It. Welcome to Going Rogue with Lara Logan. My guest is arguably the bravest and boldest man in America. Why do I say that? Well, because Heman Mottahedeh is taking on the IRS and has been doing so successfully for several decades. I think it’s more than 30 years. And what do I mean by taking on the irs? Well, if you are one of those people who has read the Creature from Jekyll island or knows that the Federal Reserve is neither federal nor, nor has any reserves and has been looking at the US Constitution and wondering why on earth our ancestors did so much in Boston at the Boston Tea Party to not have taxation without representation.

But we do nothing about the violations, potential violations of current, the current tax code against American citizens. So this is a controversial subject. Obviously, it’s one that goes right. It reaches into the hearts and homes of people all across America. Every single one of us is affected by this issue. It’s something people talk about around the coffee table, you know, and, and at home at the dinner table. But it’s one of those things that nobody wants to talk about in public very much because you get branded a conspiracy theorist. You get, and worse, you could potentially get targeted by the great beast which is the irs.

The one thing that probably more Americans fear than anything else. So with us today to take on this subject is Payman. And Payman is you’ve had a very interesting history. You are an American citizen. You came here a long time ago when you were much younger and you are Iranian, but you are also Jewish. And, and you seem to have no fear. Payman, just tell us, like, what is the, is your headline that American citizens should not be paying taxes because there’s no law requiring the people of the 50 United States to file and pay income taxes.

We’ve been deceived to become slaves. Okay, can you explain that? What do you mean by there’s no law? Well, the U.S. constitution was written in a way by the founding fathers that when the states created the federal government, it would not have the power to enslave American people. Amen to that. Yes. So the direct taxation by the federal government has to be apportioned or divided up among the states like members of Congress. So when the international bankers created the Federal Reserve System, they didn’t want that to be in the way of collecting taxes to pay interest on the debt that the federal government will have, borrowing money made out of thin air by fraud from the Federal Reserve.

So they pretended that the 16th Amendment of the US Constitution changed the Constitution and allows the direct Taxation of the people of the 50 countries, 50 states by the Washington, D.C. government, but it did not do so. U.S. supreme Court has said that the 16th Amendment of the Constitution did not give Congress any new taxing powers. Break that down. Right. Because there’s a lot there for people to unpack. So when we talk strictly as a matter of law, and I know you’re president of the Freedom Law School, you founded that in 1996, and people can go to your website, freedomlawschool.org everything if there’s anything you want to follow up on, if there’s anything that’s not clear, because I’ll be honest, I watched some of these videos over and over again until I really understood them.

So your point when it comes to the law, and, and you correct me if I’m wrong, is that the IRS is Bible right, Is the tax code. And in the tax code. There you go, you got it right there. In the tax code, when it defines the United States, it says the United States is the definition of the United States. The legal definition for the purposes of the law is the United States to include the District of Columbia, but it does not mention the 50 states. And so what you have maintained using case law in front of the Supreme Court is that you can’t tax people on the basis of implication.

You can’t say, it implies that this includes all 50 states. And then you point to a section in the code regarding, say, gas taxes where under the definition, it specifically mentions the 50 states and the District of Columbia. And so you’re showing the contrast that when it comes to personal income tax, there’s no mention of the 50 states. And when it comes to gas taxes, there is specific mention. You know, some people might say you’re cherry picking from the law, but it does appear from what you have collected that the United States Supreme Court supports your position.

And I tell you what, I found the most, one of the most profound things I learned from you is when you took that opinion from that Supreme Court decision that said that where there’s any doubt, it falls against the government and in favor of the citizen. I love that, of course. So can you, I mean, did I get that right or can you tell me, can you expand on that? You’re absolutely right about that in that the United States is not the 50 states in tax law, income tax law, unless otherwise specifically mentioning the 50 states.

And this is by not my opinion, by the US Supreme Court decisions. And they had to do it this way because otherwise the income tax law would be unconstitutional. It is Constitutional only in the District of Columbia, and that’s why they wrote the law that way. But the truth is hidden in plain sight in the Internal Revenue Code. This is the federal tax laws, the bible of the irs. The definitions of are hidden in the back, not in the front for you to see. So we’ve been scammed and lied to again. So when was the last time? I mean, have you ever paid taxes? I haven’t filed a paid income tax for over 30 years.

I’ve been on the criminal investigation and other investigations for over 30 years, including today, right now. They never even dared to indict me, to try to put me in prison for not filing or paying income taxes because they know in case of a jury trial, I will win. I have a lot more. Bigger name recognition, publicity, and my message will reach a lot more slaves to be free. They don’t want that. They’d rather just keep it on the law. Heyman, listen, it is very stressful to have the IRS go after you. Nobody wants that. Have you survived it for 30 years? Well, because I came to America from Iran, where you have no right to free speech.

You could not criticize a king. You could be kidnapped, taken to jail, tortured for how long, executed just for criticizing the king. Shah of Iran came to America. And I said, wait a minute, You Americans I saw on television, you’re supposed to be free people, a free country, but you’re not. Why? You have right of free speech, right to free press, you know, right to bear arms, write the jury trial. So many more tools that you just got to assert it. And I understood the constitution back in 1992. I was taught by some wonderful patriots in America, thought, well, all we got to do is just speak up and follow the law and force a law on our public servants.

