Imagine a waitress a waitress that then went viral to ultimately gain a seat within our senate doing live streams disrespecting the American people and now she has gotten so emboldened. She has become so enthralled with herself and with her movement and remember AOC I believe is over the 14th congressional district over in New York which encompasses the Bronx and Queens. I want y’all to remember that over the Bronx and Queens. Now one thing that I know about the Bronx and one thing I know about portions of Queens is that it’d be looking like hell over there.

I’ve traveled to New York enough times and explored the city enough times to where I know what AOC’s district look like. It’s a lot of brothels, it’s a lot of drugs, it’s a lot of unfortunate behavior, it’s a lot of illegal migrants and crime happening and instead of her focusing more on how she can serve the people of her district she goes online and she gives a tutorial of how you can basically prevent Homeland Security and ICE from arresting you if you are a migrant illegally in this country committing crimes.

When one of these things comes to your backyard you can resist and what that happens over millions of people is that you generate enough friction that they cannot go as fast as they want to go. Make sure that you are slowing down this system. AOC’s office advising migrants on how to avoid deportations. AOC advising not migrants, illegal migrants because we have to start using words in their proper context. We have to start using words in their proper context is one thing to say migrants because a migrant can ultimately become a citizen of the United States of America.

There’s plenty of people here legally. There’s plenty of people that went through the process. There’s plenty of people that’s here on visas. There’s plenty of people that are international students. There’s plenty of people that actually have work authorizations to be inside of the United States of America and we embrace those people. We are not against immigration inside of the United States of America. We are against illegal migration into the United States of America but she’s advising and giving webinars. With her time she’s advising and giving webinars as though she has nothing else to do on how you can prevent ICE from getting deported and you’re not even supposed to be here in the first place.

In any other country this would be considered treason. In any other country this would be considered treason. Look at the thing. Look at her her webinar powerpoint. ICE in public. You don’t have to present any ID and you ask them are you free to go. You have the right to remain silent. Don’t give false documents if they ask to voluntarily search you. You do not give the permission. You have the right to refuse to give you fingerprints and then she also said that we need to slow down the process so much that it basically prevented them from being able to do their jobs.

I wonder how that plays out for people that are hurt. I wonder how that plays out for the young women like Lake and Riley that ultimately get murdered inside of the United States of America. I wonder how that plays out when somebody has their home being squatted in. I wonder how that plays out when somebody assaults a child and ICE has been deporting and getting people out of here that has been arrested and now they finally have access to Rikers Island. I wonder how that plays out. I’ve webinar. Trump orders our Tom Homan now issuing a warning to AOC.

I sent an email today to the Deputy Attorney General at what level is that impediment? Is that impeding our law enforcement efforts? And so what are we going to do about it? Is she crossing the line? So I’m working with the Department of Justice and finding out where where where is that line that they cross. So maybe AOC is going to be in trouble now sanctuary cities. They want to step aside, step aside. We’re coming. We’re going to do it for you. Yeah, I thought I saw that and I found it very, very troubling that that a fellow congressperson would say that and then tell people that when there are ICE agents, agents of the law coming in to do their job that somehow you need to resist and resist and resist. That’s not what we do. We’re lawmakers. We’re not lawbreakers. And so one of the things that I’m looking at now is look, you know, we also get, you know, security clearances and briefings, etc.

I think now that we’re going to have to take a look at her security level and her security clearance because could she be using that information also to aid and abet illegal migrants that are trying to evade the law? That’s really troubling. And, you know, I think she can get herself in hot water with this one. She should already be in hot water. This shouldn’t even be a conversation or a debate whatsoever. Joining me now is borders are Tom Homan. Tom, it’s great to have you. Thank you so much for being here.

The arrests are up and yet you still get pushback from the sanctuary cities. How significant is that pushback and is it stopping you from doing your job? Well, it’s absolutely not going to stop us. I mean, it makes our job more difficult, makes the job more dangerous. I mean, the numbers, as you said, what we’re about, we’re more than twice the numbers as Joe Biden had a year ago from today and the vast majority and being public safety threats. But am I happy? No, I want more because we had no last count.

We had illegal aliens with criminal convictions walking the streets of this country, so we got a lot of them to find. But sanctuary city makes it difficult. What’s most concerning though, it makes it more dangerous. When we can arrest a bad guy in a county jail, if one officer arrests one guy in a safety security county jail or a state prison, but when these sanctuary cities release a public safety threat back into the public, which on its face is just ridiculous, it’s more dangerous for the ICE officers to make that arrest.

