Have people told you that the media being owned by a select few isn’t a problem? That these corporations and the bankers that fund them would never propagandize the people for their own interests and certainly wouldn’t endanger lives? That false flags aren’t real and that they would involve way too many people. That a secret that big could never be kept quiet. Media manipulation by bankers with money interests and governments beholden to those bankers is not the exception of, it’s the rule. There are countless verified examples that government schools conveniently leave out of the history books. And banker funded media conglomerates are the last people that are going to give you a peek behind the curtain they’ve woven to protect themselves from the retribution they would surely face if the public were to discover just how little their lives mattered.

One of the most well documented examples of how war profiteers operate that parallels exactly with how these war profiteers operate today is the sinking of the Lusitania. An event that would claim the lives of nearly 2,000 people, including 195Americans, and would be the false flag to get the American public behind a war that would later claim the lives of over 100,000Americans. A war that up until this false flag planned by the elites, including JP Morgan and his Rothschild backers and the Wilson administration, was only supported by 1 out of 10Americans. And the motivations are the same as they’ve always been.

Money and power. In the early 1900s, J.P. morgan, the American agent of the Rothschilds, sold war bonds in America to fund the English and the French in their war with Germany. Not only did they profit through handsome commissions from these bonds, the money raised was then spent at the companies owned by Morgan and the Rothschilds. War was big money. Total purchases would rise to an astronomical $3 billion, which in today’s money would be roughly $74 billion. Morgan’s firm became the largest purchaser on earth. And when German U boats appeared to be turning the tide against England, they faced a very real possibility that this ocean of money would dry up.

This would mean substantial losses to their balance sheets. Additionally, this would also threaten England’s ability to repay the billions of dollars it had borrowed with war bonds. In fact, Morgan was finding it difficult just to sell the bonds that funded his military industrial complex, as it appeared the Germans might claim victory in a matter of months. To make matters worse, Morgan himself had loaned around $37 billion in today’s money that he was now in danger of losing. Something had to be done. Morgan hired a committee that identified the 25 most influential newspapers. He then installed editors at each of the papers and paid them off to run stories that were pro war.

Eventually, he had over a thousand newspaper editors on his payroll and used his vast advertising purchasing power to strong arm the smaller papers to trumpet the same pro war sentiment. The Rockefellers of Standard Oil, who would also profit handsomely from the war, used its own publishing companies to influence the people against Germany and funneled money to reluctant congressmen. Massive parades were held, but with all this campaigning and social engineering, the polling data still showed that 90% of Americans still favored staying out of the war. Enter the false flag that would plunge the world into war, killing over 100,000Americans to protect the interests of the bankers and the ruling class.

Winston Churchill, who knew all too well without American involvement in the war he would soon lose to Germany, began to work with President Wilson and the bankers on the false flag that would force the American people to support the war. The the sinking of the Lusitania the Lusitania, while built as a British passenger ocean liner, had been retrofitted with armor revolving gun rings on its decks and was classified by the British Navy as an armored auxiliary cruiser. Its lower passenger compartments had been removed to make room for the war munitions exported by America’s industrial military complex.

Churchill ordered the Lusitania and all ships to ignore orders from German U boats to halt and be searched and instead to engage the German U boats or even ram them without warning. He also ordered crews not to treat captured U boat crews as prisoners of war, but to execute them. This left the German navy with only one to sink ships suspected of delivering war munitions on site. The Lusitania, whose previous captain resigned over Churchill’s plan to use passengers as human shields, was loaded with weapons and ammunition sold by the J.P. morgan Company in violation of every neutrality treaty.

The German embassy in Washington filed a complaint to the Wilson administration and was ignored. The Germans went so far as to attempt to run ads in American newspapers warning traveling through a war zone. But the papers controlled by the bankers and by order of the State Department refused to run the ads. Using the media as a weapon against the people is not a new thing. The bankers and the politicians they owned were purposely sending unaware Americans right into a deadly trap. The so called passenger liner carrying over 6 million rounds of ammunition was directed by the British Navy into an area where a German U boat had recently fired upon two ships and was known to be active.