They work for us. We don’t work for them. So I found our ignorance is the root of the problem. So I started teaching Americans. But I found that most Americans are so being brainwashed to be afraid of the irs. Whoa, Ira. Afraid. Afraid that they won’t even look at it. No way. They come to my seminars back then. Like, I invite a bunch of my neighbors and friends. 1992, come hear about this. No one showed up. I thought, what? Don’t you guys want to be educated? Don’t you want to be free? State goes way back to Federal Reserve and income tax in 1913.

Okay, let’s talk about that, because, you know, you made a wonderful movie, and I would encourage everybody to watch it. It’s called Slave Nation. And you can find it on your website. And I really enjoyed watching it, actually. And so I. And it was very easy to follow. It lays out a lot of. And some of your history as well. But just take us through. You know, a lot of people have read the Creature from Jekyll island, obviously, when the cabal got together, including JP Morgan, Chase and people like that, and went to this island in the south, I think off the coast of Georgia.

Right. And I love the quote in the film about them only using their first names so the servants wouldn’t know who was there. And they created an organization. Well, really, they created the central bank system. And I think this is an idea that actually a growing number of Americans are talking about. The idea that the central banks, rather than being. Well, they’re not banks, first of all. We don’t know these kind of things. And secondly, they don’t operate to protect us and protect banking. They operate to protect themselves. And in so doing, we are rarely enslaved by them because we can’t get out from this system.

So you referred in the beginning to some of the things that were agreed at Jekyll Island. Take us through what those were. The Federal Reserve is a cartel of private bankers who’ve been allowed to make money, literally by fraud, out of thin air. Just like if you go in a garage and print bunch of money. Yeah. Loan it to government at interest. High interest, by the way. Yes. 6% interest was by law. That 6% had to be paid back by federal government. And they don’t want the state to interfere with the federal government collecting tax to pay the bankers.

So to facilitate that, they had to create the belief in American people that they need to pay the income tax directly to the federal government and bypass their countries, the states. Because America is not a country. We have 50 countries, just like European Union. Yeah. Because that’s what they did successfully in 1913. They got that myth going. The 1930s, it started payroll taxes, Social Security taxes, very tiny. Then 1940s, during the war, they started withholding from people’s paychecks. It was not until the 1950s that they said, okay, we got the Americans suckered. Good. Let’s pretend this thing is really mandatory and really enforcing it.

So that’s when the Joseph Stalin of the Irish era started. But even Joseph Stalin era ended when in 60s and 70s, Soviet Union started becoming weaker and weaker. And by 1991 with Gorbachev, it fell apart. And that is what’s going on with the IRS right now as we speak. IRS is not that good Zilla. That for decades, the media and our own paid account and CPA tax attorneys have brainwashed us to believe, oh, they’re going to get you. They get you because it deceived you to do the very thing that gives your enemies, the IRS, the power.

And that is sign that 1040 income tax confession form under oath. You swear you with the IRS money. You beg the IRS to accept your expenses, deductions and credits. Otherwise they can mess with you and take all your stuff. If you don’t do that, you are a free man and woman, Lara, because there’s 80 million approximately non filers already. So one more non filer don’t even notice. 80 million non filers. Where does that number come from, Eamon? How do you know that? Because in 1998 I have a letter on my website, freedomlawschool.org from the IRS to this guy that says that the estimate that in 1996 tax year there was 63 million Americans who did not file tax returns, who Iris believed should have filed a tax return based upon the W2 and 1099 information that third parties has got given to the IRS.

Right. So we can take that from 96 to 2026. Yeah, 80 million plus. So really it’s the IRS’s own data that you’re using, relying on. Yes. Yeah. So okay, that’s one question here. So if you have filed because you know, according to you, when you file that tax return, right, you’re. That’s a contract between you and the IRS For a one year only. For that one year. Yes. So having filed your taxes for one year or 10 years or whatever it is, if you no longer want to file them according to what you’re saying, you don’t have to by law.

Just like if you take your vaccine jabs every year, you can stop now. Same here. You get tax return confession form. Now, are you not worried that people who follow you but don’t maybe have your resources or don’t have your resourcefulness are going to get themselves into trouble and maybe end up in prison? You know, I’ve done this for decades and not even one of my students who came to me clean, stop filing and paying taxes with me, stayed with me to follow my procedures, has ever gone a tax prison with the IRS for not filing or paying income taxes, nor had the bank account paycheck levied by the IRS or home or property taken.

That’s my track record for 24 years. So of course, you know, in the age of cancel culture and targeted meteor attacks and all the rest of it there’s plenty of detractors online if you search your name and they point to this one guy that got into all kinds of trouble. Was anything different about his case? Sure. Richard Grant has followed other people’s methods before he came to Freedom Moscow, that I did some work for him. He was charged. He did not get the attorney that I wanted to work with me. He got his own attorney, which I tried to work with.

And so his attorney did not or neither. Richard Grant worked with me. So that’s why he lost, because he didn’t follow and stay with me. But he had his mother’s milk. He went to ABC High School and went to Fair Law School, too. Doesn’t mean it was my fault or the ABC High School. You know, if I was wrong, you expect to have dozens and dozens of my students go to prison already, including myself. You look at the proof that the IRS is after me, the head leader, and they can’t even get me because they know I’ll beat them.

Are you worried that there are IRS agents sitting there listening? You know, they’ll be listening to this and they’ll be like, we’re going to get that guy. They’re listening to me all the time. For 30 years, they’ve been checking me out. So what? I follow the law. They are the outlaws. And I want to make sure that they follow the law and leave the American people alone. Sherri Perry Jackson.

