Summary

➡ On March 4, 2026, Judge Andrew Napolitano discussed President Trump’s recent attacks on Iran, arguing that they are unjust and unconstitutional. He criticized the idea that these attacks are not considered a war because they are quick strikes, and expressed concern over the disregard for the Constitution’s requirement for Congress to declare war. Napolitano also pointed out that the President and his team have not provided any evidence of an imminent threat from Iran, which is necessary for justifying military action. He concluded by highlighting the low public approval for this conflict and the lack of transparency in the government’s actions.
➡ The text discusses President Trump’s decision to launch attacks on Iran, suggesting it was a diversion from domestic issues. It criticizes the justification for the attack, arguing Iran wasn’t a threat to the U.S. The text also mentions potential hidden information about Trump in unreleased documents. Lastly, it warns of a possible false flag attack to rally support for the war and shares an interview with an Iranian professor who says the attacks have united the Iranian people.
➡ The text discusses the growing hostility towards the United States among young Iranians, which was previously non-existent. This animosity is linked to past U.S. actions, such as supporting Iraq in the Iran-Iraq war and providing chemical weapons to Saddam Hussein. The text also highlights the ongoing conflict in Gaza and the West Bank, accusing Israel and the U.S. of ignoring the plight of Palestinians. Lastly, it expresses concern over Israel’s potential use of nuclear weapons, known as the Samson option, and urges people to take positive action to prevent further escalation of these conflicts.

Hello, everyone. This is Gerald Celenty, and it’s Wednesday, March 4, 2026. And we have with us again, Judge Andrew Napolitano. When it comes to the Constitution, the Bill of Rights, and Americans rights, there’s no one that I know that knows it better than he does. And, Judge, thanks for being here. You have an article coming out. It’s in the Trends Journal now, and it’s just so sad. I’m heartbroken. What’s going on? And your article says Trump’s unjust and unconstitutional war. Over the past week, some apologists of President Trump’s recently ordered attacks on Iran argued that because Trump’s plans call for quick strike, the attacks do not constitute a war.

And you say George Orwell is vindicated. Yet again, These apologists believe that calling a war something else means it’s not a war. And so moral and constitutional justifications are unnecessary. That’s them. From Senator Lindsey Graham to other members of Congress actually argued with a straight face that it’s not a war because they don’t want to confront its immorality, its unconstitutionality, and its unlawfulness. Look, sometimes I feel like a broken record arguing that the Constitution has been violated because the Constitution has utterly failed as an instrument to. To restrain the government. Utterly failed. Utterly failed to restrict.

What’d you say? Utterly failed as an instrument to restrain the government. Yep. It’s gone. Yes. Yes, it exists formally in that the structures it creates still exist formally. But the Congress has allowed the presidential urge for violence to expand unrestrained. For example, the Constitution says Congress shall declare war. Now, as I attempted to point out in the article, we’re in a position where Congress doesn’t declare war. It ratifies wars that presidents have already declared. Now, that is not just semantics. That is a rejection of the congressional role in the constitutional scheme. And it brings about Madison’s fear, who said if the president can both declare war and wage war, he’s not a president, he’s a prince.

Yep, you have that right here. Yep. You say that if a president could both declare war and wage war, he wouldn’t be a president, he’d be a prince. But you got this wrong. He got it wrong. Trump’s the king. What’s wrong with you? I demoted him by making him a prince. Yeah, I know. He’s a king. You know, by the way, you said that. And again, I want. This is important beginning. You say that the apologists believe that calling a war something else means it’s not a war. So let’s go to the mainstream media before we went on the air.

S P500 rises as oil eases. You ready? But traders are cautious amid Iran conflict. It’s not a war. It’s a conflict. These are the con men and con girls of the prestitute media. Don’t call it a war, call it a conflict. So it makes the perfect point of what you’re saying. This isn’t a war so the President doesn’t have to go to Congress for it. It’s a conflict. I’m just showing you how. That is the argument that his apologists in the Congress have made. And yet Secretary Rubio, Secretary Hegseth and the President himself have failed to articulate any imminent threat that Iran poses to the United States of America.

The best they can come up with is a bunch of crazies chanting in the streets, death to America. But that is hardly the type of imminent threat that the Constitution requires. Here, this is the headline of yesterday’s New York Times. Nothing about war. Troops. Trump foresees extended attack on Iran as U. S Adds troops and jets to the region. Ready today. Strikes killed. This is the big news. Strike. The headline Strikes killed Iran successors eyed by us and again, you mentioned in your article twice about the 150 plus little girls that were killed by. Was it Israel? I don’t know if it was the Israelis or the Americans.

