And whatsoever ye do, do it heartily as to the Lord, and not unto men. Knowing that of the Lord, ye shall receive the reward of the inheritance, for ye serve the Lord Christ. I had a lot of training and a lot of camaraderie. The people who volunteer for united Sovereign Americans, one of the things that happens is they start to feel really happy again because not only are they doing something, but they’re meeting all the people who love our country so much that they are willing to take the risk of standing up, you know, in a public meeting and speaking these facts, speak these truths into the record.

Educate our officials. Hey, you know what? Our elections have to follow the law. They’re not following. Following the law, folks. We have an amazing update from United Sovereign Americans, a freedom update, forcing election officials to obey the law. We’ve got many things happening out there. Marlee Hornick is going to give us an update on how many states that are involved now, what cases they’ve got that are filed and more. Marlene, thank you. Welcome. Thanks so much. Lt, it’s great to be here. Yeah, it’s so good to have you. I mean, you guys have had a huge impact. We were talking before this show about the amount of volunteers that have now come to unite for freedom.com and show that website here. It is very, very well done. When I go through and scroll and see all the information that you have on here, it’s just packed full of different things that you guys are doing. And I understand that you’ve got a lot coming up that has an impact for this year’s election.

Am I correct? Absolutely. We are all about action and we are all about taking steps to secure our republic once again, because it looks like, it’s going to be us. It’s going to be the citizens who stand in the gap and save this country. Yeah. Yeah. So could you tell me a little bit about how unite for freedom came together and why it’s important to you and how it impacts the United States? Sure. I initially had founded an organization in the state of New York called New York Citizens Audit. And basically we got a copy of the New York State Voter registration database.

We downloaded some information from the New York State Board of Elections website about the number of tabulated counts, tabulated votes that were counted and certified in New York’s 2020 general election. At that time, that’s what we were looking at. And, wow, what a shocker. We discovered right off the bat that that election had been certified as accurate and legally compliant with 338,000 more votes tabulated than voters who had voted, according to the state’s own official data. We discovered so many of these shocking circumstances, which they are defined by the United States Department of Justice Public integrity office as potential crimes.

Election fraud, as defined by the DOJ, involves corruption of voter registration votes themselves and the counts that ultimately get certified. So that really got us curious, and we started looking inside of the state voter registration database more deeply. And by the end of it, we had submitted a report to the New York State Division of Election law enforcement alleging that we had uncovered 5.1 million potential registration violations. These are felony violations. And in New York’s 2022 general election, 745,000 felony voting violations. To put it succinctly, our elections are being conducted illegally. The certification of an election with that many variances from the law is illegal.

So basically, after I had presented at the pit, which, through the vote sponsored in or put on this event in August of 2022, Gary Howery presented at the pit, we met, we got together, and we basically started analyzing all of the New York citizens audit data against the laws themselves, against not only election law at the state level, federal level, but also the Constitution. You see, the third sentence of the US constitution says that it is the right and duty of the people of the several states to choose their representative. So the third sentence. Right. We haven’t even established yet what Congress does.

We don’t even. We’re not even to article two. We haven’t established that there is a president or a judiciary. It is the people in the United States of America who are supposed to have the reins on this country and our power to control whether or not we actually live under a government by consent, a government that responds to. To our views, our morals and our beliefs about our culture. That has to do with whether or not we can enforce our officials behaving in accordance with the law. And I don’t think I need to tell your viewers today, LP, that many of our lawmakers have abandoned us.

They are not loyal any longer to the Constitution. So what do we do? Right? So that’s why we founded United sovereign Americans. We said we’re going to have to sue these people, people in federal court, to follow our election laws because we cannot have a rogue election again in the 2024 presidential. It just can’t happen. We will lose our country now, 2024. Is it too late or what’s going on now? It is not too late. First of all, we have already filed in Maryland federal court. We filed there with Maryland election integrity on March of 2024, and we are asserting there that these violations of the law have deprived Maryland citizens of a fair vote.

And in fact, that it appears to be massive dilution of the vote because you have invalid voters voting. What’s an invalid voter? So the eligibility requirements of state law, basically, you know, they tell you, oh, you have to live to hear this amount of time. You have to be at this address. This is what defines an address. This is what defines a person. We have people in Maryland who, their birth dates have changed from one copy of the state registration database to another. We have people who, they clearly don’t have a valid identity. You can’t verify that they have a valid identity.

