Deeply delusional people you mean. Last Thursday we expressed our own concerns on this broadcast and even said we would appreciate the opportunity to speak with the president-elect himself. Who was a big regular call-in guest on this show in early 2016 before Trump derangement syndrome really started spreading. They loved Donald Trump. Everybody, of course, loved Donald Trump until it became clear that he was being serious about building the wall and making America great again. On Friday we were given the opportunity to do just that. Joe and I went to Mar-a-Lago to meet personally with President-elect Trump.

It was the first time we have seen him in seven years. As you’ll see many of their deranged viewers or whatever’s left of them are not happy about this. They were hoping that their Trump derangement syndrome would progress to the final stages of Mika shaving her head and Joe undergoing hormone therapy but thankfully that might not happen. And it’s going to come as no surprise to anybody who watches this show has watched it over the past year or over the past decade that we didn’t see eye to eye on a lot of issues and we told him so.

Wow you’re so brave you disagreed with another human being. What we did agree on was to restart communications. My father often spoke with world leaders with whom he and the United States profoundly disagreed. Quite a difference from just a few weeks ago. This is not a reach. I could go back and talk about Nazi Germany and I do it. I do it without any concerns whatsoever and if people can’t start drawing the parallels well you’re just stupid or you have your head in the sand or you’re one of them. Former MSNBC host turned crazy cat lady Keith Olbermann perhaps taking it the hardest saying by the way just wait until Madel says nothing about this tonight.

Look the bottom line is that America needs a free press that is willing to speak truth to power right now. And now to have the big tech social media platforms systematically censoring conservatives like they’ve been doing ever since the 2016 election more than ever. And I think that we have to be very clear eyed when we think about the president elect and cover the president elect and I don’t think you need to sit down for 90 minutes at Mar-a-Lago and kiss his ring to be able to speak truth and to be able to cover a story.

Yeah you don’t need to go and sit down with somebody face to express your concerns and hear their responses directly from the horse’s mouth. You should just get it from a bunch of old bags sitting around a table spewing on a major television network. So maybe they’re not journalists in the true sense. Maybe they’re saying that their opinion general journalists. But we have to remember that Trump is the guy who ushered in the era of fake news. He is the guy who ushered in alternative facts. He is the guy who attacked three black female journalists.

He’s the guy that revoked Jim Acosta’s press credentials for asking him a question. No, for basically assaulting a White House staffer or not giving up the microphone when it was somebody else’s turn. Remember that? If I may ask one other question, Mr. President, if I may ask one other question, are you worried? That’s enough. That’s enough. That’s enough. I was going to ask one of the other folks. That’s enough. Excuse me. That’s enough. Mr. President, I had one other question. If I may ask on the Russia investigation, are you concerned that you may have indictments? I’m not concerned about anything with the Russian investigation because it’s a hoax.

That’s enough. Put down the mic. Mr. President, are you worried about indictments coming down in this investigation? Mr. President. Well, I guess the good news for Sonny Hostin is that nobody’s watching MSNBC anymore to see their newfound strategy to actually communicate with Donald Trump because since the election, they’ve lost over half of their viewers. Over half. If you look at the key demographics, which is the segment of the audience that the advertisers covet most, people like 25 to 54. Look at the recent key demographic viewership for cable news. Fox News, 6 p.m.

Bret Baier, this is Eastern Time, 472,000. So the actual viewership is probably triple or quadruple that. CNN, 72,000 in the demo. MSNBC, 66,000 for Ari Melber’s show. Joy Reid, 76,000 viewers for the key demo. So she is probably pulling in less than 300,000 total viewers. My YouTube videos are not meeting MSNBC. Who would have thought that nobody wants to tune in to watch complete nonsense like this? Donald Trump told all Republican House members, quote, Elon won’t go home. I can’t get rid of him. Yes, that’s a hilarious joke because Elon’s been hanging around Mar-a-Lago for the last two weeks.

And everyone laughed. They laughed that uncomfortable laugh. But they laugh when Donald Trump makes a joke about someone on his team, a joke that everyone knows is true, a joke that paints that person as pathetic as Donald Trump’s personal sense of superiority demands that he do. Donald Trump’s jealousy, Elon Musk’s wealth, must eat away at him every second he has to look at the richest person in the world. No, sir, he’s not jealous at all because Donald Trump has the nuclear codes. Donald Trump is the most powerful man in the world.

Power trumps money. I mean, what’s next? His former White House spokesman, Jen Psaki, and current MSNBC host can openly admit that the party’s in shambles and there’s no actual leader in the Democrat party. Oh, wait, what’s this? Look, I think Democrats are in the wilderness. As you just said before, there is no clear leader of the party. Joe Biden is going to be out of office shortly. Kamala Harris just lost the election. There are a lot of governors and other people who might emerge. Maybe we don’t know about yet, but there is no clear leader of the party right now.

We don’t even have a president at this point. Old Joe is down in South America lost in a rainforest. This is not a meme, by the way. It really is an actual event. Over at TikTok, however, the feminists are still having a hard time. It’s going to be a long four years for them, a great four years for us. This woman is concerned that not enough liberal men, if you can even call them men, who voted for Kamala are upset about things. Who else has men in their life that are maybe just acting…

You see how red her eyes are? She just got done crying. A little too calm right now. I may have voted for Kamala. May have the same views, but are just a little too level-headed. Oh, I noticed the blue hearts. Okay, again, if you missed it on TikTok, they literally are afraid to use red hearts now because red reminds them of Donald Trump and the Republicans. But I might start crying too. Tears of joy. This from the Republicans Against Trump Twitter account. In a 4am post, Donald Trump confirmed he plans to use the military to carry out mass deportations of 15 million undocumented immigrants.
