All right, well, of course, we’ve been covering extensively the tragic Los Angeles wildfires that erupted right around January 7th, January 8th last week. And it’s just been wall to wall coverage because they’re continuing and there’s separate wildfires apparently in different places. And it’s truly caused the most damage, they believe, out of any wildfire in all of U.S. history. It’s, it’s just unprecedented. And I grew up in this area, so it really hits home to me, friends and family, a lot of people I know have lost their homes and lost everything.

So of course, this is something that, it truly means a lot to me. And you never know how much weather and weather manipulation and these events really matter until it really hits home. It’s. It’s really, really just kind of one of those things that, especially when we see like the Hollywood sign burning and the Hollywood Hills and Sunset Boulevard, the Getty, all of these sort of famous landmarks and structures just going down in flames, unstoppable, seemingly. It’s just, it’s sort of a devastating loss to everybody. So we want to talk about this and explore this more.

Especially, of course, in regards to where this came from, where these fires originated from, where these weather patterns that supposedly caused this fire originated from. And who better to talk about it than our good friend Dane Wigginton. Dane Wigginton, the founder of geoengineeringwatch.org, of course, who’s been studying weather patterns, weather manipulation, geoengineering, haarp, et cetera, for decades. He’s truly the foremost expert on all of this. So coming in to speculate about this and talk about this further is Dane Wigginton. Dane Wigginton, how are you doing? And how are you? How are you holding up in these crazy, troubled times, as well as can be, given the state of the world? Deanna, and thanks so much to you and Stu for your continued attention to what’s occurring in our skies.

And to open this up, I want to state that the vast majority have absolutely no idea yet of how grave and immediate our situation is and how desperate and dangerous those in power are. This is not a political issue. It’s not a left or right issue. That’s all a facade to distract populations from the oncoming train. What has just happened in LA is a harbinger of how desperate and dangerous they are. There’s nothing natural about those fires and attributing them to all other sources of anthropogenic damage to the planet, except climate engineering is criminal deception. I’m not denying that we’ve damaged the planet in countless ways.

I’m not denying that. I’ve never denied that we’ve been horrible stewards of the planet. But when you cut off the moisture to a continent, and that’s exactly what they have done. I’ve been documenting this for way over a decade, two decades plus now. Yeah, about 30 years. I would challenge listeners to search, for example, engineered drought catastrophe target California. That was done 11 years ago, something like that. And everything I Said would happen, has happened, is happening. It couldn’t not happen if these programs were allowed to continue. So I’ll give this back to you. But to make clear, the cutting off of precipitation, the rain that does fall is toxic.

So it kills organisms from. Organisms from the roots up. Deanna, have you noticed whenever the wind blows, trees are falling over everywhere? Have you noticed that? Yeah, yeah, I have. Yes. More recently, yes, definitely. The root balls are dying just like the crowns are dying. So we have official agencies blaming the tree die off on the Beatles. That’s only a symptom. We have people on one side of the fence saying, well, all these fires are happening because we’re not cutting down the trees fast enough. That has nothing to do with this. And then we have the other side of the fence that won’t talk about climate engineering.

Neither side’s really talking much about it. But the other side, the environmental side, the Al Gore side, that they won’t talk about climate engineering because they’ve been trained and programmed to shut down like kindergarteners, if you even mention that word, they don’t want to talk anymore because it interferes with their narrative that lacks this issue. So the bottom line is when I say our situation is grave and immediate, I don’t mean decades out. It’s kicking in the front door now. We are about to face collapse on so many fronts, the population has no idea the oncoming train is about to hit.

Absolutely, yeah. And unfortunately, it seems like we raise this matter, we bring attention to it usually after one of these big weather disasters, these big events. And actually it seems like we’re having you on more and more because there’s more and more of these large scale weather events that cause disaster and loss. So I want to get back to you a little bit, just unpack some of the things you said. I was there over in Thousand Oaks, actually, right when this first unfolded, we started getting alerts on our phone saying that, you know, warnings that there was going to be huge wind gusts, winds up to 100 miles an hour.

We started seeing these things on our phone around that, you know, LA area. And a lot of us brushed it off because we thought, you know, wind gusts up to 100 miles per hour, that seems unlikely. It’s a beautiful, sunny, clear day. This seems odd to come out of the blue. And then all of a sudden it did. I mean, and when I looked out my window and went outside, it was, it felt like a hurricane and like that’s how fast these winds were blowing, that’s how extreme the winds were feeling and looking at the palm trees just blowing, it felt like a hurricane.

