Summary

➡ Dr. Bryan Ardis, in a special presentation, discusses the potential harmful effects of the sweetener Stevia. He cites research studies that suggest Stevia could cause infertility, miscarriages, and obesity. Despite its popularity as a healthier alternative to sugar, Dr. Dr. Ardis warns that Stevia may not be as safe as presumed. He urges people, especially those planning to start a family or those concerned about weight gain, to be cautious about using Stevia.
➡ Stevia, a natural sweetener, is not fully absorbed by the body when consumed. However, it can be converted into a substance called steviol by bacteria in the gut, which is then absorbed into the bloodstream. This study suggests that steviol can increase progesterone production but also block the body’s ability to use it, which could potentially lead to infertility or pregnancy termination. Therefore, it’s important to consider the potential effects of stevia on hormonal balance and fertility.
➡ Stevia, a natural sweetener, has been found to potentially cause infertility, miscarriages, and weight gain due to its impact on progesterone levels. Research shows that stevia can reduce fertility in female rats and increase progesterone production, which is linked to weight gain. Despite these findings, the FDA allows high amounts of stevia in various food products, including chocolate, chewing gum, and flavored drinks. The study suggests that stevia may not be a safe alternative to sugar and other synthetic sweeteners.
➡ If you’re trying to stay healthy, lose weight, or have a successful pregnancy, you should be aware of the potential negative effects of stevia, a sweetener found in many foods. Stevia, also listed under various names like Steviol, Stevioside, Reb A, etc., can disrupt your hormones, leading to issues like acne, menstrual problems, fertility struggles, and difficulty losing weight. If you’re experiencing these issues, it might be worth checking your food labels and avoiding products with stevia. Dr. Bryan Ardis provides more information on this topic in his presentations and book, which can be accessed through a QR code.

Foreign. Hi, everybody. I’m Dr. Bryan Ardis, host of the Dr. Dr. Ardis Show. And this is a very special edition of our show. This is not a part of my calendared productions or podcast. This is a very special presentation. After reviewing several research studies and learning there’s a very dark side to a sweetener many of us prefer in our food and beverages and ingredient labels called stevia. So I am going to take you through what is now published and very clearly demonstrates that stevia, when we consume it, all of us that think this is a much healthier food item for us and sweetener.

You’re about to learn some very disturbing issues related to stevia published in medical research studies. So this is a very special unplanned presentation in PowerPoint. But once I found these research studies, I had to quickly put together a presentation and present it to you. All right, so here we go. We’re going to dive in. I’ve got the PowerPoint to walk you through everything that we know about stevia that I’ve learned and that medicine and science already knows. And then the PowerPoint can be found at thedortistshow.com click the resources tab. And the PowerPoint is titled how Stevia can cause infertility, Miscarriages, and Obesity.

And I’m going to put the PowerPoint on the screen now and walk you all through it. And you’re about to learn everything I have very recently learned and why it is stevia will never be in any of my products or any of its derivatives. So let’s dive in. This is a QR code. You can scan it with your camera. It’ll give you access to a tab where you can put in your email. We will notify you about all of our future, either special presentations or our weekly health and wellness podcasts. All right, so to set the stage, the title of this presentation is how stevia causes infertility, Miscarriages and Obesity.

And I’m going to put up some research, not research, some media coverage on these two topics. All of these articles I’m about to put on the screen are from 2025. So Al Jazeera publication online reports U.S. fatality. Sorry. U.S. fertility rate drops to a new low. C. CDC data finds. That’s awesome. This is NBC News. The U. S. Fertility rate has reached a new low. CDC just reported in 2025. This is from the BBC. World fertility rates is in unprecedented decline. The UN says this is news Medical Life Sciences. The global female infertility rate surges, hitting women in their late 30s.

The hardest. And this is from Atlantic, the Atlantic. The birth rate crisis isn’t as bad as you’ve heard. It’s worse. And you can see the date there, June 30, 2025. Now, these are. This is from a different website. This is Newsweek.com and I found this was placed in one of their articles. It actually shows every country around the world. And you will see the second column from the left on both tables. There’s two tables on the screen. You will see a very thin highlighted with various colors, red, orange, yellow, green. You will see those are the infertility rates in the negative dropping in 2024 and 2025 in every single one of those countries that are named.

