Summary

➡ The Stew Peters Network talks about how over the past four years, around 1,500 American citizens who protested in Washington DC on January 6, 2021, have faced severe consequences, including imprisonment and loss of jobs and homes. These individuals, referred to as January 6 patriots, have been labeled as terrorists and white supremacists, which is disputed. With Donald Trump’s reinstatement as president, these patriots have been pardoned or granted clemency, with some high-profile defendants potentially receiving full pardons. This is seen as a significant moment for these individuals and the country, marking the end of a long national nightmare.
➡ The speaker discusses their experience with legal troubles, feeling targeted for their speech and actions during protests. They express frustration with the justice system, suggesting that those involved in their prosecution should face consequences. They also highlight the importance of public support and the need for continued advocacy for their cause. The speaker concludes by promoting various products and services.
➡ Dr. Zelenko’s Kid Z-spike gummies, suitable for kids aged 4 and above, are available at zstacklife.com/S-P-N. Use the code S-P-N for a 15% discount. You can also subscribe for regular deliveries. These gummies are not just supplements, but a shield to protect and heal our kids.

I am flesh and I am bone, rise up, ting, ting like glitter and gold. I got fire in my soul, rise up, ting, ting, ting like glitter. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah Like glitter and gold Yeah, yeah, yeah Like glitter and gold So for the past four years, more than 1,500, 1,500 American citizens, American patriots, have had their lives completely uprooted. They have had their lives completely destroyed, they have been hunted down, they have had their doors kicked in, they’ve had laser dots put on their children’s foreheads, they have been dragged out of their homes in their underwear or pajamas in the middle of the night, embarrassed in front of their neighbors and their entire communities, they’ve had hit pieces written on them by local media, they have lost their marriages, they have lost their vehicles to repossession, they’ve lost their homes to foreclosures, their businesses have been shut down, they’ve lost their jobs, they’ve been thrown in prison for years at a time without due process, they have been subjected to rape and torture at the hands of both fellow inmates and guards, others have been placed on federal probation, locked in their homes with ankle monitors on them, some of them haven’t even had a freaking trial yet, they have just languished and rotted away, torturous conditions in federal systems called corrections facilities, all because they showed up in Washington DC on January 6, 2021 in protest of a completely obviously fake and gay and rigged presidential election, a coup that was meant to put the final mail in this country’s coffin.

But we have heard for years now that these people, these January 6 patriots are terrorists, that they’re white supremacists, that they’re killers, that they’re insurrectionists, and we all know that that’s not true. Not at all. We all know that the entire January 6 witch hunt was part of an authoritarian, Stalinist crackdown to throw Americans in gulags and stop them from speaking the truth to power, from fighting for their country, to strike fear in the hearts of the American people, to let them know that the first amendment was dead, and that if you stand up and you fight for your country, instead of against your country, then you’ll face serious consequences when the Zog machine gets ahold of you.

Simply put, this imprisonment, this torture, the murder of January 6 patriots is one of, if not the biggest black eye on this country in all of its history. This is the government that killed JFK, all right? This is the government that sold our financial system out to the Rothschilds’ banksters. And they kept with their old tradition of destroying their own people when it came to January 6. These are the people that did 9-11. For four long years, as this situation has played out, as members of Congress have sat silently and have continued funding the DOJ’s torture of the American hostages that were held as prisoners of war on US soil, January 6 patriots and their families have lobbied for a wide sweeping pardon.

So have we. They have held out hope, and so have we. They have refused to give in, and so have we. They have refused to give up, and now they’ve gotten their pardon. With the reinstatement of Donald Trump as president, January 6 patriots convicted of crimes have been pardoned. Those charged but not yet convicted have been granted clemency. And a handful more of high-profile defendants, people like Stuart Rhodes of the Oath Keepers and Enrico Tarrio of the Proud Boys, they have had their sentences commuted and a full pardon is not off the table.

And by the way, that needs to happen. That needs to happen. And none of us will and none of you should rest until that happens. All told, around 1,500 American patriots were included in this, and Trump signed the pardon on camera shortly after taking office, making good on what this show and many others said was a mandatory day one duty. Take a look. Mutations in there when we’re doing further research. Nice to see you again. So this is a big one. Anything you want to explain about this? We hope they get them. We hope they come out tonight, frankly.