And I’ve lived in Los Angeles area for a long time and I’ve never seen winds that extreme before. And then we see that fire happening that started on that Tuesday night. So with all that being said, what this fire specifically this, you know, and the weather event that supposedly caused this fire, what are your theories as to how this originated? You know, was it. Yeah, I guess just hand it over to you. How, what, who and how was this originated? What were the culprits of this? And then we’ll go from there. If I can focus on semantics a bit and I understand you’re being careful and I don’t blame you.

Yeah, but what we’re stating@geoengineeringwatch.org isn’t theory, hypothesis or conjecture. It’s indisputable fact. We can see on satellite imagery these operations occurring in various parts of the world, ongoing all the time period. And they have, they, the controllers, ultimately, who are they? Those who print the money, that’s who is in control. They control militaries, thus they control countries. The money printers, all also media matrix, media specifically, that passes down the narrative that programs population so effectively. So in regard to what is happening here, we are seeing the exact same setup for this kind of duration. Same thing happened in much grander scale.

So we see the same process occurring that is outlined in a US military document that we found at geoengineeringwatch.org and posted, titled Wildfires as a Military Weapon, 140 pages long. Describes drying out a region by cutting off the precipitation. And for those that don’t know, climate engineering is much more effective at cutting off precipitation than augmenting it. And these programs are historical record. Again, it’s not theory, conjecture, hypothesis. So they have cut off the precipitation to the entire region. Ellie’s had a quarter of an inch of rain in almost a year. Wow. There’s nothing natural about that.

Because on a warming planet, and the planet is warming, and I’m no Al Gore fan or aoc, those are all criminal hypocrites. But you have to have more rain on a warming planet, more overall, not less. And I realize we have deluge scenarios, we can ask Valencia, Spain about that. That’s also a result of climate engineering. But the atmosphere carries 7% more moisture for every degree C of warming. If it’s not raining more overall, there’s a factor we’re not being told about. That factor is climate engineering. We can see them on satel imagery off the US West coast, cutting off our precipitation.

That’s factor 1 2, the particles being used for climate engineering, starting with aluminum, aluminum nanoparticles, aluminum, barium, strontium, manganese, polymer fibers, surfactants, graphene, Some of those elements. Specifically aluminum is such an effective incendiary that it’s used in military demolitions. Thermite, highly flammable. So you have this dust settling down over foliage and structures over many, many months. Then you have the wind factor. And they can, absolutely can and are controlling surface zonal wind flows, period. This is hard science. When we know they can affect atmospheric pressure zones with weapons of mass destruction like HAARP in Alaska. And that’s an ionosphere heater.

For those that don’t know what that is, please look up HAARP ionosphere Heater. Scientifically not disputed. It transmits, in the case of HARP, 3.6 million watts of power into the electrically charged ionosphere, causes an electrical chain reaction which superheats that part of the atmosphere and that causes an atmospheric pressure zone that would not otherwise have been there. And that in turn can cause surface wind flows. Exactly the kind of high pressure system we see creating what just happened in la. This is hard science. They have that much power. That’s why climate engineering is the crown jewel weapon of the controllers with which they can and are bringing populations to their knees without those populations having any clue they’re under assault.

So again, the source of ignition, that’s a separate subject. Okay. Also some nefarious aspects of that. But the bottom line is what is setting the template for these fires to burn with such ferocity? And when you blowtorch a fire through an urban zone and we never saw this. I grew up in Southern Calif, California, below the Cajon Pass. That is the epicenter of Santa Ana winds. We never saw anything like this. So, okay, that was my. Sorry, that was. That was going to be a quick follow up question too, because a lot of people are saying, well, Santa Ana wins, right? You know, if you grew up in Southern California, you should know Santa Ana wins.

And they’re blaming it on that. And I have never experienced Santa Ana wins like this before. So just to clarify, right from you, that is abnormal, right? These are not Santa Ana. Super good point. That’s like saying to say people die, right? So if you run someone over a crosswalk, are you going to say, well, people die. It’s normal, natural wouldn’t have happened then in that way, in that place at that time when they are interfering with the planet’s primary Life support systems at this point, Deanna. Because they have interfered globally, completely, totally. Even aside from the butterfly effect, if you interfere in one place, it affects the whole world.

