The deep state, the corrupt politicians, big tech fake news, the puppet masters. They just exposed pretty much everything. Joe Biden went ahead and pardoned Hunter Biden. Now, of course, a lot of people are out there saying, oh my God, this is awful. Look, he’s going to pardon everyone in the Democratic Party. No one will stand in front of a jury. Really. Think about this for a second. How do you pardon someone without them committing a crime? And if you do pardon someone, does that mean they’ve committed a crime? But think about what Biden has just done.

Because he’s told everyone and the fake news hasn’t told everyone. The corrupt politicians have told everyone that nobody’s above the law. They kept repeating it over and over and over. They also told us that Joe Biden, and even Joe Biden himself, told us that he would never pardon his son. And again, what did we see? These people lie. And their actions show us something very, very different. Now he’s letting everyone know that the DOJ did a selective prosecution. It wasn’t right. So that means the DOJ is corrupt. You see what he’s doing right now? He’s exposing the doj.

He’s exposing the politicalization of the DOJ and the FBI. And he’s actually showing the people that he can’t tell the truth. So basically what he just did is he destroyed everything that they’ve been telling us from the very, very beginning. And now the people are watching this, the people are seeing this, and the people are scratching their head going, wow, this actually happened. Now, I think a lot of people realized that he was going to pardon his sudden. There was no way in the world he was going to allow his son to go to jail. But we need to think about why he did it so early.

Now there’s information saying, oh, Hunter Biden was going to reveal everything. Well, didn’t he reveal everything with the laptop? It has all the sex crimes, it has all the crimes that his father’s committed. It has all the information. And remember, there was no security whatsoever. Anyone could look at it. So yes, there is information out there saying that he was going to release a tell all book. But once again, his father could have said, okay, don’t release it by the time I leave office, I will pardon you. So why was it done so early? Yes, we know that his trial date’s coming up, but again, maybe there’s something else that is happening now.

The other thing that we see is this is why the Patriots did not charge anyone with treasonous crimes during the Biden administration. Because once again, first of all, the DOJ wouldn’t have done it. The FBI wasn’t going to investigate. And if there were charges brought against all these individuals, what would have happened? They would pardon everyone. Now, there’s a lot of talk out there saying that Biden’s just going to blanket pardon all the Democrats. But again, if you haven’t committed a crime, what are you pardoning? And according to the Constitution, that is not something that is done.

Remember, Hunter Biden was pardoned because he was brought up on charges. He was convicted. His sentencing date was coming up. So his sentencing date for the firearms charge was coming up in December 12th. His tax evasion sentencing date was coming up on December 16th. So you could see this is why Biden how to pull the trigger now. And going back in time, it looks like the fake news is reporting that Biden was always going to do this no matter what. So we have two stories now that are out there saying that Hunter put the squeeze on his father because he was going to write a tell all book, which I think the laptop tells everything.

Maybe he could elaborate on some of these things. But again, it was already out there. The House did an intensive investigation and there’s another story out there saying that he was always going to do this no matter what. But again, look what Biden just did. He just set up Trump for the win. Why is that? Because think about it. There were no charges brought against anyone else. Now Hunter Biden can’t plead the Fifth when he testifies because again, he’s pardoned for his crimes going all the way back to 2014. So if Joe Biden was just pardoning him because of the tax evasion and for the firearms charges, why did he go all the way back to 2014? Because they would be able to bring up on charges of Farah violations, him being in Ukraine on the Burisma board and other related crimes.

So he had to go all the way back to 2014 and say he is pardoned for all of those crimes. But again, now this sets up Hunter Biden to actually testify in grand jury indictments, not just against Biden, not just against Biden’s brother, but others like Obama, Victoria Nan, Adam Schiff and the rest. I mean, really think about this for a second. He can’t plead the Fifth anymore. That option is out the window. I mean, he could lie, of course. But again, look how this is all being set up right now. And again, you can see that the Clinton story hasn’t gone away, the Obama story hasn’t gone away.

