We’ve got a special guest today, Kevin Shipps, CIA whistleblower, author of the book, Twilight of the Shadow Government, where he exposed criminal operations, security breaches, and then they tried to take his life for it. Am I right in saying that? That’s correct. Yeah. All right. Thanks for having me. Yeah, thank you for joining me. And kind of a surprise interview today, folks. I didn’t know I was having him on. I’ve been such a mess, so disorganized, but he is going to be the general in the general’s tent on January 28th.

5 p.m., folks, you want to be there to ask your questions. This guy knows a lot of stuff, and I think he’s going to be, you’re not going to evade or step away from any. You’ll take on all questions, correct? Yes, of course. Awesome. So this is going to be great. And you’ve seen him on Candace Owens. You’ve been on some big shows. I just can’t believe I’m doing commercials with the guy. Gotta tell you, man, I can’t believe he’s 84. But anyway, Kevin, so kind of a surprise interview today. I’ve been so disorganized, but let’s get into this because there’s a lot I want to talk to you about. I actually want to get your expertise and know how on what’s coming. So you’ve been your whole life. How many years in the CIA? 17 years in the CIA, then another four years with Department of State anti terrorism program.

That being said, that being said, the drone situation, let’s just talk about that first. It’s now in every city. Everyone’s spotting drones. Everyone’s seeing them. To me, this is like big brother flexing its muscle. It’s kind of like, what are you going to do about it? Nobody knows anything. Not even our own government. Nobody’s taking questions on it. Everyone’s just kind of trying to dismiss it saying, oh, we don’t know what they are. No one’s giving us any clear answers. And then some people are seeing you a seeing you APs. I just had a girl on on national intelligence woman on talking about that.

She is. She’s had direct intel on the UAPs. They don’t know what they are. They could be alien for all they know. And there’s a lot going on here is what I’m saying. So with your expertise and I’ll start with this. First of all, the timing of these drone swarms is you can always look at the timing of things many times just after Trump is elected president. All this crazy stuff starts happening. I think it’s connected. I do know that our government at the highest levels of classification, even above the president, has an extremely well funded covert drone program.

The CIA has the most sophisticated drone program in the world and perhaps even China. But there’s no question about the CIA has been advancing drones for the last 40 years, four decades, 40 years. Yeah, yeah. The drone drone program started way back in actually in the 1940s when they started experimenting. So now there’s two things to think about here. Number one, the government comes out and says, well, they’re not a threat. Don’t worry about them. And it’s a private aircraft, private drone. Some people are seeing stars when there is documented evidence there are swarms of drones over New Jersey, Virginia and other areas where there’s sensitive sites.

So the government is saying, don’t worry about it. It’s nothing. We don’t think there’s anything to it. They’re lying as usual. So that’s the first place to start. So I wish they do routinely for We Little Ponds, the citizenry. So they’re lying to us. OK, so why are they lying to us about these drones? Well, if they’re lying to us, then they’re complicit. You wouldn’t lie unless you’re complicit. So they’re complicit in these drone sightings. How are they complicit? Well, this is just in my view, they’re covering up a very highly classified covert drone program that is in existence.

Congress doesn’t know about it. And I’ve spoken at length at how the CIA conceals things from Congress. Congress doesn’t know about it. And it appears even possible the president of the United States doesn’t even know about it either. The compartmentation of this program is so high. So that’s the first thing I want people to remember about that. Is this a show of muscle by the shadow government in coincidence with Trump’s election? Very possibly. Then you tie that in with a cyber truck bombing just outside of Trump Tower. And I’ve looked into that at length, and it is very, very suspicious.

If you go through everything involved in that, that was not a soldier with PTSD deciding to end it all in front of Trump Tower. No, no, no. This man was a decorated Special Forces operator. And having been on a counter assault team, that is the top of the top tier one. He had multiple medals of valor. Every man that worked with him on operations or knew him said he was one of the finest men that he’d ever worked with. He had a mild case of PTSD. Let me tell you, if everybody had a case of PTSD went out and blew something up, there’d be about 10,000 explosions a year in the United States.