Peter Jackson, Yes. And I was so moved by her because she was an IRS agent and she had seen the system from the inside. Like the, you know, some of the best attorneys I know are the ones that were prosecutors, saw what was wrong with the justice system and came into private law to fix it instead of to get a cushy job and, you know, and use their connections to bury people. And she was. She was very convincing, I have to say. It was disturbing. And she described how all the corporations have accountants and lawyers and everybody.

I mean, it’s. They have accountants, right? You know, they want to challenge the IRS or take on the irs. They can do that easily. But what who the IRS really targets, who they come off the most are the individuals. Because, like you and me, because we don’t have any of that individuals that file that 1040 income tax confession from unrolled. Go get your tax Return from black. Read it. It says under penalties of perjury. What does that mean? Your accountant didn’t tell you that? That is what gives the IRS the power to mess with you because you confess to owing the IRS money under oath.

If you don’t file, IRS legally has to create a tax proposal and give the chance to have a full blown trial in US tax court. And they have under 20 judges. There’s no way they can have 20 judges go after 80 million non files every year. It’s impossible. So the trick is stop filing the 1024. Okay, so if people come, if they want to go to Freedom Law School, right, If they want to follow your method, do you have the capacity to be there for them every step of the way? For three separate federal tax crimes combined. Nine years of prison for one signature you voluntarily gave to the irs. If you don’t do that most is one year, which we can make it zero because we recommend everybody write your congressman.

These petitions have the law in them, quoted and attached. Said, congressman, I owe zero. I’m telling you that the law is on my side. If I’m wrong, show me you stop the deep state. You have the power. You should do that. But if I’m wrong, tell me and I will pay my fair share of taxes. And how many times has the congressman shown us wrong? Zero times. Because we are right and they know it. As long as they got you bamboozled in your brain, they control your belief that Irish will get you if you don’t file.

They have you as a slave. You have seven basic steps to follow. Right. Can you take us through them briefly? Sure. Number one, follow the law. We teach you why they. People in 50 states are not required to fall and pay federal income taxes. Only the residents and citizens of Washington D.C. basically have to pay income taxes. Step two, stop following those 1040 confession forms. Stop listening to that CPA accountant, tax attorney who does not know the law. They pretend to know the tax law, but they don’t. They’re just four fillers, basically. Okay? Because that’s when you start being free.

Step three is realize that the IRS gets its power based upon deception and bluff. Just like the Corona hoax. They convince people that you’ll die if you don’t take the vaccine and don’t have six feet apart and lockdown don’t gonna work. And people lined up to get the job. Many people did, voluntarily. Not me, not you, not me. But the vast numbers of people did. Crazy numbers of people fell for it. Yeah. So people say, oh, if I don’t file, they’re gonna pick on me. No, there’s already 80 million people that don’t file that you join them when you stop filing the 1040 form.

So you’ll be just fine. They’re attacking fathers because they’re slaves by that 1040 signature. Step four is, as I said, write your lawmakers. They work for you. You are the boss. Act like it, think like it. Say, here’s the petitions for free at freedomlawschool.org show me where I’m wrong and I will pay my fair share of taxes. Certified mail. You have a record of that in Case the IRS wants to come after you criminally. Yeah, the jury. Here it is. Jury I ask. I did my homework and with your good faith by law you could not go to prison.

The government must prove your bad faith to not pay taxes you believe you owe. And they cannot do that with these petitions. So you’ll be free. So those are the absolutely three steps. The optional ones is number five, none of my students have gone to prison, as I said. And none of my students ever had their bank account or paycheck levied by the IRS or were property taken. I’ve done this for 24 years. Plus this program. Now comes step six, that Restore Freedom plan modeled after America’s founding fathers. They don’t pay the T tax, they pay George Washington and the founding fathers to come together and restore freedom.

He’s done it for over 30 years openly teaching Americans. If he can do it as an immigrant, he you could do as Americans born here easier. So what was the moment that you realized that as you put it, the American people were not free as they thought they were? Well, back in the early 80s in my economics classes at the University of California I learned about, you know, libertarianism and I became a libertarian party member activist in 89 but at that time I already knew, you know and back in 92 I heard about this, the talk radio program in LA, KFI show and then I went to the meeting she had and was like what? Why are we paying them Republicans Republic rats the unit party.

We’re going to elect libertarians by not paying income taxes we don’t owe. And now we can have money to elect Ron Paul’s and Tom and smasses today to get our country back because that’s ultimately what we have to do. Okay, well what about people who don’t support Rand Paul and Thomas Massie? You want to support? Elect someone that defends your rights. Believe in the US Constitutions was made and written to protect your rights, protect your freedoms. They work for you, not the big banks, the corporations and all these crooks. Powerful money of interest. The problem is politicians are forced to be slaves, whores of the people, billionaires with money, FC gang.

Yes. And the average person has no money to support them. So they’ll represent you because you don’t help them get elected. So when you see that the federal government now under Trump has taken $10 billion of funding away from the IRS, what do you think that means? That is great news, Laura. I don’t think I’d say that because IRS is really is in shambles.

It was in shambles already in 2011. They started a very major decline with forced collect have dropped by over 90%. Why? Because they’re such a lazy, disorganized, irresponsible organization running a 1960s computer Cobalt computers that they cannot come after you. So one of the things they did, they said, look, IRS, here’s a list of 100 richest non fathers that we identified that they each owe the IRS about $100 million.

