And I was only technically a witness, but people have had their homes raided for no good reason or suspicious reason. People are losing their buyer licenses. As the law fair continues, weaponization of the bar discipline process. In California, I don’t know if you saw the news this week, Dr. John Eastman, a friend of mine, has bar license taken away from him by the left-wing activists in the California bar system. And what was the purpose? What was the alleged reason for taking his bar license away? He had the wrong views as a lawyer on the 2020 election dispute.

Another lawyer who was attacked was America’s mayor, Rudy Giuliani, and we’ve partnered with Rudy to get records about the outrageous raid on his home by the Biden gang in 2021. On April 28, 2021, at approximately 6 a.m., 6 a.m., former mayor of the New York City, former U.S. attorney, esteemed lawyer, the FBI treats him like a common criminal, raids his home at 6 a.m. That’s the Biden FBI. And we’re supposed to forget that happened. We’re not forgetting it happened. We just sued about it. They raided his home, his office, seized his cell phone, another electronic devices.

I think they didn’t take Hunter’s laptop, if I recall. I mean, if that doesn’t tell you something, I don’t know what would. And so we asked for the records about that outrageous raid, and Rudy Giuliani signed the necessary paperwork because sometimes they’ll say, oh, no, no, no, you can’t get information about someone else in circumstances like this. But we had the authorization signed by Rudy Giuliani to get the information. According to public reports, the raid was tied to an investigation into whether Giuliani violated the Foreign Ages Registration Act in connection with his activities involving Ukrainian officials while he was seeking information related to Joe Biden and his son, Hunter.

Giuliani’s then attorney, Robert Costello, noted that federal agents ignored Hunter Biden’s computer hard drives when they raided the apartment, contradicting the order on the warrant to, quote, seize every electronic device in his home. So this was a retaliation because Rudy, as you may recall, Mayor Giuliani, was taking the lead in exposing the Ukraine corruption tied to the Biden crime family. And they concocted this this fara for an agents registration scheme, which they’ve recently then had recently started using to target Trump people. First time in history, it was used to prosecute maybe not the second time.

But it really has never been used, practically speaking, to produce, to charge people criminally of administrative issue. But what a what a corrupt bag of rocks that Biden operation was, huh? The Biden’s DOJ pre-dawn raid on Rudy Giuliani was a textbook example of weaponized justice targeting a loyal advocate of President Trump’s while agents deliberately ignored Hunter Biden’s hard drives sitting in the same apartment. This selective enforcement exposes a corrupt two tiered system. So I hope we get records more quickly than we did about the near killing of President Trump about the abuse of Rudy Giuliani.

Which, you know, and these abuse, these abuse records are beginning to come out and trickle out. And I will give some modest credit to the FBI and the Justice Department for beginning to use FOIA more aggressively to get information out rather than fighting us tooth and nail or just ignoring our request. For example, we received Mar-a-Lago raid documents a little bit ago. I talked about it recently, confirming that the FBI thought there was no probable cause to raid President Trump’s home. Of course, that was ignored, and they went in there like gangbusters.

It’s abuse after abuse after abuse. I tell you, there’s been no one who’s done more to expose and litigate the truth about the deep state law fair against President Trump, a scandal that is unprecedented in American history. It goes back a decade plus lawsuit after lawsuit, request after request, and what’s even worse for the deep state is that we talk about it. We don’t hide the records we get. Too often, Congress actually hides records they get. So hopefully we get some information about what was going on with the targeting of Mayor Giuliani.

I mean, Giuliani is the type of guy who should be getting metal after metal for the work he’s done. Obviously, he was America’s mayor and his leadership in New York generally and around 9-11, but his anti-corruption work that continued thanklessly, his work for election integrity which continued, well, forget about thanklessly, he was punished for it by the deep state.
