He was cleaning out the truck, cleaning out the van and stuff like that. Put all of her belongings inside of a backpack and everything. Eventually he was sentenced, and I’ll show y’all the sentencing, insanity was sentenced to death. Um… Can I take on both issues? Okay. Can you hand it to the police and get the key? The answer is to special issues. Special issue number one, whether there is a probability that the defendant would commit criminal acts of violence that would constitute a continuing threat to society. The answer we, the jury, unanimously find beyond a reasonable doubt that the answer to special issue number one is yes, signed by the presiding juror.
Special issue number two, whether taking it into consideration all the evidence, including the circumstances of the offense, the defendant’s character and background, and the personal moral culpability of the defendant. There is a sufficient mitigating circumstance or circumstances to warrant that a sentence of life imprisonment without parole rather than a death sentence being posed. The answer we, the jury, unanimously find that the answer to special issue number two is no, signed by the presiding juror. Does either side desire or uphold? No, Your Honor. No, Your Honor. Ms. Anderson, Mr. Goebel, is there any legal reason why a sentence should not be pronounced? No, Your Honor.
Mr. Horner, if you’d say them please. It’s the order of the court that you, Tanner Len Horner, has been adjudged to be guilty of the offense’s capital murder as found by the jury. Jury having answered the special issues, making it mandatory that your punishment be death, it is therefore the order of this court that your punishment be death. Before the hour of sunrise on a date to be determined by this court, upon a mandate of affirmance issued by the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals at the state minute entry in Huntsville, Texas, you will be caused to die in accordance with the rules and regulations established by the Texas Department of Criminal Justice until you, Tanner Horner, are dead.
Said execution procedure shall be determined and supervised by the director of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice. The clerk of this court shall issue a death warrant in accordance with this sentence directed to the director of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice for that purpose. Clerk shall deliver such warrant to the sheriff of this county and to be by him delivered to the director of the Department of Criminal Justice together with you, and you will remand to the custody of the Tarrant County Jail to await transportation to the Texas Department of Criminal Justice at Huntsville, Texas, and the execution of this sentence.
I will sign this death sentence as required by law. Your appeal of the finding of this guilt by the jury and their determination of the answers to the question in this sentence are automatically appealed to the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals in Austin, Texas. You will be appointed a lawyer to represent you on direct appeal, and your lawyer will receive a copy of the record of this charge, at this case, at no charge. You have the right to have a second lawyer to represent you on writs of habeas corpus. It’s a separate matter from your direct appeal.
Do you wish to have counsel appointed for your writ purposes? Okay, then I will appoint you lawyer’s writ lawyer for that. Mr. Anderson, Mr. Govell. You know why this doesn’t matter? I’m going to tell you why this doesn’t matter. I’m going to tell you why it don’t matter. Because a lot of people I see a lot of people in the chat and they saying good and justifiably so. I don’t say good. I don’t say good. And the reason that I don’t say good is because I did a little research while they were doing this sentencing.
And what I found was death row inmates in the United States of America spend on average over over two decades awaiting execution with the average stay of inmates executed in 2021 being approximately 19.4 to 20 point years. The appeals process allow for them to live an additional 20 years. So, in the meantime, he’ll be comfortable. He’ll get three meals a day. He’ll be able to exercise. He’ll have some time to give his life over to God. Right. He’ll have the opportunity to assault other inmates. He’ll be able to read, educate himself, put himself through school, live the whole full life.
Probably live longer than some of us out here right now. Recess, basketball, weightlifting, computers, maybe even get an iPad, a whole nine yards. On average, according to, let me look at my sources really quickly. According to the Arizona Department of Corrections, the Bureau of Justice Statistics, death penalty information center, and Liberty University, on average, and it is increased in the early 90s, the average amount of time was 11 to 12 years. Now we have become more liberal. We have become more politically correct. We become more woke. We become more democratic. And when I say democratic, I’m not talking about the election process.