To ensure the ship would be vulnerable. The destroyer that was supposed to escort the cargo to port was called back without notifying the Lusitania, leaving her a sitting duck in hostile waters. And on May 7, 1915, close to 2,000 passengers, including 195Americans, were sacrificed to the bankers as the German U boat U20 fired at the hull, setting off a massive explosion when the munitions and the cargo ripped a hole so large in her starboard bow that one of the largest ships ever built sank in less than 18 minutes. The Lusitania was purposely loaded full of explosives and then led defenselessly into hostile waters in the hopes that it would be sunk by the Germans.

This was the false flag that propelled America into what would become known as World War I. A war that easily could have ended before claiming the lives of over 100,000Americans that died so that the military industrial complex and the banking class could avoid losing money on a profitable war. A war that would later lead to another world war that would claim the lives of millions. All this so bankers could grow fat on the blood of the people that would line up for the slaughter. War after war after war. The details of this false flag have been largely hidden from the public.

In fact, as recently as 1993 is, the official story was that the Lusitania had exploded because of coal dust in the boiler rooms and that it had not been carrying ammunition or explosives. The real story remained hidden from the public for nearly 100 years until in 2008 when divers found millions of rounds in the hole of the sunken wreckage. The media had successfully covered up a false flag for nearly a century. A fact that completely obliterates the notion that that false flags involve too many people and that surely someone would talk and that the truth would get out.

People who don’t know their history are damned to repeat it. Do we have to wait another century before we get the truth of modern false flags perpetrated by the bankers and the deep state? When will the people stop confirming the ruling class’s belief that we are all just cattle to be slaughtered for profit? Slaves that unknowingly prop them up and support their lifestyle of decadence and degeneracy, fighting for table scraps and vying for the coveted position as alpha slave. While the ruling class looks down at us not in pity, but with amusement and disgust, the technocrats are developing new ways to control us and eventually make us obsolete.

We are rapidly approaching a future in which the ruling class will have successfully replaced us with with lower IQ populations that are easier to control and easier to replace with automation. We must stop them now and expose them for who they are now, because we don’t have another century to wait for the truth to come out. It’s not just about the deaths on the Lusitania. It’s not about the deaths in World War I which led to all the deaths in World War II. World War II led to the deaths of nearly half a million American men.

American men that might not have voted for the Immigration act of 1965. And lest we forget, without World War II there would have been no baby boom. That decision by those bankers, the Wilson administration and Churchill to sacrifice the lives of unwitting pawns in their war profiteering game so they could increase their profits. The effects of that evil decision have irreversibly damaged this nation in every measurable way. And look at the British now arresting people for thought crimes. The fairy tale that we were protecting freedom was always a lie. The truth is we live in a system that rewards sociopaths and sociopaths do what’s good for them.

I’ve spoken on my channel before about how if you want to understand the ruling class, what they’re doing, you can’t view their actions through the prism of personal experience. They don’t think like you, they don’t even feel like you. These are people that make decisions about human lives the same way and with the same emotional disconnection that you do when balancing your bank account. Human life is a form of currency and they spend it the same way you do to get the things that they want.

Sometimes this is appropriate. We need people that can operate in this way to make decisions in times of war without having a mental breakdown. A general might decide that he must sacrifice tens of thousands of lives in order to save the hundreds of thousands of others, or maybe even millions. And he must be able to order these tens of thousands of soldiers to their death, knowing full well that they are being sacrificed. This is the kind of sociopathic trait that can be a good thing and has been a necessary feature of great leaders in the past.

The problem is we are now in a time where these same personality types, in addition to having no personal remorse for their actions, also face no consequences for themselves. Let me explain what I mean by that. Sociopaths might not care about others, but they care very much about themselves and to some degree, their legacy. We are now living in a time when many of these sociopaths in the west face no consequences for their actions because they face no criticism from the press. Through censorship, propaganda and collusion, they control what the people are allowed to know about the decisions they are making and the effects those decisions are having on the lives of the people.

Without an accurate picture of what’s happening as a result that these actions their leaders are taking, the leaders face no danger of being thrown out. Further exacerbating the situation is that the public in Europe, for example, has been disarmed. So even if they were to get an accurate picture of what their leaders were doing, it would now be hard for them to do anything about it. And if you add in the surveillance state that exists in Europe as well as America, it becomes even harder for any opposition to organize. Another factor that has to be taken into account, something that’s enabled the ruling class to destroy their people and aids their effort to turn them into nothing more than machinery that provides their luxurious lifestyles is the loss of religion.

