Hello, everybody! This is Gerald Celente, and it’s Wednesday, May 27th, 2026, and once again, very privileged honor to have with us Judge Andrew Napolitano. No cat like him anywhere in the United States when it comes to the Constitution, the Bill of Rights, and a number of other things. And, Judge, you know, each week, you know, it’s so sad you keep writing about, you know, this amendment, that amendment, what amendment you’re talking about. There’s no amendments anymore, and your article is coming out this week, A Nation of Suspects. Some of the recent legal challenges to the use of surveillance by the Department of Homeland Security upon Americans have resulted in the revelation of truly terrifying behavior of the government in direct defiance of Fourth Amendment, the Constitution.

Again, week after week, week after week, defiance of First Amendment, Second Amendment, Third Amendment, Fourth Amendment, any amendment, they don’t exist anymore. And Homeland Security, you mean that that little arrogant boy, the daddy’s boy, little Georgie Bush gave us after 9-11? Oh, and hasn’t Homeland Security done so much for securing our homeland? It’s now a 250,000-person strong police department, nowhere countenance in the Constitution, dwarfing the FBI and the CIA and the number of police it employs. It is also the poorest trained police department in the United States. And they don’t show their badges and they wear masks.

Again, you mentioned the CIA, the FBI, Homeland Security, tell me the great things that they’ve accomplished. They have, in the case of the FBI, created fake crimes and then purported to solve them and patted themselves on the back. They have, in the case of DHS, murdered people who dared to defy them and demonstrate against them in the streets. In the case of the CIA, of course, they’ve murdered thousands and started wars. They’ve been the president’s private secret army. None of this even hinted at in the Constitution. And everybody listening, get back to work, because we’re stealing your money in the name of taxes to pay for this.

So shut up and do what you’re told. Right. Where the hell is the outrage of this? There is no outrage. All this stuff that I write about, all this loss of privacy, all this stuff I’ve told you about, like putting your hand up like this to say goodbye or good riddance to a DHS agent. If he takes a picture and has the right software in five minutes, he not only has your fingerprints, he has your banking, your medical, your legal, and your credit card records in his mobile device. And this is just the beginning of the AI world.

It’s either going to get much worse than that if they can’t get anything worse than that. Correct. I mean, because that’s already bad. As you pointed out to me earlier in the week, which is what gave me the impetus for the article in Great Britain, they just scan the streets. There are more brazen about it. They scan the streets with devices you can’t see, looking for faces that pop up on their iPhones, people they couldn’t arrest, people they couldn’t find, people they’re suspicious about. Well, they don’t even have a Fourth Amendment there. They don’t even have a constitution there.

They just have a tradition which is honored in the breach. Oh, they’re the royal family. The royal family. So I said if they were Italian, they’d call them mafia. What royal? They slaughter people all over the world and get dressed up in these Halloween costumes and kiss their ring. Yeah, the royal family. Every time I see Charles with his crown and his robes, I think about you and how you would react if you were in his presence. Yeah. Yeah. Look at this. Look at this. It’s a Halloween costume. I mean, that is really ridiculous that a human being would dress like that today.

What is he holding? It’s supposed to symbolize the world. Look at the arrogance. And again, it’s one little piece of scum after another in a country near you that’s destroying our world. Here’s the cover of this week’s magazine, Judge. Two warmongers are destroying the global economy and eight billion people paying the price, let them get away with it. Unfortunately, that is a true statement. And the same thing with this little clown by the royal family. Shove that royal crap up here. You know what? You’re murderers. Oh, the son never sets on the British Empire.

We slaughter people all over the world. They royalty crap. The king of this, the queen of that, the prince of this, the princess of that. Who the hell are you talking to? Oh, they’re much better than you. You’re just a little giddy from the Bronx. We’re royalty. And the people swallow this crap. That’s why two guys, warmongers, are destroying the total global economy and getting away with it because there’s no fighting back. And again, what you have in your article, you mentioned about the UK, right? Throw your FAU to see that UK.

