Hello, everybody. This is Gerald Celente, and it’s Wednesday, March 26, 2025. And we’re in a wild time. I’ve been, you know, not a kid anymore. This is the wildest times I’ve ever seen in my life. And we have with us Judge Andrew Napolitano, a real man of men who fights for America’s freedom and supports what used to be the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. Judge, we are in a perilous time, as I see it. This is a wild trip. And you have an article coming out tomorrow. Again, it’s about the robbing of our freedomist speech.
I mean, this is getting to be an old story. It’s day after day, week after week, month after month, year after year, no matter which clown is in office, but the clown show is getting worse. We have an article coming out tomorrow, a brief history of the freedom of speech. Yeah, it’s very brief. It’s over. You know, after I wrote the article, a federal judge in New York prohibited the Trump administration from deporting a college student at Columbia. I’m not the one that’s close to all the controversy. This is a South Korean female student who’s not here on a student visa, but is here on a permanent residency visa.
When she learned the feds were looking for her, she did the unthinkable. She fled and hid. Her lawyers filed a complaint to enjoin the feds from deporting her because they couldn’t give a reason for deporting her. When they held a hearing, the judge found that the case against her consisted of her standing on the Columbia campus, some distance from a demonstration and watching it. The judge entered a permanent injunction, prohibiting the government from deporting her and blasted the government for wasting judicial time and what they put this girl through. She has every right to stand wherever she wants, to watch whatever she wants, to say whatever she wants, and the government can’t punish people because of that.
That came out this morning after I had finished my article and sent it to the editors, or I would have put it in there. But you’re right. The notwithstanding what Trump said when he addressed Congress, that freedom of speech is back. Freedom of speech right now is about as perilous as it has ever been in your lifetime and mine, Gerald. All at the hands of the Trump administration. Here’s the clip of Trump a couple of weeks ago speaking to Congress. This is what he said. And I have stopped all government censorship and brought back free speech in America.
It’s back. It’s not back. He’s full of shit. He’s a lying son of a bitch, right in front of everybody’s eyes to everybody to see and hear. He’s stealing it. There’s no free speech anymore. It’s gone. You know, you right here judge that you talk about with the Constitution and about when Thomas Jefferson wrote in the Declaration of Independence, he included in it a list of the colonists’ grievances with the British government, notably absent were any complaints about infringement upon speech. In those days, speech was as service as it is today.
The words were aimed at Parliament. All words were lawful. If they were aimed directly and personally at the King, as Jefferson’s were in the Declaration, they constituted treason. The King. You know, we have today. The King. Let’s get this straight. Yeah, there it is. The King. You know, I’m sick and tired of hearing this word King. And with all due respect, you said the government. You keep saying the government. It’s not the government. It’s individual pieces of crap. It’s not that if the King was Italian and over there in the UK, they call it the mafia.
Right. Oh, the sun never sets on the British Empire. We murder people all over the world, but we do it with proper language. We dress up in our little costumes like this clown. They’re a mafia. They’re murderers. Look at their track record of murder. The King. And that’s what we got right now. Well, we have a man who’s still pretty popular, but who acts like he’s a king. Yesterday, he ordered all the states to comport with his executive order for their election laws. And he doesn’t have the authority to do that. The constitution says the states shall choose the time, place and manner of election.
And those times, place and manners can be modified by the Congress, not by the president. He can’t write his own laws. He’s been attempting to write his own laws for the past three months. And that’s the reason he keeps getting stopped by these federal judges. And then he demonizes judges and threatens them and says they should be impeached. And then these massive domino pizza deliveries show up at the judge’s homes, which is just a way of the MAGA crowd to intimidate the judge by saying, aha, we know where you live.
And then he publicly disobeys and ignores judicial orders. Man, if the president of the United States ignores an order from a judge, that will spread to the lowest creeps in the smallest courthouse in the most insignificant corner of the United States. You’ll see that happening all over the place. And then the system will collapse into the authoritarianism for which he apparently yearns. Yeah, it’s exactly it. You know, everybody, please go to judging freedom. By the way, judge, you’re going to have somebody on today that this guy’s a real man of men, a real.
I love this. I love this man. Tell us more about it. He is arguably the most articulate defender of personal liberty and peace in the world. He drove the leadership of both political parties in the House of Commons up the walls almost literally when he was there, the great George Galloway, who’s a big fan of yours and who loves my show. And he called us and said, when can I come on? Now, he’s good. Please tell him I said a lie. I love what he does. Again, there are so few of us out there fighting for freedom that’s being robbed from us.
Again, everybody go to judging freedom. The people that the judge has on the things that they say, the knowledge that they have. You can’t. It’s word for word of the truth. Another fan of yours will be on today. Phil Giraldi. Oh, there’s a real man. Again, for people that don’t know who he is, this is a top CIA guy that went into little Georgie Bush’s office when he was president and said there were no weapons of mass destruction in Iraq. And Bush told him to leave the office. And Giraldi, being the man that he is, he quit the CIA.
This is a top cat. He was a PhD university of Chicago. Brilliant, brilliant, courageous guy. Gave 40 years of his life to the military and to the central intelligence agency. And then when he told the president the truth and the president rejected it, he was duty and honor bound to quit. You know, talking about the Iraq war, you know, all the news out there now is this guy, what’s his name, Goldberg? That’s the head of Atlantic magazine? Yes. The guy that was included either intentionally or inadvertently in a texting chat group that included the vice president, the secretary of state, the secretary of defense, the director of the CIA, the director of national intelligence, the national security advisor, and who knows who else, at which secret military plans to start a secret war against the country that poses no threat to the United States whatsoever were posted.