Everything that they, these individuals have done, it’s there. And now there’s an individual that can’t plead the fifth anymore. So this is very, very interesting. This all backfired on the Deep State players. But we’ll be talking a little bit more about that a little bit later. But first, let’s talk about Alyssa Milano because she is another individual that was speaking out against Trump and she decided to delete her ex account and she went over to Blue sky and all these individuals were over at Blue sky and they’re, all they’re doing is complaining over there because they want everyone banned, they want everyone censored.

It’s a pedo network and it’s a complete and utter disaster. So I think in the end, what we’re going to find out that all these people, they won’t be able to take it over there. They’re going to see all the hate, they’re going to report everyone and eventually what’s going to happen, all these people, they’re all going to come back to X or they’re going to go to Truth or maybe both. And you’re going to see how all of a sudden they backtrack on everything. Remember X and Truth, these are free speech platforms which, these platforms allow people to Speak freely without the deep state’s hand in there trying to censor people.

And so far, it seems to be working. Now, the other thing that’s really interesting is we know that the southern border is wide open. We know that terrorists are coming over. Human traffickers, child traffickers, rapists, criminals, you name it. They’re all coming over the southern, southern border. But many people don’t look at the northern border because there are a lot of illegal immigrants with terror ties pouring across the northern border. And this is why Trump met with Trudeau, because there are terrorists now that are crossing through the northern border. Actually, there’s more terrorists crossing through the northern border than those coming through the southern border, which is very, very interesting.

And now we have Trudeau, who, who’s actually going to shut the border and try to maintain control of the border. So we have the Mexican president doing it in the southern border, we have the Canadian president doing in the northern border. Very, very interesting. Why didn’t they just do this before? Oh, that’s right. Because once again, they were all in line with the criminal syndicate, and the criminal syndicate was saying, no, this is what you got to do. But now Trump is president, he’s letting these leaders know, well, these installed leaders that if you don’t do what I say, basically, you’re going to be hit with tariffs.

And right now, their economies are weak, they’re not strong, they export everything to this country, and it would be a complete and utter disaster for them. So now they’re backing off. Now, the other thing that’s very interesting is that since Trump went ahead and nominated Sheriff Chad Chronister, people are out there saying, oh, he’s dei, he’s not going to arrest certain people. He’s. He’s woke. He’s not fit for the job. But you have to remember, Trump always put these people into position for a specific reason. Now, this person might not do the job. The person might do an incredible job.

But again, I do believe Trump always has a backup plan. And he always put puts people in front who he wants to get nominated very, very quickly, because once you have that person nominated, usually those people that are under him who have to be nominated, like the deputy administrator for the dea, Sometimes you want the person that you really want coming in with the head person, and if they confirm the head person, usually the other person slides right in because they’re not too concerned about that individual because they have the person in that position that they want.

And I do believe Trump is definitely using this as a strategic move with other Strategic moves. So again, he’s putting people into place. If they don’t do the job, what do you think he’s going to do with these individuals? He’s going to get rid of them. He has the ability to fire these people. He’s done it before. He fired Comey, he’s fired many people. So there’s no reason to get excited because I do believe Trump, he has a strategy. Remember, we’re still in a war. I know everyone’s like, oh, Trump won the election. Everything’s great. Well, he won the election in 2016.

How did that work out? Biden came in, reversed everything that he did. Remember, Trump needs to complete the plan. The plan is to bring these people to justice, to arrest these people, to remove the private western central bank system, to really give this country back to the people and allow the people to keep the country. Because without getting rid of all these individuals, without bringing them to justice, they’re still here. And the next election, they will think of a different way to cheat in the election. That’s why we need to pass the SAFE act law. We need to make sure that we’re using paper ballots, that we’re using one day voting, that we’re using voter id, because if that doesn’t happen, we’re back to square one.

So this is very, very important. These next four years, these next four years, Trump, with every Len, everyone that he’s nominating or other people that he’s trying to sneak in, these people need to gut these people, need to get control of these agencies and put good people into certain positions. And I do believe the people that Trump is putting into place, and some of them are head fakes, some of them, he needs people in the place so he can bring the other people in. But once everyone is in place, these people could do the job. Now, is there going to be resistance within the agencies? Of course there is.

