His administration has also seen significant investment commitments, with over $5 trillion pledged so far. Trump has implemented tariffs to rebalance trade agreements and is working on a bill that includes tax cuts and spending reforms. Despite criticisms, he is recognized for delivering on his campaign promises, particularly in areas like immigration and tariffs.
➡ The speaker praises a political figure for fulfilling campaign promises, particularly regarding trade deficits and tariffs. However, the speaker questions two unfulfilled promises: ending the Russia-Ukraine war and the continued financial and military support for Israel, which he doesn’t understand. He also mentions his agreement with merit-based hiring and immigration policies, but his confusion about the U.S.’s relationship with Israel remains unresolved.

Trump’s first 100 days in office. Caroline also did a press conference, so I want to get in that a little bit. And I also want to go over into the ops. Let’s go over to the MSNBC, the CNNs. I want to see what their perspective is on his first 100 days in office. And then I’ll give you my thoughts also. So make sure you guys hit a like for the algorithm. Subscribe to the channel and turn on your notifications. Let’s rock. Get the latest now in President Trump marking the first hundred days of his second term.
Chief White House correspondent Mary Bruce tracking the Trump presidency and how public is responding. Good morning, Mary. Good morning, George. Well, over the last 100 days, President Trump has moved at a frenetic pace to overhaul the federal government, enact his agenda through a barrage of executive orders and test the limits of presidential power. And today, as he touts his accomplishments, he’s also facing new questions about how Americans are perceiving his work. So far. This morning, President Trump marking the first 100 days of his second term, a 15 week sprint aimed at overhauling the federal government and showing his supporters he’s delivering aggressively enforcing his immigration policy, an issue the administration is eager to keep in the spotlight.
The president posting these pictures online, signing three more executive orders Monday targeting sanctuary cities and those who the White House says oppose the administration’s immigration crackdown. It was one of the key issues that propelled Trump to the White House today. 46% of Americans approve of his immigration policies, according to our latest ABC News Washington Post Ipsos poll. But 48% say his actions deporting undocumented migrants have gone too far. The White House this morning defending their handling of mass deportations after three children, ages 2, 4 and 7 who are US citizens were deported to Honduras along with their mothers following routine ICE checks.
The ACLU says the four year old suffers from a rare form of cancer and, and claims the parents were not given a choice, that they did not have an opportunity to coordinate with caregivers or legal representatives. But the president’s boarder czar, Tom Homan, insists the parents were given a choice. What we did is remove children with their mothers, who requested the children depart with them. This was a parental decision. Parenting 101, having US citizen child does not make you immune from our loss. So wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait. So give me a second, let me, let me understand this really quickly.
So you’re telling me that because I’m assuming, I don’t know, somebody inside of the chat, y’all let me know. So my parents came over here illegally. Then they had children that were born inside of the United States of America legally because they benefited from birthright citizenship. Well, what does that mean? That means that something that was created, and I need y’all to understand exactly what birthright citizenship is. Births. Birthright citizenship is basically to where you are born inside of the United States of America. Plenty of people do it. The Chinese people come over here, do it.
The Japanese people come over here and do it. They come over, hide their pregnancies. They have children inside of the United States of America, then they have dual citizenship from here and also, oh, back when their country where they’re born. Right, right. So basically, birthright citizenship are people having children inside of the United States of America to circumvent and then to possibly stay by saying, hey, listen, my children are American citizens. They should be able to stay here. They should be born here. All right, Trinity Life, you are 100% correct. Birthright citizenship was created for American descendants of slaves because they were brought here against their will to capitalize, for capitalization.
Right? So we live in a capitalistic society, a capitalistic world, a capitalistic United States of America. They were exploited for labor to help build up the United States of America. When slavery was abolished, birthright citizenship was. Was established because they should have had a pathway to citizenship, considering that they did not ask to be here in the first place. So then they had the opportunity to achieve the American dream, which we are all benefiting from the sacrifices of the people that came before us. So birthright citizenship was established for people that did not want to be here, but was a part of the transatlantic slave trade.
It was not meant for illegal migrants that came over here illegally and had children inside of the United States of America. This is one of the reasons why I keep telling y’all that these movements from the civil rights movement, moving over into feminism, first wave, first, second, third wave feminism, then move over, moving over into the. The gay community, now moving over into diversity, equity and inclusion that now includes black and brow people and all of this stuff. Birthright citizenship should be. Should be done away with. It should be abolished. It should be done away with because there are no more people that are being brought over here in the United States of America against their will in order to be able to capitalize off of.
So you have people that take advantage of the laws that was not even created for them, but then you have other people that are so ignorant because they don’t understand the history the true history of how some of the laws were established inside of this country. And so now you got illegal migrants coming over here, benefiting from it. And then they’re protesting and getting mad when they say, hey, listen, you get deported back with your parents because this is a parental decision. They say, no, because we had children over here so we can take advantage of your health care system.