So how is it that these election officials have granted them ballots? How did that process take place? When the constitution says it’s the people who do the voting, not the fictitious registrants? Right. That’s why the Department of Justice calls that fraud, because they’re not supposed to be voting. That’s cheating. That’s right. Yeah. I mean, we just got done showcasing a lot of those going on in Georgia this week and pretty amazed that here we are. We’ve been talking about it for three, three and a half years, and they finally catch up to the things that we’ve been saying for a long time.

And watching these lawyers defend, you know, that, oh, even, yeah, we’ve got the printed ballots, but we don’t need to show them to you. Just trust us. Our investigation, we’re fine. And they’re like, wait a minute, there’s something wrong. And you’re telling me you’re not gonna show me your investigation? Are you crazy? And so it’s like, yeah, we’ve been trying to tell them that for a long time. But whenever I watch these, I always think, here we go again. Are they taking us on an emotional rollercoaster ride to get us all hyped up and excited about something that they might do? And it seems like at the end of all these, we don’t see progress.

I mean, what are you guys seeing? Are you seeing any progress on what you’re doing? Well, we’ve only filed our first lawsuit. We have attorneys retained and drafting in the states of Pennsylvania, Ohio, and California right now. So we plan to file again quickly. I would say that there’s a couple of different ways to answer that question. Are we seeing progress? First of all, one of the top priorities at United sovereign Americans is education and advocacy. We formed a 501 organization so we wouldn’t have our hands tied about going to officials and, you know, basically bringing our sets of facts to them and asking them to do something about this.

So all across America right now, we have people bringing our resolution for a legally valid 2024 general election to officials across their. At every level, local, town, you know, county and state levels. Because one of the problems is everyone is getting their information about what constitutes an election from social media, right? And that’s a very distorted perspective. For example, you might say, hey, you know, if a registration is bad, it doesn’t matter if they didn’t vote, because that’s popular parlance. That’s how it’s viewed on social media. But that’s not how the Department of Justice views false registration.

It’s a felony crime. So another example is where you say, oh, well, there’s nothing we can do about it because the officials won’t show us a record. You know, you walk back. Let’s walk back again. What I said was, article one, section two, the third sentence of the United States Constitution grants the right to the people to choose representatives. In 1803, the United States Supreme Court made a ruling in the case of Marbury v. Madison. And one of the things they decided there was, they said, you know what? If you have a right but you have no remedy, you have no way to enforce that right or assure that your right has been upheld, then you don’t really have a right.

So when they tell us, hey, you can’t see these records, you know, we know we have these special eyes. I call it. They have, like, these magic eyes. The election officials, when they look at a registration record that’s registered on January 1, 1921, they have this special kind of vision that they can tell that’s legitimate. And the rest of us poor subs, we’re just left in the dark, we can’t see how legitimate someone who registered on January 1 of 1921 is and how valid that registration is. So these are the games they play. But if we want our.

And this is really, this is how serious this has gotten, we have to become very well educated in how to enforce our rights. And this is, this is a fundamental issue, which is they are denying due process when they. When they refuse to give us the auditable records that the Help America Vote act has required them to create at every step of their administrative process. You see, election officials have a unique role in the United States of America. And this role was basically defined. In my eyes, it was defined by James Madison. Best in the federalist papers, number ten.

So remember, they’re writing these federalist papers to try to convince the citizens of New York state to ratify the new US constitution. So they are pulling out every kind of defense of this new system of governance that’s going, they’re hoping will be implemented. So Madison describes in federalist ten this circumstance where you have, if you don’t have a tyrannical overlord, you don’t have one person who’s allowed to just set the rules and everybody has to follow it or go to the gulags, you have a circumstance, you have all these different people with different opinions, right? And the Declaration of Independence says, we’re happy about that.

We’re happy about freedom of conscience. We want everybody to be critical thinkers because that’s what God wanted, that’s what creator made. So who are we to say that’s not a good idea? So James Madison says, okay, when you have that circumstance, they are all going to keep gathering into these little cliques, these factions, and the factions are going to have a common interest and a common goal, and sometimes those factions are going to have adversarial goals. That’s just going to. That’s how it’s going to be in America. You’re going to have to defend your ideas, and you’re going to have to advance your ideas, and it’s going to be difficult.

How do we hold the peace in the United States of America that is defined within the United States Constitution? Is our election officials actually? This is how important their job is, because they are walking a tightrope between all of these adversaries, intractable adversaries, and the only thing they’re allowed to do is adhere unwaveringly to the laws that define the administrative process of an election. Because if they step off that tightrope, you no longer have continuity of governance. Nobody has to trust in the election, because I’m thinking, hey, maybe my adversary got their thumb on the scale.