They are interfering with the whole world. So what does that leave us? Total, total climate chaos at this point. No other event anywhere can be considered normal or natural. And they are trying desperately to hide these programs because if they’re exposed and we reach the pitchforks and torches moment when the public realizes what’s been done to them without their knowledge or consent, that’s when the paradigm overturns and capsizes. The liability issues are absolutely incalculable. They know that and they have addressed this for decades. Deanna. That’s why we have documents from the 70s, US congressional documents. One of them, 800 pages long, posted@geoengineeringwatch.org with the important sections highlighted.

And one of those highlighted sections states specifically that anyone and everyone involved in these programs has total blanket legal immunity. Wow. Think about that. A bit like the safe and effective situation, right? Yeah. So. So they, they can drive the area out. And this is all named in the US military document Wildfires as a military weapon. And what’s most disturbing about that document, there were 17 locations in the Lower 48 highlighted in that document for study areas. One of them was la. Wow. Okay, so again, lots to unpack. We’re going to get to some of these things later.

But let’s not talk about the source of ignition. You know, some people are speculating they were due, you know, they were caused by dew direct energy weapons. Some people say they were, you know, the people that basically orchestrated this, they were setting the fires off by hand arsonists or it was just literally created by these winds that we are, of course geoengineered, or maybe a combination. So what do you believe or what do you know is sort of the how these wildfires then sparked and then how they came to engulf such large areas. The whole directed energy weapon narrative is doing great harm to the credibility of the climate engineering cause.

And let me frame that. Yeah. Do directed energy weapons exist? Yes, HAARP is a directed energy weapon, but not of the type that’s being claimed with current known technology. Could a fire on the ground be ignited from an airborne platform? Yes. Igniting a fire. Yes. But all the other claims that are being made are definitely not credible and are harmful to the climate engineering cause. And let me elaborate. When you create a bellows effect, which means you have an ignition, and then you blow that flame through an urban area with 100 mile an hour winds, that’s a bellows effect.

And that’s the same effect that early cultures have been melting steel for millennia. Because when you force oxygen into a fire, the temperatures go through the roof. When you add the incendiary dust, temperatures go through the roof. And we captured Deanna over the paradise fire. You probably remember that we captured time lapse film footage of blanket aerosol spraying directly on top of the smoke canopy. What’s that about? That can only be nefarious if they’re dispersing. Even the same elements that we know are coming down in the rain. That’s dispersing an incendiary dust directly over the smoke bank.

That can only make it burn hotter. Laser. Anything doesn’t work, can’t work through any kind of particulate matter in the atmosphere, period, End of story. It cannot work. Scientifically impossible. The laser platforms ground based that it would take to do to accomplish any of the things that are being claimed by many. That then eclipses the climate engineering issue. But that platform weighs 1.8 million pounds. Takes 18 diesel semi trucks to move it. That’s not flying around in our skies. It’s not possible. So what I’m stating is this fire was anything but natural. It is. Certainly we can speculate on the agendas and objectives and there are likely many.

But this is covert warfare, period. Silent, silent weapons for quiet wars. This is the crown jewel assault of the military industrial complex. Same with CB19. So they’re just getting started. While this is going on, we have a chemical ice nucleating assault happening through the rest of the country. That’s another form of assault doing immensely. The fog that a lot of people are talking about, that’s making a lot of people sick. Yes, that’s part of the reason there’s so much fog. Now they are likely doubling down on the quantities of ice nucleating elements. They’re using likely more powerful elements that we have not yet identified.

So as you have these areas that have been warm and you chemically cool them by this process you create much more ground fog. And that’s certainly happening. And we know these chemicalized nuclear nucleating elements are in the mix because we’re testing the precipitation. So we’re going to again have in Denver, Colorado. And that’s a primary target for their nucleating processes and operations. Because Denver’s in a basin. This cold, dense air from the chemical cloud seeding chemical ice nucleating elements sinks to the surface and it sits in that basin like your food freezer in the market that has an Open top.

But everything’s frozen in there because the cold air sits in that basin. Same premise. So you’re seeing whiplash temperatures, and that term is now the norm in meteorological circles. Weather whiplash. It’s not from climate change. And I’m not denying, again, when I say that everybody on the left or the environmental group, they shut down, they closed it, they put their fingers in their ears. I’m not denying other forms of damage. But we cannot talk, talk legitimately from any perspective about weather or climate, anything without addressing climate engineering first. And they’re claiming the warming of the planet is causing these flash cooldowns, and that is absolute nonsense.

