ve detained law enforcement officials carrying guns across the border without declaring it.

Those are kids. Those were kids. I’ve detained other people as well, but that’s why I get the death threats, buddy. You know what I mean? Stop refugee arrivals and suspend the US Refugee Admission Program effective January 27, pending a 90 day review and recommendations from Homeland Security, the State Department and others. However, however, there’s a. There’s a Couple of categories in the laws for immigration is that like we have asylees coming in, we got refugees. I got Haitians in the building right now. Some of them are females that are pregnant too. So by law, if they came here legally under Biden’s exclusions, or if they come here as a refugee or an asylee, because if they get returned back to Haiti and they got a bunch of Kenyan troops over there shooting everybody, which they had Kenyan troops, then they have a right to be saved under different categories of asylee status.

So they could come under special categories, special exemptions. See, they don’t, they don’t tell people that the civilians don’t know all these other exemptions to the laws. But if it really looks like they’re putting a guy at risk and they ship him back to his former country and then he gets killed and they screwed up. See what I mean? Yeah, that makes sense to me. You know what I’m thinking here, John, is that it’s almost like America’s going into lockdown anyway. I mean, both borders are going to be heavily secured. Trump is just basically, you know, made the shot across the bow to the, to the Davos crowd saying, hey, we’re not playing ball with you.

It’s almost like America against the world right now, literally. Yeah, I would say travel advisory for everybody, especially going into Mexico. Would you agree with me on that? Yes, definitely. I mean, I’ve told people for years I’ve worked homicide cases where spring break college kids would go to Mexico and they didn’t come back. You know, the maltreated maltruccia Tracy, 13, is involved in witchcraft, voodoo or Santeria or the other heavy duty stuff. They’ll take out the skull and the spine of a human and they’ll use it for their, their special stuff that they do like in Matamoros.

I actually stopped a suspect that was out of that area and I, I confiscated his diary. So it was across the border intervention between me and I was talking to a special high ranking captain of the immigration in Mexico just across the border about it. But a lot of that stuff’s involved. People don’t get that, you know, unless you speak Spanish or you have relatives or you know what you’re doing. Yeah, they go to Cancun, Cozumel, Tulum. I’ve been there and I’ve been to Chichen Itza, you know, up and down the pyramid, you know, several times.

It’s not the same anymore. Things are changing. People outside our country, we won’t mention certain high Ranking rich people in the world. But they have been recorded as paying for people to come from all the other countries to get to Mexico, to get flights up to Tijuana. Once they get up there, then they’re practically in. And Tijuana, San Ysidro is the largest land border port in the world. So they’re, they’re backed up. This is, this is. We could say that’s a warning, a travel advisory warning. Oh, yeah. Ready. Especially having plans this spring break or any of these weekends.

Now that the holiday travel is over. Anyone getting ready to go to Mexico should be on high alert. Yeah, definitely. I mean, it’s all across the border. I know people down in the Matamor cross border Texas, across from El Paso, Brownsville, all across the border. And they have these occasions. There’s five drug cartels that go across the border. So if you can go from west to east, like the Ariano Felix that used to be in charge, Chapa Guzman and whoever it is this week all the way across, those people are all in their own cartels. They’re even fighting against the.

Oh, these Ammonites. Mormon, like. Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah, I know, exactly. Mennonites or whatever they call that. Yeah. And they’re. And they’re actually, some of them are born in Mexico, so they might have a dual citizenship status, right? Yeah, I see them all the time at Home Depot in like, pilgrim outfits. Exactly. Yeah, I see them all the time. They’re all my, hey, you’re cheating. And they look at me. You’re not supposed to be coming to Home Depot buying stuff. All right. Redefine birthright citizenship. Under the 14th Amendment. A Trump order asserts that a child born in the US Is not a citizen if, number one, the mother does not have legal immigration status or is in the country legally, but only temporarily, and number two, the father is not a U.S.

citizen or lawful permanent resident. The order forbids U.S. agencies from issuing any document recognizing such a child as a citizen or accept any state document recognizing citizenship. This is order is already being challenged in federal court. You know, I did say, you know, he’s going to be hit with lawfare left and right, but I got a feeling he’s moving so fast that there’s going to be. There’s going to be, I think, ground zero. The border is going to become ground zero, and this is going to get. I think we’re going to see a war pop off.

