No, this is brand new. Ford is recalling 274,000 vehicles. The Expedition and the Navigator. And this is a big deal. Now, here’s the thing. Recalls happen when it’s a problem. Recalls happen when there’s going to be an inevitable amount of lawsuits. And if you’ve seen the movie Fight Club, it’s like, is it better to pay this stuff off and fix it or just let the litigation fly? Okay. Well, in Ford’s case, they’re weighing on recalling 274,000 cars. And the thing about this is that the brake line goes up to the engine and it could cause a brake failure.
Why? Because it can heat up and be like a Bond movie where the villain, you know, sets somebody up and they’re driving the mountainous road and then the brakes fail. Okay. Film it like this though, you know, film it and so we get a good shot of that. Anyways, that’s terrible. Okay. 223,000 Expeditions, 52,000 of the Navigators. Okay. Terrible, absolutely terrible. But again, enough is enough is enough. National Highway Transportation Safety Bureau steps forward and they recommend these recalls when there’s complaints, when there’s a lot of service issues. And here’s the thing.
Reputable service people report these things to the National Highway Traffic Safety Bureau. And they tell the car owners, hey, you should report this. This isn’t normal that you have a car from 2022 to 2024 that has brake failure this quick. And not because of, you know, wear and tear. It’s because of the brake line heating up and you getting scorched. The next one is Waymo. Okay. I love the TikToks that people send to me. I dated a woman that was on one of those Waymoos that wouldn’t stop. They had to jump out of the car once.
Great story. The restaurant that they were going to was on a dead end street. So the only thing that they could do because it kept circling the building was when the car slowed down. Okay. One, two, three jump and they jumped out of the car. Waymo just recalled 1,200 of those driverless taxis because they hit barriers. Doesn’t know the difference between a barrier and a open road. So they’re out calling them. How about this? Because this is what floored me. There are 1,216 of those driverless taxis in service right now in the United States.
1,216. Who knew that? How about this? They bring in a quarter of a million drivers every week. Look at the money that’s generating right now. So they’re going to recall 1,200 of these, fix them, get it resolved as quick as they can. Have you been on one of those yet? Have you? Would you go on one of those? Because the next thing is the, you know, the Skycopters. What’s a Skycopter? It is a pilotless helicopter to take you in the sky. You know, basically a drone. You hang on. Whoa, Nilly. Okay. No, no.
If this thing is hitting the abutment and white barriers and concrete barriers, no one has gotten injured yet. They’ve had accidents. It’s hit things, but no one has died. No one has gotten injured yet of significance, whatever that means. Okay. I assume going to the hospital, I assume that the thing stopped and the car didn’t move and you could open the doors and get the hell out of the car. Is that significance? Let me know. Okay. Let me know. The next thing, Dr. Marvin sent me a great recall of eye care products, lubricants, saline solutions, different products for contact lenses.
75,000 of these products were recalled this week. The list is below. I won’t name them all off, but again, if you take any pharmaceuticals, anything for your daily healthcare, and that includes your eye care, make sure the stuff is safe. Make sure it’s not, you know, expired. I mean, the one thing I learned is I got eye drops. Oh, they’re five years old. They’re okay. No, they’re not. They’re not. You’re putting poison in your eyes and things wear out the significance of different pharmaceuticals, different, your cold medicines, stuff like that wears out.
Okay. The next thing is I love certain ad campaigns that I just, I just cannot get enough of some of these. And I want to show you one of the greatest ad campaigns that was sent to me this week by my brother. And it was from good old Arby’s. Now I don’t eat at Arby’s very often, but look at this. Unlike dad. Okay. The ham and Swiss is coming back. That is the greatest article ever. I sent this to so many people and I thought, you know, I’ve got to go to Arby’s tomorrow and do a story on this.
Now this is a two part story. Okay. So I went to Arby’s take a look at this. I’m in Arby’s right now because dad left and never came back. You know, I can relate to that. So I went and got myself a sandwich, a drink, and I’m just going to enjoy myself the ham and Swiss now that it’s back. You have to feel it. Okay. It’s back. Look, food’s already here. 20 seconds. That’s some type of record. Oh, doesn’t that look unhealthy? It does, doesn’t it? But even though dad’s a horrible guy, I just remember father’s days coming up and sometimes you just got to, you just got to understand.
You got to make a difference in your life and you got to, you got to put it out there. Anyways, ham and Swiss is back at Arby’s. Okay. Let’s do this together because I’ve never had one of these. And I just thought that that was the greatest ad campaign ever. And that looked like 23 dollars worth of food to you. It is. Ooh, is there Swiss on that? Look at that. Boy. Dad would be so happy. So I hope you enjoyed that, but we have a private channel. I allegedly live, you signed up at private channel because this guy had a meltdown inside there and I started to film it and just completely went off swearing at the people and just lost it.