Michael Lyon says, Anton, wake up, dog. Well, first of all, I’m not your dog. Secondly, what is it that I’m not aware of? They are departing all type of people. Somebody in Patterson said, why are they not deporting Japanese and Arabic people? That’s a lie. It’s a lie. They are deporting these people. How do you know, Anton? Because I live in Detroit, Michigan. Detroit, Michigan, is literally on the border of Hamtramck and Dearborn, Michigan. We have the largest population of Arabic people in the United States of America living right here. And yes, ISIS over here, working, working, working, working, working, working, working, working.
Before y’all comment on stuff, you need to do a little bit of research. Everybody and everything is on the table. Everybody and everything is on a table that is not supposed to be here. And the numbers is numbering. They are all through here. If you bruh. ICE vehicles, vehicles, Non marked vehicles, all kind of vehicles is rolling all through this mug, all through it. They not messing around. They are deporting everything and everybody. And they is all through. They are all through here. We have the largest population of Arabic people inside of the United States of America right here in Dearborn.
And they not messing around. They in Mexican town. They in Dearborn and Hamtramck. They all over. And they are getting these people. They not messing around. Citizen child does not make you immune from our laws. And on the issue that was top of mind for voters, the economy. Voters in November backing Trump’s promises to boost the economy and lower prices. We will end inflation and we will make America affordable again. 73% now say the economy is in bad shape, and 53% saying it’s gotten worse since he took office. 72% say it’s very or somewhat likely Trump’s economic policies will cause a recession.
Fears fueled by the President’s trade war, something that has unsettled even some of his staunchest allies. If we see very high tariffs forever, then we do risk a recession. And listen, at the end of the day, tariffs are taxes, and I don’t support higher taxes. Yes, taxes against other countries. Tariffs against other countries. It’s taxes against other countries. It’s not taxes for the United States of America. We weren’t even really supposed to be paying income taxes the way that we’re paying income taxes today. That was largely supposed to be supported from other countries being tariffed in order to sell goods inside of the United States of America.
We now become dependent on it because we, we’ve gone in so much debt and we’ve built up so much crumbling infrastructure instead of keeping it up. And so now we got income taxes the way that we suppose that we not supposed to have them and we actually suffering as a result of it because people, there’s generations of people that have now died and people born into the system that we are now. This is just the all norm. And so you think this is regular, this is not regular. We’re not supposed to have taxes the way that we have them right now.
Let me go over to Caroline to go into mark the first 100 days in Trump’s. Trump. Trump being in office. We’re gonna watch a little bit of this and then I’m gonna give you my conclusion of my grade of what I think. Act criminalizes the publication of non consensual image intimate imagery and requires social media and similar websites. Is he standing on a, is he standing on a higher step or something like that? How tall is Scott Benson? Let me. Scott Benson, are you 6 5? Is he 6 5? I think he’s 6 5. That’s what they’re saying right here.
Anyways. To remove such content within 48 hours of notice from a victim. The first lady thanks all those who voted in favor of this important legislation. And the President looks forward to signing. That’s how slimy be. That’s how slimy be when we be in a spot. Slimy be jokey looking just like that when it arrives on his desk. Today officially marks 100 days of promises made and promises kept by President Trump. This has truly been the most historic start to a presidency in American history. After building the greatest economy in the world in his first first term as president, President Trump is in the process of doing that all over again.
The American people trust in President Trump. Since his first day in office, President Trump has focused on defeating the Biden inflation crisis, bringing down the cost of living, and making the United States the best place in the world to do business, invest, create jobs and innovate. And President Trump’s efforts are working. 345,000 jobs have already been added since the start of President Trump’s term. Last month’s jobs report saw nearly 100,000 more jobs than economists predicted and it was the fourth highest month for private payroll growth in the past two years. 9,000 manufacturing jobs have been added to the economy already.
This is a sharp contrast to the 6,000 manufacturing jobs that were lost each month in the final two years of the Biden administration. The U.S. employment rate remains at historic lows. And thanks to President Trump, Americans are seeing price relief for the first time in years. The last inflation report showed the first consumer price decline since the COVID pandemic, a decrease in energy prices and real average hourly wage growth. President Trump is delivering on his promises to lower costs for for American families and businesses. Prices across the board for everyday goods have seen declines since this president was inaugurated.
From airfare to used motor vehicles to prescription drugs, prices are dropping. In fact, last month’s drop in the price of prescription drugs was the largest ever recorded. And after Joe Biden botched the response to the bird flu, President Trump and Secretary Rollins aggressive plan have brought down wholesale egg prices more than 50% from Inauguration Day. President Trump ended Joe Biden’s reckless war on American energy and fossil fuels and has restored American energy dominance. And Secretary Wright, Secretary Doug Burgum are working hard on that effort every single day. Oil and gas prices are now way down because of this bold approach.