Well, he anticipated it like I’ve always anticipated. And what you described is the anchor baby term. Anchor baby is when you Get a person, a female coming across the border, doesn’t matter if it’s at the southern border or Canada or on a plane normally. And if they want to have a baby, they have a baby no matter where. You know, if they go to Hawaii, that was the other scam that they would have people go to their land, have a baby, and then they could have citizenship by filling out the paperwork. It’s the same thing. But the problem is, I think there was a person named Kamala Harris up in Oakland, 1964, and her parents were East Indian at the time of her birth.

They were not lawful immigrants. You see what I mean? So if you’re just passing through, the thing is, yeah, the baby’s born in the United States, they can have lawful citizenship, but they may try to make them go outside the country to come back at 18 and reapply for citizenship unless the other parents were immigrated. Then they go through that process. So it’s kind of complicated. This year, prioritized continued construction of the wall and other barriers along the U. S. Mexico border. Direct the attorney general and homeland security secretary to create homeland security task forces in all 50 states comprising of state and local law enforcement charged with ending the presence of criminal cartels, foreign gangs and transnational criminal organizations.

Give the homeland security secretary wide latitude to establish agreements with individual state and local law enforcement agencies to maximum extent permitted by the law that empower those non federal officials to act as federal immigration officers. Require collection of DNA samples and fingerprints from immigration detainees under a 2005 federal law. This is going to help the children too, correct? Come over here. Yes. Now, technically, what we just said now is a very upgraded piece of information. Once they start doing DNA collection that’s going to go on a database and they’re also going to check for other other categories that we don’t normally talk about related to the border that gets into Area 51 categories.

Wow. Once they start testing these people and you start doing that like my ID is federally qualified. So if I want to have my ID card or driver’s license in your location, you could pay the extra 35 bucks. But you have to show a current active passport or your birth certificate. That’s it. Then that way you can get on a plane when they start to put restrictions down on everybody. So this stuff’s going to really start to tighten down and tighten down. I suggested to Trump before he was in office about the voter registration card because Mexico has that verified photo, fingerprint address, other electronic data, Social Security number, date of birth in that card It’s a national ID card.

Almost. Now they’re, now they’re suffering the consequences because the last administration took advantage of it. That’s the whole point of it. That’s what they did. I don’t know, John. I sometimes think, you know, this is all like problem, reaction, solution. I mean, we’re essentially locking ourselves down and we’re going to blame it on the illegal immigration. That’s what it seems like to me. I mean, once these, these violent crimes start kicking off, I mean, could we see lockdowns and curfews? Well, that’s a symptom. Let’s, let’s, let’s narrow it down. It’s actually a symptom of the real problem.

You look at Gavin Newsom in California and then you look at the fires in la and like Mel Gibson lost his house, James woods lost house. I know several people are Hollywood actors and they lost their houses too. But the point was there’s a lady named Bass who’s the mayor in Los Angeles. She’s a known devout communist and used to visit Cuba like twice a year. And she’s indoctrinated Communist. So what they’re doing is they’re trying to sell parts of the country to rich elites. That’s why they took out Palisades. All in that area up north.

That’s a rich area. I know people used to live up there. And then they’re selling parcels to certain people who have money or connections outside the country. Huh, the big land grab. Exactly. A foreign national, like from China, That’s a really big one. Like Costco, Long beach sea containers coming in. If a Chinese company or Chinese national comes in, wants to buy 49 or more of a, a piece of property or a business, they can’t do it under federal law. That’s to prevent a takeover. Because if you had foreign nationals coming from another country and they just start buying stuff out, the Sultan of Brunei could come in and buy us all out.