Professor Morandi, whom I just interviewed, says it is indiscriminate. It’s just like Gaza. So it may be the Israelis. For example, if they target an apartment building and people are thrown from their apartment windows or flee from the building, they then target the emergency service providers in their ambulances, which is the same pattern that the Israelis used in Gaza. So again, you’re making it think about this. Suppose Iran bombed an American or an Israeli school and killed 150 kids. Oh my God, how terrible. How terrible. But strikes killed Iran’s successor Eyed by us. This is the COVID of your Trends Journal this week.

Judge, I don’t know if you saw it. I saw it. It’s okay for us and Israel to bomb Iran and kill its leader, but not okay if Iran counterattacks. Why? Because US, Israel, prostitute media will call it a crime and the public will buy it. And again, they’re prostitutes. They’re media whores that get paid to put out by the corporate pimps and government whoremasters. Again, they’re calling it a conflict. And again, by the way, talking going back to your article about what Trump is doing here and by the way, you say that as for damage we’ve seen already the killing of 150 little girls while at a school last weekend, and the attacks on Iran’s hospital.

So going back to what you said about the going on here, and this is really important, you say, second, the statute requires that the president report in writing the reasons for war to the full Congress so it can approve or disapprove. Trump sent a political diatribe to Congress with no articulation of immediacy, but he did so only after he had his Secretary of State report in secret on the immediacy to the Gang of Eight, a congressional and Intelligence committee leadership of both parties. But the Gang of Eight is not Congress. You’re going to say, think of that word that they call themselves, the Gang of Eight.

A gang. It is a gang. And they are informed in a skiff. And they sign an oath when they enter this skiff. Skiff is an acronym for some sort of a secret room where they can’t take papers and writing material and they can’t take their mobile devices. They sign an agreement not to reveal what they hear in the room. So the President is complying with his legal obligations of informing Congress by informing eight of them who are prohibited by law from informing the rest of Congress or the media or the constituents who elected them. What the President told them, what the hell kind of a transparent constitutional republic is that? It’s none.

Here you go. Even the 1973 War Powers act resolution, which requires reporting to the Congress within 48 hours of the onset of the presidency initiated military hostilities, contemplates the use of the military when a threat to the United States is imminent. This raises two issues. First, the administration was not articulated with credibility of an imminent threat. And the Secretary of Defense has said at best that Iran has ambitions to attack the US One day. That is hardly an imminent threat. An imminent threat must articulate a rational basis rooted in. In immediacy and grounded in the emergence.

In the emergence needed to protect US national security. It cannot be speculative. Wait a minute. It’s what Trump thinks. It’s what he thinks from minute to minute, right? Because here’s. This was back a couple of months ago, New York Times interview, asked him if there were any limits on his global power. Mr. Trump said, yeah, there’s one thing. My own morality, my own mind. It’s the only thing that can stop me. So who the hell are you, Judge to tell him what he should do? All right, who the hell are you? It’s my own mind. It’s the only thing that could stop me.

You ready? His quote I don’t need international law. His quote, right, so what are you talking about this Constitution, all this crap for? We got Trump in charge. It’s the only thing that counts. Unfortunately, that is the view of much of the Congress. It’s only the view of about 26% of the American public. This war has a 26% approval rating and a 56% non approval. Those are extraordinary, extraordinarily lopsided numbers for a president facing close to the end of his presidency at these midterms. This is an article that came out on antiwar.com with David DeCamp, which does a great job.

This was February 25th, Iran says us repeating, quote, big lie. After Trump’s State of the Union address, Trump claimed Iran wouldn’t say it would never pursue nuclear weapons. Even though Iran’s foreign minister said. Even though foreign minister said just that earlier in the day in the address, Trump claimed he wanted to deal with Iran, but Tehran wouldn’t say, quote, those secret words will never have a nuclear weapon. Professional liars are a good thing at creating the illusion of truth. This is the Iranian guy said, repeat a lie often enough and it becomes the truth is the law of propaganda.

Coined by Nazi Joseph Goebbels, this is now systematically used by the US Administration and the war profiteers encircling it. You ready? This is from the Wall Street Journal, February 26. Iran nuclear fusion arrangement on hold, experts say amid US buildup. And if you dig into that article, you’ll see that some of those experts are employed by the Central Intelligence Agency. Yep. Government itself, over which Trump presides, rejects the premise that Trump has embraced that Iran was on the cusp of a, of a nuclear weapon. I wish Iran had a nuclear weapon because that would keep all the attacks at bay.