I mean, think about when Trump came into the presidency the first time around. Was there resistance everywhere? Of course. Because there’s staffers, there’s swamp creatures, they’re going to resist. Actually, Merrick Garland is telling the staffers in the DOJ and the FBI, don’t leave. Stand your ground. Stay there. Why do you think he’s doing this? Because he knows that these staffers, these swamp creatures, they’re going to maintain control. At least they think they are. But we’ll be talking about that in just a sec. Now, the other thing that we could see right now is truth. Social and X and Rumble, these are truly platforms that actually allow People to tell the truth.

And what’s very interesting, we could see YouTube, we can see Facebook, we could see Instagram. They really are trying to push certain companies off of their platforms, trying to push certain issues off of their platforms. And they normally censor, they usually give people strikes, and especially when it comes to weapons, because YouTube, they’re really cracking down on those individuals that, you know, show guns, who take apart guns, who examine guns. They really don’t want this on their platform because again, they’re all in on gun control. Same thing with vaccines, same thing with many other topics. And since we’re speaking about weapons, Smith and Wesson has been having a very, very difficult time on Facebook and it looks like their page on Facebook has been suspended.

This is what they put out on X. Despite our extensive efforts and resources spent on trying to adhere to Facebook’s ever changing community guidelines on firearms, our account was suspended indefinitely on Friday, November 22, 15 years after its original creation. And this is why people are setting up accounts on either YouTube because they’re very, very nervous that YouTube will shut them down, or Facebook or Instagram. And they’re also setting up accounts on X, on Truth, on Rumble, because people realize they can speak a lot freer on these platforms because they won’t be shut down like they’re shut down on the other platforms.

Now the other thing that’s very interesting is we could see that the French government right now, they are now facing imminent no confidence vote. And it seems that Macron’s party is in major, major trouble. And this is very, very interesting. French Prime Minister Barnier forces Social Security spending bill without a parliament vote. So now he faces a no confidence vote that can topple his cabinet. The installed government in France is now in trouble. Le Pen now is taking control. And we can see that this is going to happen in many other countries and we’re already starting to see it happen in Many other countries.

We see it out in the uk, we’re seeing it in Germany, we’re going to see it in Canada. And this is going to spread throughout the world because once again these individuals are installed, they’re pushing the agenda of the deep state players and the people, they have had enough. And the people, they want those people that represent them. And it looks like we’re seeing a major, major change, just like we’re seeing a major, major change out in the Middle east right now. There’s a ceasefire deal. And of course, what is happening right now, they’re saying the reason there’s a cease fire deal is not because of Biden, it’s because of Trump.

Trump is coming into the, into the presidency. They decided, okay, he’s coming in, we know what he’s going to do here. So let’s have a ceasefire deal. And all sides agreed. And I do believe that Trump let Netanyahu know, listen, we want this war ended already. And what’s very interesting is we could see that Hezbollah, Hamas, do they really want a ceasefire deal? Well, kind of, but they also want to keep fighting. OSINT defender put this down. Said overnight the Israeli Air Force acted against several ceasefire violations by Hezbollah in northern Lebanon with multiple, multiple military vehicles operating near rocket and missile production facilities in the Bakua Valley being targeted by airstrikes alongside several vehicles.

And Trump, he just set, sent out a huge warning to Hamas that there will be hell to pay if hostages aren’t freed before inauguration. No matter if they’re dead, no matter if they’re alive, release all the hostages. And once again, if Hamas truly wanted a peace deal, a cease fire deal, they would have shown good faith because remember, they’re the ones who invaded Israel, they’re the ones who killed, raped and took hostages. If they were truly looking for a ceasefire in peace, they would have released hostages and say, yes, we really mean it. But they really didn’t.

And now Trump’s saying he will use everything in their power and you will see death and destruction like you’ve never ever seen before. And what do you think Hamas is going to do? Remember, they don’t have the backing from the Biden administration. And now this is making a little bit more sense of why Biden had an anti Israel book that he purchased on Black Friday. And I do believe he’s definitely saying sending a message, now is the time. And he’s preparing all those protesters, rioters to actually make a move, probably on inauguration day. But let’s see how this all plays out.