Here on London streets, facial recognition tests the balance between security and liberty. That’s the language they use. Tourist shoppers and office workers in a busy London street on an ordinary weekend found themselves part of the digital identity check as live facial recognition cameras scanned faces against a police watch list. That’s probably coming here. I didn’t write it, but I guess I don’t have any evidence of it. But it’s probably coming here, just a broad swath of scanning police walking up and down the streets with mini cameras on. I haven’t seen that and I haven’t heard about it, but it’s probably coming here.

Oh, it’s going to come here. And look how they’re robbing us of our freedom. Every week you write about it, week after week after week after week, it’s one article after another. And by the way, these are in the Trans Journal. And you go on, the judges of the FISA Court surely know that the Department of Justice lawyers and the NSA agents who appear before them are going through a charade. And the court has been made part of it. The charade is the pretense that all spying is done pursuant to the warrants of the FISA Court judges issues.

Former NSA agents have revealed publicly that this is hardly the case. Explain. Well, the FISA Court issues warrants on a standard lower than the Constitution requires. Constitution says you get a search warrant if you can demonstrate under oath to a judge that the target, the person or the place, is more likely than not to produce evidence of crime. FISA issues search warrants, not on the basis of evidence of crime, but on the basis of evidence of speaking to foreign persons. Okay, so they go and they say Gerald Celente talked to a hotel in Florence, ostensibly to reserve a room there.

But since he’s an American, he spoke to a foreigner, we can now surveil what he says. That’s what the law allows. What the law doesn’t allow is for them to surveil everybody to whom you have spoken, which is what they do anyway. So they pretend they’re only surveilling pursuant to the warrant. Salenty spoke to a hotel clerk in Florence. In reality, they surveil anybody they want. One of my sources, I don’t want to give you his name, he’s a well-known NSA whistleblower, was present when the then head of the NSA, General Keith Alexander, since retired and become almost a billionaire by selling software to the government so they can spy more, said in front of everybody, capture it all, capture it all, spy on everybody, get everything, we’ll worry about the Constitution later.

It’s so sad what’s happened to this country. It’s heartbreaking. How did we get from the Constitution that assumes that an individual is sovereign, our rights are natural and inalienable, and the government may only legally do what the government have firmly authorized it to do where we are today? The answer is fear. Fear is the great tool. From authoritarians, fear of foreigners, fear of war, fear of crime, fear of drugs, fear of terror. When people are afraid, they will allow the government to take liberty in return for a promise of safety.

You’re right. You know, Judge, it’s not even the people. It’s the, they do what they want. We’d have no voice. They don’t care what we think. And it doesn’t matter who we elect because the people that fund the two of them also fund three-quarters of the United States Senate campaigns and four-fifths of the House of Representatives congressional campaigns, irrespective of political party. Irrespective of political party. As Pat and I famously said, the United States Congress, is it, only Pat could have said this, is Israeli-occupied territory. Look, what just happened with the elections with Massey, would they spend 33 million dollars to wipe him out? Right, as Congressman Massey famously says, they couldn’t buy me, so they bought themselves a seat.

You know, Massey has terrified them. He very shrewdly filed papers to open up a campaign committee, but he didn’t say for what. So they don’t know if he’s going to run for president in 2028 or if he’s going to run for the seat that he now has in five months. If he does, Kentucky law only requires a plurality, not a majority. He could still win. Yeah, I, again, to me, the government of the United States should be Massey and Napolitano, and we’d have a different country. Well, maybe Congressman Massey’s talking about a third party, because if he is the time to start it, if he wanted to be viable in 2028, the time to start it would be now.

In fact, it’s almost already too late. Ask our friends, I won’t mention their names, who managed Bobby Kennedy’s campaign when he was exploring a third party candidacy, what they went through. You know who I’m talking about. Guy that just knocked that guy out in Texas. They may be shooting themselves in the foot because the Republican nominee, the one that Trump endorsed, is so scandal-laden that this Democrat was really a lunatic. This Democrat might actually get in. I don’t think Texas has had a Democrat in the Senate since the era of Ronald Reagan.

You said the Democrat against him is a lunatic? Yes, he says crazy stuff. He’s a young, good-looking guy. He’s an Italian. His name is Tallarico. But he says weird stuff like, oh, I can’t think of weird stuff about sex changes. God wants you to have whatever gender you want, or some nonsense like that, then I’m sure the Republicans are going to play over and over and over again. On the other hand, the Democrats have tremendous dirt on this guy at Paxton. Tremendous. But that he won is really important, the same reason why Massie lost.