Chemical ice nucleation is causing these cooldowns. It’s about to happen. They’re showing snow and or scheduled snow in Louisiana. And I mean, this is not nature. We’re next to the record warm Gulf of Mexico. They’re chemically nucleating. So that’s another form of this warfare that’s going on while the fires are eclipsing the news. But again, from every conceivable direction, we’re under assault. And it’s not just weather assault. These elements are toxic, and we’re breathing them in. What we know is in the mix is toxic. What we don’t know, likely much worse still. Yeah, absolutely. A lot of people have been talking about this prevalent fog that seemed to appear sort of right before Christmas or right sort of between Christmas and New Year’s.

And then a lot of people have been getting very, very sick right after that time period. And so they’re speculating that, you know, including me. And I usually don’t get very sick, but this year I’ve gotten sick a lot this. This winter, which is just an anomaly for me. So. So that is for sure the correlation and this toxic fog is real that people have been speculating about. Yes. Okay. And it can’t not be a factor. It is a factor. When we’re inhaling highly inflammatory particulates that are so small. Again, we’re talking about nanoparticles. And for listeners that don’t know how small that is, you can fit 100,000 nanoparticles across the width of a single human hair.

And the smaller those particles are, the more dangerous they are, the more bioavailable they are, the more bioaccumulative they are, means they’re easily absorb, hard to get rid of. And that’s of any elements. And when we’re talking about toxic elements like aluminum, barium, strontium, manganese, polymer fibers, graphene. Now it’s even worse. And when you combine elements, worse still, you have synergistic toxicity. So we all have mercury in us from numerous sources. The coal fired power plants, amalgam fillings and other food contaminations. We all have aluminum in us now too. All of us. Denial won’t stop this absorption.

It’s happening. People want to pretend it isn’t, but it is. We’re testing the precipitation, which means it’s in the air column. We’re finding copious amounts of these materials, especially aluminum. When you combine those two elements, mercury and aluminum, the overall toxicity increases by as much as 10,000%, 100 times worse. It’s a wonder any of us can walk and talk at this point. And it’s imperative for people to understand. Dana, have you heard, have you had people, if you bring this up, ask you or say to you, well, this can’t be going on because they wouldn’t do this to themselves.

Have you heard that? Definitely, all the time, yes. I hear that’s like the loophole, you know. Well, why would they do that to themselves? Make themselves sick? Exactly. And that’s again, that’s what a lot of people use as they’re out to avoid any investigation whatsoever. They try to the psychological defense mechanism. They, for the record, they already have done this to themselves, as I bring up often, the detonation of 2,400 nuclear bombs. Did they ask our permission for that? Of course not. Did they care about the fallout from that? Of course not. In fact, we have peer reviewed study from the nuclear detonations in Nevada that they did covertly, that no less than 500,000Americans died as a downstream result of that fallout.

That’s peer reviewed study. Deanna, have you seen the historical films of those detonations? When the soldiers jump out of the trench and they run toward the blast site. Right. And that shows the lack of regard those in power have for our servicemen and women. They’re cannon fodder. That’s all they are. That’s all they’ve ever been. All of those individuals in those experiments died early, painful, protracted deaths because of those experiments. We have the Washington Post and other sources as of 1977 published the fact that the US military had conducted no less than 239 open air biological tests on innocent unknowing US civilians as of that time.

How many more have been conducted since? This is business as usual and they know, those in power know, and I’ll leave it at this, they know that this paradigm can no longer be maintained for many reasons. Crops are collapsing, fisheries collapsing. Russia just lost half its wheat crop. Morocco lost over half of all their cereal crops. They thought they were going to go to Russia to get more to supplement that. That’s not going to happen. You have about 36 countries right now around the globe spiraling into collapse. And Americans seem to think they’re immune from all this.

They’re not. Americans behave like people on a sinking ship, like the Titanic that maybe are on the front of the ship that’s still up in the air while the back is underwater. And they say, well, I’m glad my half of the ship isn’t sinking. Good luck with that. Yeah, exactly. Well said. Now, last Wednesday when I was driving around or through that area that was affected by the fires and you can see, you know, the smoke in the sky and everything, I looked up and I did see two different planes, what it looked like, but it looked like I took a video of it too.

It looked like chemtrails. It looked like definite, you know, they were making, as I was shooting the video, they were making trails in the sky. So would you say those were chemtrails or were those, you know, efforts to put out the fire, as some people would say they were high up above though, where chemtrails normally would be created. Any fire suppression aircraft, and I know a bit about this, I fought wildland fires on the front lines, working with cal fire, working with forest service, running heavy equipment. I’ve run heavy equipment for many, many years in this type of operation.