Go after them, collect that easy 10 billion. What was the IRS answer? Take a hike, we’re not going to do it. So you compiled the list and gave it to the IRS? No, the US treasury auditors did that. Oh, the US treasury audited. They did the top of the IRS. They could not spare 10 agents to each of them. Go after just 10 of these that he sold the IRS non filers, high income. They collect taxes because employees are forced by the employers to sign a W4 form to allow the employer to steal their money.

Now in a no wind war, you know, you know, far more difficult than Vietnam war or, you know, or Iraq. So say, who is there that truly represents the American people? I think really people like Thomas Massey, Rua Khanna, Marjorie Taylor Greene, there’s a few people like that in Congress out there that, you know, try expose Epstein gang.

Okay, we get a lot more people like that in there. But that will happen when you stop paying the criminals in D.C. have the money stake for your family. So hopefully, hopefully, because the Thomas Massey’s in the rampels, the reality is they’re not president, they’re not in that position right now. And we are on the verge of being in a position where those who take power, if they can, are going to abolish the electoral college, amend the Constitution. You only needed 2/3 of the states to amend the Constitution. And right now, I mean, how many Democrat controlled states are there? How many Rhino controlled states are there? More than 20.

So you know, you’re not that far away. So not that anybody’s perfect. Right, because they’re not. But it just, it certainly is a moment. You’re, you’re absolutely right. In the last 10 years, things, the veil has really been lifted. Whether you call it red pilling, you know, whatever you call it, the veil has been lifted and people are more encouraged to talk about this. But you were doing this long before, before that. You were doing this when it was really hard to do this and when it was really terrifying. It’s still scary, but it was really terrifying.

When you’re alone on the battlefield, right, when you’re looking to the left and you’re looking to the right, that is a, you know, not an easy place to be. So. But it’s because people have been willing to challenge and plug away at this and take the risk that all of us can at least start asking the questions. So I think your point is educate yourself, right? Don’t be afraid to ask questions. Educate yourself. I’m by no means a tax expert. You know a lot more about that side of it than I do. But what I know is that when people start asking questions, the truth really does matter.

And there is only one truth. The Federal Reserve is either federal or it’s not. It either has reserves or it doesn’t. The IRS is either a private corporation that was incorporated in Puerto Rico, right, or it isn’t. And the law is what it is. And the Supreme Court has made the rulings that it is made. So whether we’re brave enough to challenge it or whether, you know, whether you support that or you don’t support that, I’m just grateful to you for not just asking the questions, but being brave enough to live and walk that path. And I think that’s inspiring.

I suggest this though, it doesn’t take bravery. Honestly, people give me a lot of accolades for that. But truly I believe that the confidence comes with knowledge and the slavery comes with ignorance. Think about the Corona jab. Like, you know, you have, like, you know, a thousand new subscribers for some while was going up and then somebody or bodies, we don’t know exactly who. We suspect IRS or IRS related entities. We don’t know exactly at this point, they start all these hacking attacks on it like it’s a bunch of baloney, bunch of nonsense. You know, stuff like that. So the group didn’t reach 100,000 members. Okay. They stalled at nights of 1,000. Facebook would not put it out.

The guy that owned it, owns that Facebook group. His accounts were suspended. His business had. Was affected by that negatively because they attacked him personally. So anyhow, we helped him through with that problem. So now he’s. He can. That Facebook group, you know, is growing again right now. There we go. Since this guy released a few days ago from 97,000. Look at this. This federal income tax strike, okay, we’re taking our nation back. Okay. Is now over 108,000 members. Yep. And it was stuck at 97,000. Okay, so this tells you the mood of the American people.

I’ve been talking about government corruption. We lost the control of our public servants out there. They work for you and me. We don’t work for them. But American people for decades were just content and believing, oh, we just got good people. I mean, I had a friend of mine, I remember her sister said, oh, I was telling her about 30 years ago about Bill Clinton being much a crook and criminal. And her comment was, oh, I didn’t realize my president was so bad. And what struck me about that was the mentality this person had that the government somehow is your relative like your mom or your dad.

Well, I didn’t. My dad used to be a terrible guy. Used to beat up little kids all the time, you know, or my mom used to like to torture little dogs and cats. I didn’t know that about mom and dad. But these guys, they don’t have no relationship with you individually. They’re just politicians, government workers. So why are you feeling like you have to have a connection with them? Like you give them the benefit of the doubt. But now it’s gone with Epstein files coming out and people seeing it was in part a Mossad, you know, blackmail operation.

They got members of Congress, many of them, and presidents and people influence the power blackmailed because they catch a videotape him on, you know, sexual things they should not be doing right. And none of these guys got punished. And Justin’s stake was getting higher. Oh, guess what happened. We have a war with another country, Iran on behalf and for Israel. So now we can’t focus on Epstein anymore. Right? Who is running America? These billionaires, right? Who are these people? Right? No more Epstein files will be released to you American sheeple. You’re too dumb and stupid. That’s their attitude about you.

I only income is Social Security and a 401k and I’m on Medicare. So does that anyway impact my ability to not file a 1040? Nope. That’s it, that was simple.

