I’m currently here in South Florida, but this was called flipping my lid at the farmer’s market and there you’ll see I had the short hair and I did a public service announcement to let the shoppers and the vendors know that breathing oxygen is not a crime. In fact, it is a crime if you do not serve those in public who have every right to be served and to purchase food and to breathe oxygen and if you want or still do or wanted back then to participate in any of the suggested protocols that were not laws, well, that was your choice.
Where I draw the line is where our rights were being trampled on. So this put me in mind. I’m going to share a video with you and I want to give you a fair warning. I want to give you a trigger warning because I’ve watched this a couple of times. It was sent to me by a healthy American who was in this group of healthy Americans who went to a Trader Joe’s in 2021, yes, a year after we were told two weeks to flatten the curve, well, you know, the first five years are the hardest and they went shopping in Santa Cruz, California, arguably one of the most shut down areas in the entire country and what you’re going to see, well, let’s see what comes to mind.
Hostility, aggression, I made a few notes here, abuse, hysteria, the people literally that are deprived of oxygen, it actually messes with their emotional ability to regulate their emotions and you’re going to see, I’m getting upset just describing it to you. So if you don’t want to watch this, it’s about a seven minute video, but I want to take you back because there is a happy ending. There’s light at the end of the video. The message is this, never give in, give up or give over your freedom. It is worth fighting for.
Now there were no fights other than verbal assaults, which is a type of bullying. Absolutely a type of assault, maybe not battery. I didn’t see anybody get hit, but wait until you see these Trader Joe’s clerks, how they treat individuals, including a pregnant woman, how they are treated when these individuals have the right in California and in any state, you have the right to go into any public place. Private businesses are defined as a public accommodation, meaning if anybody can walk in, you can walk in and you cannot be discriminated against because of your medical condition, because of your age, because of your gender, because of your religious beliefs or because you are breathing oxygen.
So they wait until you see, I made a couple of notes here. I mean, as you’re watching it, drop a comment with some adjectives. What are you seeing going on? And then we’re going to break it down together. Again, I’m not doing this to rile anyone up. I don’t even want to stir the pot, but I want to show you the bravery, the conviction, the kindness, the equanimity of these individuals who were shopping and the Trader Joe’s and the other patrons who flipped their lids. So who in this scenario is the one that’s rational and who is the one who is living in unbridled fear and exhibiting hysteria, paranoia? I mean, it just goes on and on.
You may have forgotten about this because it’s several years hence, but I have been helping thousands, hundreds of thousands, well, probably millions of people over these years, keep their job without the jab, keep their businesses open legally, help their children, their adult children get into college and continue their studies without becoming a human pincushion, helping individuals come to this country as illegal immigrants without becoming human pincushions and so much more. You were able to get your medical care. I have many examples of that, several videos on this channel that you can study if you are interested.
So let’s watch this seven minute video. It went viral and I’m so glad that so many people were encouraged by these individuals who were simply going shopping and you’re going to see those who tried to deprive them of their human rights, of their civil rights, of their God-given rights, of their right to breathe, of their right to purchase food, to stay alive. It’s absolutely shocking. I don’t want anyone to forget this and then I’m going to share with you the happy ending. Here we go. We’re at Trader Joe’s. We’re ready to go in.
Go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go. Hey, don’t touch me. Don’t touch me. That’s a song. That’s a song. You touch me, that’s a song. You touch me, that’s a song. Hey, David, you want to take some of your right hand and song right here. What happened? What happened? That’s a song. If you just ask it, it can’t pass you right there. You know what? You got to fix it in the basket. Right there. That’s a song. That’s a real crime. Okay, I’ll sign it. You’re good. You are the trooper. What did you get there? You got a bag of chips? Yeah, $2.49.
A lady threw a basket at us. A customer. Oh, a customer? Okay, you got a bag of chips. Yep, I got it. Happy New Year. Happy New Year, everyone. Why are y’all doing this? This is the grocery store. This is a little bit of a point for a little bit. We’ll go back somewhere else. We love you, we love you. Awesome. We don’t want to have trouble with your contact. Okay. Okay, where’s our group? These are $2.99. $2.99, alright. Okay, we got jazz apples for $2.99. You have what you want? If you are buying stuff, we are not going to serve you.
