We are a sovereign nation, and you cannot just come into our country illegally whenever the heck you want, because we can’t do it to any other country on the face of this country. If you’re coming illegally, you have to leave. Americans are tired of that. We do not have unlimited resources. You know who was here illegally with a deportation order? Marco Rubio’s grandfather. We’re not talking about Marco Rubio. Well, now we’re not relevant? No, it’s not relevant. It’s not relevant to this conversation at all. Marco Rubio used to be an advocate for TPS for Venezuelans, and Marco Rubio used to be an advocate for Nicaraguan people.
If you come into this country illegally, you are going home. Simple as that. We do not have unlimited resources in this country. I think a lot of Americans… Take care of other people. …is a hell of a lot of people… …other than the black people who were brought here as slaves who came to this country illegally. Wait, stop. What the heck did she just say? Take care of other people. …is a hell of a lot of people… …other than the black people who were brought here as slaves who came to this country illegally. There’s a hell of a lot of people other than the black people who were brought here as slaves who came to this country illegally.
She could not possibly have made that comparison, could she? There are not the same as black people who were brought here against our will. That’s exactly what I should say. I said there is a lot of order. There’s a big difference. There is a big difference. That’s exactly what I should say. Share Michael, share Michael, share Michael, and Anna. We can act in dignity. That’s exactly what I just said. That’s exactly what I just said. I can say it. Oh, the fireworks on the CNN panel were just getting started. What you just saw there was the utterly repulsive race-bater, Anna Navarro, getting called out for making an utterly absurd comparison.
I mean, calling it absurd, frankly, is being kind here. It was just moronically stupid. It was logically illiterate, and I think she suddenly realized that, but not until after the words came out of her mouth. It’s an obvious blatant categorical error to compare those who were historically brought to this country against their will under the guise of what was then legal slavery with illegal immigration today. I mean, there’s literally no categorical correspondence whatsoever. The comparison is utterly ludicrous, and Navarro got called out for it on live TV, and as you can see, she got real mad.
She got real, real, real mad that she got called out. Let me just share, Michael. Anna and Cher Michael. There are a lot of people from many of many countries that came here immediately. I think you misheard what she said. No, he purposely misheard. She said. Yes, he did. So now you’re in my brain. Cher Michael, listen to me for just a second. Is that where we’re going? Cher Michael, listen to me for a second. Anna, please stop. Anna, please stop. Anna, please stop. Because you’ve advocated for black people, great. Anna, please stop. Congratulations. Last time I checked, I’m black.
You’re not. Okay. Cher Michael. That’s right. I’m Latino and my people are being racially profiled. It is. And you don’t have to remind you the history of my people. Cher Michael. Do you want to go there? I don’t. We’re going to go to break. Raul Reyes. Thank you very much for joining us. Everybody else. My own time. We’ll be right back. So that’s just Anna Navarro being Anna Navarro. I mean, that’s her faithfully fulfilling her job description of injecting poisonous venom into our national discourse. She has no other reason for existing on national television.
But in that pathetic, cringe-worthy attempt at gaslighting the panel over her absurd, logical illiteracy, Navarro inadvertently revealed something that actually guarantees her own demise. But first, gang, the crypto revolution is here. President Trump is vowing to make America the crypto capital of the world. Besides being endlessly entertaining, this panel meltdown on CNN was highly significant in that it’s indicative of something much larger that’s happening here in our nation. When political parties begin to erode and decline, when they begin to falter and decay and decompose, they often hasten that demise by falling back on their most rabid and extreme elements.
As a result, the party is revealed for what it actually is. As the party shrinks and shrivels up, it inevitably defaults to its most rabid core and it actually becomes that core. It reveals the innards of the party. And so what we’re seeing here, particularly with the likes of this hate-filled rhetoric of Anna Navarro or the racist screeds of a Joy Reid or the unhinged meltdowns of the Keith Olbermann, this is the defaulting of a party in decline to its most extreme, its most radical wing, because they’re the only ones willing to politically fight.