Anything else? Not really. So they’re not going to, you know, they kind of put you in that trap with Medicare on quote, quote unquote income and this, that and the other. So that’s why I was asking. I’m not an expert on Medicare. Let me tell you something I do not believe in personally, so you know my biases. I don’t believe. Let me lie to you about many things. Okay, Let me give you a full answer. Okay? This thing in front of me, this is $1 bill. It’s not a dollar, it’s actually a receipt, okay. For the 1oz of silver coin that used to be a dollar until 1964.

Okay. And this $20 in my hand, I’m going to show you right now, it’s not $20 either. This is a receipt, a Federal reserve note for one ounce of gold. That was until 1933 at $20. So women lie to about many things. And I despise the corrupted, crooked current medical system. It’s focused upon what? Your symptom. So first thing I would tell you is get rid of that Medicare or don’t use it because the only solution they’ll give you is those cut your body up, poisoning with drugs, chemotherapy, stuff like that.

They don’t give you real care. The real care is you take care of yourself with health. I’m 63 years old and all the people tell me, pima, you look very healthy, very energetic for someone 63 years old. I still sprint. Yes, I do. How? Because I eat well. I don’t eat the regular commercial garbage. I eat grass fed beef. I eat pasture raised chicken and eggs. Okay. I have bone marrow. I also eat organ meats. I also eat raw meat sometimes too. I take care of myself. My big problem, you know, with the health insurance is that if you’re in a wreck or an accident and you can’t speak for yourself or anything, you’re all sudden in the system, there’s nothing you can do about it. Sure. What state are you citizen or resident of? Arizona. Okay. Well, if you go to our website, you see the truth for yourself that the people required to follow up income tax are citizens and residents of the District of Columbia, not the 50 states.

Whether it’s income tax on your wages, commissions, business income, okay, Capital gains from stocks, bonds, real estate, precious metal, cryptocurrency, whatever, it doesn’t matter because District of Columbia is a 51st country, 51st jurisdictions, literally that separate from each of the states of the union, which are countries to their own. In the Union, just like in Europe, you have Germany, France and Italy as part of the European Union. They’re countries as well. So you’re not from D.C. so none of the income you make from any source, including precious metal games, is taxable by that foreign country in a District of Columbia.

Well, I have been thinking for myself as you said earlier and you guys, your website, y’ all have helped me come to the realization that I do not need to pay income taxes in 2025 was the first year that I skipped April 15th signing the income tax confession form. Very good. Very good. Congratulations. What? I have a corporation and I have a payroll service. So I sent them the letter saying that do not withhold anything from me. This was in March and they stopped withholding and they. I guess on April or April 15, they filed the taxes and they sent me a refund check already, so less than a month.

I already got a refund from the taxes that they took out of my first couple of checks. Do you have employees or just yourself? It’s just me and my wife. Okay, gotcha. All right, Continue, please. Huh. But, yeah, my question is going to be, what kind of a battle do you think I’m going to have with the IRS if they’re going to send me these scary letters or anything like that? Or is it just kind of wait and see and go from there for 2026? Well, that’s a very good common question. People ask me all the time what happens.

Okay, let me show you. Let’s go to our website feed on law school.org with the seven steps. Okay, when you go to step three, step three is one of the most critical steps of the seven step. You got to really know, because step three covers how IRS is the true wizard of Oz. Creation of the corrupt major media which has lied to you many, many times over the decades. That the Irish is so powerful, will eat you alive if you don’t follow up, pay your fair share of slavery, taxes, and Dorothy and friends shaking her boots.

What would happen if I don’t find out? Nothing is going to happen. 99% plus you were simply left alone because of step three. I’ll show you guys that IRS operates on deception and bluff. They are bluffing, you folks, because why? First thing is, there’s over 80 million not filers, okay? The proof and documentation is there, okay? IRS is also under severe labor shortage and is so incompetent to begin with. They’re so broken up. The computer systems are totally antiquated to the 1960s. They have over 100 computer systems. That’s right. As an American, okay? You have A right to trial. To a trial for taxes. There’s no automatic IRS coming after you because of your W2 or 1099 or K1 form someone sent about you to the IRS. There is no such thing. You have a right to challenge them. They have only 30. Less than 30 tax credit judges. That’s right. They’re in such a bad shape, folks, okay? And it’s all in step three, all this stuff. They’re leaving high income non filers alone. Even, even high income non filers are leaving alone because they cannot even keep track of, you know, can’t even take calls from filers who want to pay them.

They do not have enough people to take calls from fathers who want to make a payment plan. Imagine you have a company, your company, Mike, you are so incompetent and short on help. A customer calls saying, I’m ready. I want to buy your product. Right now. They’re on hold for over two hours for you to take the order. That’s the IRS. Okay? So no, they will leave you alone 99 plus percent. But if you want that 100% guarantee, okay, we’ll all be one. That’s an option. You can do it on your own. So I’m just wondering, on that form it does state something about perjury.

Okay, what state are you. Are you following tax reserved with. I’m in Michigan. Michigan. Okay, so what’s your question about that? So if I have to fill out a state form, it does state on there that it’s something about perjury. They all do. So you don’t have to spot with the state of New Michigan because Michigan does follow the federal law and definitions. But some people choose to file state income tax because they don’t even mind it, or the state is aggressive. They say, I’d rather not deal with the state. So that’s something totally up to you in front of me.

Michigan is. We have a screen. I don’t think Michigan is. We have it as. Yeah, it’s piggy pack Federal, but it’s not so aggressive. Michigan. I don’t think so. I think we need to change that. It’s not so aggressive. It’s kind of milder. So we gotta update this map, by the way, a little bit so you don’t have to file with the state if you don’t want to, in my opinion, you know, but you can if you want to. It’s one of those things. I cannot make that decision for every individual on that because, you know, it’s just too much work.

