It’s not even the same picture of before and after so how can you tell it’s the actual truth of what’s being said. I’m not saying they can’t make it rain. I’m saying I know they can just need better pictures of proof. I know “they” can even make tsunami’s.

Haarp and what they keep doing is finally just starting to get noticed! I thought our weather men & women new this, now I know for sure they are controlled!! Same with our congress men & women! This has to stop! Do these people even care our world is at stake?? I guess not! We must bring in the Rainmakers & find a way to get rid of Haarp & put the people in prison who are controlling it! I see a lot of Chem trails here. On this article a picture came up showing Chem trails & then it flashed off!!