I’m talking about Democrats. Now it’s up from 11 to 12 years to on average 19 to 20 years before an inmate that is sentenced to death. Even if it’s in Texas, you still have another 20 years to just waste the court’s time, go through the appeals process. Even though he admitted it, even though it’s on camera, even though we got it on CCTV, even though we live stream it, even though you can go to X and watch it right now, I’m not going to put it on this platform. Even though he admitted it to the detectives, it’s clear, cut and dry, right? This is not a situation where somebody is being falsely accused and we wait until the evidence to come out to where you can get out because, hey, listen, this is the early 50s and you shouldn’t have said nothing to that white girl and you got hungover in Alabama.
This ain’t that. This is a clear cut, open and shut, looking at it on camera, have every piece of evidence, her book bag, got it on camera. He admitted it to the detectives the whole nine yards and he still get an additional 20 years before he actually ever even is even considered. And the laws can change by that time or you can be pardoned by a governor and you have all of the opportunity in the world to still be able to appeal. I say bad. I’ll say bad. I say bad. I don’t look at this as a win.
I still look at this as a loss. I don’t look at this as a win. I look at this as a loss. This is I love America. I love this country with everything in my heart. I’m so thankful to be born in this country. Let me tell you something. This is one of the few things, one of the rare things that I think that we get it wrong in this country and that we’ve over legislated, overly legislated. This guy, let’s say on average that the price increase for us, the house of prisoner, actually goes up to about $50,000 a year due to inflation.
That means we’ll spend over a million dollars. That’s not including court costs. That’s not including judges, lawyers, bellows, none of that. It’s just in food, housing, all of that. We’ll spend over a million dollars just holding on to them for the next 20 years. This is the one thing that we get wrong in this country. When it’s clear cut, open and shut, and again, this isn’t a debate, this isn’t a hearsay, we’re actually looking at it on camera. We shouldn’t even be having this conversation. He should be gone next week. Ain’t no way we should make it to the month of June, 2026, and this man is still alive walking around without no problems.
We shouldn’t be talking about the most sane methods to be able to execute it, none of that type of stuff. Hey, firing squad, make quick work of this. We shouldn’t even be having this conversation. There’s no reason why we should be debating, going back and forth, trying to figure it out, trying to make sense of it, trying to get closure, advocating, lawyers, all of this type of stuff. When it’s this clear cut, there’s no reason he should make it to the month of June. This is the one thing that some other countries get right. Somebody said they don’t understand the Texas prison system hit different.
I don’t care how much it hit. I don’t care how much you suffer and all of that. We should not as taxpayers be paying to house this man for the next 20 years. It’s not about your conditions. It ain’t about the prison system. I don’t care about who gonna get at you, if the inmates gonna do it and all of this stuff, man, this guy should not make it to the month of June. He should not make it to the month of June. That’s what I’m saying. Forget what’s gonna hit different. Forget who the toughest and all of that.
We’re wasting time. We’re wasting money. And they gotta protect him. He’s not gonna get killed in prison because he’s a death row inmate, which means that they have to separate him separately from the general population. He don’t get to deal with his fate as far as the different people in the prison system they get at him. You don’t get the justice that you think you’re gonna get with this guy. That’s not how it work. And we saw animal chain gangs like that over there. It ain’t suffering. It ain’t real problems. He gonna be in a sterile environment, eating good food, treated like a human, decent human being like he never did nothing to nobody’s kids.
We shouldn’t be wasting our time. What are we doing? The minute that they sit in some, next day they should have been taken to my bed. This is the reason why a lot of people like the movie Law of Biden Citizen. This is the reason why a lot of people like that movie Law of Biden Citizen because they sick of it. They sick of us being overly legislated, overly woke, and that translating into us spending our tax dollars to house these fools. So now we gotta continue to contribute because these people don’t know how to control themselves and they killing little kids.