It really is to know the state Income tax laws of over 42 states that couldn’t even have a state income tax law. And the tax is much smaller than the federal. And I gotta learn all these 42 states laws and then teach other people to help you challenge them. It’s a monumental task. Okay, there’s nobody that can do all that stuff. So that’s why I’m honest with people. Look, they’re probably gonna leave you alone, but I don’t want to mention things guaranteed. You know, sometimes I do give people on a case by case basis, a state tax protection.

25% of our membership of the federal could be for state protection. Sometimes we can do that. We do that, but usually that doesn’t happen. So that’s why we tell people, look, you can file with state pay, that or not. So you want to file, don’t file. I agree. I think that’s the way to go personally. That’s what the law says. But some people say, oh, I realize that, but I sleep better at night. If I pay the state off, I don’t have to worry about it. Okay? If they want to do that, that’s their choice. But you look like kind of guy says Peymon.

I rather not. I don’t want to sign anything on the penalty perjury, so don’t you. Your problem is solved. So I, I have, I don’t have employees. I have some subcontractors and I’ve been a business owner for 39 plus years. I still have to send them a 1099. I don’t know if that’s going to set up a red flag that I’m no longer going to be, you know, filing up federal income tax any longer. Oh man, you have a good brother. I can even protect you, okay, from state tax because you are not an employee employee.

You’re not a sitting duck with one source of income from your employer that the state can come and say, give me a portion of Brian’s funds. As a business owner, you have different clients, multiple sources. Your risk is much more spread. So much so I can even probably protect you from state tax protection on a Restore Freedom plan, which will be 25% additional on top of the IRS part and you are free. And on top of that, I got great news for you, Brian. You as an elder statesman, as the grandfather of the people around you, okay? As a man with almost 40 years of business ownership, okay, with his subcontractors younger than you, you could educate them to be free.

And Sam, guess what? I will not even 10, 9, 9 anymore because I Don’t have to. You don’t need to. You don’t have to file a bay federal income tax. They will love you. Say, oh man, I want to work for you versus the other guys that 1099s me. They could join a Restore Freedom plan or not. That is their choice. But you’re going to get yourself a lot more business, a lot more loyalty from soft contracts because you educate them about no law requires 99% of Americans defined payroll taxes. Okay. You’ve been on so many different interviews with so many different people.

I would absolutely love to see you get on Joe Rogan’s podcast. And you know that your message, your plan, your program would get out to, you know, millions and millions of people. And that would be amazing to see that happen. And my last question is, what do you think about trusts? Putting your home, your property in a trust? I’m still looking in the bank accounts or assets if you can put those in the trust. But I was told just last week if you put your property in a trust, you could work on getting out of payment property titles.

Okay, let me address all your two questions appointments, one at the time. First of all, you’ve been in business for 39 plus years. I’m 63. Sound like you’re about my age. I got grandkids. You do too. So we’re the same exact age. Yeah, same age. So yes. Anybody you know who’s over 50 got children. Okay. Should do estate planning. Heaven forbid something happens to you. My father passed away in Iran without any estate planning. Of the kids I was the closest to, I had no idea what he had. It was a mess. His accountant ended up ripping off my family.

Okay. To turn over about a million bucks because we didn’t know what was going on. He didn’t plan. Nobody plans when they’re going to die. No one knows when their time is. So yes, for estate planning purposes, you should do estate planning. And trusts are very good way to go, you know, so you could put the trust, for example, in your, in your children or grandchildren’s name up to you which ones you like or trust up to you. And then you can give yourself a life estate in that, for example, that as long as you live in there, you have a right to live in there.

Your exclusive right to live in there is yours. Even though they own it, it’s their property. They’re the beneficiaries. Okay? So all these things can and should be done. You know, here’s the interesting thing about that, okay? Estate taxes, okay? So when I came across this stuff about, you know, five years ago or so, five, six years ago, about income tax, you know, doesn’t apply to people of the 50 states, I had a guy call me, says, peimon, I want to pay you for a consultation in person. He said, Peymon, I’m a retired cop and I want to make manufactured guns.

And from what I can see, the definitions interrognicol tax laws about gun manufacturing are the same as income tax. The general definition of United States in the internal room, the code is the District of Columbia. They apply only to gun manufacturers in the District of Columbia. I told them, well, give me a copy. What the law you photocopied and you’re probably right about it, but let me go home and do my homework. So. So I did. I took those few pages from him. I said, it looks like you’re right. I see nothing other definition, like oil for example, oil taxes.

United states means the 50 states and all U.S. territories and then some. So I went home. I said, I think you’re right, 99%. If not, I’ll let you know. I did some careful detailed research on that and I told them you’re right, you can manufacture guns in America all you want and the federal government has no jurisdiction power to tax your gun manufacturing business. And that time I thought, oh well, I should do my homework on the other areas like estate taxes and, and the gambling taxes. I did those. And corporate taxes. Corporate taxes. Already knew.

But I had to do estate tax and gambling taxes. And guess what I found out same. I can’t wait to hear. Yeah, same thing. See, the way the law works is that in tax law the definition of the United States and everything else is in section seven. Okay, I’m gonna bring it on the screen for everybody you to see. It’s a good little question you’re asking me. Actually good little question. Go on your cell phone or computer, type this guy just like be following me. 26 Space USC Space 7701 Space. Then to get the official website of US government, add this words uscode.house.gov.