And so I’m not shooting from the hip here. Any fire suppression aircraft is going to be very near the deck, very near the surface, 100, 150ft up generally. So anything you’re seeing at that altitude that has nothing to do with fire suppression and any bright visible trail, even one that is short lived, that appears to dissipate, if it’s a bright trail behind an aircraft, in all likelihood that is a sprayed dispersion. Doesn’t have to be a horizon to horizon. We shouldn’t see anything behind these aircraft. Deanna all military tankers and all commercial carriers are fitted with what’s known as a high bypass turbofan jet engine.

It’s a jet powered fan. 90% of the air that moves through that engine is not combusted, which means by design it’s nearly incapable of producing any condensation trail except under rare and extreme circumstances. And the conditions to produce any trail even then are less and less because the atmosphere is warming radically. And here’s an example of how fast it’s warming. We just, we recently heard from two military pilots, their former military, that fly private jets with very important people. They contacted geoengineeringwatch.org extremely alarmed because their private expensive jet aircraft were forced into emergency autopilot descents from above 40,000ft because the air was so warm it wouldn’t carry the aircraft.

It was 45 degrees above what it should have been. And that translates into seeing any trail to make it impossible. At those temperatures, you can’t see any condensation trail, period, no matter what. So again, this narrative is mind boggling. We’re seeing condensation, common sense should kick in. You don’t see grid patterns one day and nothing the next and not wonder or a jet leaving a trail from horizon to horizon next to one leaving nothing at approximately the same altitude. This is as mind numbing, Deanna. And I’ll leave it at this as entire medical industrial complex still claiming that injecting mercury and aluminum in vaccines is quote, safe and effective.

When each element is highly toxic, as you know, you can’t not do damage. And as I just stated, with climate engineering elements, when you combine mercury and aluminum and they have in vaccines, toxicity goes through the roof 10,000% worse. And the medical industry or complex claim safe and effective. We live in an asylum. Yeah. And I know sadly, a number of kids just in my even small circle of friends who have autism have Asperger’s now. And of course they’ve got all their childhood vaccines and these symptoms showed up after they started getting their vaccines. Unbelievable. It’s truly tragic.

And what the population does not want to accept, Deanna, is that those in power are not going to let go of that power. It must be taken from them. Again, the pitchforks and torches moment. And this battle will take all of us, all of us to push this issue to the light of day. So that, and this is how we, we can peacefully accomplish this, we would hope. And because those participating, and this is key, those in the military who are just following orders and it’s not okay to just follow orders. It’s not okay to behave like the people in the Milgram experiments.

So for your listeners that don’t know what that is, the Milgram experiments proved something very tragic about human nature, that most humans will do whatever they’re told, even inflict harm on an innocent person if they believe someone in authority is telling them to do so. And that is not okay. We need to evolve past that pitiful place. So if we can expose this fully and our military brothers and sisters realize what they are participating in their own demise and the demise of their own posterity. And those defense contractor families realize what their family members participating in.

We can stop these programs from the inside out and allow the planet to respond on its own to the damage done. Because we are through the guardrail. The planet is broken. Many things have broken it. But the single most destructive human activity of all, and this is saying a lot, is climate intervention operations short of nuclear cataclysm. Greatest and most immediate threat we face. Absolutely. Amen. Now before we conclude, I just want to ask you, you know, your theory on why. Because obviously this, the amount of loss and devastation. When you look at these before and after pictures of Los Angeles and the fires, it really looks like a nuclear bomb went off.

It looked like, like a demolition. This does not look like normal, you know, fire patterns that the extent of the homes and the mileage that it covers is just so vast that it really looks like a nuke went off. So what are your thoughts? Why was LA chosen to basically be demolished by, by a, by a wildfire? Why do you think? What, what is their agenda? It’s certainly sending a message to people like Mel Gibson, who has spoken out very directly against those in power on numerous occasions. Let me interject this if I may. What could have carried those fires through those urban areas with such uniformity? You would have to have multiple ignition start points in order for that to happen.

And the wind does the rest. But we know that houses are igniting before the fire even reaches them. I was shown a photograph in the car fire. Redding, California, an affluent neighborhood that burnt here. One of the owners in that neighborhood tracked me down to show me pictures they took. They were the last ones evacuating that neighborhood. Fire hadn’t reached it yet. But as they left, they noted flames inside their neighbor’s home and they took pictures through the front door. What could have caused that home to start and begin to burn before the flames even reached it? Which would be a method with which they could ensure that these wind driven flames would uniformly push through these areas.