Gasoline prices down 7%. Energy down. Energy prices are also down as well. The Department of Interior just announced a new offshore drilling policy that will boost boost oil production in the Gulf of America by 100,000 barrels per day. On the deregulation front, President Trump is committed to cutting senseless red tape, especially for America’s small business owners who are the backbone of our economy. We know cutting regulation leads to lower costs and higher growth. The mass deregulation effort by this administration will help usher in the golden age of America, which is underway immediately upon taking office. President Trump blocked all of the unfinalized Biden era rules, saving America’s more than $100 billion, or 2100 per family of four over the next decade.
And the President also launched a bold multiagency effort to roll back existing federal regulations that drive up the cost of living on hardworking families. This effort is projected to yield significant cost savings in the coming months, including the EPA’s rollback of tailpipe emission rules for light duty and medium duty vehicles and the Department of Transportation’s latest corporate average fuel economy standards. These two efforts alone yield $755 billion in total savings, or more than 8,800 per family of four over the next decade. In total, the combined savings from all of These acquisitions actions equal just over $935 billion, or nearly 11,000 in real savings per family of four per the coming decade.
The press is not talking nearly enough about the positive impact of President Trump’s deregulation campaign. And investments from the biggest companies and countries in the world are pouring in under this president. So far, total investment commitments under the Trump administration have reached more than $5 trillion, including 500 billion from Apple in US based manufacturing and training, 500 billion from Nvidia and AI infrastructure, 100 billion from TSMC and US based chips manufacturing, and the $500 billion private investment by OpenAI, Oracle and SoftBank in AI infrastructure as well. All of these investment commitments are estimated to generate at least 450, 51,000 new high paying jobs for American workers and families.
At this point, President Trump has secured more investments in the United States of America in 100 days than Joe Biden did in four years. President Trump is America’s businessman in chief, and that’s why these trillions of dollars in investments are flooding to our country. The business community is bullish on America because President Trump is back in charge. Tomorrow, the president will host CEOs and leaders from several companies that have made these investments to tout their historic commitments to our country and encourage others to follow suit. Under President Trump, there has never been a better time to invest in America.
And the President finally said enough is enough and refused to allow America and our workers to be ripped off any longer. On trade, President Trump implemented powerful tariffs to end the era of economic surrender and to rebalance America’s trading agreements. More than 100 countries have already come to the table looking to offer more favorable terms for America and our people. There has never been a president who has created his own leverage like this president. And we are just getting started. Republicans in Congress are getting very close to passing President Trump’s one big beautiful bill, which will include the largest tax cuts in American history, strong border security measures, major military advancements, dramatic deregulation, and common sense spending reforms.
As President Trump has said before, the best is yet to come. For more on President Trump’s economic successes so far and the plans ahead, I want to pass it off to our incredible Treasury Secretary, Scott Bessant, who is here today. And we will open it up to questions. In our new media seat, we have Brendan Peterson, the financial services reporter for Punchbowl News. Punchbowl News covers power, people. All right, cool. So we got the pretty much the gist of what they said his successes were, and then I’m going to also point out some of the failures.
Right. Because I want to be objective in this whole thing and I want to have this conversation in truth, I don’t want to just have it in a silo. Things that I believe should be pointed out that I don’t necessarily agree with. And then I’m also point out some things that are. That I think that Trump has done well and that I think that he’s going to be successful in. The first thing that I want to point out here is that I believe that President Trump is doing everything that he said that he was going to do.
No matter what side of the aisle you’re on. What we’re used to in the United States of America is we’re used to politicians just talking and then they don’t actually show up. I think that he’s been incredibly transparent. He’s answered media questions. He has not dodged anything. He has been the most available of any president that I’ve ever witnessed in my lifetime. And the thing about it is that the one thing that you cannot criticize him on is that exactly what he said and he campaigned on is exactly what he started to hit the ground running doing when he became President of the United States of America.
So I have to 100% give him credit for that. He is doing exactly word for word, no modifications, no changes. And I mean, that goes all the way from immigration to tariffs to, you know, being tough on, on crime and, and getting on these sanctuary cities. I believe that he absolutely 100 is doing exactly what he asked for. So for anybody that actually voted for him or anybody that was fearful that he was going to do what he said that he was going to do, regardless of what side of the aisle that you’re on, he is absolutely doing what he said that he was going to do.
That’s number one. The number two thing that I think that was most important to people at the time was immigration. And he said that he was going to go after anybody that was in this country illegally. He said that he was going to first target the ones that were the criminals and that committed crimes inside of the United States of America. And the second thing that he was going to do is then he said he was going to prioritize those people and then he was going to deport anybody that wasn’t supposed to be here. He also advocated for people to self deport.
