So now we have a federal magistrate confirming that people can have a reasonable belief that crimes took place in Georgia, specifically in Fulton County. None of those issues, by the way, many of which have been raised by President Trump initially in 2020, were ever adjudicated by any state court judge in Georgia. They sued. They said, well, we’re going to appoint a judge to review these questions. And they stalled on appointing a judge. And by the time January 6 came along, it was too late. They dropped the case since, you know, the president had been installed. President Biden had been installed by that time through the January 6 process.
So this is confirmation and vindication for President Trump that something happened. The left has been telling us 60 cases, 60 cases have been thrown out, none of which have been fully adjudicated or fairly adjudicated. Well, they were all thrown out. Hey, that’s the thing, Tom, not to interrupt you. But all those cases that were thrown out were thrown out on standing because nobody wanted to admit that it was in their jurisdiction so they wouldn’t have to argue the facts. That’s right. And if you sued too soon, it was too soon. If you sued too close, it was too close.
If you sued afterwards, it was too late. And now we know that there was a crime potentially because it’s been validated and vindicated through this court process. You know, it’s really spook in the left, though, is director of national intelligence, which is she’s kind of an odd person to be injected into this. But Tulsi Gabbard’s present at yesterday’s search. Now, Gabbard has been reportedly tapped by the president. OK. This makes me like not concerned. It actually makes me glad that they’re looking into this seriously. But keep in mind, she’s in charge of CIA and all the intel agencies and all these things.
Is there a concern, do you think, by her presence, that there might have been government agencies in on this? Well, that’s a good point. I mean, the initial analysis would be maybe there was a foreign component, foreign intelligence component to this election misconduct. You raise a fair point about other government agencies not doing their job or dropping the ball or purposely suppressing concerns, as it looks to have happened at the end of the Trump administration. But it looks like generally Tulsi Gabbard is there because the president wants someone he can trust to help run down some of these issues.
We just can’t rely on the Justice Department alone or the FBI alone. It’s got to be all hands on deck and it’s reassuring a top presidential confidant is there. Yeah. Tom, I want to stay with us real quick. I want to bring in my buddy Jay Town, Newsmax legal analyst. Jay, same question to you. Is it possible that Tulsi Gabbard being involved in this shows that there may have been some government collusion in all this, too? Well, it’s certainly possible and it’s all speculation. But I share Tom’s view that it could be that a foreign adversary of some sort could have been involved.
But remember, the DNI is in charge of all of our intelligence agencies that include CIA. That includes the FBI. So there could be a number of reasons why she’s there, not just one. Right. I mean, when you think about it, you had this SISA operation out of DHS. It’s a Homeland Security operation. She has purview over that as well. All sorts of reasons she should be there. Frankly, the whole team should be there. And Georgia should be the first of many states subject to this type of scrutiny. Yeah. Last word to you, Jay. Well, look, you guys are talking about this earlier, about the 60 lawsuits that were dismissed.
Remember, they were dismissed either for standing or because they couldn’t find outcome determinative fraud. These crimes that they have found probable cause for, outcome determinative fraud has nothing to do with this, whether or not a fraudulent vote was cast or counted or registration was fraudulent. And so this has really got folks in Georgia nervous. Yeah. And it’s interesting to see why. Good. All right, Jay, Tom, we’re going to stay on this story like ugly on an ape. So stay with us.