They’re expecting it. Approximately 1,500 people, six commutations. We’re looking at different things. But the commutations would be the ones that will take a look and maybe it’ll stay that way. This is a big moment. I mean, make no mistake. This is a huge moment for the J-6 patriots, the hostages. You know, in a scenario that the media largely ignores, maybe dabbles in just a little bit where the hostages are actually real. Unlike the other hostages that we have been talking about since October 7th. But this is a big moment for these hostages. It’s a big moment for this country.

And you know, everyone who was in D.C. that day, everyone who lived in fear, everyone who had no idea what the hell was going to happen in their lives, whether they would be completely destroyed or not for the past four years, that one night that they just waited for lying awake in bed, wondering if their door, if that was the night that their door would be kicked in, that they would be thrown into an FBI vehicle, thrown into a torturous gulag and be completely forgotten about. That’s how they have lived.

But now it looks like this long national nightmare is finally coming to a close. All glory to God, of course. For more in this and more insight on the immediate reaction of the January Sixers and their families, we’re now joined by Alex Shepard, who he himself is a January 6th patriot, so a big weight off of your shoulders today, I imagine. Yeah, thank you for having me on, Stu. Like you said, glory to God, glory to everyone who kept pushing for this. There were a lot of people in Trump’s ear, J.D. Vance included, it sounded like, that really didn’t want the violent offenders included in this.

Now, I was, you know, I was nonviolent, but even a lot of the quote unquote violent people, you know, were nonviolent, and they hit them with all these charges. They took these terrible plea deals, and so it’s what we’ve been pushing for. It’s what we’ve been pushing for. A lot of people didn’t think it was going to happen. They thought maybe he’d pardon some people, but not all. Trump came through, and he delivered. And really, today is just a day of celebration. There’s a lot of work to do going forward. Like you said, there’s still some people who were left out of that.

Jeremy Brown, the Green Beret, he was left off that list. He’s got to get put on that list. There’s some others that you mentioned that should get full pardons, but yeah, it feels great. It feels surreal. I made a post about it recently talking about all the conditions, even when being released from prison. You know, I had to give them one week’s notice to leave the southern half of Ohio. I wasn’t allowed to go to D.C. for the inauguration. They had me banned from D.C. That was a court order that was reinforced just a couple days before the inauguration.

So there’s been a lot of injustice, a lot of lack of freedom for us just for protesting the presidential election. And I think that this is the first and a very important step to making everything right. So there’s a lot of other promises that Trump made. And at this point, in good faith, we have to give him credit and we have to give him time. I mean, this is day one in office, and he’s already taken one of the biggest steps possible. I mean, I think that it needs to go further. I think it needs to be blanket.

I think that every single person that was charged needs to be pardoned. I think that clemency needs to be granted where it’s appropriate. I think that sentences need to be commuted, of course. Everybody needs to be taken care of in this. This needs to be a full sweeping all out. We’re pardoning this. No, these are patriots who just went to Washington, D.C. to petition the government to redress their grievances. I mean, this is one of the most existential rights of the American people. One of the most important things that we have in our power is to be able to petition our government to voice our concerns.

They work for us. And this was a kill box that was set up from day one. And there are foreign fingerprints all over this thing. And I think that we need to get to the bottom of who exactly it was that was responsible for this. He saw Biden on his way out pardoning the entire J-6 committee, all of his family, by the way, and rat-faced Tony Fauci on his way out as well. Preemptive pardons. I mean, this is criminal activity. These people need to be exposed. Whoever was behind this and set up January 6 from the beginning needs to be put on trial in the United States, tried for criminal treason, tried for crimes against humanity, tried for a coup, and they need to be convicted.

And when they’re convicted, they need to face extreme accountability. He can’t just let this go. Do you agree? 100%. Like I said, this was an important first step. The next obvious step would be fire all prosecutors, all FBI agents who were involved in this witch hunt, fire them. And, you know, there’s a lot of talk about class action lawsuits going on right now. I would rather we have some sort of situation where we just take the pensions of all these people who went after us, judges included. These judges are the worst in D.C.

