Let’s go to Tom Fitton. Tom, Brennan, Comey, you’re working at Judicial Watch, and since I’ve known you and I made the film with you, I don’t know, back 10, 12 years ago, District of Corruption, your fight really at Judicial Watch is against the administrative and deep state. Is it not, sir? It sure is. I mean, that film, District of Corruption, was 2012, right? And, you know, we talked about those issues back then, and, you know, of course, it wasn’t even new then, the issue of actors who either are appointees or part of the permanent administrative state, the deep state, that think they can wait out reformers, wait out politicians that they don’t like when they come into office, and just keep on doing what they want to do.

And Brennan is a perfect example of this. You know, he’s a former communist, if I recall correctly. Yes, he voted for the communist in 1972, I think, the election. Yeah, I mean, so necessarily he takes the long view. He’s trained that way, and they set up President Trump at the end of the 2016, during the transition, obviously, going into 2016 as well. Obama was running it from the White House. People have to understand Brennan was not a sole actor here. He was acting at the direction of Barack Obama. Joe Biden was directly involved in the targeting of Trump along with Comey.

So the Justice Department leaks yesterday, and I wonder if there’s any timing issues with that leak that Brennan’s been referred to for criminal investigation, presumably for some perjury issues. I’m not quite sure what he testified to, so I’m not sure what that is going to be about. And then Comey for something that’s unspecified. Now, I don’t understand why Comey hasn’t been arrested yet, given his threats to the president, his threat to the president, encouraging the murder of President Trump. But, you know, look, I’m not going to say I’m not unhappy about the fact there’s going to be a prosecution or at least a criminal investigation.

But I tell you, you know, given the timing of the leaks, you’ve got to wonder if it was more about distracting for Epstein. We’re going to talk about Brennan. We’re going to talk about the timing of Brennan and Comey versus what happened with Epstein. Tom Fitton here has a solution. He’s going to lay it out for us. Fitten, you’re the pro. You’re the tip of the spear here. But my point is Epstein is part of the war against the deep state. You have to take it to its logical conclusion. And part of that is the information has to go out, particularly.

It has nothing to do with people being worked up about it. It’s about the deep state. It’s about the intelligence services, about how the intelligence services work with foreign intelligence services. That’s the deep state. It’s the interconnection with MI6. It’s the interconnections with German military intelligence. It’s the interconnections with not just the Mossad, what was it, Shin Ben? The Israeli military intelligence is better than the Mossad. It’s also with some of the Arab states’ intelligence services. So Fitton, you’ve been on this more than anybody. You’ve got a lawsuit with them. You’ve heard this mumbo-jumbo that’s coming out.

Let’s go to General Sherman and let’s have a simple plan aggressively executed. Tom Fitton. Because I know Fitten knows this better than anybody. The brother’s been doing this for two decades. On this one, he’s been the tip of the spear. It’s his suit. It’s O’Keeffe’s video in his suit that got us to this point. So what is your specific recommendation to the President of these United States that we should do here in this situation with Epstein? Well, if they had asked me initially, they probably could have themselves a lot of heartache and the President wouldn’t be going ballistic at a cabinet meeting over the screw-ups by his Justice Department and FBI with that crazy, anonymous memo.

So the memo’s telling us that we’re not getting any more documents. Literally contemporaneous with that. The Justice Department, through a judicial watch FOIA lawsuit, told the court, oh, the FBI has searched for and is reviewing documents for potential release. The Justice Department has searched for and is reviewing documents for potential release. So which is it? Are we not getting any more documents or is the reality more complicated that there’s a FOIA lawsuit out there, and I bet you we’re not the only one, asking for these Epstein records. And so if I were President Trump or Pam Bondi or Cash Patel or someone in a position to try to be more transparent on this issue, I would take advantage of this FOIA law and FOIA lawsuit.

And taking advantage of it means you start disclosing through the process, and the disclosures usually come with they want to withhold information. You can withhold information. You have to disclose the reasons for the withholding and explain to the court and to the American people exactly what you’re doing and why, as opposed to this blunderbuss email or a memo that was leaked to Axios saying that, you know, everyone who’s asking questions about, hang on, hang on, hang on, stop, stop, stop right there, stop right there. Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, the memo, it’s not dated and it’s unsigned.

What is it? Is it an inner office? It’s, correct me if I’m wrong, there’s no date on it and it’s unsigned, correct? We don’t know who the author is and it’s not dated, correct? Yeah, it’s very strange. You know, I’ve been here, I’ve been now 27 years at Judicial Watch. There’s something new every day from the government that just makes you scratch your head saying, well, this is, I hadn’t seen this before. I hadn’t seen this before. But I did see it coming out and really, and the reason no one wanted to sign it, in my view, was because at its heart it’s an attack on President Trump supporters.