He’s that rich. They’ll forbid so called catch and release, which allows some migrants to remain in the US while awaiting their immigration court proceedings in favor of detention and deportation of anyone in the US illegally. Six months. Normally it’s six months and they, nine times out of ten, they never show up. They give them their paper and they leave. That’s it. Unless they turn out to have a record. A lot of them come in with aliases. They’re not in the database a certain way, so they have to take a fingerprint. And if they’re doing DNA, that way they can narrow it down.

And I’ve seen people across the border come across with aliases on occasion. Direct Homeland Security to immediately devote resources and secure contractors to construct, operate, control, and use facilities to detain removable immigrants. So, I mean, well, you saw all the camps that they set up. Remember all the kids that were being brought in? Yep. Yes, yes. I hate, I hate to compare it to the FEMA camp stuff, but it’s similar. So they would have actual detention centers and we had some, you know, ambush journalists going out there trying to catch him at something. And the security would just tell them, you know, leave the area, no filming allowed.

And that’s it. And that’s what they did. They smuggled the last administration, allegedly smuggled over 500,000 to a million children and babies and kids that were not even belonging to the people they were with. Wow. That was their pass to get in. You show us a kid, you’re in. If you had the fast pass, which Trump just disconnected from the system, which was a special pass. They have the QR code in their smartphone. They’d go up to the scanner at the border and the inspector would have to let them in just because they had the QR code attached to the CBP program or whatever it was.

Right. And then he ended that app as well. Are you talking about the app or is this something completely. Yes. Okay. The end. So called parole programs, often referred to as family reunification, that allow family members of certain citizens and permanent resident immigrants from Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua and Venezuela to come to the US while their visa applications are still pending. How many H1Bs did you hear about? The H1Bs? Yeah, Steve Bannon had a real problem with that with elon. Well, the H1BS have a special technological or background. I knew a guy that was from Europe, a white America.

Not white America, white European guy from Switzerland or something. He had a technological ability to go into a computer and do stuff with it that we didn’t have. So he got a job in San Diego County. He lived in a really ritzy area, rich area near the beach. And I had to help him on a domestic case. But they targeted him because he had money. They have to pay a bond. Sometimes they pay a serious bond to support or sponsor him. That’s the key word, sponsors. And then once he gets in H1B, he’s guaranteed a job for maybe three years, maybe three to five if he’s really good, they’ll see about immigrating him, say fast pass, while other people are waiting in line for 10 years to get immigrated.

Right. Which is not fair. Or the fast pass for people in the Middle East. Yeah, right. Requiring review of all cases for all immigrants now in the US under temporary protected status with the stated intent of insurance. I was telling you before, the temporary protected status means they put a special cover for those categories to protect them better than the other categories who might come in from another country. But if you look carefully, we’ve had people from Cuba for many years because the Fidel Castro regimes for many years. Haiti is a different section. I just told you about the Canyon troops that were actually in Haiti.

That’s why we had an influx of Haitians. And they’ll bring in so many thousands. They’ll bring up to maybe, I’m guessing, like maybe 2,000, 5,000, maybe up to 10,000. That’s a lot of people to bring him in. But Venezuela. Oh, my God. That’s the. Say it before I do. The tr. The trend. Yeah, yeah, yeah. There you go, Trenta. Okay, so we just went over the review of all cases. Is that where I left off? Revert to vetting and screening standards using. Used during Trump’s first term for any person seeking a visa or immigration benefit of any kind.

And apply the standard visa vetting procedures to any refugee or stateless individual seeking admission. Well, let me explain the regular visa restrictions. When they come in, somebody coming from Mexico, no threat, just regular visa. They’re going to go up to LA, anything more than 25 miles north of the border, they’re going to go visit a relative. They want to know, are they? There’s a special word. I’m going to forget it here in a second. They have to have a job. They’re paying their bills, they have property or they live in Mexico. They, they could show proof that they pay their electric bill.

They have money in the account, but they have to prove that they’re independent and are not going to be reluctant or work off of the Social Security and off of the public welfare of the state of California under public programs. So they have to prove that they’re independent of that. But they wouldn’t do that. If they don’t go back, then they cancel the visa and they put them in a lookout system. And when they try to go for another identification or jobs or other information like that, then they get picked up and deported. And a lot of people usually do the proper thing anyway.