Nobody attacks North Korea, right? Yep. And that jerk off Wyckoff last week on Fox News, he said, quote, it’s probably a week away Iran from having industrial grade bomb making material. Well, that’s a canard because even if that were true, they would be years and years away from having the means of delivering the bomb making material in a weapon. Here’s the $64,000 question that Witkoff can’t answer and Trump and Rubio and Hegseth can answer. Why can Israel, which stole American nuclear secrets, which rejects the non proliferation treaty, have nuclear weapons and Iran, which signed the non proliferation Treaty, which permitted American inspections, cannot.

Why you anti Semite? They’re the chosen people. What’s wrong with you? And let’s go back to that agreement. You Mean the one that Trump killed after. What’s his name, Adelson, gave him a hundred million dollars? Correct. That nuclear agreement. Yes. Here. You ready? Trump seeks to justify Iran war, but stated objectives shift. That’s the words out of Reuters. Trump said US And Israeli air attacks that began Saturday had been projected to last four or five weeks, but could go longer. The military campaign, ba, ba, ba, ba. And Trump says, we’ve already substantially ahead of our time projections, but whatever the time is, it’s okay.

Whatever it takes. Trump says everything’s been knocked out in Iran, but offers no clear plans for. All right. President Trump boasted on Tuesday that U.S. israeli strikes, quote, had knocked out most of Iran’s military, while denying that Israel had forced him into launching the war that engulfed the Middle East. And he has this guy with Mertz, that, that arrogant clown boy, and that’s the Chancellor of Germany that’s building up their military. He’s talking with Mertz. Just about everything’s been knocked out. Trump says as he met with German Chancellor Friedrich Mertz. They have no navy, it’s been knocked out.

They have no air force, it’s been knocked out. The. They have no air detection, it’s been knocked out. Their radar has been knocked out. He claimed that Iran was going to strike America first and that the United States had to act to preempt it. Iran had no ability to strike the United States, and they know it until Tulsi Gabbard testified to it a year ago in March of 2025. And when that testimony was brought to Trump’s attention in an infamous interview with CNN on Air Force One, he said, I don’t care what she says. Yep. Now let’s go back to Trump in his own mind, and he could do what he wants, and he doesn’t need international law.

I’m going back to this article about him meeting with Mertz. Based on the way the negotiations are going, Trump said, I think they, Iran were going to attack first. And I didn’t want that to happen, I think. And what did he say again? That New York Times article? Yeah. There’s only one thing, my own mind. It’s the only thing that can stop me. I don’t need international law. So this bastard says, I think they’re going to attack me. I think I don’t have any proof. Shove it. I don’t need proof. Don’t you know who I am? I’m the dictator of America.

I think they’re going to attack us. You know, I used to teach close combat. Best guys. Brad Steiner the top guy was my in America used to write for the magazine and my teacher, John Perkins, that’s we taught from, you know what you learn in close combat, the only time you get in a fight is when you attack the attacker. So that what Trump is saying then if I see somebody coming down the street, I could kill him. Hey, I thought they were going to attack me. All right, all right. I could kill anybody I want if I think they’re going to attack me.

That is basically the argument he’s made and which the Congress accepts. Yep. This is what you said when I was on your show last week. As we say, when all else fails, they take you to war. Therefore, with President Trump down in the polls and our forecast for the equity markets and economic danger ahead, we are very concerned that the U. S. Will ramp up war against Iran. So here’s the deal, judge. The last time he bombed Iran, it was over the weekend when the equity markets were closed. When he kidnapped the president of Venezuela and his wife Maduro.

He did it on the weekend when the markets were closed. This weekend may be the weekend of launching an attack against Iran. We woke up on Saturday morning and the first person I emailed was you. Yep. Thank you. Yeah. And that’s again, we saw it coming. When all else fails, they take you to war. Again, we only put the facts in the Trends Journal. He’s down in the polls, he’s. People are disgusted what was going on and now everybody forgot the Epstein. A what? Stein? What’s an Epstein? Oh, that arrogant clown. Boy, Summer is. Oh, remember that arrogant guy went to the Obama administration, the Harvard guy? Oh, he left Harvard.

Oh, Epstein. One guy after another, the clown boys over the. The World Economic Forum Clown leaving a jerk off there over in, in the UK One of the top guys leaving all this. Epstein’s out of the news. Out of the news. And again, there were more and more articles coming out about. We have it in the magazine about. They had a lot of redacted data with Trump’s name in the Epstein files. The Wall Street Journal reported today. Now, if the war weren’t going on, this would be front page, top of the fold. But it’s on around page four that there are 47,000 pages that they haven’t revealed yet, even though Attorney General Bondi said we’ve revealed the entire file.