In the past, the people that lived in Western countries had a moral code. This moral code was maintained and transmitted to each new generation, in recent times, at least, using the parables and moral codes outlined in the Bible. This moral code not only provided the people with a means to self police their behavior in a way that required less intervention from the state, but it also set expectations for their rulers. There was an agreed upon set of values, and if the ruling class stepped outside of these boundaries set by the Only authority that existed above them, boundaries set by an omnipotent God.

The people would demand justice because their rulers had violated the rules of God. Without God and with the rise of moral relativism, a theology that can be simplified to mean that morality is in the eye of the beholder and that there is no immortal global standard of behavior. The ruling class can now justify anything that violates these antiquated standards. And the public is in no position to feel righteous indignation and has no authority over their actions. On top of that, while the ruling class in modern Western civilization has hardly been made up of religious zealots or even God fearing people, with the complete removal of God from the equation without replacing it with anything else, there is not even a chance that the members of the ruling class would hold themselves up to any standard of behavior or believe that there exists any authority above them.

As far as they’re concerned, they are God. And to many of the people they rule over, that’s just as true. Without a God in their lives, they too view the state as the next best thing. It’s important to understand this when examining the actions of the ruling class. They are godless sociopaths, many of them without children, who care only about fulfilling their own hedonistic desires on a timeline that doesn’t extend beyond their years on this earth. As long as they can maintain their lifestyle and power during their lifetimes, that’s really all that matters to them. I’d like you to use this mindset of the ruling class, this mindset that they are the top of the food chain, that there exists no authority above themselves, to examine why they would want to flood their countries with people from the third World.

And not just the invasion of Europe from Muslim countries, but also the invasion of the United States and Canada from people from the Third World. As I’ve said before, they have no reason to preserve the culture because it’s not their culture. The ruling class has its own culture. The rulers in America live largely the same way that the rulers of third world countries live. You might even say that rulers of other countries live better, like in Saudi Arabia or even African countries. These dictators live better lives and have less trouble from the populations they’re controlling than those of the ruling class in Western countries.

And now we’re getting somewhere. Now imagine you are the ruler of a people that do have a strong moral code. They do have a culture that despises corruption in their government. They do have a culture that even if it’s removed a little bit from reality, that expects a lot out of their leaders. They do have a culture again, even if it’s not anchored by reality, that tells them that their rulers are no better than they are, that they themselves as citizens can run for office and participate and be a member of the ruling class. They have a culture of gun ownership.

Should the ruling class make the mistake of pushing the people too far too fast, they have a culture that tells them them in these times, they must violently remove the tyrannical ruling class. Many of these people, these citizens of the west, they still believe in universal values and in God. They believe there’s an authority higher than the ruling class. And to the consternation of the ruling class, it also so happens that these people are the same people typically that hold on to their right to bear arms. To make matters worse, they have higher IQs on average than the people in the countries in the third world.

This makes them harder to deceive, harder to keep in captivity, and harder to control. The citizens of the Western countries, in short, are historically the hardest people to oppress and rule over. So, understanding all this, put yourself into the shoes of one of these members of the ruling class. What are some things you could do to improve your lifestyle? Imagine that you see these rulers of other nations and the way they live. Wouldn’t you want your country to be more like theirs? Wouldn’t you want to have the same freedoms that they enjoy? Wouldn’t you want to secure your power as they have? The math is pretty simple.

If you want to increase your power, you want to increase your wealth, you want to augment your lifestyle to more closely resemble the lifestyle of these rulers, you simply need to alter the population of your country to more closely resemble the populations of these more oppressive governments. And that is exactly what they are doing. Now, we’ve talked about some of these things that make the citizens of the Western countries difficult to manage, but there are several things that actually make them easy to control as well. These religious gun owners are often very sympathetic to people who have the misfortune of living under these other more oppressive regimes.