And smart meters are the likely cause of that happening. Wow. And I challenge your listeners to look this up. Search Smart Feed. Smart meters start fires. There’s documented cases, lawsuits surrounding this. Why wouldn’t they do this given the agendas and objectives they have for people who think this isn’t possible? They don’t know anything about electronics and I do have a background in the electrical industry. I work for Bechtel Power, world’s largest engineering firm. And I’ll leave it at this. Deanna, you remember the cell phones and pagers that all blew up in Syria? Anybody who thinks they can do that and can’t design a smart meter to ignite and cause an electrical short doesn’t know anything about electronics.

That is the most likely method with which they are using. Even if the success rate was 10%, that’s enough to ensure enough start points to make sure that fire burned through entire regions. Wow. Incredible. And so, so just nefarious and dark and sinister. But I, I wholeheartedly believe, believe that. And do you think that their agenda was to pave way for this smart LA 2028, this new smart city that, that actually, you know, there’s a lot of, of documentation on it. They’re not hiding it. They want to create this smart LA city or turn it into a Smart City by 2028.

Do you think that this was their means for accomplishing that or. There are many agendas and objectives, but I would, I would equate that to an example I’ve given before. It’s. It’s like pirates trying to fill their pockets with loot on a sinking ship. If we remain in the current course, no one gets out alive, not even in their bunkers. Populations have been trained to believe that somehow, magically, the planet always bounces back from whatever we do to it. And that’s not reality. There’s about 50 feedback loops already triggered. These feedback loops means that once you trigger them, they feed on themselves.

And that means a broken planet, the life support systems of which are unraveling by the day. Again, climate engineering, a core causal factor, but not the only factor. We’ve. We have decimated the planet in too many ways to even begin to calculate, and we need to deal with that. But the intentional intervention in the planet’s primary life support systems is at this moment in time, the biggest hole in the bottom of the boat. We have to deal with that first. So yes, although there are agendas and objectives being carried out by some in this chain of power structure insanity, those at the top know, they certainly know that none of that will mean anything.

If we remain on the current course, all causes and concerns will soon be moot. We will be living on a dead. We won’t be living for long on a dead planet. But we’re seeing that now. It’s not off on the horizon somewhere. It’s kicking in the front door now. Fisheries collapse, crops collapse, insect collapse, wildlife populations collapse right now. And I mean like 80 to 90% collapse in the case of plankton and Insects. You can’t live on a planet without these life support systems. And the American public is completely oblivious. They think if Walmart’s open and McDonald’s is selling big Macs, what could be wrong? They’re going to find out the hard way soon.

Wow. Dane Wigginton. It’s always enlightening and inspiring to have you on and just packed full of information and answers that a lot of people have been asking right now. There’s so many questions around these fires and you have so many of these answers. So thank you so much. Really appreciate it. Yeah. Yes. A lot of people. I don’t know if you’ve gotten it, if any of my viewers have gotten it, but I believe I came down with it about a month ago. I was extremely nauseous, and then my little one got it. He was very nauseous and he threw up a number of times. A friend just called me today. She was supposed to come on my show, actually, and she said that she seems like she’s coming down with Nora virus and has been throwing up all morning. So according to these stats, about 1 out of every 15Americans will be coming down with norovirus over the next couple months.

So let’s talk about what. What is this? How could you potentially prevent norovirus, or if you get hit with it, what you can do to improve and recover quickly. And then I also want to talk about making America healthy again. Obviously, President Trump will be inaugurated and will be the president as of Monday. So that’s exciting to have the old administration out, a new administration in. And he promises he’s going to be making America healthy again, along with RFK and a lot of his other crew. And, you know, I want to hear from our resident doctor.

How difficult is this promise to. To keep, and what are some of the things that could set it back? What could we do as Americans to, you know, to. To be excited about this and actually get into our best health, best shape and deliver on this promise as well, along with the administration. So here talking about all this and more is our favorite doctor, Dr. Mark Sherwood, Sherwood TV Dr. Sherwood, always great to have you on and happy Thursday. How are you? Happy Thursday. It’s good to see you. Happy New Year as well. And we’ve got a big thing coming up this coming Monday, of course, and we’re excited about that.