Most people with PTSD, especially coming back from war, are not going to blow themselves up or shoot a bunch of people. It is a brain injury that they have suffered through traumatic brain injury or trauma or other things. So PTSD wouldn’t do it, period. I think any psychiatrist will tell you that. So what happened there? If you blow one of the security cameras up, you will see just before the explosion, the camera is focusing on the driver’s seat. In the driver’s seat, you see his head before the explosion. Now they claim that he blew out with an Israeli-made Desert Eagle 50 caliber pistol.

What that does is separate your head from your shoulders. I mean, just a blast. It blows your head right off. Well, here he is sitting there with his head intact, and you see his head move just a little bit. Boom, the explosion goes off. That’s the first thing. The second thing, you’ve got a special operator highly trained up in compartmented levels on explosives and explosive technology. Why in the world would he try to blow himself up with camping gas and other cheap materials in a Tesla truck when he could have taken out the whole half front of that building if he wanted to? Why did he do that? And why was it in a Tesla Cybertruck? I think many people, if not most people, know that Tesla Cybertrucks can be summoned.

If you lose your Cybertruck, you can press a button and it’ll drive that sucker over to where you are. So they can be remotely controlled. Cybertrucks can. Just a suspicious thing. And then we get the email that he sent to his friend, Special Forces friend, claiming that the FBI was tracking him. They were trying to get rid of him because he was about to blow the whistle on the drone program and some horrible thing that the US government had done in Afghanistan. And Sean Ryan had him on, and then Sean disappeared for three days for fear of his safety and his family.

And no one’s been able to debunk those emails sent by the, I’m not even going to say he was the bomber, sent by the Special Forces operator that was allegedly killed in the Cybertruck. It doesn’t add up. Now, just in my professional view, after looking at all of this, it was a psychological operation conducted by the shadow government, deep state. I mean, I make a differentiation between the two. The shadow government is specifically the CIA and its global control and control of the US. So this would be a CIA PSYOP to throw people off to a Tesla Cybertruck, blows up in front of the Trump Tower.

Give us all a break. When they do these psychological operations, sometimes they’re so stupid, but they know that people will believe them if they say them over and over and over. It’s like the passport of the terrorist after 9-11 that they found laying in the street, proving that the terrorist is on board. When the entire plane, the floors above and below were completely vanished, steel, concrete, marble, and yet they found a paper passport laying on the street. You know, that’s the kind of style of why they do. I think this is one of those, and I’m maybe the first one to just come out and say this.

I think this is one of those. You’re not going to find a man like this, pull up the Desert Eagle, and then blow a Cybertruck of all things up with simple chemicals in the back. The man was a professional. He never would have done it that way. And not to mention they found right-wing manifestos. Yeah, what a coincidence. They seem to always find those, don’t they? Yeah, I mean, they’re always, I mean, this is ridiculous, and I’ve heard from others that actually someone very credible told me that that truck went there twice. So I would think that maybe it was remote controlled back to that destination, and then it exploded.

Let’s get into, with that, now that we’ve covered that, thank you very much for that. The drone program, people are seeing these all over the place, right? And you said this is a 40-year-old operation, and they’ve been doing this program for a very long time, so now they’re everywhere. And I’ve always said that three-letter agencies really do run America behind the scenes. They do. Yes, they do. I’ve got the confirmation right there, folks. There you go. Yeah, I’ve proven that in several videos that I’ve done. Coming from Kevin Shipp himself, so the inauguration. Outside Washington, D.C., it’s already interrupted Marjorie Taylor Greene’s travel.

They had to come in through another direction to land the plane. This is a serious problem. I wouldn’t be putting Trump out there in the open to swear in on the Bible at all with drones flying around. What’s your thoughts on that? Well, I was a protective agent on the staff of William Casey when he was a director. And we had our own Secret Service-style detail, and we interfaced with the Secret Service regularly and routinely, especially if the president was visiting CAI headquarters. So I can tell you, this is a security nightmare. Two assassination attempts, these two recent bizarre events that have occurred, a lot of people within the shadow of Donald Trump gone.

