One of the biggest habitual line-steppers against the Constitution in the Second Amendment is trying to increase your cost by 400% in an effort to tax you out of gun ownership. Yeah. Let’s talk about it. We’re going to California for this one, and this one kind of flew under the radar for me until I read an article by Larry Keene yesterday, the day before yesterday. And what’s going on in California? Many people know California sucks when it comes to the Second Amendment, just like Massachusetts sucks when it comes to the Second Amendment, and many states in between those two coasts.

But California is looking to do something that is unheard of. See, there’s a lawsuit called Rode v. Bonta, which is challenging the background check and the subsequent fee that people in the state have to pay for ammunition. When you go and buy ammunition in California, you have to pay a dollar fee for a background check. The law forebodes residents of California from buying ammunition online, or even going to a different state. But if you lived in a border town to a state that borders California, and there was an FFL or a place that sold ammunition closer to you there than it was in your own state, too bad.

Drive however long you need to drive to get it in person and pay the background check fee. Now, thank the good Lord that Judge Roger T. Benitez, St. Benitez, ruled that that law by California, the background check law, was unconstitutional and violated the Second Bruins’ text, history, or tradition test. But the Ninth Circuit being the Ninth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals, they stayed the decision and allowed California to keep collecting this tax while the lawsuit is being appealed by the state of California. So what did the Attorney General, Rob Bonta, decide to do in the name of safety? I’ll tell you all about it after I thank the sponsor of the video, Lear Capital.

Guys, you know I work with Lear Capital. They’re a trusted name in the world of precious metals investing. I’ve also told you that the founder of Lear Capital, Kevin Demerit, stepped up and saved customers millions of dollars during a gold theft ring investigation. That’s why I trust them. I do business with them because of that trust. It’s just who they are. They have integrity, which makes them different from the others. I chose Lear to help educate my viewers about the strategic need to own gold or silver. That protects me and you against the enormous financial challenges we face today and we’re going to for probably decades to come.

Now, Lear has taught me that hope is not a financial strategy, but owning gold to secure the wealth I already have is. So if you don’t own gold and you want to, you’ve been thinking about it, call Lear Capital 1-800-260-5075 or head over to LearGG.com, ask them the tough questions. They will give you the information for free. There’s no pressure to buy. They just want to make you educated about your financial independence. Yeah, keep buying ammo too. You can also click the link down below to watch the FAQ video that I recorded with Kevin, where he answers some other FAQ questions you all sent to me.

It was good to do that with him. Now, 1-800-260-5075 is the number. LearGG.com is the website, link’s down below. All right, so California, what are they looking to do while this case is being appealed? It’s already been ruled unconstitutional. Well, they’re going to increase that fee from $1, increase it 400% to $5. They’re just trying to steal money on the back of gun owners and possibly make it that much more expensive where people won’t buy ammo. That’s the goal. Now, there’s been many a story. I’ve done it as well during this roadie v.

Bonta case, where there are tons and tons of false denials with this background check systems California is using, which is causing good law-abiding citizens to be denied their right to self-defense by denying them the purchase of ammunition. It’s ridiculous. It’s redonkulous. It’s frustrating, especially for those who actually live in California. So this is happening. There is an open comment period right now. This was proposed August 23rd, I believe. Bonta said he’s going to raise it from $1 to $5. I’ll have a link down below if you want to make a comment. If you live in California, I don’t think they’re going to listen to the comments.

But you should do it anyway. Just to blast them with the truth. It’s just another case of tyrants doing tyrannical things, which I hope people are logging in their brains the closer we get to November to start voting some of these sons of bitches out. I can’t say it much clearer than that. Can we fix this all in one election? Absolutely not. But can we make changes this year that will pay dividends in years to come and continue this trend? 100%. But if you don’t start to vote the sons of bitches out, the sons of bitches will rule.

And they’ve been ruling. And I’m sick and tired of it. And I know you are as well. And our forefathers gave us certain things to do before we had to do certain things. So take part of the fix. Be part of the system that was created by some of the smartest people ever to walk the universe. They don’t walk the universe. They walk the planet. Ever to exist in the universe. It’s one of those days today. Guys and gals, I appreciate each and every one of you. Check out the sponsor Lear Capital down below and make a comment.

I don’t care where you live. Make a comment to Rob Bonta and tell him to shove his $5 tax where the sun doesn’t shine. I’ll see you on the next one. Subscribe to the channel if you want to stay in the world. [tr:trw].