How come this guy didn’t follow the law? Right? How come he let these people vote? That’s how important the role of an election officer is in the United States and how significant it is if they fail to follow the law. You know, you’re very, very inspiring. Love listening to you. And I can see now why you guys are growing. This is amazing. I know that we mentioned in our interview with Zitcos that folks can actually volunteer in some way to help out with the election. And a lot of folks say, well, I can’t be a person that actually goes into the voting areas.

And do, you know, there’s certain things that folks feel like they can’t do. But you made it so simple. And one of those is that you can just join the effort to save the country by presenting the resolution for legally valid 2024 election to your officials. Is one of those opportunities, right? You make that clear on your site? Yes, and we provide a lot of training and a lot of camaraderie. The people who volunteer for United Sovereign Americans, one of the things that happens is they start to feel really happy again, because not only are they doing something, but they’re meeting all the people who love our country so much that they are willing to take the risk of standing up, you know, in a public meeting and speaking these facts, speak these truths into the record.

Educate our officials. Hey, you know what? Our elections have to follow the law. They’re not following the law. Yeah, it says right here, weekly training is provided via national call where we share successes, discuss challenges, review resolution and scripts. Yeah, you don’t have to figure it out on your own. Our process is ready for you to speak on behalf of all those whom you love and those coming who shall be born into freedom, as you were. I mean, that’s just amazing. Well worded. And so when they click on volunteer. Yeah, there’s all these ways to get involved.

This is the part that I thought was really cool. They can get involved in. And one of them was community outreach. But the. I noticed that you guys need drivers. You need folks to. With information analysis, like I believe, like the Zitcos do. Media fundraising. Of course, this is not something you. You guys have the funds for, so you need help in that area. Writing, accounting, marketing. There’s a lot of things that folks are talented in. They probably don’t realize how they could help. Well, United Sovereign Americans is a 100% volunteer organization, including myself as CEO.

And Harry Howery as chairman. So everything we do is staffed and structured by us, the people. And I’ll tell you, the gift of coming together and working on something like this is tremendous. It’s really uplifting, but it’s sure challenging sometimes to be Americans with a whole bunch of other Americans in the room. We get it done because we have to. We want unity in our country. This effort is completely nonpartisan. It has nothing to do with which party takes the reins. It has to do with the people taking the reins. It’s not about a candidate, it’s not about an outcome.

It’s about the law. If we allow the rule of law to continue to be basically torched in our country, we’re going to lose it. Our children are not going to have the morals that we have. We’re losing ground. So we have to stand in that gap. We have to take those steps. Now, when you go into the progress, I noticed that you guys have a map here. Your work to date, incorporated in June 2023, United Sovereign Americans is currently working in 24 states, representing 387 electoral college votes. Is that accurate? Yes, that’s correct. Wow. And all the blue states are the states where we either have teams, grassroots teams, or mostly where we have analysis and research being done to create our election validity scorecards for the 2022 election.

We have eleven states, I believe, that are completed. And like I said, we’re filed and live in federal court in Maryland, and we’re preparing to file in Pennsylvania, Ohio and California with attorneys retained and writing thanks to the generous donations of Americans like those who are listening to this podcast right now, people who just decided, hey, you know what? I spent $30 on a pizza. I can spend $30 on saving my country. Right, right. So interesting, because it appears that you don’t actually have another life. Is this all you do every day or. Well, technically, I do homeschool my children.

I do have a small homestead farm, and I do help my husband with his business. But in reality, at this point, my family manages all of those things. Now, I make breakfast and then I just get on the phone, oh, my goodness, Marley, you are just amazing. And it just shows you, you know, again, a lot of folks, I think, just this, the way I think, right, is that if you want to get involved in this, you have to set something up. You can’t have a family. You have to work 24/7 on it, go to sleep, wake up the next day, and this is all you’re pushing for.

But you live in America, you’re homeschooling. Your children. You’re taking care of the home and you’re working with unite for freedom. You guys started this whole thing and you’re keeping everybody informed. That is absolutely amazing and inspiring for all of us. Well, thank you. I feel so much love for this world, so much love for my family, and so much gratitude for the life that my creator or our creator granted me. Can’t possibly sit back and let those blessings just be washed away. I want my grandchildren to be born into freedom. I want your grandchildren to be born into freedom.

This is a beautiful world that we are blessed to live in. And these paper tigers that are trying to take it away from us and trying to convince us that we need to be afraid of them and we have to bow down to their, you know, foolish beliefs. This is, this isn’t okay. Yeah, we have to stop this. Yeah, I call it, I think it’s spiritual warfare. The enemy’s definitely looking to get rid of our freedoms and destroy our country, and he’s using these folks that bow down to him. I believe, and it’s a sad thing, but we’re fighting back and you guys are doing a tremendous job.