So you know. Ready? We’re wasting our time and everyone else’s time. Okay, so. Get out, guys. We need to go. So, we will be helped for you to leave. Come on. We’re not going to leave. Get out. We’re going. We need help. We’re going in here. There’s no hope already. Are you loud or something? We’re out here now. Why do you want to know? We’re not here. We’re not here. Now we’re just going to stay here. We’re going. We’re not here. We’re not here. We’re here. We’re right here. Are you guys buying these apples? Here you go.
$4. For my apples. Hey, hey, don’t touch my camera, that’s a salt. Hey, we paid already. We paid already. That’s nice. I left my money on account. I’m not paying. I left my money on account. I have an evidence of money on account. That’s great. Go get your money. We refuse to serve you. if you guys want to leave with that is step there’s cops great good for you god hates your ass No touching, no touching. Oh my god. Oh my god. Don’t touch me. Don’t fuck yourself. Thank you for letting us talk. Thank you.
Thank you. Thank you. Peace and love. Peace and love everyone. Peace and love everyone. Peace and love everyone. Peace and love everyone. I think so. Is everyone out? I think so. Please leave. You guys are harassing us now. We just want to make sure everyone’s out. Everyone’s safe. Is everyone out? I assume so. That’s okay. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you guys. Thank you everyone. Thank you Trader Joe’s. Peace and love. Peace and love. Peace and love everyone. Peace and love everyone. Peace and love everyone. Peace and love everyone. Here it goes. Take a picture.
Take a picture. I’m coming. Look, look, look, you’ll hear them. Look at the baby. Thank you, Trina girl. Wow, that’s awesome. Wow, that’s awesome. You long as yet a woman, you stand up to anybody. You long as yet a woman, you stand up to everybody. Wow, you’re not, you’re not a man. You’re not a man. Hey, Swiss. You are an American or not? I’m an American. I’m an American. I’m an American. We’re trying to … Where’s President Obama? Can they help him out? Can they help him out? Whoo, what do you think about them apples, friends? Speaking of apples, they were purchasing apples, and just to break it down for you, one of the strategies that these individuals and others like them did is they purchased the food by leaving the money on the counter.
It’s illegal for the shopkeeper to prevent you from purchasing food or going to a restaurant or whatever the case may be, just like everyone else who has access to that. So if you’re going to a sandwich shop and they’re telling you, you can’t come in, that’s illegal, even though it’s their private business. Because it’s open to the public, you are the public. So one of the strategies that these individuals who saw employ is they knew exactly how much the food was going to cost. They had the exact change. They placed the change on the counter.
They very clearly and emphatically told the clerk, this is how much it is. I’m taking a picture, then I’m leaving the money. Here’s my food. Those clerks stealing the food, stealing the food back from the patron and doing so aggressively with a high level of fear, paranoia, hysteria. It is a major level of bullying, of assault. Now there’s assault and battery, but assault is the threat of battery. And if that were me, I would have called the sheriff. Now, I don’t know the scenario in Santa Cruz, but in Orange County, California, the sheriffs never enforced any of these COVID protocols.
Don’t call them mandates because there’s no such thing. There was never a law passed in any state that said you had to restrict your breathing. You want to do so, you felt safe, go for it. Do you really think that those patrons should have been treated like that? If anything, the law says that if someone has a special situation, maybe they’re in a wheelchair, maybe they are special needs, whatever the case may be, the law requires that even a separate checkout lane be opened up to help those individuals. If I were the store manager and I was concerned about health and safety and some sort of fatal breathing going on, like you’re going to breathe on someone, they’re going to drop dead.
Well, yeah, that’s what the TV showed you, didn’t it? Well, if I were the shop manager and I was concerned about that, I would help them shop as quickly as possible. I would be as cordial as possible and I would take them over to another aisle and have them checked out, thank them for their business and they’d be on their way. All of this hogwash and all of this hullabaloo that went on only made it worse. Worst is worse than worse. It lasted longer. It garnered the attention of the other shoppers. What Trader Joe’s ended up doing was giving people basically a yellow star like we were told in the Holocaust.
I know some of you are questioning that, but let me just say that it’s in our culture that we know a yellow star is associated with being singled out and that is also illegal. They gave shoppers who were breathing oxygen a cart that said exemption or something like that, mask exemption with a little flag on it. You could go through the shopping, go through and do your shopping and everyone would know that you were somehow different. Absolutely stunning. I’m going to read your comments offline, but what I’m going to do, and I want to thank you for all of your insights, but what I’m going to do is just made a couple of more notes here.
