Anyway, on my list for things to talk about today, first of all, I was going to go over some of the articles that Rick puts up on the website at cspoa.org. And he produces something called legislative lowdown. So we’re going to show this page. I’m not going to go through all of them. I’m just going to show you what it’s about. And maybe you don’t go there and look at it from time to time. There’s some interesting things on there. He basically covers the sort of things that are coming up in terms of legislation in both states and the federal situation.

So some current legislation moving through the federal system. And he lists things that have been recently acted on or have been recently introduced. And so we can see here we have bills to revise the duties of the office of refugee settlement with respect to unaccompanied alien children and for other purposes. What Rick wants people to do here is to find these bills, have a look at them, and then the ones that disturb you, which could probably be all of them. You know, you may want to make some comment about contact your APAC representative, I mean your congressman, and you know, make some sort of plus or minus, depending on whether you agree with it or don’t agree with it, or can even understand it.

It’s amazing that they can write bills. I mean, what kind of Congress allowed it possible to create bills that are five, six thousand pages long? And and expect anyone to read that. Plus, how is it legal? And at what point in time was it not legal? And if it wasn’t legal at one point in time, how did they change it? Wherein you could attach a whole lot of goodies inside of a bill have nothing to do with a bill. Like, for example, the big, beautiful spending bill, big, beautiful budget bill that Trump just got passed inside of that is a bit of Trojan horse code that, you know, prevents any action by the states against anything related to AI for 10 years.

So no matter what the AI turns out to be like in the future, how evil it may become, I’m not saying it will be, you know, I don’t I don’t agree with everyone’s opinion right now that AI is some kind of living, thinking thing. I can see clearly because of my engineering background, that what it is is a fantastically fast and a tremendously well trained database. And and you can see the based on the way it works, that it would work properly and can, you know, imitate intelligence, simply because it uses probability models to decide what is the most likely thing that should come after an idea, a sentence, a word, you know, etc.

So if you’re trained, like, say on a large database of human interaction, an example would be grok on Twitter. And you’re trained to pay attention to the conversations on Twitter, and you do that at the speed of light, which is what they’re doing, and you can monitor 10s of 1000s, if not millions of conversations, and get some benefit out of it in real time, and then do that over a period of a few years, you can sooner or later figure out the answer to every question, I mean, most questions, and somebody asks a question, and without having to think at all, you simply refer to your vector storage system with a graphic knowledge base.

And they have sophisticated ways in which they can store data and provide mathematical means to access similar concepts. And boom, you can pull up a whole half dozen or 1000 responses and then choose one that’s the most likely that has the highest probability of being correct. And boom, you’ve got some answer that sounds like you know what you’re talking about. Anyway, they make this kind of association faster and faster and faster. And at some point, it may well be indistinguishable from consciousness, but I cannot, you know, at this point agree that it is conscious.

And so, in the meantime, though, they’re certainly going to hook it into every known system. That’s what the plan is. And Palantir, for example, Peter Thiel’s tremendously evil company is busy building ways in which they can monitor even more so than they do now, every conversation you have, every keystroke you make on your computer, every basic thought that comes to your mind, remembering that they’ve had 30, 40 years to map you as a person to a database, and they have done that. I know it’s hard to believe, but remember, these people print money, they print money, and they can do whatever they want, infinite supply of it.

And therefore, every person basically has a space in some sort of digital reality where they can count on the thing that represents you to be able to respond or to provide that thing with some input and see how it reacts. And it’s believed that there’s actually a digital computer system that is populated with everybody on earth or everybody on earth that they can have data from, which is most people. So given that that’s the case, they also plan to use AI to improve that more. And eventually, when they move us to a digital currency system and implement social credits, then AI will be responsible for almost instantaneously making decisions for you or figuring out what your decision might be.

So having privacy or your own thoughts or the ability for you to make your own decisions in this world will slide away. So what they’ve done is they’ve packaged into this new, big, beautiful spending bill, which is really just a huge amount of spending that damages the US dollar, adds, what, $5 trillion debt right away, which the state cannot get out of any kind of AI activity. That includes putting in AI facilities in their state and then using water resources and using electrical resources. So they’re running around the country building power plants and tapping water systems because of the cooling required to then take those resources away from people and give them to AI.

So that’s something that we can learn about if we pay attention to these bills, but how you can read them and figure that stuff out, my guess is the best way to do it is have AI read it for you and then have it explain it to you. Now that’s something else that’s possible. There were people who thought that a long time ago, I suppose, that Elon Musk was attempting to make his Neuralink system in, you know, design so that it could interact with AI in your mind. So essentially, it could provide you with information, either through looking at special glasses or through audio means or maybe even others that we’re not aware of yet.

And that data, of course, would come from a computer system and it could provide an individual with not just things that harm him and enslave him, but it could provide him with ways in which to get around these things. Some people thought that Elon Musk might be up to that. I don’t think so. However, I do believe that that’s possible and that we don’t know. And I doubt that there are people that have the funds and resources to do them on their own, but it could be possible. Technology itself is neutral. You know, it can be good or bad.

It’s the same way with the idea of religion. You can have very, very evil religions or you can have very good religions. Both of them are still called religions. So anyway, that’s talking about Rick’s situation. I don’t know if there’s any questions about anything related to that, but I will move on to the next topic that I had prepared here. [tr:trw].