It’s going to be very, very interesting. But you can see the Deep State players, the Zelensky and team, they’re trying to get North Korea deftly into the mix and they’re trying to start World War Three. Zelensky now is saying that North Korean troops, they will be used as cannon fodder. They’re also saying that there are certain troops from North Korea that have been injured or killed. And I do believe they’re trying to build this up because they want North Korea to really get involved. Even though they’re involved in Ukraine, they really want this to spread throughout North Korea, maybe into South Korea, bring other countries into the fold.

And they’re really trying to push this. And we’ll have to see how this all plays out. You could see that they’re really moving in this direction now. The other thing that we could see is that Trump, he has now tapped Massad Boules. This is Tiffany’s father in law and he’s going to be the Arab Middle east advisor. And it looks like he’s bringing in those individuals that he has a close relationship so he can trust these individuals when they’re actually discussing or negotiating certain deals around the world and also maintaining peace. And we could see that Trump, he is now positioning everyone for this.

Remember what Trump is doing right now, he’s positioning all these people to take back control over everything. And these individuals that are going to be ambassadors out in the Middle east to Germany and many other countries, they’re going to have to fight through the corruption in those countries and they’re going to have to take everything back and actually expose the CIA operatives in those areas. Because remember, CIA operatives, they are located in all these different countries and they maintain control of what is going on there. And I do believe at this point in time, everything that Trump is doing is to counter everything the Deep State has put into place and actually shut it all down, which I do believe it’s going to be shut down.

And it’s already being shut down now. The other thing that’s really interesting is that we can see that since the BLM riots back in 2020, where they said, hey, we don’t need police, especially out in Oregon and Seattle and many other places, we can see that crime has risen in those areas. It’s gotten a lot worse. And all those places that said defund the police, now all of a sudden, what are they doing? They’re now hiring the police back. Why? Because the people in those areas, they’re complaining crime is out of hand and they’re starting to realize this wasn’t a good idea at all.

We need the police to maintain law and order. Because when you have no police, do you think the criminals are going to just say, hey, you know what? I’m not going to steal, I’m not going to rape, I’m not going to murder? No, they’re going to do all these things because they realize, hey, there’s no police. We could do whatever the hell we want. What, the social workers going to come with no weapon? What are they going to do? Talk to me, hey, I’ll rob their purse, I’ll rob their wallet. What do I care? So all this is completely and utterly fell apart.

And now the police are coming back into the picture. They’re budgeting for the police, and this was a huge mistake. Especially this is happening out in Seattle right now. And we could see that law and order now is going to be returning to this country. And once we get all the illegals out, once we bring the police and protect the police and have the police do their job, we’re going to see a very, very different country. Actually, we’re going to see the blue cities completely change. And I do believe that change is definitely coming, because remember, when the red cities, the red states start to implement this, the people in the blue states, the blue cities, they’re going to be looking, going, you know something, we want that.

That’s what we want. And you’re going to see a major, major change. Just like there’s a major change going on now in the House of Representatives. We can see they’re trying to push Nadler out, and Raskin is moving towards the bid to take over for him. And he wants to be the House Judiciary Committee ranking member. So Jerry Nadler had this position. Raskin wants to take over because they’re trying to bring in younger blood, they’re trying to take control, and they’re moving in a completely different direction because, again, their entire mission, and Raskin has already told us, is to try to keep Trump from entering office.

And I do believe that is exactly what they’re about to try to do, because, remember, we’re moving towards the certification of the election, and we’re moving towards the inauguration. And they continually repeat that they want a smooth transition. Now, Trump has been modifying the documents. He’s not taking the money from them. He’s not taking the communication devices, he’s not taking the intelligence. So everything that he’s doing is against what they want. And they don’t see this as a smooth transition. But again, there’s nothing in the Constitution. There are no laws that say he has to do this, just like handing over his taxes.

There’s nothing in the Constitution that says he has to do this.

Yes, they sued. Yes, they brought him up to the Supreme Court and the Supreme Court ruled. Yes, give him your taxes. Not just your personal taxes, but your corporate taxes and everything else of all your businesses. Now he set a precedent because the Supreme Court has ruled you can get all these taxes from all these people. Isn’t that interesting? I do believe this is going to be used against them in the end, just like it’s been used against Biden to find out that he has 20 shell companies. How much money has been traded inside of these companies? Because again, there was a ruling that the house has the right to get the taxes to get this information.