It’s more dangerous for the communities release of public safety threat back in the community. It’s just dumb. And it puts the communities at great risk of more crime. So we want to work with sanctuary cities and get into the jail. Give us access to the guy that you locked in a jail cell. That’s who we want to talk to. Well, I heard somebody make a suggestion on social media. And the suggestion was, and hear me out because I didn’t know if this made sense or not. And I was really trying to catch it. And then it made sense later, they say some of the most egregious people inside of the United States of America is who? Is who is people that groom young children as petals and all of that, right? And we like to call those people predators.

And then we like to call the illegal migrants, some of whom is even trying to do things the right way. Once they get over here, even though they broke the law of coming over here, what do we call them? Similar to what Tom Homan just said, we call them aliens. Somebody said, if you let illegal aliens hunt down all of the predators, you’ll have aliens versus predators. And I didn’t, but the point is, is that I think that the thing that I think that they were trying to communicate to the general public is we need to make sure that people earn their way inside of the United States of America.

Now, I don’t think that we should do it the way that they said that we should do it, but I get the premise. The whole premise is why do you deserve to be in the greatest country on the face of the earth? That was the premise. They went about saying it the wrong way. But the point is, why do you get to be in the United States of America if you were not born here? That’s the question that we should be asking ourselves. Because if you leave it up to these people that got pink hair and they decide that they want to use women’s bathrooms, even though they’re a biological man, everybody should be able to come in here and we should not prevent anybody from being able to come in here.

And then we will basically become these other countries, these other places that are war torn and have no culture and anybody just come in here and do what they want to do when they want to do it. It sounds good, but it’s not really that cool. I mean, look, you’ve got Alexandra Ocasio-Cortez doing webinars to explain to illegal immigrants how to evade ICE arrests. And then she tweeted out after something you said, you said maybe she’s going to be in trouble now. And she says, maybe he can learn to read the Constitution would be a good place to start.

She’s continuing her resist efforts against your efforts, Tom. Look, I forgot more about the Constitution, immigration enforcement, as you ever know. Isn’t it funny how a person is preventing you from trying to arrest the people that sell legal in this country and they’re using a platform that they’re using to protest against the person that they hate the most in Elon Musk. They’ll be on X. They’ll be on all of these platforms. They’ll be on TikTok, which is owned by ByteDance. They’ll be on all of these platforms. By the way, TikTok, I got that notification where it says that it’s back in the app stores and stuff like that.

But they’ll use all of these different platforms to continue to go after it. But then at the same time, they complain about the very liberties and the principles by which we abide by and we live in the same things that we advocate for on the right. And we advocate against censorship. These are the same platforms that they’re using against. They’re using Elon Musk’s asks. Remember when everybody said that they was leaving and they was going to Canada? Remember when everybody said that they was leaving at X? Wasn’t Charles supposed to be going to some other platform, Blue Sky or Threads? Is anybody using Threads? Did y’all go over to Threads? Y’all don’t like Mark Zuckerberg no more either? What about Blue Sky? Blue Sky was made by the very same person that created Twitter, Jack Dorsey.

Y’all on Blue Sky now? Are y’all all fairies and did y’all get enough traction? Are y’all getting enough visibility? Are y’all liking each other over here on Blue Sky? Y’all not using it? Y’all coming back to X formerly known as Twitter? Educate her during congressional testimony that entering a country illegally is a crime. So whatever. But what she needs to do is read the statues enacted by Congress. Title 8, United States Code 1324, United States. Title 8, United States Code 1324 and 25. That’s what she needs to read. Because illegal enter this country, it’s a crime to enter this country illegally.

Not only that, when you harbor and conceal and impede law enforcement, that’s a felony. So what she’s doing, she says she’s, you know, educating the measure of constitutional rights. And we all know they got constitutional rights, but what she’s really doing, you and I and the rest of the country knows, she’s trying to teach them how to invade law enforcement. Now I just said, well, out of the gate, we’re concentrating on public safety threats, national security threats. So she’s educating those in the country illegally with a significant criminal conviction, public safety threat, don’t open your door, don’t talk to us, here’s how you invade law enforcement.

Let’s hope she’s not educating the next person who gets out and murders a young college student in Georgia. I mean, these are bad people we’re looking for. So she can call education all she wants, but we all know it’s about evading law enforcement. These people have been ordered removed, but people are looking for it now, have final orders. They’re criminals. They’re in the country illegally. A judge has ordered them removed. They become a fugitive. And these are the folks she’s helping. So I’ve asked the Department of Justice to look at this. Where is a line on impeachment? Where does that fine line so we can instruct ICE officers what they can do when people don’t open the doors or try to evade their arrest? So I simply asked the OJ, give me an illegal opinion, because every Department of Justice will interpret things differently.

What is the legal opinion on impeachment? And we’ll see what happens. Yeah, I think that she should be held accountable. I don’t like AOC. I don’t like what she stands for. It’s a lot of people that it’s sent for because she’s a pretty looking girl and she has a decent face. And so they’ll sell their souls just for some box.