I think that’s kind of right out there in our face. If I was them, and I’m not, but if I was them, I would have the inauguration at Mar-a-Lago under extremely heavy security. That’s what I would do. But we’re talking Trump here, and Trump’s not going to do that. He wants to get up there, and that’s fine. He wants to get up there in inauguration and say, see, I got here, kind of thing. I can’t blame him for that. But it is extremely dangerous, not just for him, but for Bobby Kennedy Jr. Bobby Kennedy Jr. and I have been going back and forth for two years about reforming its covert operational abuse of secrecy.

So there’s no question the CAI does not want Donald Trump in office. No question about it. Will they do anything to stop him? Well, just look at yours truly. They tried to erase me, and I’m working on a program right now, exactly how they do these operations. But they do not want Donald Trump in office. So he’s going to be standing up, probably nothing, at a ballistic podium surrounded by Secret Service agents. But he’s got 360 degrees and above him that are open areas. And a good sniper can hit easily. What about a drone? What about a drone? Or gee whiz, a drone, an alien.

No, really. I mean, this is ridiculous. I can’t believe he’s going to put it. We don’t know yet. He may, he still may just do this from the Oval Office or do it for Marlowe at the last second. He’s even having a rally the day before. I mean, it’s almost like he’s trying to pull them in and bait them and talk to them. The guy is bold, man. You got to give him that. Yeah, he is. So now that we know that drones are flying all over Washington, D.C., they’ve interrupted. They’re flying over Air Force bases.

They’re interrupting air travel. They’re a major problem. How do you suggest Trump handle this once he’s in office? What do we do with these? He said he’s going to disclose this to the public the day after he’s in office. Well, this year, I was going to try to get to him as soon as he steps into the Oval Office, if not before. In his first classified briefing. And I just put out a tweet this morning, just exhorting Donald Trump, do not let the CIA recruit him. They’re really good at that. And they’ll present sometimes, like in the case of Iraq, false intelligence to push the president to do crazy things or just to let them just go do what they want to do.

Trump has got to be so careful when he is around, period. And John Ratcliffe, who will be the new director, I support. I think he was the only one that stood up to defend Trump during the Russia collusion hoax, which was perpetrated. So when Ratcliffe gets in there, they’re going to have all kinds of knives out for his back. And just like James Woolsey said when he is director of the CIA for two years when I was there, Woolsey said, even though he was the director, they didn’t tell him anything below him. The director of operation, which I’m calling to be removed, the national clandestine service, and be put as his own agency away from CIA control.

They run everything, including the director himself. So Ratcliffe has got a war of darkness on his hands. And I hope that Trump, I think, but I hope with Bobby Kennedy having his ear, I hope Trump realized what they can do, the power that they wield, not just here in the United States, but globally. So are you telling me, my audience, saying, hey, man, don’t do the inauguration. At least don’t do it in Washington. Don’t do it there on the stage, on the big stage. Do it somewhere where you’re secure and safe. Yes, I would say if the inauguration goes ahead in the Capitol in Washington, I would go.

Just as my patriotic duty, even if it’s not really that much of a risk on the attendees, although there is some there, I would still go because I would support this new administration and the investigation into the shadow government. I would exhort, however, that that inauguration take place heavily guarded, 360 and above, at Mar-a-Lago. Or, as you said correctly, in the Oval Office, where he is completely safe. So you’re saying, wait a minute, so I’m confused. Are you telling people to go to Washington to see and support this, or are you telling them, are you saying for Trump to do it at Mar-a-Lago and then people go show support there? That would be the preference, go to Mar-a-Lago and have people support him there.

But just knowing Trump and his personality, I don’t think he’s going to do that. He’s going to go ahead with a full inauguration. In that case, I say, yes, go. Are we going to let them scare us away from reforming them? I mean, their biggest weapon is fear, making us afraid to even think about penetrating the shadow. We’re afraid to go to the inauguration, which a lot of this is probably about, and afraid to have anything to do with the incoming administration, which could be the greatest presidency in history if he dismantles the shadow government.

Go. I would say go. Support this new administration. Do not let them run you by fear. And I don’t believe in having fear to control anybody’s life, but I hate flight disruptions. I hate staying at the airport. I hate, you know, I just don’t like big crowds of people. That’s a matter of me, but I’m just, I don’t know. And you got to know what time it is. You got to know what time it is. You got to be able to read the room. And with everything going on with these drones, everything, I just would, I would not subject myself to that, to going to Washington, being with a big crowd of people, not knowing what the hell could happen.

