Y’all, I’m trying. Trying to stay optimistic, but this isn’t good. Pam Bondi and Cash Patel. You’re gonna want to watch this, America. Patriots, we have a bombshell update on the ATF’s continued defiance of the courts. Despite a clear ruling, they are dragging their feet, making excuses, and outright refusing to return lawfully-owned, forced-reset triggers to the rightful owners. You will not believe the excuses they’re using now. Stay tuned, because I’m gonna break it down, I’m gonna give you the latest in this fight, here for our Second Amendment rights, with this case called National Association for Gun Rights versus Pam Bondi.

Now, used to be versus Garland, but he’s no longer in the AG. Let me start this by saying that Pam Bondi, as the head of the DOJ, who oversees the ATF, and Cash Patel, who is now the temporary interim head of the ATF. I know they have a lot going on, and that, you know, there’s many things that they have to deal with, and Cash Patel came out that he’s actually concerned for his own personal safety from within the FBI. This needs to get fixed, and it needs to get fixed fast, because this is coming literally on the heels of the 30-day executive order, where Donald Trump told Pam Bondi, you better look at all the stuff Joe Biden did to violate the Second Amendment, and give me a plan to correct it.

Back in July of 2024, I did a video telling you that a federal judge issued a final judgment. Final judgment. Ordering the ATF to return all illegally and unconstitutionally seized force reset triggers, the FRT-15, and the wide open trigger, to their rightful owners. The deadline was February 22nd of 2025. But, surprise, surprise, the ATF is still dragging their feet. Now, during this process, I had several of my viewers who are in this boat, they got letters from the ATF saying, hey, we’re gonna try to return this to you, but you need to fill out this form and prove to us that you are either a member of NAGR, National Association for Gun Rights, or Texas Gun Rights.

They are trying to force people to put themselves on a registration list. Now, as soon as I got information from my viewers, I did talk to Hannah Hill over at NAGR. They were well aware of what was going on and they were going to address it. So, that’s one thing. ATF was violating a court order there. But now, according to this latest court filing they just did, they claim that administrability difficulties, that’s a word for you, have made it hard to process returns. What does that mean to real American people with brains? It means that they’re making excuses.

They say that they can’t identify which gun owners belong to the plaintiff’s organizations, NAGR, Texas Gun Rights. Seriously? It’s a stall tactic, plain and simple. You stole these items from people, give them back. And you should give them back with interest. And here’s where things get even more outrageous. The ATF is now requiring background checks for a frickin’ trigger before they return these lawfully owned items. A background check for a part, for a trigger, that the court told the ATF it’s not a machine gun, you suck, you lose, go directly to jail, don’t pass go, and don’t collect $200, you suck, you lose.

But here’s the kicker. These devices, they’re not regulated under federal law. And ATF knows that. Yet, they’re still demanding background checks for items that are not classified as firearms. Let me read you a direct quote from the filing. That’s a quote from the frickin’ filing. Now, I’m gonna be realistic. This was happening, this process was already happening under Dedelbach. This was not instituted by Pam Bondi or Cash Patel, but they are now holding the bag. And they told us that they were going to change things rapidly. Pam Bondi could stop this lawsuit immediately. Well, it’s already been a final judgment.

She can complete the requirements that were given to her by the judge rapidly, give the things back. She is overseeing the ATF, the ATF saying, we’re not giving them back unless we do a background check. And that is currently happening on Cash Patel’s watch. Maybe he doesn’t know it, but he needs to fix it. This is classic government overreach. And I’ll say that the way I think, I was already skeptical with Pam Bondi because of her red flag issues in Florida. If she doesn’t rectify this quickly, she should be fired. Fired. First, they illegally seize these items.

Now they’re creating bureaucratic hurdles to avoid complying with the court’s order. It’s an absolute disgrace. Again, it happened under the previous administration. They’re holding the bag, but it’s on them now to fix it and fix it rapidly because we, the people who voted for this change, demand the change. But wait, there’s more. The ATF is also refusing to return force reset triggers to people who live in states where they claim the devices are illegal. The problem here? Well, that’s not what the court ordered. This was a federal ruling against the ATF and now they’re trying to pass the buck to state laws as an excuse to keep what doesn’t belong to them.

Now the court made it clear that the ATF had to return these items. No exceptions. ATF begged for an extension and the court granted the extension. They’ve had ample amount of time to return these items. But now they’re acting like they have the power to interpret and enforce state laws. And let’s be honest, they’ll use this excuse to withhold even more legally owned items from gun owners across the country if we don’t stomp them in the mud right now for this. And there’s where the ATF’s hypocrisy really shines. In their latest filing, they are still standing by their debunked claim that force reset triggers are machine guns, even though the court said, you are wrong.

They referenced two criminal cases in Puerto Rico as evidence, but here’s the thing. One of those cases doesn’t even involve the FRT-15 or a wide open trigger. So the ATF is stretching here. And again, cash Patel, my man, this is under your watch. Please fix it. Even though the court ruled against them, ATF is still using their bogus classification to justify prosecutions. It’s as if they think that they’re above the law. So where do we go from here? The plaintiffs in this case, National Association for Gun Rights, they’ve already raised these concerns about ATF’s noncompliance.

They’re on the ball on this. And this could lead to even more legal action against the agency unless Pam Bondi and cash Patel do the right thing quickly. But make no mistake, the ATF is doing everything they can to slow roll this process and make it as painful for gun owners as possible. This is why we fight, guys and gals. This is why we stay informed. And this is why we hold these agencies accountable or attempt to. They count on us getting discouraged and giving up, but we’re not going to do that, at least not in this community.
