Friends, we are going to be looking at some headlines that I am applauding, and this is coming out of Children’s Health Defense. Yes, this is the organization that Bob Kennedy used to head up, and I checked into how well they’re doing, and they’re bringing in about $15 million a year. And I know some of you are on board with what they’re doing. I’ve been a little skeptical in terms of Children’s Health Defense partnering with Russell Brand and his very questionable activities, including, oh, all sorts of nefarious things.

I’ve done several videos on that. But I do want to let you know about this recent lawsuit. In fact, it’s so recent, it was just filed yesterday, and it’s a RICO lawsuit that we’re going to be diving into. But before we do that, I want to backtrack a little bit, because I’m not sure if you’re aware that the American Academy for Pediatrics actually has a lawsuit, an active lawsuit against health and human services. So before we go any further, I know that my savvy, sophisticated, healthy Americans are going to be questioning whether or not all of this is theater, whether or not we’re seeing these two large organizations duke it out in public, so that people like us are going to be distracted from what is going on behind the scenes in terms of the digital prison walls being built, and more and more surveillance under the guise of trying to get rid of illegal immigrants.

I’m going to be covering that next week for you, because there’s a few things that just don’t add up for me there. But let’s keep focused on the conversation about vaccines, because that’s what I’ve covered all week related to the measles, the not deadly measles. So let me take you on over. I’ve done videos before about this organization, which is called the American Academy of Pediatrics. Now I know it has the name American in it. So some people think that this organization is actually a part of the federal government, or it somehow is sanctioned, meaning in a good way that it has been created or approved by the federal government.

But that’s not the case at all. The American Academy of Pediatrics is basically bankrolled by Big Pharma, and doctors, pediatricians can pay to be a part of this organization. So I just wanted to set the record straight on that. I’ve got other broadcasts, if you want to dive deeper about this organization. What I wanted to bring to you was this news of about a week ago. And the AAP, American Academy of Pediatrics, seeks to block changes to the immunization schedule. And they want to stop the upcoming ACIP meeting that is scheduled for February right around the corner.

What is ACIP? That is the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices. Now, I’m going to come off the screen share, but I wanted to show you the website. It says dedicated to the health of all children. Maybe they should change that to say dedicated to the wealth of all pharmaceutical companies, of all vaccine manufacturers. So let me share with you what’s going on here. So this organization and other medical organizations are asking a federal judge to grant an injunction to block recent changes to the federal childhood immunization schedule. In other words, the childhood vaccine schedule from the CDC, this organization wants the judge to block it and say, no, don’t make any changes until this lawsuit goes through.

And this lawsuit is also seeking an emergency stop to the upcoming meeting that happens over at HHS. And that’s this ACIP that has recommended changes. And I’m in favor of that as well, reducing the number of vaccines on the schedule. However, it doesn’t go far enough. That’s like saying, well, we’re only going to abuse your child 11 times instead of 70 times. Well, there should be no child abuse going on at all. So the CDC announced on January 5th that this vaccine schedule, including for hepatitis A, the rotavirus, respiratory syncytial virus, flu, and meningococcal disease, you see, they give all these scary names so people will be very afraid of what we just used to call childhood conditions back in the day, that they’ll no longer be routinely recommended on the vaccine schedule.

This change was made without the input of ACIP, the lawsuit alleges, but that body made a similar recommendation regarding the B vaccine, and that was adopted back in December. So here comes the president of the AAP saying, children’s health depends on vaccine recommendations. How do you like them, Apples? Based on rigorous transparent science, he says. Let me know if you agree with that statement. Do you believe that your child or a grandchild or any child’s health depends on the vaccine recommendations? Well, I agree that it depends on those recommendations, and it depends on staying away from them, if I can kind of flip that statement around.

Unfortunately, recent decisions, this president says, by federal officials have abandoned this standard, causing unnecessary confusion for families, compromising access to life-saving vaccines, and weakening community protection. Well, there is a lot to dig into there. First of all, what exactly is community protection? Inquiring minds would like to know. In my previous videos that I did about measles, I reminded people that this concept of you putting on a raincoat to keep other people dry is exactly what this community protection means. It’s ridiculous, and it doesn’t work that way. The other statement that this president makes, which is false, is that this reduced vaccine schedule is going to compromise access to life-saving vaccines, and that’s not true.