So I’m just going to highlight here where you see the box. They’re giving you all of the individual countries and they’re declining birth rates one year after another from 2024-20. This is a big deal. Now, what about obesity? Obesity here is IT reported from CT tctmd.com US obesity epidemic continues to skyrocket with no end in sight. The NIH is publishing this research study. By 2030, nearly half of all United States adults will be obese. Experts predict. The Lancet, which is the British medical journal, has published that without immediate action, nearly 260 million people in the United States predicted to have overweight or obesity by the year 2050.

Excuse me, everybody, all you watching, particularly Americans. Do you know how many Americans there are right now, total kids and adults? It’s 340 million. They’re telling you in the next 23 years, or, sorry, 25 years, there’s going to be 260 million Americans. Of the 340 million will be obese. This is the NIH. Over 50% of adults worldwide predicted to be obese or overweight by the year 2050. So infertility rates declining in every country. As I just highlighted, obesity is skyrocketing by the year 2050 for both infertility and obesity. It’s going to continue to skyrocket. This is the publication I’m going to walk all of you through.

You need to see this as everybody is trying to make themselves healthy again. The healing for the ages.com conference that we’re holding in October of 2025. Its entire theme is make yourself healthy again. I hope you’ll go to healingforthages.com and sign up for that. Present the presentations live or in person, digital or in person. It’s in Dallas, Texas. And this is on the cusp of hearing the administration of the United States, the executive branches all promoting Make America Healthy Again initiatives here in the last year. So as everybody’s more inclined to be more health conscious and being it’s being forced to you to start thinking about ways to be healthier.

Even the government’s worried about it. How do we make people healthier in America? There is one sweetener everybody’s going to be turning to and the majority of all companies are going to be converting from sugar to stevia as the the sweetener of choice. So this is from 2016, the year of President Donald Trump’s first term as president, United States. This is titled in vitro in the lab investigations of the endocrine hormone disrupting potential of steviol glycosides and their metabolite steviol, which are components of the natural sweetener stevia. So we’re talking about the components found in the natural sweetener stevia.

And I bring this up because I don’t want people thinking they’re selecting a healthier option for them as a sweetener that’s not sugar. Not knowing. There are some really big problems here for a very specific group of people. If you’re wanting to have a family, if you know people that want to have a family, have children or struggling to have children, don’t want to gain weight, are worried about becoming obese and are making selections they believe are more natural for them and better for them. Infertility, miscarriages and obesity. You better pay attention to this one. In this research study from 2016, it’s time to explain what stevia and its components are.

Stevia is a plant looks like little green leaves and then they process it into stevia. Here we go. Steviol glycosides are high intensity sweeteners that can be isolated and purified from the leaves of Stevia robodiana, which is the name of the plant. These glycosides of the diterpene derivative steviol consist mainly of stevioside and rebodioside A. These chemicals have sweetening potentials of 200 to 300 times that of sucrose and are thermally stable, meaning heat doesn’t affect them, and account for approximately 5 to 10% of a dry leaf weight. So when you find a leaf of stevia, 5 to 10% of the entire weight are these steviaol glycosides.

The increasing the reason for this research study in 2016, which is now nine years old, the increasing prevalence of diabetes and obesity worldwide in conjunction with a growing concern over the safety of chemical sweeteners such as aspartame has led to a growing demand for natural non calorie sweeteners such as stevia glycosides which are presumed safe to eat and are of acceptable taste. Notice the words presumed safe to eat and they’re telling you because of the increasing prevalence of diabetes and obesity, most people are looking to these artificial, these other sweeteners that don’t have sugar and aren’t sucrose.

With increasing health consciousness, imagine the Maha movement and the healing for the ages. My whole movement. The use of stevial glycosides as a food additive is now encouraged to slow down the worldwide sugar consumption and therefore contribute towards combating the increasing diabetes and obesity rates. That’s why it’s being promoted. Stevial glycosides are now authorized for use in a range of commonly consumed food products, resulting in stevial equivalents within a range of 20,000, up to 3,300,000 nanograms per milliliter abundantly present in certain foods. And they’re going to show you the table. Now these are very important numbers.

20,000 in certain foods, up to 3,300,000 nanograms of this stuff. Stevia in certain food items. And here’s the list. This is Table 1. Examples of authorized uses of stevia in food. You’ll see cocoa and chocolate products can and their maximum allowed level they find in their foods are 270,000 nanograms per milliliter. Chewing gum with stevia in it contains up to 3,300,000 nanograms of stevia. Flavored drinks have up to 80,000 milligrams nanograms of stevia per drink. Potatoes, cereal, flour, starch, baked snacks can have 20,000 nanograms per milliliter of stevia. Jams, jellies, marmalades and sweetened chestnut puree, up to 200,000 nanograms of stevia.