But again, in foregrounding their most extreme core, the Democrats end up revealing who they really are. And in this case, they are the party of resentment politics. And resentment politics is something that goes all the way back to the ancient world where the state deliberately attempted to steer public resentment away from themselves onto others. We have to remember that resentment is a very, very dangerous thing for the state. The state is obviously comparatively small, whereas the population is quite large. And so if resentment were ever to fester within that population against the state, I mean, just ask Marie Antoinette what happens, or just take a look at the current state of the Berlin Wall.
I mean, states are very small, they’re very fragile, and mass public resentment is the state’s greatest enemy. And so a successful political class is very skillful in the way it channels resentment away from themselves and projects it onto something else. So this is why politicians are always blaming others, never themselves. It’s a political strategy. I mean, they’re always projecting onto others basically their own failures. Now, while historically, like in ancient Greece and Rome, the enemy, the object resentment was always on the outside. So if you were in Athens, the enemy was Sparta. If you were Roman, the enemy was Carthage.
So while the ancients always deflected resentment onto their foreign enemies, in the 1960s, the Democrats became masters at projecting resentment onto members of our own population. The Democrats in particular and the DC establishment as a whole have since then realized that wedge issues, issues that divide Americans, are just as effective, if not more so, to deflect resentment away from themselves as is projecting that resentment onto any foreign enemy. And we do that too, right? Russia, Russia, Russia, and all that nonsense. But nothing compares to the way the Democrat Party has been so dedicated to designating individual members of our society, citizens, American citizens, as the true enemy.
And what they found was that race and ethnicity and our checkered history with slavery have all been very powerful weapons and deliberately and intentionally fostering internal discord and dissent and resentment among the population. That is precisely what Anna Navarro attempted to do there. That’s what she attempted to do. She attempted, once again, as she always does, she attempted to use race as a wedge issue, intentionally attempting to disrupt and fracture the unity of our country so as to inornitely advantage her own political power and prestige of her own brand of identity politics.
But there’s something else going on here. And I think you saw it. The fact that she attempted to make such a blatantly absurd argument, trying to compare two incomparable categories, reveals what resentment politics is really all about in the end. It’s not about logic or redressing past historical wrongs or social justice. It’s not about equity, equality. It’s not about anything like that at all. Ultimately, Navarro’s brand of resentment politics is all ultimately about hate. It’s a politics of raw, vitriolic hate. Anna Navarro, Joy Reid, Keith Olbermann, they’re all animated ultimately by nothing more than hate.
Navarro hates. She hates this country. She hates its patriots. She hates its conservative citizens. She hates our traditions, our customs, our unique American culture. She hates. She is a woman animated by hate. And when you’re animated by hate, what happens? Inevitably, you destroy yourself. You destroy yourself and oftentimes the people around you, remember in theology, classical theology, the first victim of evil is always the perpetrator of evil. Biblically, Cain is the first victim of murder. Cain, you heard that right, Cain is the first victim of murder because before he could murder Abel, he had to first murder his own conscience.
The first victim of evil is always the perpetrator. And so when you’re so utterly motivated by hate and division, bent on literally destroying everything, our nation, its culture, its customs, its history, its dignity, when you’re as hell bent on destroying as Anna Navarro is, you ultimately end up only destroying yourself. Her deception comes ultimately from her own deceived heart. And that deception extended out into her hallmark infatuation and obsession with race, which again, in this case, backfired against her big time for everyone to see. Well, the dwindling audience is CNN to see.
So this is what I mean about this Democrat party being in such decline. When political parties begin to degenerate and decay, they reveal themselves to be what they actually are and in their essence by defaulting to their most rabid, extreme, frothing wing. And that’s exactly what we saw break out on that CNN panel. You had a young, confident, assertive, black conservative representing a young, confident, assertive, new patriot GOP calling out Navarro for her ridiculous race fallacy that she tried to peddle and Navarro reacted by revealing who she really is, a hateful, venomous advocate of destructive race politics.
This is the modern day Democrat party and it’s all a precursor to its inevitable and ultimate demise. Hey there, Turley talking. You know what? I’d love to hear from you.