Anyone, any child whose parent takes them to the doctor can get any of those vaccines if the parent wants that. That is another false statement made by this fear-mongering and flu-mongering and vaccine-mongering organization. He also states that this change has caused unnecessary confusion for families. Well, maybe it has, and maybe that’s a good thing. There’s a pending request in court that’s going to seek to restore the CDC’s previous vaccine schedule. There’s going to be, ideally, on their point of view, it’s also going to stop the meeting coming up in February.

The executive director of American Public Health Association is a co-plaintiff of the lawsuit and says, disregarding the scientific process to fast track partisan policy changes through a new vaccine schedule will lead to increased illness and suffering by children and their families. Well, apparently, this executive director of the American Public Health Association, which is probably created on the fly, I’ll have to dig into that a little bit more. Again, they give it names like American Public Health, and then people think that that is some type of authoritative organization. And you and I, we actually probably should create the Healthy American Individual Health Association and fight back against all of this, because people often will get swayed by these authoritative sounding names.

It’s called an appeal to authority, and it’s a logical fallacy, which is kind of a bait and switch on the side of these organizations that are trying to, they’re the ones that are trying to confuse the parents. I would like this executive director, George Benjamin, to speak to the parents of injured children who have been inflicted and infected and injected with these products and ask if indeed reducing this vaccine schedule is going to lead to increased illness and suffering by children. This individual appears to have it, how did somebody put it? Bass, Ackwards, I think that’s the expression.

Excuse my French. So this hearing is going to be February 13th, and we’ll find out what happens next. Let’s switch gears now, because we’re going to look at this AAP is suing HHS and HSS now is suing this AAP. Are we keeping it straight? All right, let’s take a look. We’re going to hop on over actually to children’s health defense. Yes, I mentioned at the start of this broadcast that they apparently are doing very well with their donations with over $15 million that have been reported. You can do a search on your own.

It’s called Form 990. I’ve done a detailed video on my platform earlier. I also have a sub stack, peggyhall.substack.com, and I show you step by step how I find out about these nonprofit organizations, what they spend their money on, how much money they’re collecting, and so forth. All right, just wanted to make that statement. So here are the headlines, and this actually was published yesterday, and I’m broadcasting January 22nd. So this was January 21st, 2026. I want to show you what I’m going to be referring to, and then again, I will come off the screen share so that I can take a look at this.

The title here, the headline breaking children’s health defense hits AAP with RICO suit over fraudulent vaccine safety claims. Now, I need to give a shout out to one of my healthy Americans, Carrie, and I had him on the show previously, and he talked about these RICO lawsuits against the government, but he was saying against the government related to all of the, well, I guess we can call it cooties still, or the COVID fraud that went on all those years. And I’m wondering, and I’m assuming that he’s going to be applauding that now this RICO, and I’m going to explain that lawsuit, is going against the American Academy of Pediatrics for running a decades long racketeering scheme to defraud American families about the safety of the childhood vaccine schedule.

I am applauding this, friends. This definitely is a step in the right direction. Children’s health defense filed the RICO suit in the US District Court for the District of Columbia. I realize I misspoke that it’s not health. I keep getting that acronym confused. Health and human services, HHS, is not suing AAP, but Bob Kennedy’s previous organization is suing AAP. So let me set the record straight. I realize that I did misspeak. So all these lawsuits flying, it’s hard to keep them straight. So let’s straighten it out right here, shall we? In a lawsuit filed today in federal court, children’s health defense and five other plaintiffs accused the American Academy of Pediatrics of running a decades long racketeering scheme to defraud American families about the safety of the childhood vaccine schedule.