Fruit and vegetable preparations, including compote, 200,000 nanograms of Stevia. Now we’re going to go back to that table because you’ve got to see what these people are researching in this study compared to the levels in your food. Now this is a continuation of the study on stevia. Human studies into the safe levels of stevia glycoside consumption have been shown that daily doses of Reb A, a type of stevia, up to 1 million nanograms per person per day were well tolerated by individuals with type 2 diabetes or normal blood sugar. Well, that’s good to know. Don’t know why it’s pausing here.

Hold on. Consumption Studies demonstrate that intact stevia glycosides are poorly absorbed by humans after oral exposure. All this means is when people drink it or eat it, you don’t really absorb a lot into your blood or into your urine. Stevial glycosides. So they find you taste it, then you poop it out. Most of it just leaves. It’s poorly absorbed. You’ve heard the term bioavailable. They’re telling you here that when you swallow stevia, it’s not really being absorbed into the body. However, they may be hydrolyzed to the metabolite steviol. So stevia glycosides may be converted by bacteria in everyone’s bowel into something called steviol by intestinal microflora in the colon, bacteria in your colon, where the majority is absorbed across the gut wall and the rest is excreted in your feces.

To aid excretion from the body, absorbed steviol is rapidly transformed into steviol glucuronide glucuronide. You see above at the very top of the paragraph, steviol glycosides are converted into steviol glucuronide in the liver via conjugation to acyl glucuronide. Just remember this. They tell you that you don’t absorb stevia very well, but there’s something stevia converts into with the bacteria in your bowels that does get absorbed into your bloodstream. And they’re telling you as a consequence, while steviol glycosides and steviol are not detected in the blood or urine of human subjects, those who do swallow stevia have steviol glucuronide has been reported in their urine and in their feces.

So it does go into your bloodstream from the gut to end up in your kidneys and turn into urine. And then it’s getting then pushed out of your bowels by your liver, so it is making its way into the blood or it wouldn’t end up in your feces as stevial glucuronide. All right. As stevia glycosides are metabolized in the bowels to steviol in the human body, in vivo. In the human body, steviol was tested at five different concentrations. In this study we’re talking about, they did 500 nanograms per milliliter, 1000 nanograms per milliliter, 5000 nanograms per millimeter and 10,000 nanograms per millimeter and 25,000 nanograms per milliliter.

The highest soluble concentration achieved was 25,000 nanograms per milliLiter. Now do you remember the table I just showed you about how much they allow in food items? Remember, chewing gum has up to 3,300,000 nanograms. This research study is only looking upwards of 25,000 which there was only one food item on that entire list that had less than the amount they’re studying in this research study. See the list, remember the amounts. Look at the potato, cereal, flour or starch based snacks. That’s the only thing that has less than the amount they’re about to test in this study.

Every other item, cocoa, chewing gum, flavored drinks, jams and jellies and fruit and vegetable compote, you’ll see all have much higher amounts than what they’re looking at in the study. I will show you exactly how much later. Stevial glycosides, which is what you’re swallowing and stevia possess a steroidal structure steroid structure and therefore may have the potential to act as an endocrine disrupting chemical. Hormone disrupting chemical. The WHO defines an EDC and an endocrine disrupting chemical as an exogenous something outside of a substance that we put in our body that alters the function of the hormone system and consequently causes adverse health effects in an intact organism or its progeny, your offspring.

These mechanisms may include the mimicking of hormones or blocking of specific hormones, naturally present hormones via binding to hormone receptors or interference with hormone production, secretion and control systems in the steroidogenesis pathway. Steroids are just hormones. So they’re telling you this is all the ways that endocrine disrupting chemicals impact our hormones to impact our posterity and our person that’s swallowing it. Now how does it cause infertility? It’s about time to jump in. Cat spur C A T S P E R Spur is short for sperm. Cat calcium. Calcium influxing sperm receptors regulate several important sperm functions and is absolutely required for male fertility.

