Hey, it’s Dan. Welcome back. This is I alleged rape. And I’ve got a good one for you today because America’s decline is over with. The new era, things are going to pick up, business is going to get better, and all the signs are all around us. And first things first, guys, hit the like button. Subscribe to the channel, please. But first things first, the inauguration of Donald Trump was yesterday. 45th and 47th president of the United States, and made a laundry list of promises, like every presidential appointee does when they get into office.

And one thing that was very telling with this was, you’ve got a lot of people that were corporate CEOs from Amazon, Google, you know, Google founders, Google CEO. You know, the chat GPT CEO, open AI, he was there, Elon, all these different people, you know, that, you know, Tim Cook from Apple, everybody was there to honor the new president.

Now, the thing about this is that they have seen the decline in all their businesses, whether they wanted to go along to get along before, who knows. But one thing that’s funny is that it’s over with, guys. It’s done. You’re going to start to see more positive news on this channel, because things are going to get better. Will it happen by Thursday? No, no. But you’re going to see a lot of cool things happen over the course of the next few months, and you’re going to see better things happen with the economy. And it’s very, very exciting because, you know, a lot of business, a lot of investment in the United States, manufacturing.

I didn’t mention the manufacturing people, because it’s like I had, I could go crazy with who was there. I want you guys to also understand this. There’s people swimming in that pool right now. It’s 49 degrees out here. 49, 49 degrees. And they’re swimming at the Bellagio pool. You kids, have fun. Mom and dad are going to go to the house. So, needless to say, this big change is going to happen. But there’s going to be a lot of things first. You know, even Vladimir Putin stepped forward and Vladimir Putin said, this is good because this will prevent World War III.

He said that. There’s an article below that you can read about that. That’s what Vladimir Putin said. Huh? Okay. You know, Hosta just got relief, you know, from Gaza. Not enough, as far as I’m concerned. It’s two years too late, or a year and a half too late, whatever it’s been. But there’s a lot of stuff to cover in the news. And one thing I want to cover that was a funny story I did two years ago. And Anna from Isabel County wrote me this. And Isabel County is in Michigan. And they have a problem with the sheriff was so broke, they ran out of gas and couldn’t afford to fund the patrol cars going through the city.

But she says, oh my gosh, Dan’s talking about my county. And two years later, she says, I want to give you an update on things that are happening. Yeah, guys, listen to these stories because they’re crazy. And this is the stuff that’s going to get corrected right now. And you’re not going to see this happen. So, you know, they’re trying to build a police station. The police are under budget by five hundred and ninety thousand dollars to close the budget for the county, for Isabel County’s budget. Again, they’re going to stop doing things like this. You’re going to hold your politicians accountable now.

You’re going to hold your local city council people accountable. So, great story that she sent me. And then read the stuff below because it’s not local because it’s ridiculous, you know. Isabel County, which is funny, they started to build a new jail. But hey, we’ll figure out how we’re going to pay for it later. And it’s 50 million dollars. We don’t have the full budget yet, but we’ll get it. And when you see the pictures that she sent me, it’s dirt roads and dirt fields and stuff like this. But your tax dollars at work getting pissed away.

So, good stuff. And then Isabel County, at the end of 2023, they still haven’t fixed this one yet. They have asbestos in the building that they found. And if you guys live anywhere and you have the, you know, if you’ve been eating asbestos like it’s cotton candy, you got money coming to you, you know. So, they had to move the city offices, the county offices, to satellite offices that they’re still not in right now. Problem not solved. Again, this stuff is going to get solved in due time, guys. It’s going to be great. You’re going to see stuff like this go away.

And again, she did some research and found, you know, I did that story about how ridiculous it was that a, you know, sheriff’s department doesn’t have money for gas. Hey, listen, Ted, it’s going to park the car. You let me know if it’s serious or not over there. So, two weeks later, they put together funding to get the police more gas. Isn’t that fun? I mean, how ridiculous. That’s what we’re heading into, guys. That’s what we’re heading into. And one of the thing is that Vivek Ramaswamy, you know, there’s, you know, hey, he’s going to leave Doge right now.

Well, I don’t know if this is true or not, and it’s not, again, nobody voted for Vivek. Understand that, okay? But Vivek was going to be the second half of Doge. Well, the rumor is Vivek was going to get named Senator of Ohio when J.D. Dance got elected to the vice presidency. That didn’t happen, and they named the lieutenant governor. I know nothing about Ohio politics, so I don’t know if this person’s good, bad, or different, whatever. But the rumor was J.D. Dance was upset about this. Not J.D. Dance, but Vivek Ramaswamy was upset about this.

And so he said, forget it. You know what I want to do? I want to run for governor. Now, here’s the thing about that cat. That guy’s got dough. That guy has real money and is worth over a billion dollars, and he could fund himself to do anything. He could run for Isabella County Sheriff, if he wanted to, because he’s got that kind of scratch. So it’s going to be interesting to see what happens with things like this and with people like this moving forward, because you’re going to see stuff happen, and you’re going to have accountability.