And I think when I was bringing up before we actually hit interview, the recording button on this, we talked about your own situation. I mean, just in New York. When I hear that somebody lives in New York, my first thought is, oh, I’m so sorry. Because it seems like it’s very difficult to be, you know, in that area with, with all the crime, with the corruption, with all of the immigrants that they’re bringing in there. They’re overwhelming everything that’s going on in that city. It’s a sad thing for me. I mean, just personally in my mind, I think, you know, hey, I want to go to New York to visit.

And during Christmas time, especially with my family, they wanted that. And I’m like, guys, I just don’t know if I’m up for it right now. And that’s sad for me to think like that. Right? It is sad. And in the reality is they’re making a lot of progress destroying a beautiful place and, you know, they have these crazy agendas and people fall for it. They cut down, you know, they, on the basis of being environmentalists, they cut down forests and put up solar farms. They, you know, they kick all the cows off the land that are producing food, and they put up solar farms that don’t produce one bite.

It’s crazy. And that’s not the half of it. But, you know, there are so many different ways that New York appears to be under, you know, a direct attack. One of the things that I think was really inspiring for me personally was when I founded New York Citizens Audit. We ended up with over 2000 active volunteers. We used that resolution process in New York first. We rolled it out in January of 2023, and we have done New York citizens audit. I mean, you talk about a place where you think there’s no hope. We have done over 500 presentations of that resolution across New York state and gotten 10% of New York state towns to sign on saying, yes, we have to have legally valid elections because it’s so awful what they’re doing here.

And it becomes more and more self evident that the government is not operating according to the principle of representative government any longer. It’s unclear who they’re representing, but it’s definitely not the people. So, on that note, again, I wonder, with you living there locally, and I’ve talked to those that live in California, a lot of friends there, do you sense that there’s more of a conservative base there and they’re just hiding that from us in the media? Absolutely. I’m not saying that New York is definitely red. I’m not saying that it’s this bad or the other thing, but there are a lot of very sane people in New York.

And, you know, the policies that are being projected upon the people as having been our choice are not sane. They don’t represent a sane reality or a healthy, you know, approach to managing a society, raising children, supporting our. Our best and our brightest and everyone, really, to achieve what the creator has given us as a capacity. It’s really sad. And, of course, you know, it’s also been turned on. New York citizen dotted. So it is true that the attorney general of New York state, Leticia James, has, you know, she’s issued these subpoenas against New York citizens audit, asserting that we’ve, you know, violated the Ku Klux Klan act and intimidated voters at their homes, accusing them of fraud.

You know, the reality is we proved that the amount of error in her election was. There was a 12% voting error rate in the 2022 midterm in New York state, and her election was certified with a 9% margin of victory. So it doesn’t take an advanced mathematician to realize that it’s not clear that Letitia James was granted authority by the will of the citizens of New York state. And this should have been a massive investigation. The fact that it was not investigated is illegal. It is an abandonment of the Constitution and abandonment of the people who are supposed to be holding those reins.

So how do we fix it? We have to take them to court. It’s our last option. It’s our last ditch option. We’ve got to do it. So I really encourage people, united Sovereign Americans, volunteers have actually done millions of dollars worth of computer programming, data analytics, legal analysis, and drafting of documentation. And if you can take that money you were going to buy a new sweatshirt with and drop it in this bucket, it will really make a difference. I promise you. We’re not a big pack. We’re not rolling in dough. Your small donation will make a huge difference towards saving this country.

And it sounds like to me that they’re scared and they realize that they’re being exposed. And I think it’s interesting that I didn’t realize that Leticia Janes is going after you guys because she realizes the impact that you’re having now. Yes, absolutely. The New York State Board of Elections has drafted, frankly, hateful letters about a group of citizens who voluntarily took on auditing their official database to see were there errors that could be repaired. And the response of the New York State Board of Elections has been to draft hateful letters and distribute them to the New York State association of Counties, the New York State association of Sheriffs, the New York State association of District Attorneys, and many, many other organizations, basically accusing us of not wanting to have, you know, people not to have faith in our elections.

Well, I hate to break it to you, but people already don’t have faith in our elections. That’s not my fault. Right? You know what’s interesting, as you’re, as you’re talking, I just picture, I actually picture in my mind, I’m more of a graphics picture kind of guy. Like the, like a movie the patriot. And I see a battlefield, and I’m watching you guys. You’re holding up your muskets and you’re, you know, you’re pulling everyone you can from farms and using, you know, everything you can to fight against these, um, these folks on the other side who seem to be well entrenched, lots of money.