They have a natural inclination to want to help these people. The ruling class simply has to exploit these feelings of compassion and tell the public that this isn’t about replacing them. No, no, no, no, no. It’s about helping those less fortunate. You see, another attribute of these otherwise difficult to manage citizens is their humility. They are loath to take pride or even credit for the accomplishments of their people. They judge everyone individually, which can be problematic at times for the ruling class. But it can be easily exploited when it comes to their demographic replacement plans. It’s easy to convince these humble, sympathetic citizens that their culture, and certainly not their genetics, have nothing to do with their success.

That there is something special about the government, the state, the ruling class or the geography that explains their prosperity. And by withholding access to this government and superior land, they are keeping their ill gained treasure from the impoverished people around the world. You see sociopaths, both in the micro and in the macro, are experts at using what is good about people against themselves. They play on your empathy and use it as a weakness because they see it as a weakness. That’s what makes them sociopaths in the first place. They don’t care about your standard of living or how much you will be forced to sacrifice it to improve the standard of living of the population they wish to have replace you.

Because you’re not really sacrificing your lifestyle to improve the lifestyle of these less fortunate people. You’re sacrificing your birthright and the future of your children so that the ruling class can improve not just their lifestyle, but but also their access to power. I know this is difficult for many people to hear. Unlike the ruling class, the average person doesn’t think in terms of populations. Because the largest number of people they have to manage are the members of their family or maybe even just a few employees. The ruling class knows this. They exploit this about people. They exploit the people that are charitable in their personal lives, people that are charitable in the micro.

The people that are so eager and willing to give the poor the shirt off their back. They fail to see the consequence of this charitable act when it’s applied on a massive scale. They’re so convinced that there’s nothing special about them. That all their prosperity is simply a consequence of being born within a certain border with a certain government. That they believe that the people within those borders are interchangeable. That the success of their countries was simply random. That they were one of the lucky ones born in this magical, prosperous land. And they think this because for decades upon decades, the ruling class has been chipping away at the pride that these citizens have in their accomplishments or in their ancestors.

All the while brow beating them with all of the negative aspects of their history. And they have eroded the culture so much, they are dangerously close to getting what they always wanted. They have created a situation where the culture and the people who value freedom and have these universal values will be easy to replace. Most people will automatically conform to what they perceive as popular because their existence relies on the group.

Whether out of circumstance or limited abilities, many are dependent on the group for survival, so they are biologically hardwired to go along with the group. Maybe they receive government benefits from the group, or perhaps they are a cog in a large globalist corporate machine. But most people aren’t business owners themselves or independently wealthy. Without the group, they would be unable or unwilling to fend for themselves. So conforming to the group is crucial to their survival. Late night talk shows are very popular with these kinds of people because they supply instant feedback from the group. They are given audible cues that inform them of the group’s position on popular topics, whether or not they should approve or disapprove of this person or that person in the form of cheers, applause and laughter.

Television studios became aware of this psychological trick and the need that the average person had to be given this group feedback before they could comfortably respond to jokes, and that led them to insert artificial laughter into most sitcoms. It’s not massive, it’s just average sized. Which later evolved into cutting to reaction shots and shows that didn’t have a laugh Track, like NBC’s the Office. It is these visual and auditory cues that communicate to people where the group stands and therefore what to conform to in order to ensure your survival within the group. This is precisely why corporate political propaganda employs these same tactics.

What we need are laws, real laws, that do everything possible to keep assault rifles out of the hands of people who are going to shoot our kids, go on TV and tell them to do that. Jimmy Kimmel or John Oliver make a joke at the expense of a politician. Donald Trump, the only president who combines the sordid extramarital affairs of a young JFK with the dead eyed puffiness of a post Watergate Richard Nixon. And the audience who they themselves are responding to visual cues in the form of applause signs, cheer with glee. It is communicating on a visceral level to those people whose survival is directly tied to being part of the group that their survival is also tied to disapproving of that politician.

It programs them to have a negative response when they hear that person’s name in the future because that person is not approved by the group and therefore approval of that person endangers their very existence. If you doubt what I’m saying, I’ll give you a perfect example of this programming. After her defeat in the 2016 presidential election, Hillary Clinton blamed James Comey for her loss. I was on the way to winning. Until the combination of Jim Comey’s letter on October 28 and Russian WikiLeaks. The propaganda ministers spun into high gear and began programming their audience to dislike Comey.

