Canada is going to now implement their $1.3 billion border plan, reinforcing the border with new choppers, technology, personnel, enhanced coordination with our American partners, and increased resources to stop the flow of fentanyl, because some of it actually comes in through the Canadian border and nearly 10,000 frontline personnel are and will be working on protecting the northern border. In addition, Canada is making new commitments to appoint a fentanyl czar. They will list cartels as terrorists, ensure 24-7 eyes on the border, launch a Canada-US joint strike force to combat organized crime, fentanyl, and money laundering, and he also signed a new intelligence directive on organized crime, and we’ll be backing it with $200 million.

So the tariffs, again, which haven’t even gone into effect, have been paused, and this was all part of Donald Trump’s brilliant negotiation tactic. Anybody who works in sales or negotiations knows that if you want something, you ask for two or three times more than what you actually want. If you want a 10% discount, you ask for 25% off, and then you negotiate down to what you actually wanted. The Democrats are also extremely upset that Doge, the new department of government efficiency, has found that USAID, the United States Agency for International Development, has basically been operating as a slush fund for globalists and for intelligence agencies, and so they are cutting the fat there.

It masquerades as an agency that organizes and funds humanitarian aid to foreign country, but here is our fantastic new White House spokeswoman Caroline Levitt explaining some of the wasteful spending that Doge found. And here’s the reason why Elon Musk and others have been taking a look, because if you look at the waste and abuse that has run through USAID over the past several years, these are some of the insane priorities that that organization has been spending money on. $1.5 million to advance DEI in Serbia’s workplaces, $70,000 for a production of a DEI musical in Ireland, $47,000 for a transgender opera in Colombia, $32,000 for a transgender comic book in Peru.

I don’t know about you, but as an American taxpayer, I don’t want my dollars going towards this crap, and I know the American people don’t either, and that’s exactly what Elon Musk has been tasked by President Trump to do, to get the fraud, waste, and abuse out of our federal government. Absolutely fantastic, and as you can see, it’s not just a humanitarian aid organization, it largely operates also as a liberal propaganda and financing tool, often working hand-in-hand with the CIA in order to facilitate and fund their information warfare and propaganda campaigns around the world.

Like this one, which surfaced 10 years ago, when it was revealed that USAID was used to create a talent agency in Cuba that was masquerading as just an ordinary hip-hop management company, which then facilitated, funded, and promoted various hip-hop artists, whose messages were tailored to go against the Cuban government to try to help to foment a revolution over in that country. And if you’re a regular subscriber to my channel, then you know my favorite topic, Operation Mockingbird. Does it just involve the CIA covertly using mainstream media in order to gatekeep and spew propaganda? But as the Church Committee report reveals, which was published back in 1976, they were also funding various magazines and book publishers.

And the Democrats are equating cutting the fat with USAID to a fascist takeover. It is really, really a sad day in America. We are witnessing a constitutional crisis. We talked about Trump wanting to be a dictator on day one. And here we are. This is what the beginning of dictatorship looks like. When you got the Constitution and you install yourself, when you stop funding foreign countries, drag queen story hours, and DEI programs, self as the sole power.

That is how dictators are made. What Trump and Elon and all of their cronies are trying to do, add me to that list, please, because I’m on board, is take away the constitutional power of Congress. I’m sorry, but you could call your Hollywood celebrities who have more money than they know what to do with and they can make donations to those foreign countries to fund those ridiculous programs. You also know this is just the beginning. If DOJ attacks USAID today, then you can be sure they’ll move on to another target tomorrow.

Yeah. Who knows? Maybe it’ll be the postal service or the IRS or even the Social Security Administration. Oh no, not making the IRS more efficient or God forbid lowering our income taxes. Since the January 6th committee has long since been dismantled and was an obvious waste of time and money. Now Jamie Rat Skin is looking for a new hobby, so he jumped on this bandwagon. Elon Musk, you didn’t create USAID, the United States Congress did for the American people. Then why are we giving our money to foreign countries? Doing nothing for us. Elon Musk did not create USAID.

He doesn’t have the power to destroy it and who’s going to stop him? We are. We’re going to stop him. It’s all Elon Musk’s fault. We’re going to continue to give American tax dollars to foreign countries, drag queen shows. Elon Musk, you may have illegally seized power over the financial payment systems of the United States Department of Treasury, but you don’t control the money of the American people. The United States Congress does that. Excuse me, sir, but you’ve been wasting billions of hard tax dollars, so it’s time for things to change. And now Marco Rubio, who is the new head of USAID as well, because that department falls under the Department of State.

Well, look, I mean, my frustration with USAID goes back to my time in Congress. It’s a completely unresponsive agency. It’s supposed to respond to policy directives of the State Department and it refuses to do so. So the functions of USAID, there are a lot of functions of USAID that are going to continue that are going to be part of American foreign policy, but it has to be aligned with American foreign policy. I said very clearly when we, during my confirmation hearing, that every dollar we spend in every program we fund, that will be aligned with the national interest of the United States.

And USAID has a history of sort of ignoring that and deciding that there’s somehow a global charity separate from the national interest. These are taxpayer dollars. And so I’m very troubled by these reports that they’ve been unwilling to cooperate with people who are asking simple questions about what does this program do, who gets the money, who are our contractors, who’s funded. And that sort of level of insubordination makes it impossible to conduct a sort of mature and serious review that I think foreign a writ large should have. That’s right, sir.