Their whole setup is based off of destruction. And you guys are all just scrounging everything you can to fight back against them in the middle of this battlefield. And I just picture you holding that flag, and you’re running up front and folks are like, I’m tired. I can’t keep going. And you’re like, you’re waving that flag. No, come on, we can win. And I just love the fact that you are so motivated and excited about the future and what it holds. We definitely are hurting. This country is hurting. And a lot of folks are tired. We’re getting that.

And they’re like, okay, enough of this already. I think part of their agenda is to wear us out so that we give up. Am I correct? I totally agree. I totally agree. And you know why they do that? This is the most astonishing realization, if you can wrap your mind around it. The reason that they do that is because if you realize how significant you are, they would lose instantly. If you only knew how loved and important you are and how significant your skills, your truth and your perspective are, the enemy would just. They would just fall.

They would fall like a paper tiger. That’s why they have to keep working, to convince people to be afraid to convince us, hey, you’re not special. You weren’t created by a creator. You’re just, you know, you’re this or you’re that or you’re not smart enough or you don’t know. I mean, my goodness, right now the secretary of state of Ohio is saying, oh, he went on the radio yesterday and he says, hey, united Sovereign Americans. You know, I said I wanted to meet with them, but they’re just filing a lawsuit. I mean, it’s just pitiful. This man has an affirmative duty under the law to investigate potential violations of the law within his jurisdiction.

And he goes on the radio and goes on the warpath and says, hey, we’re not nice. Give me a break. The american people, the people of the state of Ohio are depending on him. They are paying his salary and he’s going to stand down on this investigation. That’s unacceptable. Of course we’re going to file a lawsuit. Give me a break. That’s right. That’s right. Yeah. I want to read this here from your website. Join our team to join the great, greatest liberty movement since 1776. That’s what we’re talking about. There united sovereign Americans pledged to each other that regardless of our political affiliation, we will unify to respectfully and peaceably remove the current attack upon our beloved constitutional republic, the United States of America.

That we will stay loyal to our commitment, unwavering in our dedication to freedom, and together achieve a victory upholding individual liberty for all. And then you have the volunteer button, and I want to click on this one more time. Getting involved. You have community outreach, media outreach. Again, I just want to remind folks, you can get involved in transportation, event planning and more. And you also have a way to stay informed on your site where you can actually get updates by sending your email, your name, state and country county, excuse me, on there. And folks can get updates also.

I mean, this is tremendous what you’ve set up. Really appreciate this. Outstanding what you guys are doing. You definitely need prayers also, because we know we’re up against a spirit. This is spiritual warfare and information warfare at the forefront. But I think the positive side of all this is folks are waking up. We didn’t realize all this. I believe before 2015, most people were asleep, didn’t care, didn’t get involved, thought everything was just, you know, just another day. Waking up, going out on the weekends, going to games, watching movies, and basically ignoring everything and not realizing that they’re overtaking our country.

And one of the things, Marlee, that I share quite a bit on my podcast is I feel bad that I got so involved and entrenched in what I thought was really important, which it was, was seven days a week. I was inside of a church building doing studies, but I didn’t bother taking that into the local community and saying, how can I use what I’ve now given me the strength to, to use, to go out to the community and be a light to those folks that need it? So basically, all the while, we’re hunkered down inside of our little buildings.

They’re out there. Those folks that don’t, a lot of them don’t have the light of God in their life or understand freedom. They’re making all the policies in our schools and in our government. And so I just plea with everyone, look, there’s a way you can be a light in our community. Assault, you know, for, for everyone that needs us to be involved. And I think that that is so important. Folks are waking up, watching thousands run to your site and more. And it’s just a great time to be alive. I couldn’t agree more. And the people that we absolutely must be that light for is our children.

We have to show them how to walk in dignity and how to care about each other and how to care about this world. We have to demonstrate that we can’t just say it. We have to do it. And then again, all of these adversaries, they’re going to fall away. They don’t have that power. That’s right. That’s right. So, folks, again, unite for freedom.com. And my challenge to you, and I normally don’t talk like this, but I will say, I’ll ask a question. Are you getting involved in this year’s election? Have you been asking in prayer, how can I help? Lord, help me to do something.

Help me. And all of a sudden, it’s right there in front of you. You’re listening in and you realize, I think I need to click on that site. I think I need to go in and at least see where maybe I have a gift that I can help out. That’s all we’re asking. And I think it’s a duty that we need to finally join on the battlefield, every one of us, and say, you know what? I’ve had enough. I’m going to see where I can be a part of this, this great awakening that we’re having that’s happening throughout the United States.
