Hey, it’s Dan. Welcome back. You’re watching IAllegedly. I have a good one for you today. So let’s get right into it. And I am sick of these people. I really am. I look for a day when we don’t have to deal with people like this that affect each and every one of our lives. And there’s a few, you know, people that are on the hit parade right now. And I cannot wait to share this with you guys. First thing first, let’s talk about Janet Yellen. Janet Yellen is talking to Scott Vicent, who’s going to be the new Treasury Secretary.

Do you know Janet Yellen has never worked in the private sector a day of her life, never worked for a hedge fund? I didn’t know that. I started researching this. So Grandma Yellen, as I like to call her, has just been a government employee. But one thing that she said to Mr. Vicent was she’s sorry that our deficit has grown by trillions of dollars. Now think about this. She ran the Fed at one point for several years and was nominated for two terms of that. Okay? And then now she’s Treasury Secretary. This is wild, guys.

She is responsible for 16, 16.7 trillion dollars of that national debt that she’s seen it go up. So 42%, 46% of the debt, 46% of the debt Janet Yellen is responsible for, oversee. That is wild, guys. That’s unbelievable. But hey, you know, I’m sorry. I’m sorry it’s so bad. Guys, we need our banking system to work. We need people to be able to go out and borrow money on a regular clip. And you need the free flow of business. And you don’t need businesses to go out of business. During this time of the year, the holidays, when people are supposed to be spending more money than ever, you have businesses that are suffering.

Dave just sent me a great story about how Walgreens may be taking over because they may not make it in lieu of closing stores right now. Okay. Well, what’s that about, guys? What’s that about? Now, I’ve made it clear that I think the guy that runs Chicago, the mayor of Chicago, is an imbecile. And that you people that voted for him, you deserve what you got. So our votes have consequences now. And that guy’s an idiot. He’s an absolute imbecile. Let me give you something that he just proposed for everybody.

And this is coming to a city near you. And that is he’s proposed $233.9 million in tax increases, in the racial property taxes through the roof. For what reason? Because they have no money. So not that it’s justified, not that there’s any legislation, just that that’s what he’s going to do. Now, one thing about living here in California is we have Prop 13. So basically, it’s 1% of the value of your house is what they’re supposed to charge you. But then they’ve just done things to make it go up here and there.

And again, the legislators and the people that run this country and states, especially this one, don’t care about us. And they just do not care. So what are we going to do? We’re going to tax to oblivion. So Brandon Johnson, he’s proposed this note. Think about this, okay? Because again, this is coming to you. Personal property tax, lease tax hike from 11% from 9%. Property tax hike. We just talked about that. Amusement tax hike. Again, who can afford to go to an amusement park? Ah, who cares? You’re going to pay more for your tickets.

More speed cameras. We talked about this last week. He thinks he’s going to go to raise $11.4 million for that. Shopping bag fee, it’s going to go up to $0.10. Again, what are you going to do, guys? What do you do? You can’t tax people to the moon. You just can’t. And then other fees and fines, they’re going to raise massively. Now remember, let me tell you guys something. Parking meters are a great revenue for the city. Chicago, years ago, sold the rights to their parking meters for like 30 years to a company and got cash up front one day.

So when people use the parking meters in Chicago, it doesn’t go to the city. It goes to this private company. How stupid is that? Who should get fired for that? Oh, I’m sure they’re long gone. So once again, guys, all of the economics that we’ve lived through and the insanity that we’ve lived through, the drones that are flying over New Jersey and Washington state and all these other things that people reported to me is insanity. Where is our transportation secretary right now? Wouldn’t an aircraft fall under transportation? I think so.

So where is he? Where’s he at right now? Okay. Nowhere to be found. But don’t worry, these are innocuous. And like the governor of New Jersey said there’s nothing to be worried about and maybe nothing. Something as big as a Winnebago flying over your house. And again, there’s videos. You’ve seen the videos. I’ve seen the videos. But it’s nothing. It’s nothing. What’s wrong with you? One thing I remember in the early 90s was a saying, stay alive to 95 because your recession was so bad. And I knew so many people that were business that just were just barely hanging on.

So with that, there was in 05, right before 05 and 04, it was stay alive to 05. Now the saying is survive until 25. If you can do that, if you can hang on until 2025, you’re going to be okay. Okay. Well, there’s a great story from it is now. Here’s a bunch of stuff that didn’t make it. Okay. That did not make it to 25. You know, and it was like common living, country’s largest co-living firms, acquisition spree, they went bankrupt, equity commonwealth, the REIT, called it quits, JAWS Mustang, all this stuff, distressed fundraising, the SEC headquarters, all this stuff.