The programming was so effective that when Stephen Colbert announced to his audience some months later that President Trump had fired Comey, many in the audience cheered. Huge story that broke just minutes ago, like less than 10 minutes ago. FBI Director James Comey has just been fired by Donald Trump. Huge, huge Donald Trump fans here tonight. This was not the correct response, and Colbert immediately rebuked them and wasted no time in communicating that the group now liked James Comey. The audience, both in the studio and at home, obediently accepted the new programming. And that programming will persist until such a time that the narrative changes, in which case the audience will be reprogrammed once again.

Television has always been a tool of the elite. The astronomical costs involved in producing programs and distributing them to the public meant that all the messages contained in the programs could come only from the elite. Now, with the Internet and the ease of access to platforms like YouTube, the ruling class is now Losing its stranglehold on the flow of information. It is also fracturing their ability to project what group consensus is, which is important if you want to control the people that just want to conform to the group. Group consensus is now communicated through how many likes or retweets or thumbs up a post might get or the subscriber count someone might have.

This evens out the playing field and is precisely why they have begun to censor and shut down channels that go against the approved narrative. I myself have had view counts manipulated on YouTube and channels way bigger than mine have been banned recently because they didn’t go along with the official narrative. This is why it’s so important that you support independent media like whether it’s blackpilled or it doesn’t matter. So that the global elite, the ruling class, or some people like to say just they don’t have a monopoly on information and influence. I will do this as long as I’m financially able to.

So we use these supplements, these medications for a point in time in our life, eliminating anything that lowers your vibe. If you watch my channel, you know that I like to pay attention to what Hollywood is whispering into the public’s ear, especially the propaganda that was produced before the Internet and before there was any real competition. Because this was the golden age of propaganda, when propaganda was concentrated into the sights and sounds of films. Propaganda that took months and sometimes years to plan and produce. Propaganda so well crafted and compelling that it was profitable. The target audience paid for the luxury of being programmed and then left the theaters wanting more.

And it was during this golden age of propaganda that the propagandists produced the best results. With complete control of the national narrative on both the large and small screens in America, the subtle whispers coming from Hollywood got louder and louder and more extreme, desensitizing its audience. Lately we’ve seen a wave of anti white hate. And while it might be reaching a fever pitch now, this is something that has been cultivated slowly and carefully for longer than many of us have even been alive. I was curious as to when exactly this message really began to be mainstream.

The first real overt attacks on the white Christian majority. So I began by looking back at films that had been nominated or had won Oscars, as this would demonstrate that the film wasn’t some kind of fringe creation, but that it represented the mainstream messaging being put out by Hollywood. And while I found several examples going back much further than I expected, including the 1952 film High Noon that John Wayne called out as being the product of anti American communist writers. And there were certainly whispers belittling white Christian males and depicting them as weak and cowardly. But these whispers, 27 years later, as the baby boomers begin to come of age and start having families, these whispers had evolved into shouts.

By 1979 in the film Norma Rae, I think it’s important to get to know the kind of messaging that the baby boomers were subjected to that led to some of the problems and discrimination we face today. Now, there are certainly other movies that have the same anti white, anti American themes that Norma Rae does. I feel as if none quite encapsulate the absolute contempt the filmmakers had for European Americans. Their culture, their religion, and even their system of government. In fact, it’s so on the nose it’s kind of ridiculous. When you watch it today, it’s. It’s extremely transparent.

Norma Rae was written by Jewish writers Irving Ravitch and Harriet Frank. And I mention they are Jewish because in many ways this film is about Jewish identity. Coming into contact with white identity and then attempting to change it because it sees white identity as inferior. So it’s important to understand that this movie was written by Jewish writers and directed by a Jewish director co starring a Jewish actor. And that this is the lens that they looked at white America through. This is so important because if you understand that aspect and you understand that this movie was awarded two Oscars and nominated for two others, including Best Picture and even nominated for the highest prize at the Cannes Film Festival.