Correct. He really chose the power behind Trump and the money behind him. And Trump just came out as we went on the air. Trump says he won’t rush a Iran deal because, quote, I don’t care about the midterms. Wow. Well, he must care about the midterms because if the Democrats take the House, they’re going to impeach him dozens of times. And if they take the Senate, he’s going to have all these trials. His life will be miserable if he doesn’t care about the midterms. You know, I did a podcast with our friend Randy Critica last Friday, and I said on that podcast on WBI radio that there’ll be no ceasefire deal.

This is a lot of baloney. They’re doing it to keep the equity markets up and bring oil prices down. Agreed. And I said, they’re going to attack Iran over the weekend because it’s Memorial Day weekend, and they will attack either Saturday, Sunday or Monday because the equity markets are closed. And that’s exactly what Trump did. And there’s not going to be a peace deal. This is a headline that just came out on Ha Ha, that’s the Israeli newspaper. IDF orders evacuation of Tyre, largest city in Lebanon after Beirut. Two hundred thousand residents are being forced to leave.

The Israeli military said it began, you ready? Striking Hezbollah command centers on Wednesday, two hours after issuing an evacuation order for the Lebanese coastal city of 200,000 residents. They’ve already thrown out over a hundred people out of their homes in Lebanon. We said that this is a lot of crap when they were talking about the peace deal last week. Oh, that Netanyahu is not in touch with Trump and Trump’s doing what he wanted. We said that’s a lot of crap. They’re not going to have a peace deal. Israel will not let them have it.

One of the demands of Iran is that Israel has to withdraw from Lebanon, which they’re not going to do. They’re going to keep stealing more land, killing more people. And that guy Smoltridge, the defense clown, said he wants to turn it into another Gaza. In other words, demolishing it. Wow. Well, you forgot one thing. All paid for with American tax dollars. Yep. And again, no outrage. No outrage. This is hardly in the American news. Again, this is some of the Israeli newspaper hot X. It’s not in the American news. Right. And again, this is very serious.

This war is going to ramp up. And here’s what no one’s talking about that everybody’s forgotten about, as I believe. And again, you believe what you want, only by the facts. Let’s go back towards the 2024, 2025 that Trump was going to release the Epstein files and they never got released. I believe they have a loaded dirt, the Israelis on Trump. And that’s why he’s going to do everything that he wants them to do. Scott Ritter, Colonel McGregor, Professor Mir Shimer, Professor Sacks, all agree with you. Yep. And again, that two warmongers are destroying the whole planet and eight billion people can’t stop them.

It’s beyond the belief. Yeah. Yeah. What else is going on, Judge, that you see important? Oh, boy. Well, Putin’s about to level Kiev. Foreign Minister Lavrov called Marco Rubio saying you better get your people out of the American embassy because it’s not going to exist after another week because Zelensky’s people under the direction of MI6 and with the connivance of the CIA attacked a girl’s dormitory in a Russian college and killed 25 of them in their sleep. This is just insane. I mean, put aside a war crime, put aside murder, put aside the heartbreak.

This has riled up the Russian people and the Russian government like nothing has in the past five years. And we’re about to see devastation to the governmental centers in Kiev. When Sergei Lavrov, the Foreign Minister of Russia, called the State Department to talk to Rubio. He was told the secretary of states in India, Lavrov said to his person, tell them he must take the call. They rerouted it to India. Rubio took the call and Lavrov said, clear your people out of the embassy in Kiev if you want them alive. Well, again, you know, this is people have no idea about this.

I was out the other night and I talked about, you know, both governments, whether it’s genocide, Joe or Trump, they couldn’t stand Trump. I said, they’re the same. This is the Trends Journal magazine from 2014. About the United States overthrow the democratically elected government of Viktor Yanukovych in 2014 under the Obama administration with Victoria Nuland. People have no idea about this. So they they hate Trump, but they love genocide, Joe, and they love Obama. You know, it’s ridiculous. It’s a crime syndicate. Judge, who do you got coming up on Judging Freedom? I mean, Trump himself in one of his less lucid moments, which is more than his lucid moments actually said that.