And it’s going to be new year, new administration. Yeah. Things to look forward to, man. You mentioned norovirus. It is going around. It is, you know, somewhat contagious. It’s not something of a matter of if you get exposed to it, you will. Okay. Known as the stomach flu. Another little buzz. So it’s just the stomach flu, but the fancy name for it is norovirus. Well, of course, don’t we make everything more complicated than it really is? I mean, it sounds more severe, but you can have nausea, GI inflammation, bloating, gas, diarrhea, that kind of stuff. And it is really, you know, quite, you know, sort of disturbing because it can disturb your bowel movements and things like that.

And of course, we know that 85% of our immune system is around our gut. So it has a direct impact on the immune system. So, you know, best remedy is prevention, of course. So how do we prevent. We have a strong immunity that is not overworked because it’s dealing with stuff inside of our GI tract that we could have prevented. So we want to keep out the junk, allow the GI tract to be good and healthy, and then we should be able to navigate our way through the infamous stomach flu known as norovirus. Okay, and how long usually do people get hit with this nausea and vomiting spell for? Is it a few hours, is it a day typically, or a couple days? What is normally the pattern? Yeah, it can be two to four days, as a general rule.

And the symptoms can vary between mild, barely noticeable to very noticeable. And it just kind of depends on the way viruses attach themselves to your body. And we all respond differently. We all sometimes have different levels of immuno resilience, I like to call it. And so that really makes a big difference in the way we’re able to defend off things. You know, it’s interesting. I do run stool tests on people. I thought this was fascinating on the subject matter. And norovirus is typically in the stool at some level. That doesn’t mean it’s at a level that’s going to cause you problems, but it typically can show up there.

And just because again, we’re, we Live in a world of viruses, parasites and bacteria. And they live with us, on us, you know, through us and amongst us. For whatever reason, we live symbolic with those things. I don’t understand at all. Maybe God will explain it to me when I get to heaven and asking those difficult medical questions that probably always wondered about. Yeah, absolutely. So, and it’s interesting too, because the norovirus is one of the vaccines in like the 84 different childhood vaccines that the CDC pushes on mothers and young children, babies even. So, you know, and this kind of goes to show you sort of the fraud behind it all, because a lot of people think, oh, norovirus, I gotta get this vaccine, because the CDC told me too.

But it’s really, you’re just injecting your child with all these toxic chemicals. But really you’re just to try to prevent the stomach flu. I mean, that’s really all it is. It’s not some like really scary virus. It really is just the stomach flu that they’re trying to give you another vaccine for. Is that right? Yeah, pretty much. When you look at these vaccines and the thought process behind them is, you know, obviously it’s money, right? We know, a lot of money. But ultimately the idea is that we expose our body through injection with a little tiny bit of what’s considered as an inert piece or part of a virus to cause the body to see it as a foreign entity or foreign body and create an antibody to that.

So that if it sees the full monty of the virus in the system, it will already have this memory on how to react. But we also know that vaccines, even let’s use the common flu, we know those don’t prevent. That’s not the point. It’s a guessing game. Is it going to work? Maybe. Is it not going to work? Maybe. We just don’t know. So the idea of these things hitting our system as preventive is very, very questionable. And then further, you think about the action of these vaccines. As general rule, we’re given too many. Now, they are all inflammatory triggers.

So when you bring in a vaccine, it stimulates your immune system to do something. And the immune system responds by creating inflammation. So if you live in a temple like this, or a terrain or a world, whatever, you look at how you want to call it and it’s already inflamed. You bring in something else that tips you over the edge. Well, that can lead to a whole lot of other issues as well. Yeah, I mean, and is it like, is it worth putting your body through that and playing Russian Roulette with what’s inside of those. Those additives inside of the vaccine.

You know, I researched when you just dig a little bit of. A little bit further or a little bit more research, like rhinovirus, I think that’s another one. And I was thinking, well, this sounds really scary. Should we vaccinate against that? And it turns out it’s just kind of like a runny nose. And it’s just like a runny nose, you know, a little bit of a common cold, and everybody gets it. So mothers out there, parents, you really need to look at. You know, I know these. These illnesses have very fancy names that seem kind of scary, but just do a little bit of research and you’ll realize that so many of these are common childhood illnesses that they’re going to get anyways.