It’s an attack on Americans who have concerns about the way the Epstein case was handled, which goes beyond even President Trump supporters. And my guess is if you polled it, it’d be, you know, you’d get 70% who have questions about it. And they basically told us that we don’t know what we’re talking about and the reason we don’t know what we’re talking about because they’ve looked at secret evidence that they won’t share with us. And I don’t think that’s going to, you know, that memo is going to stand up in court.

That’s my view. And so we’re just going to keep on litigating. I mean the solution is just keep on doing what we’ve been doing. You know, whatever path you’re on, you just keep on going forward. And then in case the judicial watch, we will be relentless in trying to get more information. And in fact, we will be doing more. We will, you know, the State Department, the CIA, we’re going to be asking. If you could talk to the president, though, that means years in court. This is how the Deep State wins. They break you. You financially have done such a great job, have so many small donors.

My dad used to hit you all the time. The one institution he loved in this town was Tom Fenton. He’d get that monthly newsletter. He’d read the print off it. Every time I went down, I’d go down, try to get on every weekend to see him or every other weekend. He’d maybe be reading that. No, his greatest thing was coming to the premiere of the District of Corruption. But Fenton, can’t the Justice Department approach the court and say, give them a letter you’ve got and just put it out there, isn’t that the most basic thing you can do? Yes, and I’ve heard, you know, that that’s something the Justice Department has refused to do.

They told us that in the memo. They don’t want to do it. But I don’t know how many documents there are at issue. Maybe we don’t need the documents that are under seal. I don’t know. Again, this is a black box and FOIA is designed to open that box up and see exactly what is it you mean, what documents, how many documents are at issue? Remember the FBI, both Cash and Pam were talking about how the FBI interfered with their efforts to disclose this information up in New York. You remember that? I remember it.

They were talking about it. Nothing in the memo about that. Who obstructed the release of the information? Our lawsuits about that, they haven’t given us anything on it yet. And the president can accelerate the FOIA and the agency heads can accelerate the FOIA process. And it’s all, you know, all it takes is political will. I mean, we were in court the other day, Steve, trying to get the Biden family emails out of the archives. They come into court. Justice Department attorney working for Pam Bondi says we’ve got 700 more documents to review. We need 30 months.

God. 30 months. And by the way, even if we don’t want to give if we don’t want to give you some of these documents, it’s not reviewable under the law. So, you know, you may have to wait up to 12 years or something like that. So, you know, that’s that’s me. And I’m not. This is the Justice Department. This is the Justice Department leadership on FOIA and transparency. The biggest issue in recent American history, the corruption of the Biden family. We’ve got a Trump Justice Department lawyer working and reporting to Pam Bondi and her colleagues working on representing the archives.

Who’s the archivist now? Marco Rubio coming in and says judicial watch may have to wait up to two and a half more years before we get the full detail on what Joe Biden was up to when he was in the Obama administration. Tom, where do people go to your website? I want everybody to go to a judicial watch today. Take my blood pressure medication. I’m going to have to take my blood pressure medication now. I want your blood pressure up on this because that means fitness in the lead tank. It’s got to be more than just a FOIA.

Here’s why. You just seen you’re going to the memo told you and what you’re seeing over here on the Biden stuff. This is my point. Let me step back for a second. We don’t control the Justice Department. We don’t control the FBI. We don’t control the CIA. We don’t control all the agencies that Tulsi oversees. We don’t control the Pentagon. That part of the apparatus that is the deep state in the administrative state around it, they control it. We don’t. They just see Trump as a passing figure. Like they see everybody as a passing figure.

They had two coups. They took out Kennedy in a coup. They took out Nixon in a coup, right? And they took out Trump in the first time in a coup. They got through. And they tried to set him up to be killed. This audience and this president, this is what his moral authority is. He said, screw you. They wanted to go to Mar-a-Lago. This audience said, fuck yourself. We’re not going to do that. We are going to fight and get it back. And now we’re back. It’s the first time they’ve ever been defeated. And now we must run the tables.

If we don’t run the tables, they’re going to destroy us. And you know what? We will deserve to be destroyed. If we don’t do this now, now, now, we deserve to be destroyed. This is what the thing of victory is. It’s not permanent until we permanently take them apart. And they can be done. They’re cowering with all their power and all their control. They understand that we’re the mortal threat to them. And this is why they try to suck us into these sideshows. Like, let’s go regime change Persia and get you sucked in for 25 years.

Let’s get you into a land war near Stalingrad and Kursk. How about that? Let’s go do that. Let’s have Americans die. Do you understand if you talk to Sir Bernard Montgomery and if you talk to Patton and if you talk to Eisenhower and Marshall and said, Americans are going to be defending Odessa. They go, have you lost your freaking mind? We’re not going to be anywhere near there. You get sucked into a land where you’re an idiot. This is what the deep state does to distract you from the central fight. The central fight is in the streets of America and in the halls of power in this city, in the imperial capital.