You see, this is from there, Title 26, the Internal Revenue Code. This is the same thing as the big thick book in my hand, the Internal Revenue Code. I hold in my hand. So we go here and you see this chapter 79 definitions that you find all kind of things in this special chapter on definitions, okay? Here.

And when it says when used in this title, which is title 26, the internal revenue Code, they’re talking about, right? They define everything. So what you see here applies to the internal entire interim code except certain parts or chapters or subchapters may have their own unique, special, different definition, okay, like oil taxes. And I will show you. So here we are. I’m going to go down 7701 dash to a 9 and 10 and you see the term state, United States, okay? And they only include the District of Columbia in a geographical sense, they only include District of Columbia for states and for United States.

So and then the income tax has no different definitions. Okay, but guess what? Oil taxes does have its own definitions. I’ll show it to you right now. So we do the same thing here with oil taxes. We’re going to type in 26 space USC space 7 4612. 4612. That’s the oil tax. Space uscode.house.gov and hit enter. Okay, here we go. Now this is again from Intervene code, okay? In subchapter A, tax on petroleum or oil, right here, section 4612, definitions and special rules. And it says for purposes of this subchapter. What subchapter? Here we go. Subchapter A, tax on petroleum or oil.

So here we go down, look at definitions. Go down to a. Four United States means the 50 states, the District of Columbia, a bunch of U.S. territories and continental shelf areas and foreign trade zones. So there you know that for oil taxes it has the special definition which includes the 50 states. But for income taxes, estate taxes, gambling taxes, gun manufacturing taxes, there’s no special definition. I’ll give you one more thing on this, by the way. This is the FICA or Social Security taxes. Let’s do the same thing again. 26 space USC space 3121 space uscode.house.gov okay, let’s look it up.

It comes up now here. Okay, this is what from Title 26, again, enter Alabna Code, Chapter 21, Federal Insurance Contributions act, or FICA. If your employee, that FICA comes out of paycheck, that’s what this is commonly called Social Security taxes. The term state includes the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands, Guam and America Samoa. Interestingly, state. They added District of Columbia to it even though it’s not a state.

You know, they could add it and they don’t list any states, but all these are U.S. territories. United States is rather even more interesting because the United States, when used in a geographical sense, includes the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, Guam and American Samoa. The same four US Territories are included as a state. But look at this. Not only neither one of them includes state of the United States, the 50 states, none of them. But United States does not include DC which is the seat, the headquarters of United States. It’s added to state. Okay, which D.C.

is not even a state, but it’s not listed as part of the United States. And that’s clearly on purpose left out. So is the 50 states. The 50 states also are kept out of definition on purpose. Okay? So this just shows you how they deliberately use these definitions and hid them way down in these deep, deep sections, minutiae. So you just give up and go to so called experts, accountants, CPAs and tax attorneys and say, just keep me out of trouble, will ya? And they say, give me your money and I’ll play God and I’ll protect you.

And that’s how they get you to become slave. So when it comes to Social Security F bump to estate taxes, it’s the same thing. There is no exact section on that. You’re looking for a statute or regulation or code? I’m looking for the regulation for my stat state statute for regard to the revenue tax. I don’t have an answer for you right now because I have not studied all the 50 countries, states of the union, you know, legal system of doing regulations. Honestly, don’t I have to figure out just something? But what I would do suggest you do first is you go and look up the stat of the codes or statutes at large of the state first. Okay. And then I would contact your state legislature and they could help you.

Your representative about regulations of the state, even on the website has a codes or statutes at large of the state. They will tell you what the regulations are. Sometimes they listed there also go here, they give you a link to it. Okay. Okay. Or just look up online. Hey, where’s the regulate? Where do I found regulate? Ask AI. I showed you guys few minutes ago, for oil taxes, United States means 50 states and a bunch of territories. And with FICA, it only means United States. Four US island territories, not 50 states. Niamh. District of Columbia, the seat of the US government. And then for individual income tax and estate tax and all the other stuff, it’s only D.C.

it shows congressional intent. Otherwise you have to just throw all these in the trash. All these definitions and everything always includes everything. Okay, I particularly like the one on Social Security. 3121. Okay? Because this shows you look at the terms United States to state. Look at this 3121E for FICA. Again, look at their term state. It includes District of Columbia and four island territories. And District of Columbia is not even a state. How can I include it? Because they can. And United States, on the other hand, includes only the four US island territories, same as state.

But it does not include DC in it at all. DC Is only in states, not United States. That shows intent. D.C. is not united States on purpose. Same thing goes for 50 states. I’m not included for 50 for state or United States, same thing goes with section 7701. Okay? So they put that to confuse you. Okay? But bottom line is that no congressional intent is shown by the differences that they give to United States in different sections or subchapter or parts. And the general definition is there unless there’s a specific section defines things differently. Okay. All right, we can go now to two.

And so my wife and I have a daycare at our house and we have a FBI and number and we give out respect receipts to our client who then claim the amount that they pay us for their deduction for child care deductions and they give our Fein number on their returns. So we’re wondering how that’s going to affect the irs. You know, are they going to look at our stuff when they see that number and what’s going to happen? You know, is that a, is that going to be an issue? Nope. Because we’re not. So we’re just not liable and doesn’t matter where what our clients do with our Fein number.