I mean, it’s a great list of things. And, you know, all this stuff with where our surreal estate, you know, Chicago’s property tax, that was one of those. So you guys are getting a hit in Chicago. I am telling you guys, there are certain themes that people write me about. One of them that’s horrible is, Dan, my property taxes went from this to this. Dan, my insurance went from this to this. Nobody can afford this stuff, guys. It’s just nuts right now. So take a look at that list. 99 Cent Store went down, you know, all this stuff, you know, the congestion tax.

I mean, you’re starting to see certain politicians step forward and say, uh-uh, not going to participate in this. And, you know, they’re starting to turn the tide in some areas, some areas. But let me know what you think about this so far. Now, one thing that’s interesting is I have never in my life asked what plane I was going to hop on when I wanted a trip, ever, until this last time. Now, when you use things like Expedia, Zillow, or you, you know, book through United or American Airlines, you can see what plane they have scheduled for you.

I didn’t know if that was a thing or not. But now, with all the problems with Boeing and the whistleblowers, think about this, a great story out of CBS, and that is that there are 200 whistleblower complaints were set directly to the FAA. And these are separate complaints, not from the same person talking about faulty manufacturing with Boeing, talking about that 737-9 Max plane, and how, you know, the plane that was the Alaska Airlines plane, it was a brand new plane, guys, new. But because of the horrible manufacturing, these people don’t have any quality control.

And the inspections are ridiculous. But again, just let them do their thing. It’s no big deal. You’re overreacting. Or are we? Because I think it’s nuts, guys, that we’re living in a world like this, where you have all these people that are shunned for stepping forward. And the report from the one guy, I mean, that’s enough. And then Air Canada, I mean, this was a bad one, ordered to pay $10,000 to a couple that missed their dream vacation. I’m telling you, guys, one of the most stressful things that you can do, and my friend Hunt, who owns the cruise company, always recommends that people travel the day before.

Because things happen every time. Things happen, you know, when I was flying home, we had delays. I mean, it just happens with the airline industry, because it’s so awful. But anyways, these poor people were bumped off their plan. They had assigned seats. They show up. They were on time. They get bumped off their flight. There is no new flight. They miss their vacation. Well, hello, Air Canada had to reimburse them $10,000. I’m sure they would have rather had the vacation than a 10 grand. So that’s what’s wrong with this right now, is that I’m telling you, guys, if you ever are offered those vouchers or anything, you start high.

I’ll step up. I’ll change planes. If you have the time and you want to do that, start at $5,000. Start at $7,500. Because you can only, oh, sir, we were going to offer you $1,000, but I can go $1,500. They can go a lot higher, guys. So if you want a volunteer to get off that, go ahead and do it. How about this one? When we were flying from Denver, hey, our plane is overbooked, and we can’t handle all the luggage that you have and all your carry-on items. We have X amount of passengers, and we can only handle so much carry-on luggage.

So we’ll give you $25 for everybody that wants to check their own bag. I said, I’ll do it for now. I’ll have my computer with me. So again, guys, all this stuff, sick of it all. It’s sick of it all. So let me know what you think about this. It’s too much. All these politicians that just want to raise our taxes, grow our national debt, and don’t care about us common folk, it is crazy. Absolutely crazy. You’ve got everything going wrong right now. I’ll talk about this more on the private channel, but Joe Biden, 1,300 commutations? Come on, guys.

It’s ridiculous. Some of these are petty crimes. Some are not. Some are horrific. So I allegedly dot TV is where that will be discussed. Certain things are not supposed to happen this time of the year. One of them is jobless claims going up. This talks about how there are problems and glitches in the economy. Because you’re going to see a lot of individual businesses go out of business, it is a problem. And the problem is not getting better right now. It’s getting worse. So 242,000 people was announced yesterday that they were going to file first-time unemployment claims.

In December, there should be lots of temporary work. There should be lots of work right now. But there’s not. It’s not going to be a great shopping season. You can believe the hype out there about how great everything is. But it’s not doing good right now. A couple things I find interesting. Do you ever stay at a small hotel? Do you have a restaurant? Nope. We have a vending machine downstairs with a little kiosk where you can buy some cake. Now Grubhub. This is just announced for the restaurant industry. Grubhub is going to deliver to 2,000 restaurants now, which is cool.

If you go to a smaller hotel or you’re in a smaller city and you need food delivered to you, you don’t have to go and traverse the city. You can have food sent over to you, which I think is great. And my friend Mike was on a radio show yesterday talking about AI and then the AI security and AI learning and how we’re going to see robots do things that are scary. Scary crazy. And one thing that I texted him back and forth today about was Church’s Chicken in Texas is getting rid of order takers at the drive-thru.