And since this information has come out into the open because Hunter Biden left his laptop in the repair shop. Now, I don’t believe this was an accident. There was no security on the laptop. It was unrestricted and everyone was able to see what was on the laptop. And it just so happened the laptop had, you know, pictures of him having sex, him breaking the law, the emails from his father, the accounting information of the money that he was receiving from foreign governments. I mean, this is not something that you leave at a repair shop unless there’s a specific reason.

I Do believe Hunter Biden had a specific reason. I think he wanted to get his father. And maybe the good guys had a little bit to say in this matter. But you could see that Joe Biden, he went ahead and he pardoned his son. After the fake news, after Joe Biden, after the White House press secretary continually told us that nobody is above the law and Biden is not going to pardon his son. Well, that was a complete and utter lie. And he’s out there letting everyone know that the DOJ singled out Hunter Biden. They did a select prosecution, and he alleged that his son was a political opponent and basically has now put DOJ in the spotlight.

Now everyone’s thinking, does that mean the DOJ is corrupt? Does that mean they single out people? Of course they do. It’s part of the criminal syndicate. He just actually showed everyone that they are very, very interesting. Tony Kanette put this out and said, this is all the lies that they have told us. It’s transitory inflation. Afghanistan was a success. The border is secure. Robert, her lied. Biden is fine. Those videos are cheap fakes. Biden had jet lag. Biden had a cold. Biden isn’t going to be replaced. Biden isn’t going to pardon Hunter. Scott Jennings replied to this and said, there has never been a bigger set of liars in this office than the Bidens.

Not even close. The entire term, one after another, over and over and over. And not on a small petty stuff either. Absolutely right. Bernie Marino put this out and said, first they told us the Hunter Biden laptop was Russian misinformation with 51 intelligence experts prostituting their reputations to protect him. Then they tried to give Hunter a sweetheart deal to avoid convicting him for his obvious corruption. And now, after promising he would never do it, the big guy issues the broadest pardon in American history for his son, Hunter. What makes this even worse, Joe Biden oversaw a Department of justice that quite literally made harassing and imprisoning President Trump and his allies their top priority over the past four years.

And now he’s the one complaining about the politicization of the Justice Department. Actually, he just exposed the doj. Absolutely unbelievable. And we’ve come to learn that Hunter Biden owes Shawn Maguire and his family 300,000 in back pay for rent from 2019 to 2020. And he said, is that pardon now? Thanks, Joe. And people said, wait, he owes you money? He said, yeah, it’s a true story. Hunter was our tenant in Venice, California. Didn’t pay rent for over a year. Tried to pay with art made from his own feces. Absolute shitbag. Absolutely. And you could see that Joe Biden pardoned Hunter going all the way back to 2014, because think about it, that’s when they overthrew the country of Ukraine.

Victoria Nuland was involved. Joe Biden was involved. John Kerry was involved, Obama was involved, Hillary Clinton was involved. And at that time Joe Biden placed Hunter Biden on the board of Burisma. He was dealing with many individuals and he wasn’t registered as a foreign agent. So there are far violations there. So basically what he had to do is he had to go all the way back to 2014 and say, okay, I pardon him for everything since that time period, which is very, very interesting. So they used his firearms conviction, they used his tax evasion conviction and they use that where Joe Biden could pardon him on all the crimes, hoping that Joe Biden himself would not be brought up on any criminal charges.

Because now Hunter is clean, he’s not going to be convicted. There’ll be no connection to Joe Biden. But again, is this really going to work? I don’t think so. Because remember, there’s like a 630 page report on the Hunter Biden laptop which contains 191 sex crimes, 128 drug crimes, 140 business crimes. And they’re not Hunters crimes. Some of them, a lot of them are, but a lot of them belong to Joe Biden. So think about that for a second. Since Hunter Biden was pardoned, he can no longer plead the fifth because there’s nothing that’s going to incriminate him.

He was pardoned. So now he can now testify in front of a jury and actually put his father in prison. Clandestine put this out and said this is not just about the Bidens. Hunter and Joe were just layers of separation from Obama. In 2005, Senator Obama visited former Soviet biological and chemical facilities in Ukraine. Then as POTUS. In 2014, his CIA, State Department took over Ukraine. The rabbit hole is deep. And I do believe this goes way beyond Biden. Yes, Biden is, he’s a criminal. Yes, he was taking money. But this goes way beyond this. This goes to Victoria N.