At least my experience was in Mexico, when you get outside Mexican nationalities, then you get into these other exotic stuff like in South America, El Salvador, Honduras, Guatemala. I mean, they, they would shoot people at the border of Mexico from those other countries. That’s how they handle Mexico. It happens in El Paso. Huh? It happens in El Paso. There used to be a street called Paisano that was right next to Mexico that people would travel on all the time. And they run. They would run right over and do carjackings and shoot people in America. And this never got.

This never saw the light of day on the news. Yeah. And then they would. They would carjack. They would take all their stuff. They would, you know, delete a person on the, on the road and literally go back with all their belongings and jack them. I mean, I, I know about this. Growing up in El Paso, I heard that word today. It was used the same similar way. They deleted somebody. Right. I said, you have to say it for fluff tube. That’s what I know. But that’s, that’s the, that’s the ongoing term. They don’t want to report it because when the Americans find out about it, they’re going to call their congressmen and senators and ask them why they aren’t providing more protection.

And that’s because they don’t want us to have our Second Amendment rights. Those as here repeal a Biden order requiring planning for the effects of climate change on world migration patterns. Direct the Secretary of State and US Diplomats effectively to threaten sanctions against any nation seen as reluctant to accept and facilitate the return of its citizens. The US Supports. So they’ll throw sanctions on any nation not taking their citizens back. I don’t know what, I don’t know what that’s got to do with any of that stuff. Unless they’re going to say, well, they’re just using that as a reason.

I know. For migration patterns, for, for immigrants to leave their country. No, the problem in the country is it’s communism in the other country. Right. That’s what they’re getting away from. That’s the climate they’re trying to get out of. We can’t say that here. Well, hold on. Directed State Department, Homeland Security. I know people get mad, but I gotta watch my P’s and Q’s on fluff tube. Direct the State Department, Homeland Security and others to review and recommend changes to vetting for visas and produce a report to the president within 60 days. The order calls on identifying countries for which vetting and screening information is so deficient as to warrant a partial or full suspension of admission to the US for their citizens.

Well, there’s a lot of holes in their system because they weren’t allowed to enforce certain restrictions. But I was mentioning earlier, if you were in the Middle east and you were working as a special assistant to a U.S. military person or an advisor or something like that, they’ll give you a green card. In fact, go back to the movie Scarface with Al Pacino. And they specifically put my buddy Jimmy Carter’s photo in the background in the office that they were interviewing him at, because it was during that time that they had the invasion that came from Cuba and all the other countries to Florida.

So that’s where that kind of stemmed from. Direct the Attorney General and others to deny federal money to so called sanctuary cities the administration sees as interfering with federal immigration enforcement, with the caveat that Trump administration pursues action to the maximum extent possible under the law. So that means any politicians that are not abiding by this law, they’re going to jail, Correct? Yeah, that’s, that’s what I was pushing heavily with Trump was that California is an example of a sanctuary state. And I believe the mayor of New York was also being pressured by the Biden administration, just like allegedly Mark Zuckerberg was pressured by Biden as well.

But the thing is, they’ve been ordering people in California, throughout Gavin Newscomb, not to enforce the federal edicts or to assist the feds on doing their job when that’s exactly what they should be doing. And we’ve got a local sheriff, a female sheriff in San Diego county, that says she will abide by the law and she will enforce those laws, which means they can’t tell her how to do her job. Sheriffs are usually elected and they can’t be, they can’t be rid of just like that. If they’re appointed, then they could be pulled out, put some other guy in there.

Pause. Distribution of federal money to non governmental organizations supporting and providing services, either directly or indirectly, to removable or illegal immigrants, pending reviews and audits to identify any operations that may promote or facilitate violations of our immigration law. So these 501c3s churches, stuff like that, that are housing them, correct? Unfortunately, yes. And I’ve come across people that worked in some of the religious groupings, depending on what it is. And you could tell by an attitude. I had a, I had a gentleman who was wearing a collar, which means he probably was Catholic or some priest maybe.