The suit alleges that AAP violated the, and this is where RICO, this is what RICO stands for, Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act by making false and fraudulent claims about the safety of the CDC’s childhood immunization schedule while receiving funds from vaccine manufacturers and providing financial incentives to pediatricians who achieve high vaccination rates. How do you like them apples? For too long, the AAP has been held up on a pedestal as if it were a front, a font of science and integrity, said the CEO, Mary Holland. Sadly, that’s not the case. Instead, she said, AAP is a front operation and racketeering scheme involving big pharma, big medicine and big media, ready at every turn to put profits above children’s health.

It’s time to face facts and see what the AAP is all about. Now, I can see that she is demonizing, rightly so, big pharma, big medicine and big media, and really pointing the finger at all of the money that the AAP has been getting to promote this childhood vaccine schedule. I mean, it has been clear for those of us who have eyes to see. According to the complaint, the AAP has worked to conceal the findings of the studies that the Institute of Medicine, now known as the National Academy of Medicine, published all the way back in 2002 and 2013.

That National Academy of Medicine called for more research after concluding that no studies had ever been conducted to compare the health outcomes of vaccinated and unvaccinated children. I need to pause for a moment, friends, because you know how I feel about studies and testing vaccines on children. I am happy and I promote looking at children who are already vaccinated and comparing their health to the children who are not vaccinated. That is excellent. But to do more testing on vaccines to make them safer, that is not a path that I want to go down.

That is not what CHD is promoting, but we do have to make sure that this calling for more research does not include more testing on innocent children because that testing only results in more jabs into more children, and it lines the pockets of more vaccine manufacturers because they are the ones that get federal money to conduct these studies. I’ve spoken about that at length and I will continue to do so. The AAP’s conduct constitutes a pattern of fraud under RICO, said the attorney for the plaintiffs, Rick Jaffe. The attorney told Children’s Health Defense and this publication, The Defender, that while previous lawsuits challenged individual vaccines or sought compensation for individual injuries, this is a fraud case following the playbook that took down big tobacco.

The AAP’s actions parallel those of big tobacco, which misled the public regarding the safety of its products. And again, AAP is the largest pediatric trade group in the United States and there are close to 70,000 members. Again, they pay to be a part of it and big pharma bankrolls that. Doctors Paul Thomas and Kenneth Stoller, physicians whose professional reputations were harmed for opposing AAP’s guidelines and the parents of four children who died or who were injured after receiving routine childhood vaccinations are among the plaintiffs. So I’m applauding this because I’m glad that this is going to be in the news.

Hopefully it will be in the news and it won’t be buried in the news and that there will be a favorable outcome, at least in terms of looking at the books that have probably been cooked and making sure that these organizations are not getting your tax dollars and my tax dollars to continue to promote this very harmful schedule. So it says that the AAP turned pediatricians into a vaccine delivery system. That sounds pretty accurate to me. So I’m going to be covering this story. I’ll be doing my continued following of what’s going on.

And this lawsuit, the complaint highlights the conflict of interest with this organization and the vaccine makers, including Pfizer, Merck, Blaxo Smith Klein, and Sanofi Pasteur. And that Pasteur is named for Louis Pasteur. Unfortunately, the father of these modern vaccines, beginning with rabies. Well, there were vaccines prior to rabies, but rabies was the COVID of its day. And the group does not disclose these relationships in its policy studies and public safety assurances according to the complaint. This has led to conflicts of interest, including the formation of an association impact enterprise, meaning individuals or entities that operate together for a common purpose without forming a formal legal entity.

The same pharmaceutical conglomerates that serve as enterprise participants in manufacturing childhood vaccines have systematically acquired companies treating the chronic conditions that those vaccines cause, creating a closed loop system that financializes childhood illness. That is in the lawsuit. I think this is very strong. And as I say, I am going to be following this and let me know your comments if you are applauding this. And again, this was not from Health and Human Services. I’ll have to correct my earlier statements. This lawsuit is from Children’s Health Defense. And as these lawsuits often happens with these lawsuits, there’s a lot of delay.

There are a lot of motions to dismiss. I liken it to a ping pong game where there will be emotion on this side and emotion on that side, and an injunction, and then it just goes on and on. It is a step in the right direction, and I applaud what Children’s Health Defense is doing. All right, friends, stick with me.