This goes to John Kerry, this goes to Obama, this goes to Hillary Clinton, this goes to all of these people. And I do believe now they are screwed because they just set Hunter up and he can now testify without pleading the fifth, which is very, very interesting. Now the reason why Joe Biden decided to pardon his son, number one, his sentencing dates are coming up 12 December and 16 December. But there’s also two stories that are out there that Hunter told his father about a book he was writing that would go public with everything. Days later, his father signed a blanket pardon.

This is per Jack Poso and the other story is that, and this is coming out of NBC News, is that Joe Biden was always going to pardon Hunter Biden, which I do believe that’s exactly what was going to happen because again, he wanted to make sure that nothing came back to him and they couldn’t get his son on any of these crimes which then would lead to him. But I don’t think this is going to work out the way he thinks it’s going to work out. But this reminds me of post 4891 October 18th, which is very, very interesting.

How do you inform your target business partners what you have? Why would Hunter Biden have such material on his laptop? How was the content originally received? Email. Why would Hunter Biden risk turning over such material to a computer repair shop? Contents unrestricted on purpose. Years of being treated poorly by pop or simply negligence. If such information existed on a laptop, why wouldn’t contents be claimed? Several attempts made to contact to claim messages left. Why wouldn’t Hunter Biden want to reclaim? Knowing the contents on the drive could bury pops and family. A troubled life, a troubled family.

Looks can be deceiving. Absolutely. Then we have Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene. She put this out and she said the FBI didn’t raid Hunter Biden’s bedroom. They raided Barron’s bedroom. Just think about that. That’s how morally corrupt all these people are. Joe did not pardon Hunter because he is a father who loved his son. Like the Mockingbird media and Democrat liars are saying Joe pardon Hunter all the way back to 2014 when Hunter started his bio labs in Ukraine, started with Burisma and began money laundering through dozens of LLC shelf companies, through business deals in many foreign countries including China.

Hunter is not just Joe’s son, he is his business partner. And Hunter sold his dad’s power and influence for millions while Joe was VP and beyond. That’s why the wide sweeping pardon from 2014 to now, it covers VP to four years running for president, to four years being president, 11 years of all kinds of crime. But the bigger crimes are all the people in the FBI, doj, State Department, CIA and other agencies that all knew about the Biden family corrupt business and crimes yet stayed quiet provided cover lied about it all, but instead went after their political enemies.

The 51 intel officials who signed their name to lie that Hunter’s laptop with all the evidence wasn’t real. They all abused their power in order to create the illusion that Trump, not Biden, was the criminal. All of these people lying today saying Joe is a father who loves his son, are clinging to the lies and will gladly abuse power and weaponize the government against all of us if they are ever in charge again. How many more pardons are coming for Biden, family members and others? It’s a long time to January 20th and what’s very interesting is that on X Joe Biden put out no one is above the law.

And community notes responded to him and said by pardoning his son Hunter not merely for a single crime, but all actual or potential crimes he may or may not have created over an 11 year period, Joe Biden has made clear that some people are in fact above the law. Elon Musk responded to this and said community notes slays Absolutely. Trump responded to this by saying does this pardon given by Joe to Hunter include the J6 hostages who have now been imprisoned for years, such an abuse and miscarriage of justice? Absolutely. If you notice the criminals, they help themselves, they don’t represent the people, they don’t care about the people.

And are they going to pardon the January 6th prisoners? Absolutely not. The criminals take care of themselves. But if you notice as of right now, he has not pardoned his brother, his sister in law and many others. Paul Sperry put this out and said without an equally broad, sweeping and unconditional pardon for his brother Jimmy and sister in law Sarah Biden who commingled illicit Chinese and other with Joe Biden, former FBI officials and prosecutors tell me Joe Biden remains vulnerable to corruption conspiracy charges. He does. Eric Holder put this out and said here’s the reality. No U.S.

attorney would have charged this case given the underlying facts. After a five, five year investigation. The facts are as discovered only made that clear. Had his name been Joe Smith, the resolution would have been fundamentally and more fairly. Mike Davis responded said naturally Obama’s wingman defends the indefensible. Absolutely. And it’s a clear cut case. He evaded taxes and he lied on a firearms application. I mean of course they would have touched this. Actually he has more violations, more crimes that he’s committed. So what he’s saying does not hold water. But you could see that everyone now is expecting his brother to be pardoned, his other family’s members to be pardoned.