You got to take their pensions and give them to us and give the most money to the people who have been locked up for four years straight. And we need reparations. We need restitution. We did not get a jury of our peers in D.C. I talked about it on this show several times. I’m striking DOJ lawyers from my jury pool the judge wouldn’t strike them for cause because they’re on a different floor of the DOJ building than the people prosecuting me. So, yeah, we need extreme accountability. We need investigations. We need prosecutions.

We need firings. And, you know, this was a huge first step. So I think it’s looking pretty promising. We obviously got to continue to push for it just like we did with these. But it is looking very good for our country right now. What was your life like, you know, since January 6th? You know, and I don’t have a ton of time here, but I want to get a full grasp for everybody to understand. I mean, imagine the pressure that you must have been feeling every single day, not knowing if you would be sentenced to decades in prison for really just exercising your First Amendment right.

I mean, what does that say about the freedom of speech in this country? And number two, as a caveat to that, why do you think, what was the underlying motive for all of this? What was the benchmark for success? And why did they do this in the first place, in your opinion? Well, the reason they did it was to stop people from protesting in the future and to scare people out of standing up to rig collections and standing up to an illegitimate administration and a government that doesn’t represent the people.

You know, a few weeks after January 6th, they questioned me. A couple weeks later, they arrested me. And I was facing felony obstruction and five misdemeanors. I took it to trial with which the trial, the jury selection process, like I mentioned, is how we knew it was going to be totally rigged. Everyone who lives in D.C. basically works for the government and I didn’t have a single straight white male on my jury and I didn’t have a single Republican on my jury. So obviously not a jury of your peers. If you look at the transcripts of my trial and of my sentencing, which I have those, it’s very obviously clear that they went after me and several others, mainly for things that we tweeted and things that we said on shows like this who are nice enough to have us on.

But especially me, they went after me for things that I said largely more than things that I actually did on January 6th. So that’s why this whole thing has just been, you know, freedom of speech, freedom of protest, basically our entire Bill of Rights, unnecessary search and seizure. All of that was gone and out the window. And for these past four years, you know, as you know, I’ve been using my freedom of speech and, you know, that’s gotten me into some legal pickles with these guys. So for the past four years, I’ve been having to argue with my lawyers about, you know, they’re telling me not to exercise my first amendment and I’m just, you know, telling them to do a better job defending the fact that I’m using my first amendment.

Good for you. You know, we haven’t really had freedom. I’ve been out now of prison for, I want to say seven, eight months now. I’ve been out now. I did six months in there. When they convicted me, they wanted to give me 37 months. They gave me 19. I was lucky with the Fisher decision. No, thanks to Amy Coney Barrett. But with the Fisher decision, they got me out. But really, we haven’t had freedom. We haven’t been able to leave the country. We’ve had to call them, send them our paychecks, let them know where we’re living.

They’re coming out to the house. They’re drug testing us. I mean, it’s just not, it hasn’t been freedom. It’s not the country that I grew up believing that I lived in. And so this is a huge weight off my shoulders. I know some people back at USP Thompson in Illinois stayed up all night waiting for them. And some people are still trapped in the DC prison and a couple others. But my buddies in the Thompson, Illinois prison, we finally got them out late last night around 1 a.m. So I think it’s a huge win.

And I’m very grateful to President Trump and to everyone else. When I was in prison, we got so many letters. We got so many people raising money and putting money on our books. We really couldn’t have done it without the great people of this country who really stood up for us. I agree with that. And I feel like it’s really interesting that I’m sitting here in a place right now in a studio talking to you, Alex Shepard, and congratulating you for being pardoned for a crime, for the crime of petitioning the government to redress your grievances, for the crime of exercising your right to peaceably assemble and to use your First Amendment.

It’s disgusting, actually, that I’m sitting here on a national broadcast congratulating you for being pardoned for a crime, a thought crime. But I am. And so congratulations. And, you know, we’ve got to give credit where credit is due. He has done this, which indicates that, you know what, he is a person who can be influenced by public opinion. That’s the reason this was done. Pedal to the floor right now. Foot on the gas. Let’s go. More of The Stu Peter Show continues next. Are you using your phone or is it using you?