It’s not worth putting your children’s bodies in jeopardy over this. What is actually in this shot? And it was funny because just recently I had someone reach out and they were talking. We were just going on a rant about, aren’t you worried about it? Aren’t you worried about it? Aren’t you worried about this? And I’m like, no. And they said, why? And I really said this, deanne, I said, I really. I don’t care. I’m not worried about it, because it’s not really something I’m going to consume my life with because. And this didn’t go over well.

But, yeah, I’m sure it’s the truth. I said, did you know that God made viruses? And. And that just what blew their mind? Because I don’t understand the purpose of all of them, and I don’t think anybody does. Yeah. But obviously I believe anything that was created. It was in the world, was created by the creator of the world. So, you know, you have to sort of draw a conclusion there that’s pretty reasonable for those of us that believe in the creation, you know, pattern. Right. And so I think not worrying about it and preparing as if we’re in a war every day.

Life is a battlefield. Our body is a. A temple that wears armor both inside and outside that’s pretty extraordinary in its ability to protect us. Amen. Very well said. Very well said. All right, well, pivoting a little bit to making America healthy again, which is one of the promises or the goals of this next administration rolling in as of Monday. What are you thinking the odds are of that happening? Are Americans. I mean, can they really be made to do much of anything getting out of their comfort zone and. And trying to strive to do better.

What do you think? Is this a likely goal? No, I think you can’t make an adult do anything. I think that the concept and the vision of America needing to be healthy again, I think that’s very constructive and very helpful. And I hope the conversation continues. I hope there’s pathways of education that go forward. So I hope the conversation grows and is enhanced and brought to a national stage. These things that I’ve been ranting on with my wife for the last 15 or 20 years. But having said that, I’ve learned powerful lessons. No matter what you do, you can give people the pathway.

Our business model is leading people down a pathway of true healing. And we see people that really follow those processes and sort of drink the water, if you get my analogous, analogous pretty story there. But you can’t make them do anything. They choose to do it. They choose to do it because something happens in their heart that flips a switch and correct knowledge gets transferred to the heart where it becomes routine, it becomes sensible, becomes just who they are. So I don’t know that we’re going to make America do anything. I think that probably my hope is to, I like to say, turn the, the Maha, move it into Lego for all.

And I’ve got an acronym for this. It would be Leadership Excellence, Greatness and Optimism for All. And I think if you model that stuff and lead that way, it would be really cool. I’d like to see, you know, maybe President Trump, Vice President Vance, maybe RFK and maybe Elon can join them in a, in a four way exercise class that they do right there in the Oval Office and broadcast on national tv, having a great protein drink afterwards and talk how they make it. That is not only a really, wow, I love this idea. Again, you need to be on Trump’s team.

It’s not only a great idea because watch having the whole country watch your leaders and especially the, you know, who’s in charge of the health movement, be in the Oval Office exercising, you know, doing a morning shake, doing these things together. It would be very inspiring, really motivating, very authentic. You know, like, wow, our President is working along with us to lose weight and to get healthy, but also be just great tv. I mean, it would be really fun to watch this and it’d be entertaining and I think it would just kind of make everybody feel like they’re relatable, you know, like these are leaders, but they’re also one of us.

They’re, they’re one of us Americans that are just trying to get healthy and we’re in this together. That would be such a great idea. Politicians can become the best leaders by being people again. Yeah. I’m not saying they need to go out there and it’s just, it’s a world that’s dangerous. I’m not saying that they go out there in that, in that, that example I gave you and join a class at your nearby Planet Fitness. That’s not the point. In the Oval Office, though. Yeah, in the Oval Office, I think we can do that and, and certainly lead by example.

And, and that even goes to all of us. Right. You don’t have to have an example to know what to do. Regarding health. It is eating well, sleeping well, minimizing negative media and negative social circles, and it is moving well. And if you do those things every day, the end, you’re going to have a good pattern of wellness going on and probably have a good healthy life. Yeah. It’s not too much rocket science. It doesn’t sell tickets too much. It’s not too sexy. But I tell you what, it is valuable for your life. And I want people to have that, that charge, that hope, if you will, to do that.

Because the Make America Healthy Again movement, in all seriousness, is, is great. I love it. But ultimately, the movement really begins with all of us. Deanna, you and I, people like us looking at ourselves in the mirror and say, what can we do better every day to bless that person so that they can be a better example of, you know, hope, health, freedom, the whole thing. I love it. Very inspiring. And if you, you know, people want to actually get more of the nitty gritty, like what things to put into your body and the coaching, the implementation behind all of this, the right vitamins and nutrients to intake.

That’s where, you know, that’s where someone like you comes in.