And what’s very interesting about all of this is that what Biden Just did it exposes everything that people are above the law. There is a two tier justice system, that the dojo is corrupt. He Biden just pointed this out. So he just showed the entire country the truth. He just exposed everything. Insurrection Barbie put this out and said, wow, Democrats have fully taken off the mask. They are preemptively admitting that Jack Smith, Merrick Garland, the FBI DOJ engaged in four years of political prosecution against conservatives because they are coming out and urging Joe Biden to pardon the criminal organization they call an administration.

Like all of them, they’re urging Biden to blanket pardon everyone. That’s very, very interesting. And we could see that people are now asking questions about this. The RNC research put this out. And this is an interview with the White House Press secretary, Karene Jean Pierre. And the reporter says he’s saying his own Justice Department is broken. Queen Jean Pierre says he believes in the Justice Department. The reporter says he just said it’s infected with politics. She couldn’t answer. Reporter said, how many selective prosecutions are there at the doj? She said, I can’t speak to that now.

People are going, holy crap, is the Department of Justice, Is this a criminal organization? Do they have selective prosecutions? Who else did they do this to? Oh, wait, was it Trump? They just exposed themselves. Biden just brought it out into the open. Now what’s very interesting is we know that all these different individuals, they want a blanket pardon. Now, maybe Biden will try to do this. I think he’s trying to protect his family right now and all the others. I don’t really think he cares about them. I mean, they might turn on him later on. But when you actually look at the President’s pardon power under Article 2, Section 2, Clause 1 of the US Constitution, it allows for the granting of pardons for offenses against the U.S.

this power typically applies to individuals who have been charged or convicted of federal crimes. And there are instances where presidents have issued preemptive pardons where an individual hasn’t yet been formally charged or convicted. For example, President Ford pardoned Richard Nixon for all offenses he might have committed during his presidency, even though Nixon had not been charged at the time of the pardon. But again, people saw the crimes. People saw what he did at the time they were investigating it. So people knew about it. If, if he says, okay, I want to pardon Obama, people are going to go, what crime did Obama commit? I want to pardon Hillary Clinton.

What crime did Hillary Clinton commit? I want to pardon everyone in the doj. Well, did they commit crimes? See this is going to open up something which is very, very interesting, because if he starts to blanket pardon everyone, he’s going to expose that they’ve actually committed a crime. And actually, can these blanket pardons stand up to the Constitution? I don’t think so. I think the Supreme Court is going to say, well, what was their crime? What do you pardon them for? For just anything. It doesn’t make any sense. So we know why Biden decided to pardon his son.

Because his sentencing date was coming up. And I do believe this was done early. Right now. I think during the election, he wanted to show everyone. No, no, look, I follow the rule of law. Remember, he was running for the election. So, yes, I’m not going to interfere with my son. He’s, he’s going to go through the process. But now that the election’s over, does he really care anymore? No, he doesn’t. And I do believe this is why he went ahead and he pardoned. And I wouldn’t be surprised if he pardoned him. Maybe he’ll pardon his brother and others.

But even though they haven’t been charged or they’re not being investigated right now, yes, his brother has been named in certain things by the House. But again, what is he pardoning him for? There’s really nothing there. Is there even investigation going on right now? I don’t think by the FBI, I don’t think by the doj. And think about all the other people. How is he going to pardon those people? I do believe this would be brought up to the Supreme Court saying, how could he pardon people if they haven’t done anything? Unless he’s saying that they have done something.