Costco’s Teamster Union has agreed to a strike that over 84% of their 18,000 members vote that they want to go on strike right now. Wages, hours, you know, everything. I’m happy. So, I think you’re going to see more stuff like this, like pay us more, be fair. You know, I know a couple of people that work at Costco, and the hours are just demanding, and here’s the thing that’s crazy. I know somebody that lives in Corona, California, and they make them work in Fountain Valley, and there’s five Costos on the way to their job. And the guy has to leave at 5.30 in the morning so he doesn’t hit traffic, which is just terrible.

Now, next thing, which is unbelievable, is the Department of Justice has just filed a lawsuit against Walgreens, and what it did was they alleged they filled millions of prescriptions without proper medical adherence to the law as far as real prescriptions. So, you know, again, I talked about this earlier. A girlfriend with cancer, and, you know, they would give her, like, she’s supposed to take three pills a day for four days, and they’d say, okay, you have to come back in five days and get a new prescription. And there would be times I would be at the 24-hour pharmacy begging for something so that she’d be able to continue her treatments.

I mean, crazy. But these junkies can get drugs and get pills, and they’re going to have all this, you know, all this litigation and everything that’s going to go down from them. So these people have been charged with the crime, so it’ll be interesting to see how that gets played out over the course of the next few months. Here’s something that blows me away. The maker of Jack Daniels has had a horrible year in 2024. Jack Daniels sales are off an absolute ton. And the other thing that was just announced through the end of 2024 was champagne sales.

Champagne sales were off 10% last year. So, again, nobody’s celebrating, nobody’s buying, nobody has any extra money to do things like that. So they’re down. There’s a company, a food delivery company, Fresh Direct, East Coast. Think about this, $600 million in sales, and they’re getting slammed right now with the congestion fee and delivery fees, and they’re losing millions of dollars a month on their food delivery service. I’m telling you guys, I don’t use those things anymore, because when my girlfriend was sick, we did, she had all the different delivery apps for the different stores and things like that.

But it got to a point that was too expensive. When the world COVID went away, there was no need to have a delivery app for food and for things like that, you know. And again, I hate cold pizza, cold Thai food. There’s a Thai food restaurant in Huntington Beach I love to go to, and I have been in there, and I’ve counted the deliveries. The biggest I ever saw was 31 orders sitting there for the delivery people to come pick up. One guy picked up nine orders, which means he’s going to go deliver nine separate houses.

How would you like to be number eight or number nine in the delivery? And have to not, you know, oh my God, it’s just terrible. So, anyways, I’m not the Bellagio right now. It’s freezing outside. I don’t know how anybody could be at that pool. It’s just beyond that. Everybody needs a pink bear. Okay. You guys see that? See how much it is? How much is the pink bear? One of a kind, guys. $50,000. How much money is too much money? Okay. How about a piece of art that looks like a wheel in your house? That’s expensive.

How about a purse? Okay. I just showed you guys the bear for $55,000. Come on. Put money together and get me up. Can you make this up? Oh my God. And then there’s this. It’s just such a, it’d be such deep fog. And probably I got to know how much that brings to. So, let’s see. Ooh, guys. Yes. Okay. $275,000. Ow. No. Okay. There is a few things in the news still. Starwood Properties. Starwood Properties bought 151 houses here in the Las Vegas area. And this is news because their single-family house is worth $6.4 billion.

And they won’t disclose where they’re all at. But again, you know, people are going to say, hey, you will own nothing. You will be happy. No. What’s going to happen is these builders are about to go bankrupt. You’re about to see so many builders that won’t be able to finish things. Right now they’re going to have to liquidate things. Now, will things turn around? Of course they will. Things will get better. But they’re done. Nate Anderson, who ran a company called Hindenburg Financial, decided to close up shop. This guy was a short seller. He would go and he would do accounting for public firms.

And then he would accuse the CEOs of irregularities. He had 65 people charged with fraud, had people indicted. And he decided this month he works too much and made a bunch of money. But he’s also sick of the pressure of sleeping at night. No threats. No nothing. But again, bad news. Yeah, you bet. Okay. So he’s done. He’s done. You know, one thing that’s happening in Vegas, there’s a lot of expansion out here in Las Vegas right now. And what you’re seeing shows that people, you know, they… Hey, would you guys like to see this residency? Jennifer Lopez was a total bust.

Nobody can name me a Jennifer Lopez song. Okay. Exactly. You can’t. Okay. And the other one was the Black Eyed Peas. They were going to be at Planet Hollywood and they said, listen, because of the current situation in the economy, you know, no one’s buying your tickets, guys. No one’s going, oh my God, we got to book a hotel in Planet Hollywood and go there. So they don’t sell tickets. And they pay these people a boatload of money. Okay. So let’s go buy some artwork.