I saw a lot of aggression, hysteria, assault, abuse, irrational fear, paranoia on the side of those wearing the suffocation devices. Who was more rational? Who was kinder? Who was more down to earth and who was flipping their lid? I mean, I’m flipping my lid right now because of the way that these individuals were treated. They were being prevented from actually purchasing the food. It was being stolen from them, and after they left, the shoppers were saying, those that did this experiment were saying, peace and love, peace and love, thank you, thank you, and they were very polite.
They were very cordial. The Trader Joe’s Clerks basically ran them out of town. They were making sure that they were getting off the sidewalk and getting out of there. Did you notice at the side that there was a whole line of people waiting outside for their food rations? Well, when I saw that happen, I vowed I am never going to stand in line to buy food, and I never did. I would not shop at a store that treated me that way. Luckily, in Orange County, where I spent most of the hogwash at times, I was able to relatively maneuver.
I never capitulated because that’s exactly what the bad guys want. They want you to give up, give in, give over, capitulate. They want to make it so difficult, so onerous, so frustrating, so agitating, irritating, and aggravating that you’re like, forget it. And I know people who said, you know what? I just put it on because I didn’t want to deal with the harassment. Well, you just made it easier for people like these oxygen breathers to be harassed. Now, I promised you a happy ending. So just wanted to share that with you, kind of go back in time, back to the hogwash days when my hair was much shorter.
I haven’t been back just sort of as an anniversary for this video. So this came in from an individual that we helped. I’m going to keep it anonymous. And he said, dear Pastor David and Peggy, I want to thank both of you for everything you have done for me and millions of other people around the world. Ever since I took a stand and I told my company that I was not going to be coerced into taking the jab, my life has changed profoundly. Let me know if you can relate to that and drop a comment and let us know what you went through.
He writes, I truly believe God wants each of us to be confronted with tough decisions in life. And if you make the right decision, so many doors are opened up for you. I have four backs free, perfectly healthy children. And now I get to spend every day with them as my wife and I homeschool them. I hope to one day meet the two of you in person. Am I correct in thinking that Peggy doesn’t believe we live on a spinning ball as she often says, what in the non-spinning world? I know I do say that a lot.
And I think that’s a very funny expression. I want to get you out of the spin cycle. That’s what a lot of YouTubers want to put you in the spin cycle and hang you out to dry. He says, I have my doubts that we live on a spinning ball. You too. Oh, and then he goes on with some personal information. And anyhow, I just wanted to share this with you because it is a happy ending. He bought his company all this time. My husband and I were being coerced into giving testimony and being deposed. And as it turns out, we weren’t even a part of the lawsuit.
These lawyers that were going up against him, and he had a very good lawyer, they were pulling out all of the tricks in the book, including all the gray areas, which means they were not playing by the rules. And my husband and I, because we’ve studied this for so long, we knew that we did not have to participate in that. We were glad to help the healthy American. He had a very good attorney, and this individual himself, he had gone through all of our trainings. So he knew what his rights were. He knew how to stand up for himself.
And the reason why we didn’t need to be a part of that lawsuit is because none of the evidence that was being presented had anything to do with us whatsoever. And what happens is these attorneys want to manipulate and confuse and make it complex and then have me or my husband say something that then could be used against this individual. So we knew not to fall prey for that. We have had so many encounters with situations like this, with individuals that we’ve helped that have taken it all the way. He did have a case that was settled against his employer.
It was settled favorably after all of these years. So I want to thank him for being a healthy American, for persevering, for asking us to support the education, the prayerful guidance, and to be kind of the coach in the corner. If you know someone who is still struggling with this, maybe in a medical setting, I’ve got so many helpful videos here on the channel absolutely free. If you feel that your case is complex and you want somebody to talk it over with and have me be right alongside you every step of the way to the positive conclusion, please email support at the healthyamerican.org, O-R-G, and then we will let you know exactly what is available.
I want to thank everybody again for being on board. And in an upcoming broadcast, we’re going to talk about reading between the lies. We’re going to look at some names that just don’t add up in some of the recent events that are being splashed all over the media. Look at the names, look at the spelling, look at some of the things that make you go, huh, that seems strange. And we’re going to break it down together. In the meantime, get on my free Substack, peggyhall.substack.com, and I look forward to seeing you in an upcoming broadcast.
