Well, Donald Trump’s total victory just continues to get better every day. Now, special prosecutor, special persecutor Jack Smith’s bogus kangaroo court cases against President Trump for having documents at Mar-a-Lago and for encouraging Mike Pence to not certify the electoral votes and send the decision back to state legislatures. As the Electoral Count Act at the time allowed, they have since modified it to change the language so that that’s no longer an option. But that was a legal and reasonable strategy. The magnitude of Trump’s victory here is so enormous. I mean, and remember, this goes back to the Mueller investigation. He has the Mueller witch hunt beaten all of these cases. Obviously, the congressman, we are going to debate for generations, whether this was a good thing or a bad thing. But as a factual thing, the degree of his victory is really extraordinary. It sure is, especially when you put things into perspective and realize that they’ve been trying to throw Donald Trump in prison since 2017, right after he was sworn into office. 58 House Democrats have recently voted to advance articles of impeachment.

Impeach him first and then indict him. Yes, the president, a sitting president, can be indicted. Even if the president were to somehow find some way to terminate Mueller, the indictments would continue to grind. You could impeach anybody on anything. You can try and indict. He is not functioning as the president of the United States. Frankly, if he ever gets indicted, he’ll have insanity as a defense, I suppose, from a criminal charge. But it’s hardly, you know, this is a serious matter. It’s such a serious matter. This compilation goes on for another six more years, just showing that they’ve been a broken record this whole time.

Adam Schiff held back tears responding on MSDNC. Now, what Jack Smith did is seek to dismiss the case without prejudice. That means they can bring charges against Trump again once he leaves office, but is nevertheless a very serious distinction because the status quo now is no charges against the president. You would have to upset that status quo to later bring charges again, as opposed to merely postponing the proceedings, in which case the presumption is they continue when he leaves office. Now, Jack Smith relied on the opinion of lawyers within the department who said that they thought it was required by the Constitution to dismiss the case, but it isn’t required by the Constitution.

Adam Schiff knows the Constitution better. Meanwhile, Jamie Ratzkin is worried that the Republicans are going to engage in the same kinds of law fair that they themselves have been engaging in. I think we’ve got to be focused on what are they going to do with the Department of Justice? Are they going to convert this institution, which has been corrupted by criminal Marxists, an implementer of law enforcement and has improved dramatically over time into the president’s personal law firm and an instrument of vendetta and retribution. They want to install people who are going to prosecute the prosecutors, as Bondi has said, and it looks like a completely different kind of institution from the one that has been built up through both Democratic and Republican administrations in the past.

So it looks to me like a recipe for nonstop political warfare. I mean, nonstop political warfare. Don’t make me go back to that compilation and play the remaining six years of the media and the Democrat Party’s law fair against Donald Trump. Okay, maybe another 30 seconds. This sitting president can and should be indicted. President there for sure is more than likely going to serve some jail time. It’s clear that Trump is the target and he’ll be indicted eventually. On the day Donald Trump leaves office, the Justice Department may indict him. Now this was in 2018.

Okay, this wasn’t even about the mostly peaceful protest at the Capitol. This was about other nonsense. Now there is talk of jail time for the president. That Mueller could indict the president for obstruction of justice. Now they’re talking about the Mueller scandal, which turned out to be an absolute embarrassment for them. He was going to go to jail for that. But you got to hand it to CNN senior pollster who, despite as much as he may want to, usually doesn’t twist the facts and the figures around to fit the narrative of clown news.

Take a look here. President Trump’s transition net approval. You go back to November of 2016. Look at this. It was just at plus one point. Just at plus one point. That is well, well, well below the historical norm. Look at where we are today. Significantly higher. Plus 18 points at 17 points higher on the presidential transition net approval rating. The bottom line is this. If eight years ago, Americans were lukewarm on Donald Trump at this particular point, they’re giving him much more of the benefit of the doubt. A lot more Americans are in love with this transition.