Just remember, on every sperm are these cat spur receptors. Whoops. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first reported study investigating the endocrine disrupting potential of the natural sweeteners stevioside and Reb A and their metabol metabolite Steviol at the progesterone receptor of sperm called catsper. It’s a progesterone receptor on sperm. Now these are the highlights what they found in this study. I’m going to show you these summaries here so you can see what you’re about to learn because I’M going to show you all the details. The potential. The highlights are the potential of stevia to act as an endocrine disrupting chemical was investigated.

The metabolite of stevia called stevia remember your bacteria break it down, turn into a metabolite that gets absorbed into your blood, into your urine and feces induced the most significant effects. It’s a metabolite called stevia. Stevial decreased progesterone receptor response in the female and the male. Stevia caused an increase in progesterone production which every woman out there would think and man might think this would help with fertility. It does not. You’ll find out why. Stevie all induced an agonistic response. It shuts off the cat spur. Progesterone receptor of the sperm. Stevial from stevia. This study reports that stevia all can modulate an increase in progesterone production.

It can change and increase progesterone production and antagonize. Remember these words? Antagonize the progesterone receptors and agonize catspur receptors. I’m going to take that statement, bring it to the top of the screen. I’m going to delete some words and we’re going to read it again. This study reports that steviol modulates an increase in progesterone production, increases progesterone in a person and antagonizes the progesterone receptors. Antagonizes the progesterone receptors. This is important. I’m going to take that out of the screenshot. We’re just going to type it out there. This study reports that steviaall from stevia can modulate an increase in progesterone production which you think would make you more fertile and antagonizes the progesterone receptors.

So it raises progesterone but blocks the ability of your cells in the body to use and benefit from the progesterone. Now we’re going to shorten the whole sentence. This study reports that stevia. Stevia can antagonize the progesterone receptors. This is important. Why is antagonize the progesterone receptor important? This is from drugs.com everybody pay attention. This is a specific type of drug given to women. It’s called progesterone receptor modulators. Pay attention to the statement at the top while I read this in the middle. Progesterone receptor modulators are agents or drugs that act on the progesterone receptors. They act either as an agonist or antagonist.

But if you look above steviol can antagonize the progesterone receptors. We’re going to keep going. Progesterone receptor modulators that have both agonistic and antagonistic activity. So drugs that act on the progesterone receptors as an agonist or antagonist activity can be used for emergency contraceptive. Wait, what does that mean? Drugs that act as progesterone antagonists, as the statement above about stevia are used as abortificiance. Do you know what that means? It induces abortion. These drugs block the effects of progesterone which is essential during pregnancy, therefore leads to termination of the pregnancy. Have you ever heard of the morning after pill? They are progesterone receptor antagonist and they tell you they’re drugs that act as progesterone antagonist are used to induce abortions.

So read the statement above. I’m going to hammer this home for people who don’t get how stevia can lead to infertility as one major side effect in causing miscarriage and abortions, unwanted abortions. This study reports that steviaall stevia can antagonize the progesterone receptor. Read the statement from drugs.com agents or drugs that act as progesterone antagonists are used as inducers of abortions. They block the effects of progesterone which is essential for essential during pregnancy, therefore leads to termination of the pregnancy. So I wrote here. Ask your infertility specialist if foods sweetened with stevia are right for you.

These are the drugs most commonly given to women who are afraid they got pregnant the night before, called the morning after pill to cause an immediate abortion. They are called progesterone receptor antagonist. Here’s one. Ella, one. Here’s another. It’s called mifeprastone. And then stevia. I just put it up there for you. These are what they know are progesterone receptor antagonists that lead to abortions or miscarriages. Progesterone plays a major role in female reproductive health such as maintaining pregnancy, regulating the monthly menstrual cycle and preparing the body for conception. Progesterone receptor antagonists, like I just showed you now have a use in clinical practice both as a contraceptive and in pregnancy termination.

The same thing stevia does. Progesterone antagonist is exactly what the drugs are used for in clinical practice as a contraceptive and in pregnancy termination. Progesterone receptor antagonists now have a use in clinical practice by medical doctors both as a contraceptive and in pregnancy termination. If you don’t want A baby you use progesterone receptor antagonist. This study reports that stevia can antagonize the progesterone receptors. There’s the three examples of the two major drugs and a processed plant sweetener alternative called stevia. I cannot emphasize this enough. How does stevia cause infertility, cause abortions, cause miscarriages? Stevia antagonizes the progesterone receptors just like the FDA approved drugs to induce an abortion or miscarriage the day after pill.