It’s all going to be AI. You’re going to walk up and, hey, how can I help you? I know it’s going to be a computer. And the advantage to this is that they save a fortune. You guys have no idea the number of white collar jobs that are going to be eliminated right now. You’re going to see such a cutback on labor that it’s going to be like nothing you’ve ever seen in your lifetime. So churches, again, you drive up there. I’ve seen it at Taco Bell before and it’s horrible because you try, hey, listen, I don’t want too much sauce in that burrito.

Say things like that and watch the thing. It freaks out. Let me know if you’ve experienced that. I want to remind everybody that it’s time to sign up for the Christmas and holiday card. And when you sign up, everybody gets the card that will be sent to you. But we will randomly select prizes for people and everything from gold, silver. We did cash last year. We’re a little bit of everything, guys. It’s very exciting. But if you go to dancepromo.com, use the link below, sign up. Do not miss out on this. Now, there is something that I’m familiar with that, you know, when you’re in business and there’s times you need to get cash into your company to keep things afloat, people do things that are desperate.

Mike Lindell is the guy that runs that MyPillow. Okay. Well, one thing that he did a few months ago was he went and got himself a loan that has a daily payment. Now borrowed $1.5 million because he needed it for his working cash flow for his company. And what he agreed to do was he agreed to have daily payments every day. So with that, hey, how are you? It’s okay. Daily payments every day. And the problem with that was basically he borrowed $1.5 million and he had 50 daily payments. And the 50 daily payments would be, you know, thousands of dollars a day.

And he would pay $2.2 million. And all of a sudden start thinking about this after the fact, like, wait a second, this is 409% interest. And yeah, it is. Okay. Yeah, it is. And the other thing was, you know, when you do merchant, you know, what they call merchant cash advance, which is basically your credit card machine is a cash machine. And if you do anything over $5,000 a month in credit card business, you can get a loan against that. The interest rate is incredibly high. And what they do is then they circumvent your deposits in the future.

You can do this with an Amazon channel. What’s crazy about this is that people went out and have borrowed money hand over fist. I did it. I did it for $7,000, $29,000, $85,000. I mean, I did this for my company, you know, over the years. And for a short term fix, it’s fine. If you can pay it off early, even better. But the problem is, is that people get struck. I have a brother that worked for a guy that told me that the guy did $250,000 in advance. And they took out $2,500 a day, Monday through Friday.

Now, the problem with it, guys, things happen in your business that make it so you may not have $2,500 in your checking account at any time. It’s raining right now. Okay. Well, if you own a construction company, which that guy did, and I would say, what happens if you don’t bring any cash in? What happens if there’s no cash in the checking account? Well, the guy had to refinance it not once, not twice, but three different times to where he ended up owning these people more money than he ever borrowed by far.

And even his payments were basically lost. So the guy was basically upside down and churning. That’s what Mike Lindell is suing over. And it’s horrible. But I’m telling you guys, when you get to these desperate times like this, do not borrow money like this. Because I mean, it is the kiss of death. Sometimes it’s worth looking to go out of business over getting that money in a desperate time. I always tell people the same thing. If the money is going to put out fires, you’re done. Fires are going to fund expansion.

That’s another thing. I know somebody who was this close recently to going public, and they’ve run into major financial cash flow problems. So with that, borrow money every place they can to fix it. And I’m like, they’re never going to fix this. So again, guys, read the story below, because it’s fascinating. But the lawsuit, it’s like, yeah, I got taken advantage of. But because he’s got notoriety and 50% of the country hates that guy. There’s a lot of people that just don’t care. So let me know what you think. I’m going to finish this video with this last story.

Again, this goes to the theme of how I’m sick of these people. Think about what I’m about to tell you. This is from Restaurant Business Magazine. The city of Los Angeles is voting to give the airport workers that work at airport restaurants. They don’t control $30 an hour. You’ve been to these airport restaurants, guys. You’ve been to Chick-fil-A at the airport. You’ve been to Panda, the sandwich place, all that stuff. Imagine those people are going to make $30 an hour now. You will spend $75 for a sandwich though. Don’t forget that as you travel out of town.

This is insanity right now that they’re doing this. So again, it’s not their money. Plus they want to give it to certain hotel workers that work the front desk and work certain positions. And again, I know somebody got a degree in the hotel industry, which is insane to begin with. But think about this. Paying these people $30 an hour is absolute insanity. So again, only in California would you do this. So please don’t forget to hit the like button, subscribe to the channel, email me as hello at iallegedly.com, and I will see you guys very, very soon.