Oh, no, no, don’t you know that they said the Houthis are a great danger to us. I mean, this is a message, this is what he, I read the whole article, by the way, it’s right here, he said a message to the group from Michael Waltz read as follows, you ready for this, Judge? Team, establishing a principles group for coordination on Houthis, particularly for over the next 72 hours. My deputy, Alex Wong, is pulling together, you ready? A tiger team. A deputy’s agency’s chief of staff level following up from this meeting in the sit room this morning for action items and we’ll be sending that out later this evening.
A tiger team? How about a bunch of little pussycats? How about a bunch of arrogant little fat-mouth boys and girls? A tiger team? They really sounded like they were in high school. At one point, Hegseth, you know this because you read the article, Hegseth says nobody knows who the Houthis are. Don’t worry, blame Biden and accuse Iran of funding them. Yep. That’s how they decide who to kill. Yep. Yep. He goes back, he said that, I mean, yeah, good start. Good job, Pete, and your team. Great work.
Powerful start. This is after they bombed them. That’s the kind of things that they’ve said. And then the lines that the people say that how happy they are about what happened after the bombing and calling it a great success. Well, they should interview somebody who was actually on the ground as I did. Pepe Escobar was there two days after the bombing and he sent us videos showing that what they destroyed was a residential neighborhood and they killed civilians. And he spoke to a senior leadership who looked alive and well to him.
Susan Wiles tweeted kudos to all, most particularly those in the theater and CENTCOM. Really great. You ready? God bless. God bless for killing civilians. What God are you talking about? That person, Susie Wiles, whose father was a kicker for the New York Giants named Pat Sumerall, she is the president’s chief of staff. She obviously has the same mentality as the rest of them. Did the Congress secretly declare war on Yemen and we don’t know about it? Oh, you mean the Yemen, that the Nobel Peace of Crap Prize winner Barack Obama, the Houthis that he tried to overthrow along with Saudi Arabia and that little boy that used to be our secretary of state was an undersecretary of state, little Anthony Blinken, that went over to Saudi Arabia to give them, quote, intelligence information to help them defeat the Houthis.
And the United States supplied the refueling of the jets from Saudi Arabia to go bomb Yemen where they killed over 500,000 people and we refueled them. Wow. Yeah. And this is the deal, judge. Again, they call him the king, the Saudis. They invented this place, what, about 1934? The British then, yeah. Yeah. And what did the first thing that they tried to do, the Saudis? They tried to invade Yemen, the Houthis were on the border with Saudi Arabia. They’ve been trying to attack them since 1934. They’re trying to kill them before.
And our money to go do this and to kill people. Judge, going back to your article about the freedom of speech that we’re losing over here and how censorship has become the American way, you need to really tell people what’s going on also with these college students and how you mentioned over here that a New York City College student who was a permanent resident now sits in jail in Louisiana. A federal judge ordered him brought back and the feds have denied the, have ignored the order. So there is a hearing going on in New Jersey over whether or not it’s confinement is lawful and a hearing going on before an immigration court judge in Louisiana over whether he can be deported.
The federal judge in New York issued an order prohibiting the deportation. That that’s still a valid order. The federal judge in New Jersey has not interfered with it. But Gerard, let me tell you about these immigration courts. The immigration judge is not even always a lawyer, much less a judge, but he does or she does put on a black robe and she works for the prosecutor. The judge works for the prosecutor. A prosecutor is Christie Nome, not physically in the courtroom, but the Department of Homeland Security is the prosecutor. The immigration court judge, in quotes, works for the Department of Homeland Security.
The appeal from the decision of the immigration court judge goes to the Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security. This is as rigged a system as there ever was. That’s why lawyers are filing these habeas corpus applications, basically forcing the government to justify the confinement of their clients before real federal judges who are not subject to the Department of Homeland Security. And all of this is costing the taxpayer a fortune. You know, before I forget, you mentioned we were talking about field duality. And again, everybody go to judging freedom. He’s gonna be on today.
And there’s nobody, again, but what the judge is doing, nobody’s doing. This guy Goldberg, Justin Goldberg, who was brought on that guy from the Atlantic. The Atlantic that was brought on that thing about the bombing of Yemen. This is what he wrote. Remember, this is the top guy running the show and who supports the Atlantic, Bezos’ former wife. Yeah, this is what he said. Goldberg endorsed George W. Bush’s Iraq War. In an article for Slate, he wrote, quote, I believe that the coming invasion of Iraq will be remembered as an act of profound morality.
This is the arrogant boy they put on the list. Come on in, man. Oh, this is the guy that worked for the IDF. It was a prison guard guarding Palestinian prisoners in his youth. No, torturing, torturing Palestinian prisoners. And these are the clown boys that are in short. The Atlantic? How about the crap shit, bullshit magazine selling Zionism in hate? There’s no journalism anymore. Oh, you don’t believe me? Look at the clown show. That’s the Trump administration. And he will come from Fox. You know these guys and girls. Yes. Yes. It’s so sad, judge.
It’s so sad what’s going on. So everybody, please do what you can to support the judge. Go to judging freedom and do what you can to support peace on earth, because we’re going to have hell on earth. It’s right in front of everybody’s eyes for everybody to see and hear. And again, read the article about what these clown boys and girls said about the bombing and the murder of the innocent people in Yemen and how proud they are to do it. You’re next. Thanks for tuning in, judge. Thanks for all you do.
Thank you, Gerald. All the best to you. [tr:trw].