Now, these two researchers, Planus and Kakuki Casa suit, investigated the potential of water based stevia extract to act as a contraceptive in rats. This is in 1968, y’. All. And found that the extract reduced fertility in adult female rats. When they drank stevia, they proved fertility. Now, all right, so they reduced fertility in adult female rats of proven fertility. So they were fertile. Then they gave them stevia. And that infertility continued to decrease for at least 50 to 60 days after they swallowed stevia. That’s two months they drank it once, the rats and since 1968, we’re now in 2025.

For 60 years, medical science has known that researchers have been looking at the infertility causing side effects of stevia. And just so y’ all know, in case you don’t know this, cultures all around the world, if they have someone who is unwanting to be pregnant in their village, they will pick stevia leaf and give it to them as a contraceptive to abort the baby. This has been known for millennia. Stevia extract reduced fertility and fertility continued to decrease for at least 50 to 60 days after stopping stevia. A link between increased levels of progesterone and weight gain has also been reported.

All right, this is important. I mentioned at the top of the presentation, the title is how stevia causes obesity, infertility and miscarriages. Now we’re getting into the obesity side. There is a link between increased levels of progesterone and weight gain has been reported. Watch this. Progesterone. Did you know the higher your progesterone goes, the more weight you gain. Here we go. The metabolite of stevia glycosides. Stevia can antagonize the progesterone nuclear receptor transcriptional activity and increase progesterone production. Additionally, stevia was found to induce an agonistic response on cat spur receptors of sperm. The progesterone receptor on sperm cells.

We have thus shown that stevia has the ability to affect progesterone signaling at three different sites. It’s Actually four, they just didn’t include it here. And I don’t think they wanted you to see it. Number one, they said stevia acts by lowering progesterone transcriptional activity, being able to use progesterone. Two, increasing the production of progesterone and three, by acting as an agonist on cat spur, the progesterone receptor of sperm. Now that’s on sperm. Notice progesterone receptor antagonists are not given to men when they are pregnant. They’re given to women when they think they might be pregnant after having sex.

The morning after pill is a progesterone antagonist. You give it to women. So what they did not mention here is that in women they have progesterone receptors that are also antagonized. That causes miscarriages and abortions. That is the fourth way stevia impacts fertility. The connection to obesity goes with the number two here. It increases stevia does the production of progesterone. This study highlights the endocrine disrupting potential of natural sweeteners such as those found in stevia and suggests that emerging natural sweeteners such as stevia may not be safe alternatives to sugar and other synthetic sweeteners. I want to highlight there is no conflict of interest with the researchers who did this study.

They weren’t paid by Pepsi and Coca Cola or anybody else, drug companies to do this study. Now let’s review how much stevia they were giving you in this study. Stevio glycosides are metabolized to steviol in vivo in the human body. The steviol amounts they tested in the study were 500, 1,000, 5,000, 10,000 and 25,000. I want you to look at the table of how much stevia that causes progesterone excess that leads to weight gain and obesity. By the way, the amounts they used in this study, the highest being 25,000 and 10,000. The 10,000 nanograms per milliliter of stevia increased progesterone levels by two and a half times.

The 25,000 nanograms increase progesterone by five times. But that’s not the amount that’s commonly found in your foods. This is why I want to highlight this. Look at the screen. Follow the table. This study was as most 25,000 nanograms. The only thing on the table the FDA has approved for Stevie to be added to your foods as a natural sweetener. The lowest one is potatoes at 20,000 potatoes and cereal flour. Everything else is much higher than the amounts in this study that increased Progesterone by two and a half and five times, which leads to obesity and weight gain.

Now, I’m gonna, we’re gonna break this down. The highest amount was 25 nanograms per milliliter. I want you to see it is the exact same amount they’re using and when they’re showing you how much stevia is in our food supply. Now let’s look at cocoa and chocolate products with stevia in it. You will see that the maximum amount is 270,000 nanograms of stevia per milliliter. What is the amount in cocoa that we are allowed to add that we eat in our public and in our society? How much more is that than the highest amount in this research study? There is 10 times the amount done in this study allowed to be added to chocolate foods.

Ten times more than in the study amount. How about chewing gum? That’s 3,300,000 nanograms. Remember, the highest in the study is 25,000. Your chewing gum with Stevie in it is allowed to have 132 times the amount that is in this study that was proven to cause decrease in sperm function, decrease in fertility, and causes abortion and miscarriages. What about flavored drinks? Like a lot of sports drinks and other things, they can have up to 80,000 nanograms of stevia. That’s three times the amount of this study. What about jams and jellies at 200,000 and then fruit and vegetable compote? Those are both eight times the amount of the study.