And I just had a feeling about him. So I said, well, you know, let’s take a look in the trunk, had him get out and open up the truck, no problem. But it was a response that I got. I was testing his response under stress and he didn’t pass. He was very adamant about, well, you’re pretty efficient, aren’t you? You know, like an accusatory comment. I said, well, yes sir, we have to check a lot of people down here because a lot of people pretend to be things they’re not. And when Sister Teresa came in, we checked her too.

Honestly, knowing what I know now. Yeah. Designate international cartels as foreign terrorist organizations or specially designated global terrorists under existing federal law. The order triggers the. I can’t say that Immigrant. Immigrant Enemies act to combat cartels and their members. So yeah, that goes back to the war, back during the Japanese detention back in World War II. So that’s why they put people at internment camps. What about, what about the politicians who are, you know, obviously being funded by them, donors controlled by them? I guess they’re going to be going to jail pretty damn soon, correct? Well, I would hope so.

You got lobbyists that got special interests. I’m going to recount a guy’s name, William C. Chasey. He wrote the book about Pan Am 103. He also criticized Bush Senior because of them taking up Manuel Noriega. Kidnapped him out of Panama and put him in federal prison. I happen to run into him in Miami. Okay, but bottom line is when they get this stuff about trading with the enemy’s act and all these other laws, they have to enforce them a certain way otherwise it impacts on all the people in the United States. So they know what they’re doing.

But there’s all these organizations that will pay the lobbyists like they. Gaddafi had a meeting with Chacey and Lindsey Graham. They flew over to Jordan, I believe was the quote. Then they somehow got a car and drove across another border to get into Libya because you can’t fly directly from the United States to Libya. Back then they met with Gaddafi. He said he wasn’t responsible for the 103 bomb explosion years ago and therefore the one over Lockerbie. And he paid him millions of dollars. Now I don’t know what Lindsey Graham did, but he’s, he was a high ranking senator but somehow he probably put his.

Imagine. Yeah, he probably put his money into an offshore account. Lindsay, I’m sorry. William Chasey, who he actually worked out of San Diego County. He ended up getting accused of being a foreign agent and forgot to register. So if you receive money from a foreign country to act on their behalf, then you have to register as a foreign agent so that the government could come in and close your bank account down. That’s stupid. You know, what do you think is going to happen with these, these politicians that have housed illegal immigrants or. I mean, yeah, I’ve seen it already on the news the last 24 hours, that the Democrats are fighting against the Republicans, against Trump, against all of his edicts and his.

I mean, he had a stack of laws and mandates. Yeah. I said this, though. I said, once Trump gets in, he’s going to get hit with lawfare, tons of it. Yeah. How’s he going to get anything done? Well, he’s exempt under the law anyway. He’s exempt. He could do what he wants because he’s the president now. He’s exempt under the executive privilege, under the thing that the Supreme Court already ruled on, what, last year. So they all know that. But they’re going to do the same thing Alvin Bragg did in New York. They’re going to do it to stall.

Install and stall. Right. They’re already doing. Haven’t finished the border fence yet. Right. So how is he. I mean, is he going to issue, you know, we’re under a national emergency and these are now foreign terrorist organizations. Anyone trying to stall, I would imagine, abiding terrorist organizations. Correct. So then you’re going to be locked up. Exactly. That’s interfering. See, if you took that to the extreme, like I would, I’d say, hey, Congressman, you better, you know, calm down there. We’re doing our job. And he says, no, you can’t do that. Okay, you’re under arrest. Just like that.

Wow. So anybody. Okay, hold on. So anybody going against Trump, basically, is going to be a betting. But am I saying it right? Oh, go ahead. Am I saying it correctly, though? If they try to go against what Thomas Homan is, he’s the drug czar. Correct, Correct. If he’s, if he’s actually coordinating, which I believe he is, and he’s doing all these major arrest over the national area’s biggest cities, especially like New York, Los Angeles, San Diego, wherever, it doesn’t matter. It take. It’s going to take time. And if these people try to resist in some way politically, if they interfere, I’m telling you, the federal laws are very explicit.