And I think this would call all this into question. But why did he do it right now? Yes, maybe he was going to write a book. Yes, there’s a sentencing date up. Or maybe he’s going to be removed very, very soon and they’re going to replace him. Maybe. But we’ll have to see how this all plays out. And this is going to be very, very interesting. Just like it’s very, very interesting right now that Merrick Garland is now telling all the staffers to stay in place, do not leave right now. Hold down the fort. So attorney Merrick Garland is encouraging career staffers to remain in their job through the next administration, stressing that the institutional knowledge is important as new leaders take hold.

And you have to remember, there’s about 100,000 individuals who work at the nation’s largest law enforcement agency. A hundred thousand people. And Trump, he’s out there in the Doji Department of Government Efficiency. They’re out there saying that they’re going to fire a lot of these people, they’re going to remove these individuals. And Merrick Garland is instructing them to stay, hold on, stay in place, don’t leave. Because again, they’re going to try to maintain control with everything they have. But we can see they’re losing control every step of the way, especially all the different agencies. They’re not.

They don’t have the control that they used to. And that is because of a Supreme Court ruling. Vivek explains. The Supreme Court this year overturned Chevron deference in its Lauper Bright ruling, which deals a seismic blow to federal bureaucracy. Under the old standard, federal courts deferred to agencies interpretations of law. When a statute was deemed ambiguous, that’s no longer the case. And here are some facts on the scope of its impact. Lower federal court relied upon chevron somewhere between 17,000 to 19,000 judicial opinions. A 2022 study found that federal appellate courts applied chevron in approximately 85% of cases in which an agency interpretation is at stake.

In approximately 60% of these cases, the court concluded the statute was ambiguous and proceeded to determine whether the agency’s interpretation was reasonable, at which point they sided with the agency 77% of the time. A separate study evaluated more than 1300 Courts of Appeal cases from 2003 to 2013 and found 94% deference to the agency’s position at Chevron. Step two, overturning Chevron deference combined with major questions doctrine codified In West Virginia vs EPA paves the way for not a slight but a drastic reduction in the scope of the federal regulatory state. It’s coming absolutely. And he’s absolutely right.

And you could see with everything that’s happening right now, you could see Adam Schiff. He is panicking because he knows once Cash gets in there, Cash is going to gut the agency. Cash is going to bring the hammer of justice. Cash is going to go after all these people and with Pam Bondi in the lead as the attorney general, she’s going to prosecute all these people. And this is what the deep state is panicking about right now. And this is why they’re going to do whatever they possibly can to try to try to keep these people from being nominated.

But I do believe Trump and the Patriots, they have the ability to go around the Senate and actually get these people into position because again, once you knock down one side of the house of cards, everything starts to fall apart. And once they go after Certain individuals, certain people are going to run, certain people are going to hide, some people are going to take the easy way out. But once they take the card and they remove one side, the house of cards is all going to start to tumble down and it’s not going to stop. It’s going to completely and utter, utterly implode on itself.

And these people are going to have no more protection. And this is what this is all about. These people, the people have committed crimes, They’ve had protection this entire time. The FBI would protect them, the DOJ would protect them, cdc, fda, the fake news would protect them. Their protection is being stripped away. Yes, we still have to get there. Yes, they still have to be confirmed. Remember, when Trump is inaugurated, we still have a period of time where he has to bring the nominees in, they have to get confirmed. So when Obama, and we said this many times before, when he says they have time, they’re looking at this as a multi phase plan to try to stop Trump.

And I do believe in the end this is all going to fail. I think cash is going to get confirmed. Think about all these individuals that decide not to confirm these people. And if Trump has to use a recess appointment or use the moab of a German, these individuals, they are going to be primaried and they will not be elected once again because Trump has a mandate. The people are now saying you have a mandate and the people are behind him. And I do believe everything the Deep State is trying to do, everything that they’re trying to push is actually going to backfire on them and it’s actually going to wake more and more people up.

Just like with Biden pardoning his son. Think about all the Ds out there, the fake news, because they’ve been telling the D’s and their, their party. Oh no, no, he follows the rule of law. Oh no, he’s a man of his word. He just basically lied to them. And everyone just saw this. Everything that he has done is one gigantic lie. And now he’s pointing to the DOJ saying, hey, they’re corrupt. That’s pretty much what he’s saying. They’re corrupt. They just go after people. So is he doing this on purpose to get back at Obama, Hillary Clinton and the rest? Maybe, maybe not.
