Tip of the day: Review your goals. Do you feel good when you think about them? If not, it means you don’t believe you can or will achieve them. Consider focusing on a smaller, stepping stone goal that is on the way to that bigger goal. This will help you feel better about the process. 

For example, if you want to weigh 30 pounds lighter, but you don’t feel good when you think about that goal, focus on being 3 pounds lighter! That is likely more believable for you and more easy to attain. Plus, it’s still on the road to your bigger goal. That’s how you can find the ‘sweet spot’ for attaining your goals.