Correct. Okay. That was our first question. I have five questions. So number two was we’ve already made our first estimated payment for 27. So to me it seems like we either just if we didn’t want to, well, we’ll just give up that money and file a 10 to 27. Yes. Okay. And then I don’t think number three says form we need but I don’t think that’s really a thing because we just don’t fill out any forms or sign anything. Do you, do you notice when you’re members of the Freedom Law School, typically how much of an increase in auditing of people that have been paying say for 10 years and they stop does that trigger the like audits of the of that person? One does trigger.

There’s nothing that triggers auditing if you don’t file. There’s no such thing as something triggers you if you don’t file. That’s just a myth. You write to them and say hi, I want and need your attention irs, give me some attention then that might do that. But if you don’t do that, there’s 80 plus million Americans according to Iris best numbers that IRS is says they have to file an income tax return that they do not do so. So one more or two more or thousand more people add to that 80 plus million will make no difference in that huge C of 80 plus non filers they already lost control of.

Yeah, I believe I didn’t file for like 20 years. I never heard someone at all. But then I was instructed to file due to legal matters anyway. So if our income and expenses change in the future, like the payment, you guys, to have our backs, I did the calculator about 2000 based on our last year money that we made. How do you figure that out every year? Do we have to pay yearly to be like, you know, part of Freedom Law School or how does that work? Okay, okay, in this example, let’s see. Do I have anything on here? Okay, let’s see. Why is it not coming out right? I think there’s something wrong with the calculator. Check mine. So we just use that calculator already. So this example, in my example, you use singular person. Right? In this example, let’s, let’s make it married. Okay, in this example, it’s married couple. Okay, I guess I’ll make a single for some reason. Wrong. Okay, so in this example, single guy, you know, his membership for this year 2025 is $7,000. Okay, okay, as an example, otherwise this couple would pay the IRS 24,000.

But now they got to save and keep 17,000, okay, off that. So if you do this very short calculation and so you’re divorcing the king, George of England, that does not protect your rights, but attacks and your rights, that takes them away like the federal government is doing right now, like they did in January 6th. The FBI and DOJ set up the January 6th to put them in prison to shut them up. That’s complete treason. That’s what they did against you and the American people. So instead you fund George Washington and company. That’s what you’re doing, my friend.

So every year you do that. You could do it on your own. Be a lone wolf on your own. That’s fine. Hey, I’m going to be on my own. Don’t pay the T tax. I’m going to be just fine by my own. You can do that if you want to. Don’t give any money to King George. That’s good. That’s good. Nothing wrong with that. What would be better? And that’s your choice to make is all. When you stop withholding, they just put it in the file, follow your instructions because that’s what the law says. The law says it’s up to you to choose to would put on the W4 form. The employee has no right to interfere with what you put on W4 form. So they would. I would claim zero and exempt on the W4. But I don’t. And I sign it with an asterisk and that.

And so then they don’t take anything out of my check. Not to give you a yes or no answer that. Because you got to follow the instructions exactly on our website. Okay. It’s not as simple as just that alone. What you want to do is on our website, go under right on the top center right area. Go down to free yourself from tax withholding. Okay. Click on that and you have a video, an unstructured how to do it. Okay. And I get all the forms are there. Okay. So you got to do this stuff properly. Okay.

You do this stuff properly. Follow all instruction on that page. Okay. I’m not gonna summarize it right now because it would be improper for me to summarize the whole thing in two sentences. Yeah. Basically my question was, that’s the only thing that there are any form needed to be filled out or given to other people. For just a person. My wife. For two people in a partnership with a small business, there’s no forms. Just stop confessing and stop sending stuff. That’s right. That’s right. Okay. I think that was in our questions. Very good. What if I lost? What if the post workers steal the money? That’s why we use registered mail, because everybody that signs for that package must sign for it. So if that money go. If that package goes missing, the last person who signed on it is identified. That person can go to prison for tampering U.S. mail. In fact, I did that for the longest time, priority mail only, like regular mail. And all of a sudden we had a rash of almost being opened up, you know, in Ybor City, which is Tampa area, about $100,000 we lost because somebody was Stealing them.

Yeah. So after all these decades of Priority Mail being fined, we were forced to go to registered mail because registered mail paid by sign support. Gold dealers, diamond dealers, banks send gold. Diamond and cash by US Government. US Mail. Registered mail, it’s like gold in gold. Dealers send you a whole box of 50 pounds of gold. Everybody knows there’s 50 pounds of gold in there. It’s worth over $2 million, but nobody gets to touch it. They will go to prison if they do. So that’s why you use registered mail. It costs a little bit more that way, but it’s safe that way.

Is there. Okay, great. And is there any time lag between say we go on and we want to join Freedom Law School, we need to do it before a certain date, like our taxes are due for the partnership on March 15. So do we need to sign up, say, in January 15 or by February 15? The sooner you do it, the better. Okay. Yeah. You already follow one for. You asked for an extension for your partnership return. Because sooner you stop taking, withholding from your own paycheck, taking FICA out of your paycheck that you’re doing right now because your accountant told you to do so and stop all that right away, that’s like 20 bucks a week, if that. But in the past, when we stopped vending, we didn’t send in estimated payments for the first year. We were supposed. We didn’t really know we were supposed to, quote, unquote, supposed to. So, like, were we more likely to hear from them if we sent in an estimated payment and then we just don’t send any more in and don’t file?