There’s a five to 10 chance. I’m not any less patriotic. I’m just safe. I have self-preservation. Don’t blame you. It is a risk. I’d say there’s about 20% risk. 20%? Now to the people, I’m saying, not to the president. It’s probably more above 50% in his case than Bobby Kennedy and the others. But I guess despite me exposing the CI for what it is, I am a true constitutionalist and a complete patriot. I love this country. I’ll speak for me personally. I would take my personal risk and go to the inauguration. That’s up to each individual to make that decision.

I would never discourage anybody from going to support this new administration. But you’re saying it should be done at Mar-a-Lago. Yes. Okay. So then, I don’t know what to, all right. I’m going to go with that. I’m still, me personally. The personal decision for every person, it’s got to be about now. The decision, the secret service can only go so far in how they tell the president what he should or should not do. There are times when I was with the CI director, I saw this many times, the directors or the president would just ignore the secret service of the protective details advice.

And Bill Casey was late for a meeting one day. I’ll make this quick. We had two armored follow cars. He was late for a meeting and he got so upset. He got out of the armored limousine and started walking up through traffic to get to the office. Nothing we could do about it except put two agents on foot out there. So the president is the president. He will do what he wants to do. And I think with Donald Trump’s personality, there’s going to be an inauguration in Washington, DC. However, if it was done properly and if the secret service had this kind of authority over the president, which they don’t, it should be at Mar-a-Lago.

So it seems a little complex, but it’s not really. It’s really pretty simple. It should be at Mar-a-Lago. It’s not going to be. The next question is, okay, so are we going to go to it? And the main threat to you would probably be the drones? Yes. I mean, it’s common sense, right? Yeah. And then we have to ask ourselves this question. They’re documented. Those drones are up there. They’ve been filmed. They’ve been analyzed on and on and on. All the government says nothing to worry about, nothing to see here. Oh, why aren’t they shooting them down? Why don’t they have Air Force recon all over the skies up there to challenge these things or take them? It’s not just, well, we can’t track them because they go off radar.

They don’t even send the planes up. So there is a component of this drone program that is a covert CIA program. Now, will they use that program against the president? Is that what they’re threatening with all these drone sightings? Based on what I’ve seen in the shadow government, they’ll do anything. It’s a possibility. They don’t care what the people think. No, they don’t. They could care less about human lives at those levels. That’s scary. Yeah. I mean, and so even, even in an if, if a mass type of casualty event happened, it’d probably be even for the better for them, right? They even look at it like good.

We got our point across, right? It’s really not fear. So it’s not. So a lot of people are like, Oh, that’d be too obvious. They would never do that. No, they would do that because it would be that obvious. They would do that. And it’d be even a bigger boom. It would be a bigger punch to them because it’s still so much fear. Support this administration and we’re coming after you, which they’ve already done on social media and other places. Already targeted MAGA supporters, patriots, and CURT concerned. They’ve already targeted them through FBI investigations, wiretapping and everything else.

So they’ve all, they’ve already proven that they’ll do it. So yeah, they’re going to try to stop this inauguration. That should be foremost in everybody’s mind, including the transition team for the Trump administration. And I, knowing Bobby Kennedy Jr. knows, I know they are, how much they’re going to do. You know, I think maybe they’re smarter than where you realize. And if this is a covert CIA drone program, they’re going to have to, I’d hate to be on that detail. Let me tell you, how do you evac a president off the stage when something, the threats coming from above, you know, right? So, so you, you, you can say that when somebody tells me or writes me an email or leaves a comment that it’s too obvious, they would never do that.

You’re saying, no, the more obvious, even the better. They want people to fear that. And a mass casualty event would send a message that they would expect to every American support this administration. And you’re going to die. Or you’re going to lose your job, lose your health insurance, lose your career on and on and on it goes, which I’ve seen from the inside. So then that would just be adding more power to their, their fear tactics. And that’s scary. That is scary. Kevin Shipp, everybody. Kevin, I really appreciate you coming on.