So if you’re on the private channel, lucky you get to see that. But let me know what you think about this. Do you like stuff like this? I love advertising like this because it makes me want to try places like this. Let me know what you think. Let’s talk about our sponsor Patriot Gold Group. You know, for over two years now, I’ve told you about Patriot Gold Group. I am so proud of this company. They are number one rated for over nine years with consumer affairs. They have had well over 10,000 transactions. They’ve done over a billion dollars in business during this time.
You can’t deal with a better company. Contact them today. 888-330-1431 is the phone number. If you don’t want to call, use the link below. They will answer all your questions. They will give you a free investor guide. They will show you everything about how easy it is to buy gold. But guys, protect yourself. You’ve got JP Morgan saying that gold could hit $6,000 an ounce between now and 2029. That’s a steady write up, guys. You don’t want to miss out on that. Other experts like Bob Kudler say, that’s nothing, Dan. The sky’s the limit.
Contact number one rated Patriot Gold Group today. 888-330-1431. Do it now before it’s too late. Now next up is the store Next Adventure. They’re closing all their stores right now. And I covered this story, you know, a couple years ago because they did something that they wanted to do for their company. And with their adventure company, they do something that I thought was pretty cool. And they will give you a guide. They will give you an experienced person to take you out and take you hiking, take you mountain biking, take you rappelling, take you to, you know, climb the side of a hill.
I mean, they will do all that stuff. And the thing about this is that I love companies that do stuff like this. I love when you can sit there and you can get, you know, an expert. It used to be what Home Depot and what Lowe’s used to be. Used to walk in there and get a retired electrician who would teach you, you know, hey, don’t buy that fitting. Buy this one. You know, I did this for 30 years. You want that. Well, some guy climbing a mountain, that’s going to say, don’t buy those shoes.
You’re never going to be comfortable in those. So expensive. Get these. That was the greatest thing ever. But what they got involved in a few years back was they wanted to have less liability on this. You sign up for these programs. We want to limit our liability when we take this extended adventure. And the state sat there and said, no, you can’t, you know, you can limit liability. You could say we’re not responsible. But when you start climbing up a mountain, you start doing mountain biking and you go out in the middle of the wilderness with people, they’re on their own.
You’re assisting this. So you’ve got to carry the liability. So, you know, they tried to fight this and eventually lost it. And eventually it was like, no, you can’t skirt the liability on this. But it’s too bad because there’s not enough businesses like this anymore. You know, one thing about Sir Latob and all the, you know, William Sonoma and all those great cooking stores is they will have real chefs come in there and show you how to use a pan. Now, the pan $700 if you want to use the pan, but they will have cooking classes.
Now, here’s the thing I learned about those cooking classes. You don’t have to buy, you know, the hot pot. You don’t have to buy the pressure cooker. You can just go watch these guys mix things. And I’ve learned so much from a $25 cooking class in doing this. Now, do I have to sign a waiver that this guy’s going to explode the place with a with a, you know, pressure cooker? No, didn’t have to do that. But I wasn’t walking out in the in the woods doing that either. So it’s kind of crazy that they’re doing stuff like this.
And it’s sad that a store like this is going out of business because you don’t have the experienced people leading anybody. It’s like the individual bookstores that are leading people that write independently. You know, there was just a big show that my daughter covered about, you know, a book fair, basically. And from running events and having her being intimately involved with my events, these people were invited to, you know, the middle of nowhere. And they brought all their books to sell and they had no audience. It’s terrible. You need more experienced bookstores, people that will help the independent writers, just like you need somebody to teach you how to ride your mountain bike and make it so that you’re not going to die and buy the right gear.
Uber is offering something that is kind of cool in New York, Chicago and Los Angeles, where they’re going to have roots. It’s going to be like a bus route. And you’re going to be able to buy a commuter pass basically for Uber. And you’re going to be able to sit there, tag Uber, because you’re on the pass and it will be a flat monthly fee. And it could be as much as three bucks a ride, like a bus ticket. And if you’re at this side of the road and the car goes by, you may hop in.
You may be riding with somebody else, but then you can hop in and say, my destination is this. And you have a planned route that you can do. Now, very inexpensive, very cool. But if you’re a commuter and you know what, I don’t mind walking four blocks from that street to my house. I don’t mind doing that. This is going to be for areas that have a lot of public transportation, things like that. But some people don’t want to ride the train. Guys like me hate that stuff. Speaking of trains and public transportation, one thing that is cool to do, that’s very worth the money.
If you go to Las Vegas, the Las Vegas Strip is very long. Just walk the strip, you’ll have fun. Well, from today forward, as it gets hotter and hotter and hotter, it’s hell walking out there. You could have a day when you wake up and it’s 70 degrees outside, then it could be 100 before the end of the day. And then you’re, you know, two miles from your destination, you can buy a bus pass for the day and they have automated machines that will take you up and down the street for 12 hours, 18 hours, whatever you want.