So the study amount isn’t even close to the majority of what we consume as human beings. If you’re drinking products or consuming products or foods with stevia, the conclusion of the researchers, I remind you, was this. We have thus shown that stevia has the ability to affect progesterone signaling at three different sites. Number two, I repeat, is by increasing the production of progesterone. So increasing the progesterone amount. There is a link also in this report from a study in 1964 that there is a link between increasing levels of progesterone and weight gain has been reported. This is directly out of the study.

Look at Figure 4 in the statement below it. Progesterone production by these cells they were studying following exposure to just 500 to 25,000 nanograms, which is way less than most of the foods we eat or drink. Look at how much progesterone went up with 25,000 nanograms of stevia. Now imagine chewing gum at 3,300,000 progesterone just skyrockets. Now look at the amounts in the food. Remember this is 25,000 nanograms of stevia and it’s increased. Look, it doubles the amount of 10,000 nanograms of stevia causing increase in progesterone. But look at the amounts to the left of the food you’re consuming.

And they don’t. They are not required these food companies to tell you how much stevia is in their products. It just says A sweetened by stevia. But now you know. Now this is a form of stevia called Reb M. This has become a very popular newer version fermented by yeast form of stevia from the stevia plant. This is a review of Reb M and I’m going to show you in just a second what are the various ingredient labels allowed terms for stevia if you’re looking for it. Now this is from the Journal of Food Science, a review on Reb M, the next generation steviol glycoside and non calorie sweetener.

In this review we discussed the next generation called Reb M of stevia. Now this is the application of Reb M to add to beverages and food items in that industry. You will see they are allowed to add Reb M, a form of stevia to whey protein to enhance muscle mass, strengthen and improvement of mitochondrial function for athletes. They say it’s allowed to be added to carbonated drinks, production of low calorie sugar free beverages, fruit juices and teas. It’s added as a fruit flavor and flavoring waters for hydration protein bars. Check out your hydration drinks. You might want to look for stevia.

You’re probably taking a hydration drink and a sports drink because you’re active. You want to lose weight, stay thin. Just so you know, stevia increases and makes it harder for you to lose weight by raising many fold three times at least in the food industry. Three times the stevia amount, meaning three times the amount of progesterone you’re seeing here. In this study it’s also Reb M, a form of stevia is allowed to be added to protein bars. It’s also in yogurts. Now this is the FDA’s regulatory approach to stevia glycosides. I just show you this. This is from the journal called Food and Chemical Toxicology.

This is what the FDA in this paper allows. Manufacturers of food products that we eat and drink that have stevia added to it. What are the different ingredient labeled names is in this study. What do what Will, what should you look for if you’re looking for stevia? Because it doesn’t actually say stevia for all of these. So look at your packages for your foods. If you want children, want to maintain your healthy pregnancy to full term and you want to lose weight or stay thin. If after showing you this information, you’re now like, I need to look for Stevie and all my food products and items, these are the words you’re looking for under other ingredients.

So you have a supplement facts panel where it shows you everything they added to it that needs to be required to be on the label. Under that box called the supplement facts panel, on the back of your product or food item, you’re going to see other ingredients. And if you’re looking for stevia, these are the words you’re looking for. Steviol stevioside Reb A, reb B, reb C, reb D, reb E, reb F, reb M, stevial biocide, dolcoside A rubosicide. You see these terms, rebm, reb A, reb C, re D, E, F. I just want you to know it is known and published.

This is an endocrine disrupting chemical. It disrupts your hormones. So think about any way in which hormones being affected or imbalanced can create symptoms. Do you struggle with acne? You probably should stop stevia. Do you have prolonged periods? Excessive pain, cramping, blotting, bleeding, clotting? I combine bleeding and clotting. I said blotting, bleeding or clotting. Do you have that? If you do, you are imbalanced in your hormones. Are you struggling with fertility? Are you experiencing miscarriages? Can you not get your weight down to where it is you want it to be your ultimate goal weight. You need to look at things that disrupt your hormones because your hormone controls your metabolism and fertility and energy and sleep and your immune system and your metabolism.

So pay attention and look for stevia. Those of you struggling to lose weight, those of you who want children, those who struggle emotionally from one miscarriage after another, I ask you, do you still think products sweetened with stevia is right for you?