So this view, given the demographics in Hollywood, arguably represents the Jewish view of white America in 1979, which I think is important to understand. And it’s one of the things I like about older movies because it’s kind of like a time capsule. Now the movie begins at a textile factory somewhere in the South. We are introduced to the film’s namesake, Norma Rae, who is a hard working single mother, but who along with, well, quite frankly, every other white person in the entire movie is uneducated, ignorant and racist. In fact, they make this extremely clear right off the bat when the the film’s hero, a left wing Jewish labor organizer who comes uninvited from New York to try to unionize the textile mill where the majority of the townspeople work, thus saving them from the evil white factory owners.

But moreover, the they’re ignorant hillbilly selves. And wouldn’t you know it, that ignorance rears its ugly face the moment he rolls into town and he tries to rent a room from Norma Ray’s father and her father finds out he’s Jewish. As far as I’m concerned, all of you people are communists or agitators or crooks or Jews are all four rolled together. Reuben tells Norma’s father that he’s stupid for letting the factory rip him off and calls him a schlemiel. Today’s inflation, that makes you a bit of a schlemiel. And Norma’s father chases him off and he goes off and rents a room at the local hot.

The same hotel where we find out that the hard working single mom Norma is having an affair with some other ignorant white trash person who in keeping with his white trash Persona, decides to start beating her. She leaves and encounters Ruben on her way out and he gives her some ice for her face and the two start to get to know each other. The first thing the writers do is draw a stark contrast between Norma, the simple white woman with the limited vocabulary, who seems stunned that Rubin has books. The implication, of course, is that Norma doesn’t read much, or if she even knows how to read at all.

And between Rubin’s Jewish girlfriend back home in New York, who we never meet, but who’s named Dorothy Finkelstein and who is described as a Harvard graduate lawyer. Then we go back to Norma’s ignorance and bigotry when she says, after asking Reuben if he’s a Jew, she says, and it’s not supposed to be a joke. She says she thought Jews had horns on their head. I heard you all had horns. Circumcised, yes. Horns, no. This scene is the first scene with the two main characters meeting and establishing a relationship and setting a tone for the rest of the film.

And it’s the through this lens that the writers and the director view white America. And to make extra sure that the audience understands that the white people are viewed as different. When Norma says now, after meeting a Jew for the first time, that he doesn’t seem that different than than she is, he says this. As far as I can see, you don’t look any different from the rest of us. We are. Yeah. Well, what makes you different? History. So it’s an affirmation that this Jewish identity makes him different than Norma, that he sees himself as different than these local town people.

A difference he’ll bring up later in the film also. But it’s a difference that the writers and director wanted to make clear right from the start. So as the movie progresses, Reuben tries to get the mill workers unionize and he’s treated as an outsider. He later sees Norma at a baseball game and we get more symbolism reinforcing that Reuben is a high class fish out of water in this backwards town when he’s unable to stomach the hot dog served at the baseball game. But at the same time he offers to pay for Norma’s food out of charity.

Now Ruben’s superiority over Norma is expounded upon when she begins to talk about her baby daddies. And the dynamic of master and teacher that will go on throughout the rest of the movie really begins. Fast forward a little bit. Norma runs into Reuben once again. This time when she’s on a date with a local and equally ignorant and simple white guy. She invites him to sit down with them and Reuben once again takes on the role of the mentor. Not only is this easily seen through the camera with the way the shots are framed with Reuben much larger than Norma and her date, like a father talking to his kids, but he again rejects the local food and drink because he’s dissatisfied with the quality.

And then drives the two home because they’re too irresponsible and drunk. And again looks down on her as she’s vomiting at the side of the road. It’s continuing to build this dynamic of superior and inferior. Now, a short time later, Norma gets married, rather abruptly, with the man that she went on a date with, who is also a single parent. The wedding is small and the marriage seems to be kind of lacking in romance. But it’s rather a result of two impoverished single parents coming to an arrangement of convenience. Norma’s new husband is always viewed as kind of a simple, average man lacking inspiration.

And we get the idea she’s settling to get out of her parents house. The story moves on to the first meeting of the mill employees that want to maybe unionize. The meetings held in a black church. And nearly all of the attendees, other than Norma are black. And again, all the black characters are seen as good, decent people that want to help out. And all the white people are very suspicious of Ruben. And I never want to hear him out. After the meeting, Reuben goes to the mill to enforce, I guess, a federal regulation that allows him to post his union literature.