And when I was Secret Service, they couldn’t do anything against me because I was Secret Service. If they came outside the gate of the White House or outside the foreign property of an embassy and they tried to interfere with me, I arrest them. The cuffs go on. I bet you really loved arrested people. Oh, yes, yes. I have a feeling you just got a kick out of that shit. Well, I know I was Doing my job so I can arrest people very nicely, but if they resist a little bit would be like Jim Costanza from the CNN Mr.

Microphone. You know, that guy’s crazy. Okay. Require within 30 days the attorney General, Secretary of State and others to evaluate the adequacy of programs designed to ensure the proper simulation of lawful immigrants into the United States and recommend any additional measures that promote a unified American identity. Let me interject real quick. Not everything that you read and hear about is, is followed to the T because remember we had 911 terrorists that were authorized by an immigration official who I’ve actually talked to. He refuses to talk to me now because he participated in bringing those 911 terrorists into the country.

The, the, the basically calls him up, said, hey, this is so and so, blah blah blah. We want you to authorize these guys to come in. He’s following orders. That, that goes back to World War II stuff, following orders thing. If, if these guys are suspect, I’d say, nope, sorry, I’m not going to do it. You cannot ask me as a law enforcement official to violate the law or to do anything. Just like Border patrol followed the rule with the mandates. There’s no such thing as a mandate. It’s either law, constitutional or policy. There’s no such thing as a mandate.

It’s illegal, but they do it anyway. That’s the terms that they play games with. I’m going to show real quick what you sent me. I’m actually here in San Antonio right now, but. Suspect identified after 7 San Antonio police officers injured in late night shootout. I guess it was last night. So the suspect that was deleted during a shootout that injured seven San Antonio police officers late Wednesday night on far north side has been identified. Brandon Scott, served 10 years in the Navy. Well, you know what? I’ve caught people that served military time. No, but he’s not.

He’s not. He’s not. He’s not an illegal, is he? The shooting happened just before 9pm in the center part complex. Still no parking in the north loop. 1604. No. So he’s not. So this is just a random. See this is, this is for another. Well, we just had a shooting at Nashville, Tennessee. But he’s not. But I thought he was in. He’s not an illegal. Oh, I see what you’re saying. Yeah, I’m sorry, I thought he was an illegal. So he’s not. Yeah, it was unclear whether he was, but we’ve had people that served in the military that were still illegal.

One guy actually joined a border patrol and when they found out, they just said, hey, what happened? All you had to do is go to the military command and tell him he was brought into the country illegally by his parents. And they told him his birth certificate, that was what his name was and where he was born in California or something. So that happens, you see. People have to realize it’s a complicated thing. How do you know this is going to. This will get you. How do you know. I asked you where were you born? Donna Siste.

And you say, el Paso. I said, how do you know that? Well, my birth certificate says. So how do you know that’s your birth certificate? Well, my parents gave it to me. Where are they? Well, they’re not around right now or something, you know, God help you. I wouldn’t wish that, but. But you do get those kind of stories. And another guy would say, well, I found it on the ground. I found one from Illinois. Illinois. That’s where the senator from. The guy that went to Hawaii, that was from Mombasa. And I found a blank one as he could have picked that up and filled it in himself.

But in Hawaii alone, it’s still active. If you have a baby born in Hawaii, you can register it. And Chinese and Japanese and people from the Far east would fly into Hawaii knowing they could even report a delayed birth of about two or three days or longer and file a delayed birth saying, oh, we were at the hotel or we were at this location, or they’ll put the name of a hospital. Oh, man. Bypassing the immigration, abusing the system, man, all by design. It’s Exactly. Now, the FastPass guy who does a favor. I’m referring back to that movie again.

The guy did a really bad deed and got a green card out of it. Nothing’s changed. There’s still. You do agree with me, the violence is going to pick up. And there’s. I. I’m gonna say tourists need to watch out. Traveling to Mexico, I’m praying every day that, that it doesn’t get worse. But when you see fires, those are arson. Those are directed energy weapon things. They don’t just start off and burn out a whole area there. And nothing with a blue tarp or a blue car color or blue, whatever. I’m getting ready to paint my car.