It’s BS. It’s nonsense, bro. It’s nonsense. It’s crazy. So that’s all I wanted to have. The real conversation that I wanted to have is to not show what happened. I’m not interested in that aspect of it. We all know how to find it. We all can go to X and look at it if we want to. The conversation I want to have is how broken some parts of our justice system is and how we need to fix that. And I don’t know how you fix it, but we need to fix that. We need to fix it.
This is not something that, like when people say I’m against the death penalty, okay, what about this case? What about a case where a man takes a little girl around Christmas time, kills her, you can hear her squealing in the background because it’s audio on the video. He cleans it up and then he just sits there stoically and he admits, yeah, I took her out, kill her on camera, kill a little kid. Somebody asked the question, Anton, going back to the conversation where if a woman did this, would you wanted to get the same outcome? Let me tell you something, bro.
Let me tell you something. We’re not talking about gender roles on this one. We’re talking about kids. And I know that we lost the plot of society because we think of kids as own limits. It’s okay to talk about different people specifically and all of that type of stuff. I’ve, you know, I’m still going, but I literally just, I ain’t gonna talk about it because I can’t talk about it. It’s gonna happen. I’m just gonna play out. But when we talking about kids, bro, I don’t have, I don’t look at you as a man or a woman.
I look at you as a monster. I look at you as a demon. I don’t think you have a soul. I don’t look at that as a gender role type of situation. I look at that as a person that is soulless. That is, that is the, that’s demonic. No, I, of course, I think you should get the same outcome because you’re dealing with kids. This is kids. This ain’t domestic abuse. All of it is wrong, but it’s like, it’s another level, man. When you talking about children, you’re talking about children, bro. It’s a different level.
Even criminals and inmates know that kids is off limits. Kids, kids are just off limits. It’s just it, like there is no if ands, but we shouldn’t be debating about it. We shouldn’t be doing that. Kids are just off limits. If you are a child, you off limits. It’s certain reaction videos I won’t do because the mother is diabolical and she says something crazy in it, but she got her kid in it. And so I just pass up on doing a reaction video today because I’m like, man, why she got her kid in the video. She making her kid look dumb.
Her kid gonna wake up. I don’t want her kid to go viral because I know that every video that I do has the potential to go viral. And so it’s some videos that I don’t even do because somebody be having their kids in there and they’d be looking stupid and I’d be like, man, they kid gonna grow up and they didn’t want that. So I’ll just be like, you know what? I don’t need to do that one. Give me another one. Give me another video and we’ll focus on that. It’s some videos that I’ll just be like, nah, that just don’t make sense because I just got a different, I got a compassion, you know what I’m saying? As much evil as we’ve seen in this world, seeing an innocent kid go through that type of stuff is just different, bro.
It is, it’s different. But guess what? Believe it or not, the world is so demonic that you have people that actually justify that type jump. We don’t talk about it tonight, Slimmy. We definitely gonna talk about it tonight, bro. This is gonna be on the docket. It’s a bunch of stuff that’s gonna be on the docket tonight. It’s just, it’s a, that’s why I say y’all gotta be vigilant. Y’all gotta be careful, bro. You gotta be vigilant. And when I say vigilant, the FedEx driver, it ain’t always a YM walking down the street. It’s the dude that’s delivering your packages.
That nigga got a body in his car. He just killed somebody. He just killed a little girl and he’s delivering your FedEx. I don’t trust, I don’t trust nobody. I start, any level of trust that I have for a person, it starts at the bottom and then you gotta work your way through it. You gotta work your way through it because I just, I just look at everybody and I say, I mean, I don’t assume the worst, but I don’t give you no extra points just because you cute. I don’t give you no extra points just because you nice.
Like there’s no minimum expectation for existing in society. I’m like, man, I don’t know you. I don’t know nothing about you. I’m like, man, I don’t know nothing about you. Prayers are for the family, bro. I avoided that. I avoided every aspect of that trial for a long time. I just kind of stayed away from it. I’ve seen it pop up. I’ve seen people suggest it. I just kind of was, his man with that. Kids, man. It’s the kids, bro. [tr:trw].