And he is on they tails, he is on their behinds. He is on them. He is 100% on them. And so I have to give him kudos for executing on a thing that he campaigned for. The third thing that I think that he’s doing really, really well and that he said that he was going to do is that he was going to tackle the trade deficits and he was going to tackle it with tariffs. He did it the first term. He said he was going to be more aggressive with tariffs on the second term. And that is exactly what he did.
So, in short, the things that I’m celebrating him for is the things that he said that he was going to do that he executed on. Again, we voted for it. This is what he said that he was going to do and this is what he’s given us. The same way that we criticize liberals, for example, liberal mayors, like a Brandon Johnson and stuff. And I say, hey, listen, y’all can’t complain about the thing that you voted for because this is what you wanted. And so don’t complain about him because he’s doing exactly what he said that he was going to do and he’s ruining your communities.
On the flip side, I think that Trump is actually improving the long term prospects and his success of the United States of America by executing on a thing that he said that he was going to do 100%. Now, of course, I can go into getting rid of diversity, equity and inclusion, designating men as men and women as women, saying that men can’t participate in women’s sports, women’s bathrooms, going after sanctuary cities and all of that. Right? But we’ve talked about that. I cover it on a daily basis. There’s no need in me getting into it. You know what he said, you know what he did, you know what he’s going to continue to do.
That’s without saying. All right, now let me go over to a couple different things that I, A, one of them I don’t understand and B, I just have to point it out as something that may have not have been successful, as he said that it would be. All right, the first thing that I want to say is he did say, and I brought this up, he did say that on day one in office, the war between Russia and Ukraine would be over. I think that he’s working incredibly hard on it. I think that he’s absolutely trying to get this done because this is going to be, if he can’t get this war over with by the time of this presidency is over, I prefer him to have it over before his first year in office, then I think that it would be a stain on his legacy and he wouldn’t be able to continue to blame Biden.
He can blame Biden for the war starting, but he said that he would have the war ended. And I think that world peace is, is something that’s absolutely on his agenda because Trump believes in profitability, not war. And you can’t make America profitable through war. So I think that that is something that he has not delivered on. And I don’t even know why he promised that, because there’s no way that you can force other countries to do anything, especially Russia. It is a negotiation. And so I think he overplayed a little bit his hand on that.
And I have to hold him accountable. The second thing that I do not understand, and nobody has been able to explain it to me, is our support financially, military, everything for Israel. I don’t understand it. I don’t understand it. I do not understand our support for nobody. Nobody has been able to, nobody has been able to explain to me why we are so lockstep with Israel and why we continue to support them militarily and financially. I do not understand it. It is very confusing to me and I do not necessarily agree with that. But I can’t even say I don’t agree with it because I don’t understand.
And somebody is saying, you know, people tell me all the time, oh, Anton, is because it’s the Holy Land or whatever, so on and so forth. I don’t understand it, bro. I don’t get it. I don’t get it. And so those are the two things. I, I agree with us having merit based companies that hire based off of your ability to do the job. I, I agree with abolishing, abolishing diversity, equity and inclusion. I agree with our immigration policies that I voted for, that I held Kamala Harrison Biden against. I do not agree. And I do not understand what’s happening with this whole Israel situation.
Because, and let me tell you why it’s meaningful to me is because when we say that America is closed and we’re, we’re only closed for repairs and we got to do what’s best for Americans, why do they then get the benefit? Now, I’m not saying that they should or they shouldn’t, but I don’t understand it. I am honest enough and transparent enough to say that I do not understand our support for Israel and why we are so gung ho and lock and step with them. Okay, well, I’ll ask them. I’ll, I’ll ask some of the people that may better understand that they can explain it to me.
Is y’all telling me to reach out to this person and reach out to this person. I still don’t understand it. I don’t get it. Jason said God still protects them. He don’t break promises. No, you. You have no idea what you’re talking about. Listen, even if we want to talk about it biblically, I’m not gonna get into that. I’m not gonna. Doge. I think that Doge is doing a phenomenal job. I think that Doge is doing a phenomenal job. Sierra says that that’s our one ally in the Middle East. Yes. China is suffering bad. China has so many.
So many ships at their ports that they cannot fill up, they cannot unload. These. These companies, these factories, they are stuck with products that they can’t. They can’t sell. And the people are financially getting killed over there. 100%. ATG says just say you’re anti Semitic. What does that even mean? What does that mean? What are you saying? What does that even mean? Because I don’t understand why we’re supporting somebody if I’m American first. And nobody has been able to explain it to me thus far in a simple term, a way that I can understand it. All of a.
Y’all just talking.