And in those 47,000 pages are the notes of the FBI agents who interviewed the woman who says she was sexually attacked by and beaten by Donald Trump. I’m telling you when. Well, as I say, they’re getting the people’s attention off this. This is terrible. Oh, by the way, where are all these religions? Could you imagine if the Pope and everybody, all these with a savage Seventh Day Adventist waiting for the eighth day, all those Quakers dying in earthquake. Could you imagine if all the religion leaders said to the people, you get out to the streets and demand peace on earth in the God that you believe in.

It had end like that, it would end like that. Well, they all got locked jaw. Pope has been silent. The religious leaders have been, have been silent. Yep. And they do it all the time. Well, they just pass the basket. I want the money. All right. So I could dress up in my costume. There’s terrible what’s going on. This is serious. Judge, if this keeps going on, I’m warning that there’s going to be a false flag attack, another 911 that’s going to unite the people to support this war. It’s going to happen in Europe, it’s going to happen in America.

And you’re seeing all the stuff, the anti Muslim, anti Islamic stuff coming out. Get ready for the ninth Crusade. That’s what they’re going to turn it into and the people will buy it. Watch out for the false flag. That’s my greatest concern. They did it before, they’ll do it again. Little Georgie Bush was way down in the polls. The NASDAQ was down 80% losses value after the dot com bust 911 happened, 90% of the people swallowed the crap spewing out of that little boy’s mouth. We’re going to get that guy, Osama bin Laden, dead or alive.

Longest war in American history, the Afghan war. Yeah, you’re right about all of us, Gerald. I hope you’re wrong about the false flags, but your predictions thus far, and I’m sorry to say have been flawless. Before we leave, tell us about the interview you had with the gentleman from. Oh, so Mohammed Morandi, born in Richmond, Virginia, educated in Great Britain, a professor of literature at the University of Tehran. Just came to me. I was interviewing him in the basement of his home in Tehran. He and his wife and his children are safe. But he was telling us that it is horrific, that the bombs are indiscriminate, that they are targeting civilian structures, civilians in the streets, police departments, fire departments, ems, ambulances.

But he told me the Iranian people have been united like they’ve never been united before. If Trump thinks that this is going to result in some sort of an overthrow of the government, he and his advisors are woefully ignorant of the Iranian Resolve. That was the message that I got from him. The other message that I got from him is all of their high end, modern offensive weaponry is deep underground and they haven’t started to use it yet. Could you imagine, could you imagine what these people are going through? Oh, it’s horrible. He wept profusely several times during the interview about what they are going through, what his students at the university and their families are going through, and how, you know, a lot of Iranian attitudes about the US Were fixed in the war with Iraq, when the United States backed Iraq, when the United States gave chemical weapons to Saddam Hussein.

Those people who came of age then are your age and my age. Young people in Iran generally had no animosity towards the United States until now. Now their animosity toward the United States is extraordinary. Long lived and crying out for vengeance. Now think about that. And now think about what the poor Palestinians have gone through in Gaza. Correct. Correct. Slaughtered in front of everybody’s eyes, totally out of the news. Killing more people in the west bank, stealing more land and now ramping up the war against Lebanon. Right out of the news. That’s what they’ve been doing to the people in Gaza, killing them every day, bombing more buildings.

No news about it. Israel’s good. And the United States. This is insanity. And my other concern is that the United, you know, the Samson option. Israel says if they start losing, they’re going nuclear. Right. Well, the only head of state in the history of the world who has just threatened to destroy the entire world with nuclear weapons was Golda Meir, one of Netanyahu’s predecessors. We go down, we’ll take everybody down with us. Evil people are running the world. Judge, thank you for what you’re doing. And please, everybody, go to judging freedom. Who do you have coming up? Judge? Oh, my goodness.

And at noon today, Douglas McGregor at one o’. Clock. I don’t know where he is, but we found, found him. Pepe Escobar at 3 o’, clock, your biggest fan, the great Phil Giraldi. Thank you, Judge, for what you’re doing. I’m so sad. I’m so concerned. I’m so concerned that this is going to escalate into hell. And again, everybody, do what you can in a positive way. United we stand, divided we die. It does not take a majority to prevail, but rather an irate, tireless minority keen on setting brush fires of freedom in the minds of men.

Samuel Adams. Thank you, Judge. Thank you, Gerald. All the best to you.
