Tip of the day: Do something outside your comfort zone today. If you like what you’ve been seeing in your life and in the world, then don’t change anything.
But if you don’t like what you see in the world or what’s going on around you, then you have the power to change it!
Most people like to walk before they run, so before you can make massive changes, you can make minor changes!
This can be done by doing something outside your comfort zone. This could be going someplace new, saying something to a stranger or some other activity that fear has kept you from doing before.
Like the saying goes, “Feel the fear and do it anyway!” Once you do, notice how you feel.