And once again is met by this caricature of the. Of basically a southern plantation owner. Like that’s what these characters are. And he has to threaten to sue unless he’s allowed to post his notices because they’re giving him such a hard time. And then Norma, inspired by his feistiness and the way he handles these plantation owners, decides to finally volunteer and work for the union. The first repercussions that she receives from volunteering for the union, the first enemy, if you will, that she makes is, oddly enough, from her Christian church. She goes to the church and she makes this speech about how she’s been going there since she was six years old and implies to the preacher that if he doesn’t support the union, let them meet at his church, that he’s not really a man of God and there’s something fundamentally wrong with his church.

Now isn’t this an important detail considering the context of this film? Not just the faith of the writers and the director, but just the relationship the left has always had with Christianity, that somehow by not supporting their agenda, that Christianity is illegitimate. So in this moment, Norma Rae, the ignorant country Christian bumpkin who is now formally being mentored by the benevolent leftist Jewish labor organizer from New York, discards her lifelong religion in favor of this new ideology because Christianity was evil. The next enemy she makes is her bigoted, racist white neighbors who don’t like that she’s bringing black people into her home for a union meeting.

And then her evil white, racist husband, who is appalled by the idea that she invited black people over to their home. There’s a bunch of black men in there. You’re gonna get us in a whole lot of trouble. I ain’t never had any trouble with black men. But normal Rae, thanks to Rubin, is now totally woke. She’s breaking free of the racism that afflicts every other white person in the movie. And together they begin to overcome the backward ways of the whites. No scene in any well made movie is unintentional. And it’s with this knowledge that I find it peculiar that with the constant putting down of white Christians in this film and not exactly subtle idolization of Rubin, that it wasn’t enough for the filmmakers to have Norma always inferior to Rubin, for the dynamic of the film to be that of a patient teacher mentoring a slow student, but that they decided to take it a step further in this scene where Rubin gets his shirt dirty and decides to take his clothes off and go skinny dipping.

And you see, it’s not enough for Norma to idolize Reuben, to hang on his every word. She also has to want him sexually. But Reuben, ever the patient custodian of wisdom and morality, doesn’t take advantage of Norma’s burning desire for him. So she’s left frustrated. Honestly, in. In my view, this film is so much more condescending to whites than the handful of movies that Hollywood would make 10 years later about the white woman who goes to the schools in the ghetto and teaches the black kids how to graduate or dance or whatever those ridiculous movies have them do.

Because at least in those movies, there was always that moment where the white lady who came to the inner city would have a learning moment, where the disadvantaged kids would teach her something about their culture or maybe about herself. In Norma Rae, that never, ever happens. Ruben is the perfect man, the savior come to rescue the poor, stupid white people from themselves. And this scene really highlights that as clearly as anything can. I’m not gonna go into detail of the rest of the film because it’s really kind of just this continued theme of Norma being woke and fighting for the union and ignoring her husband and her family and fighting the evil White racists and trying to impress Rubin.

Towards the end of the film, she’s reminded that just like the food in her town, Norma doesn’t measure up to Rubin’s standards. Just as her husband, despite providing for the family even after she gets herself fired and he takes care of the children while she’s out running around being woke, he will never measure up to her standards. He knows this and he accepts this, but the writers frame it like it. Somehow he owes this to her because she’s a strong, independent woman now. He should be so lucky. And now this independent woman that after finally helping to unionize the mill, having done everything she could to help Reuben impose his values on this community, this independent woman is left standing in the middle of the road, staring longingly after him as he drives away.

And that is the story of Norma Rae. Hollywood’s view of white America, presented to the world in 1979, a view that won Sally Fields an Oscar for Best Actress for representing white people as ignorant, racist hillbillies with the need to be fixed. People who can’t determine their own destiny until someone like Rubin comes to town and shows them that they’re doing it all wrong. Then, after remaking it in his own image, leaves, moves on to the next town and then the next. And then the next. And then the next. For Black Pilled, I’m Devin Stack. Or this, or this. Because the overused phrase my culture is not a costume can be used exclusively against and applies only to white people. Because didn’t you know, white people, they don’t have any culture. They’re the only people on the planet that don’t have a culture. The biggest. No, no, of all the racist costumes is of course, the evil white sin of blackface. And even though things like this white chicks are totally fine, this is the most offensive costume of all. And white Americans and Europeans should feel bad because it’s a reminder of their history of racism.

