You could not dream of a more self-destructive opponent than this. Let’s start with the latest bombshell here. Just literally 36 hours ago, of course, you know the Supreme Court delivered a devastating blow to the lawfare crowd by ruling that federal judges can no longer grant nationwide injunctions against presidential executive orders. So specifically, this means Trump’s birthright citizenship executive order can now proceed in all 50 states. And Democrats are absolutely losing their minds over most especially New York Attorney General Letitia James. Now, if you don’t know, James is currently under federal investigation for the exact same type of fraud she accused Trump of committing.

Real estate fraud. Again, you can’t make this stuff up. Now, as we speak, we’re just getting reports that she is now openly defying the Supreme Court. James is in effect saying that she will refuse to comply with the ruling that is allowing for President Trump’s birthright citizenship executive order to take effect until the court gives a full ruling on the matter. So James is coming out and saying that she’s going to fight this and that she’s going to mount a legal resistance against the Supreme Court’s stay that allows the birthright citizenship EO to take effect.

So she’s openly challenging this court order. Now, the reason why this is so hilarious is because she’s the one. She’s the one who’s currently under investigation. The Federal Housing Finance Agency has referred Letitia James for criminal prosecution, alleging she falsified mortgage documents to get a better loan. Now, the FBI has opened a formal investigation and a federal grand jury has issued subpoenas. The woman who built her entire career going after Trump for allegedly inflating property values is now being accused of doing the exact same thing. And the allegations are damning.

She allegedly lied about a Virginia property being her primary residence to get better mortgage rates, despite being legally required to live in New York as Attorney General. And on top of that, she’s also accused of misrepresenting a five-unit Brooklyn property as having only four units to qualify for better loan terms. And get this, there’s even an allegation that she and her father signed mortgage documents back in 1983, claiming to be husband and wife. Again, you can’t make this stuff up, but this is just the tip of the iceberg. Because when we take a step back, we have to realize that the entire Democrat Lawfare strategy against Trump has collapsed like a house of cards.

Jack Smith’s federal cases, gone. He’s gone. His entire prosecutorial team fired. The Georgia case is effectively dead in the water. Even the Manhattan DA case that resulted in Trump’s conviction is likely to be overturned on appeal or dismissed. Moreover, House Republicans released a damning report showing how Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg and Judge Marchand violated Trump’s constitutional rights. And the report details how Bragg used what they’re calling an unconstitutional Russian nesting doll theory, where the jury never had to reach unanimity on the actual criminal elements. It was a complete travesty of justice.

And now, of course, the Democrats practice of judge shopping to find left-wing judges around the country to issue nationwide injunctions has been blown to smithereens as of yesterday. So what we’re seeing now is pure panic from the Democrat establishment. They threw everything they had at Trump, four criminal cases, civil lawsuits, attempts to remove him from ballots. And not only did it fail, it backfired spectacularly. As reported, of course, Trump’s poll numbers actually went up during the trials. The American people saw through their desperate attempts to interfere in the election. And now Letitia James is scrambling to use taxpayer money to fund her own legal defense.

I mean, think about that. The woman who spent years persecuting Trump is now asking New York taxpayers to pay for her own criminal defense. I mean, the hypocrisy is staggering. So the reverberations from Friday’s Supreme Court ruling continue to be utterly massive, and it’s forcing Democrats like Letitia James to completely double down on stupid. What’s the first rule when you find yourself in a hole? What’s the first rule, right? You stop digging. What Letitia James is doing here is she’s digging. She’s promising to, quote, defend the Constitution, all the while simultaneously she’s being investigated for violating federal law.

It’s a very definition of the inmates running the asylum. James filed 21 lawsuits against Trump, using New York’s resources to wage political warfare against our president. And now the tables have officially turned. And she’s the one facing potential federal charges for wire fraud, mail fraud, and bank fraud. But again, big picture. It’s because way beyond Letitia James, it’s about the complete failure of the Democrat strategy to weaponize government against their political opponents at literally every level. They turned the justice system into a partisan weapon. And now it’s coming back to bite them.

The American people rejected their lawfare tactics decisively in November. And now we’re seeing the consequences. Even the Supreme Court has completely shut them down. This is what is classically known as ironic justice, or poetic justice, right? Poetic justice in real time. The woman who promised to quote, get Trump is now getting gotten herself. The Democrats’ entire lawfare strategies collapsed. Their cases have been dismissed or discredited. And now their star prosecutor is facing her own criminal investigation. And she’s doubling down on resisting the entire system that she tried to weaponize. Letitia James could rage against the Supreme Court all she wants.

But the American people have spoken. We rejected their weaponization to justice. We rejected their lawfare tactics. And we’re watching their entire corrupt system crumble before our eyes. The era of Democrat lawfare is over the era of equal justice under the law is just the beginning. And Letitia James, she’s about to learn what it really means when nobody is above the law.
