They don’t want you to think clearly, focus and be productive. The most successful people on the planet, in any area, focus on one thing until it is complete. Multi-tasking is a misnomer and has been proven to reduce effectiveness and lower your ability to concentrate. The mind can only be in one place at a time. Use that knowledge to your advantage.