Except it’s not. What you probably don’t know is that blackface was popularized by Al Jolson and was not at all part of white culture, which, you know, by the way, you’re allowed to have a white culture when there’s something bad, but was actually a part of Jewish culture. And that’s not just because Al Jolson was Jewish, which he was, or that the makers of this film were Jewish and they were, but because this film, the Jazz Singer, the movie that popularized blackface, is literally a film about Jewish culture and identity. Now, I know that might sound crazy to people who have never seen this film, but as you’re about to see, I’m not exaggerating even a tiny bit.

The Jazz Singer was released in 1927. The film is so old that that more than half of the movie is in the style of a silent film and only a few portions of it actually have audio other than music. Audio was brand new technology in 1927. In fact, it would be the popularity of this film, with its new addition of the spoken words from the actors that would usher in the new wave of talking pictures or talkies, a style of movie that resembles the movies that we have today. The film was based on a play written by Jewish playwright Samson Raphaelson, and it was produced by Warner Brothers, which was owned and operated by, well, the Warner Brothers, who were Jewish immigrants from Poland that changed their name from Wansel before the founding of the studio just a few years prior in 1923.

The Jazz Singer was also directed by Alan Crosland, who, like many directors, even those directing films today, came from a wealthy Jewish family in New York. But it’s not just that. Nearly everyone involved in the production of the Jazz Singer was Jewish. After all, you could say that about, well, most movies produced in Hollywood. The reason I bring up its connection with Jewish culture is. The Jazz Singer is literally a movie about Al Jolson growing up in a Jewish family and how he breaks from the Orthodox tradition to do well. This. The film even opens up with this, which right off the bat, defines Al Jolson’s father as a chanter of hymns in a synagogue and holding on to the traditions of the Jewish race.

Like I said, I wasn’t exaggerating or trying to read into something that isn’t a core part of the film. Al Jolson’s Jewish identity and ethnicity is the core of this film and a theme that never recedes from the spotlight. That it’s now taught today that this is something that’s a product of American Anglo Saxons and the other white Europeans that are blamed today for all things racist. When the origin exists right here in black and white is nothing short of infuriating, and it’s just going to get worse. So the whole first part of the film deals with Jolson’s rabbi father working at a synagogue and chanting Jewish hymns.

There’s no way to miss this. When he finds out his son doesn’t want to follow in his footsteps, he beats him severely with his belt as his mother is crying in the room next door. And Jolson runs away and grows up to be a singer in the theater. It’s not long after that we see him watching a man singing Jewish songs at a Jewish theater, and he’s reminded again of his rabbi father. After working the theater for a while, he gets a gig on Broadway. And after getting back into New York, he goes and sees his family.

He gives his father a prayer shawl, but his father is still mad and sends him away. So Jolson’s depressed, but he gets ready for the big Broadway play. It’s dress rehearsal, but he’s haunted by thoughts of his father, especially because he’s sick, because he feels guilty for what he did to his son, and because it’s Yom Kippur. Now, after putting on the blackface makeup, he tells his girlfriend, there’s something after all, in my heart. Maybe it’s the call of the ages, the cry of my race. And by that, I don’t think he means the black race that he’s impersonating with the black face.

But just in case you were confused, we see that clearly as he has this vision of his father in the synagogue in the mirror. Now his mother and a family friend come to see him and beg him to go see his father and also make a racist joke about his blackface. But Al Jolson won’t be swayed. He’s very focused on his career and he goes out and sings the song that would make blackface mainstream in the most famous and possibly legitimate act of real cultural appropriation ever. After the dress rehearsal, he goes home and finds his father sick in bed.

His mother begs for him to go seeing in the synagogue for his father’s sake, and he’s forced to choose between this and his big opening night on Broadway. After agonizing whether it’s more important to follow his career or break his mother’s heart, he decides to miss the performance and go sing the Jewish hymns at the synagogue for his father. They’re forced to cancel the show, but thankfully the show’s producer hears his hymns and doesn’t fire him and the show goes on. He is free to wear his blackface and pretend to be a black man on Broadway.