That is the coolest thing ever, because the buses just keep going by and nobody talks about this because they want you to drive the cabs, they want you to drive the Ubers, but it’s a great way to save money. There’s people loading their horses out here. So beautiful horses. So okay, but that’s things like that are cool. I’m not going on a driverless taxi anytime soon, a way move or anything like that, especially with them recalling the stuff. I don’t think it’s safe yet. I’ve had a lot of people complain about this. A lot of video sent to me where the guy stuck on it, you know, circling the airport and things like that.
But let me know what you think so far. Let me know if you do that. Okay. I’m going to finish this video with these last few things. Don’t forget to check your email, especially your spam filter, because an email just went out and don’t forget that we have a private channel. I allegedly live and we just put some good stuff up there and a couple of final things. Kroger, you know, one thing that happens is you go to these stores and you punch in your phone number and you get, you’re a part of the discount club.
And with the discount club, you save money. How about this Kroger was just had a problem with consumer affairs, the state, all these different agencies that realize that hundreds of items people were not getting the right discount on. And even if they set, here’s the thing. Hey, did I get the discount? All you see is a number being subtracted and you don’t know if that’s the right number or not. But once again, there were hundreds of items from, you know, through 26 stores, 150 overcharged items from beef to, uh, to healthcare aids, to Nescafe, to instant coffee, boneless beef, salmon, dog food, you know, uh, pharmaceutical products, all these different things.
So it was just everything in the store. They just didn’t take the time to correct. So you have to take the time to make sure that you’re getting those discounts. I’m telling you, um, one thing that drives me crazy. I love going to the store whole foods. It’s owned by Jeffy, Jeff, Jeff Bezos and the weather girl, but, um, I can’t stand the fact that they have a code and it’s use your Amazon prime. And you know, here’s the in-store code and I never save money on that stuff. I always buy things that are on sale, but there’s always the hope that I save something, you know? So I always look at the prices, see if it’s on sale or not.
If I want it, I’m going to get it. But it’s terrible that Kroger is having this problem, but what’s going to happen next is they’re going to get sued for doing this. So the poorest in the community and the elderly are the people that pay always for this stuff. Final, final thing is AI, when it comes to medical treatment is going to be your friend. When you look at New York city and you look at going to a healthcare clinic, you can have a 10 day to two week way to see somebody even at a walk-in clinic.
That is horrible. That’s why on the East coast, the snobs pay for private healthcare. They pay for private doctors to give them healthcare treatment and things like that. And you know, you’ve seen that there was that one show with that one guy thought he was just a jerk, but anyways, there was that show about the private doctors. Um, but that’s what’s happening out there. Now there’s an alternative tech, uh, doktronik. Doktronik is an AI program that, uh, uh, Dr. Marvin sent me and what it is, is it’s one step further above WebMD and, uh, uh, the Teladoc programs.
Here’s the funny thing about this that I learned years ago is people go to WebMD and try to, God, I’ve got my swollen glands under my arms and should I concerned about this? Should I be in front of a doctor? Yes. But people lie on those things. People give their symptoms. Yeah, I’ve got itching. Yeah, I’ve got sauna. I don’t want to talk about all that pus isn’t out of it. So they don’t give everything. They don’t, they’re not even honest with the computer screen. So they would get misdiagnosed a lot because people would lie and be afraid to tell the truth.
But I’m telling you this right now, you’re going to see AI help people in the medical space. It’s going to help people in rural communities. It’s going to help diagnose you to save people money to not pay for a doctor visit. Now, do I recommend this? Of course not guys, still 80% of the people out there don’t get the proper cancer screenings and eat healthy and, you know, take the supplements and things like that, that you should to be a physically better person. My friend, Mike, who has helped me and I hope will continue to help me, has just made it crazy when you hear the stats of what people are doing.
And, you know, funny, I was at the baseball game over the weekend, guy walks up to me, hey, you know, I take the knockoff of those and I lost 30 pounds. It was great. But I got to tell you that when I stopped taking it, my belly just swelled out. I thought it was like Rodney Dangerfield telling me this, like it was a joke. And I’m like, okay, what’s the positive part of this? Taking the poison to lose weight rapidly. And then you stop taking it and yeah, well, I just now I got to eat right.
And I got to exercise. It’s like, again, it was like a Rodney Dangerfield bit. Listening to this guy explain what he was doing and how he was taking that poison to lose weight. It was designed to be a type two diabetic drug. It serves a purpose for there. Some people, when they take it, lose weight. It was the side effect. Just like Viagra was a side effect of the other stuff. And you know what you get with Viagra? You get some fun. Get a party. Okay. There’s like 40 jokes there that I can’t do here.
Okay. Please like, please subscribe. You want to email me? Hello at Iallegedly.com. Onward and upward, guys. Okay. I will not be taken to something any time soon. Okay. See ya. [tr:trw].