This much more meets the historical norms where normally presidents get that boost coming out of their victory. And what we’re seeing here is Donald Trump’s presidential transition is getting a thumbs up and dare I say two thumbs up from the American people. And you don’t dare he say, but all this great news is not going over well with some like tick tocker, Harry Sisson, Harry Sissy. You know, Trump supporters are such sore winners. Like after the election, us Democrats, we had our moment. We were all very sad. You’re crying and shaving your heads.

Yes, we know. And now we’re already back out there. We’re working. We’re opposing Donald Trump’s key nominees. We’re staying informed. We’re getting involved, staying informed by watching CNN. Whereas these Trump supporters are still to this day celebrating Donald Trump’s victory, kind of rubbing it in people’s faces. Your crazy uncle that you’re going to have to see at Thanksgiving. He is still posting on Facebook about it. Liberal soy boy, YouTuber David Pakman, who almost broke down into tears the day after the election because he had lost so many subscribers who just got fed up with him, is now saying that Donald Trump’s total victory really isn’t as big as some people are making it out to be.

Donald Trump’s so-called landslide victory, which gives him a supposed mandate, is being used to defend so many of the choices that Donald Trump is now making with regard to cabinet and nominations and policy promises. But that victory has shrunk and shrunk and shrunk. In fact, it’s experienced so much shrinkage that it is really now just a tiny little embarrassment. His total victory was just an embarrassment. It was an embarrassment. All right. To you. Here he is the day after the election. When I woke up this morning, we had lost 5000 YouTube subscribers compared to where we were last night.

That’s amazing because I gained almost 5000. Now, the first thing I thought was, is this a glitch? We’ve been on YouTube for it certainly must be a glitch. I mean, it can’t be that people are just sick and tired of listening to your nonsense. But Don Lemon has stated that he’s actually very jealous of David Pakman’s YouTube subscribers because Don Lemon is trying to be a YouTuber now since he got fired from CNN. But that’s not going too well. Here he is during a TikTok live stream getting the Michael Cohen treatment with turkeys being put on his head.

That’s what’s happening. You’re looking like a moron. That’s what’s happening. So all the guys, he’s like, hey, I’m going to reward the guys that helped to get me in. I’m going to get all of the wokeness and the, do you know what? The softness, some of the LGBTQ, I don’t know if he’s going to have an LGBTQ band, but I’m getting that. I’m going to, he’s getting that out of the military. Lemon Ed’s extremely upset that under the Trump 2.0 administration, hopefully people like this will no longer be welcomed in the military. Not a day goes by that I’m not grateful to be serving at this period of time.

Being able to undergo a full gender transition beyond hormones, laser hair removal, Botox, lip injections, hair lowering, like literally cannot be more thankful to be alive now. Imagine having to serve with this person and our tax dollars are paying for this. Even under the Obama administration, if a service member was making videos like this in uniform, posting them publicly, or even acting anywhere remotely like this carbon base life form, they would have been expelled instantly. But under the Biden administration, they not only allowed them in and welcomed them, they made it mandatory that all of the other military members celebrate them.

June is LGBT Pride Month, recognizing lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender Americans. We observe LGBT Pride Month to mark the progress we’ve made in embracing a society of equality. All too often, I hear leaders talk about providing everyone with dignity and respect. This person identifies as a woman, by the way, one of the highest ranking transgender women in the Air Force. Respect like it’s an aspirational goal. That’s not good enough. Dignity and respect is the bare minimum. You must celebrate them. Well, not anymore. And if they got a problem with that, then maybe they should just join the illegal aliens and pack their bags and get out of our country.

Of course, Thursday is Thanksgiving, but many liberal onitics are leaving their families because they’re insane. I’m not going home for Thanksgiving this year. I’m 31, and it’s my first time standing up to my family like this. And it honestly feels like a huge relief. I’m not doing this to punish them or to be petty, but I did let them know that it just makes me too angry and upset to be around them right now. And this Thanksgiving, I simply have to excuse myself from the family table. Go check yourself into a mental hospital.

I debated going to Thanksgiving and making a huge scene and having a blowout over politics, but in the end, I actually don’t think that that’s going to be effective or a good use of my energy. But with Thanksgiving coming on the heels of such an atrocious election, I just thought I would share that I’m doing something differently this year and that it’s sad, but it feels right.
