This could reshape the entire federal government. The order gives presidents direct control over independent agencies that have operated outside White House oversight for decades. We’re talking about agencies with massive power. Federal Election Commission, fcc, sec, Federal Trade Commission.

The order requires all these agencies to submit their regulations to Trump’s budget chief, Russ Vaught Voughts. OMB will now write performance standards for agency heads and report directly to Trump about who’s following orders and who isn’t. The orders. The order forces these agencies to hire White House liaisons. Basically the President’s eyes and ears inside every agency. Remember when USAID told the Senate it didn’t have to submit to oversight? Those days are gone. The establishment will scream that this is Trump’s power grab. Don’t buy it. This is about the deep state not wanting to lose its power.

Elections have to matter. If the people voted for Trump and his policies, then all agencies must reflect these policies, for they ultimately represent the will of the people who voted for him. The days of the deep state running the show from behind the scene. Regardless of who is in the White House, they’re over. Laura Bolly put this out. President Trump reigning in independent agencies to restore government. The media will make sure to drive people’s opinion to misinterpret Trump’s ensuring accountability for all agencies executive order. They’re going to claim that it violates separation of powers. Or is it yet another authoritarian move? It isn’t.

Laura Bully explains It applies only to executive agencies, that is those agencies helping the President execute Article 2 powers. It applies only to the organization of the executive for President Trump via how he wants to run the government. It does not end separation of powers, the judicial branch or anything like that. It simply says for purposes of running executive agencies, POTUS and the Attorney General will provide all legal interpretations. Number four. Notably the eo. The Executive order assumes litigation by stating that POTUS and the Attorney General will be responsible for determining positions taken in litigation by the agencies.

And finally, the very text of the executive order acknowledges the separation of powers. The problem is that agencies have acted for far too long as independent of both the president and Congress, almost as if they were a fourth branch of the government. And too many of these agencies were the legislature, executive and judicial branches all wrapped into one. So, yes, President Trump has the right to reorganize the executive branch any way he sees fit. This includes centralizing legal interpretations for the branches. The courts are still free to test the propriety of these interpretations. Interesting. All of this playing out in so many ways.

And one of the big things that have been playing out the mainstream media and more is this deal with Zelensky. You know, the head of Zelensky’s Servant of the People faction, David Arachmia. Arakamia. Arakamia, excuse me, admits that they rejected a chance for peace intentionally. It’s right. He confirmed that the conflict in Ukraine could have ended last spring. All Russia demanded was Ukraine to be neutral. That’s all they wanted. Quote, russia’s goal was to put pressure on us so that we would accept neutrality. This was the main thing for them. They were ready to end the war if we accepted neutrality like Finland once did.

And we would give an obligation that we would join, not join NATO. This was the main thing, he admitted. But then British Prime Minister Boris Johnson came to Kiev and forbade signing the peace agreement with Russia. He said, let’s just fight. Here’s the interview. Putin already showed the document and mentioned the result of the Belarusian agreement, African delegations. He demonstrated it where he claims the draft peace agreement with Ukraine is written. And this document was supposedly initialed in Istanbul. This document was called the agreement on permanent neutrality of Ukraine and security guarantees. Putin said that there were 18 articles.

And he said, I will code everything from combat equipment to the personnel. The armed forces of Ukraine was described. And he said that the document was signed by the head of the delegation. This was what Putin claimed. Why did he not make this document public? Did you notice? What do you think? Why do you think? If he had a document, would he have made it public already? The goal of the Ukrainian delegation was to prolong the process. What was the purpose of the Russian delegation? In my opinion, the purpose of the Russian delegation was to show that they really, almost to the last, hoped that they would pressure us into signing such an agreement that we take neutrality.

It was the most important thing for them that they were ready to end the war, as Finland once did. Interesting, right? And so let’s not forget, the peace was on the table in 2022. But thanks to Biden and Boris Johnson. Here we are. The timeline. March 29, 2022. Delegates from Ukraine and Russia negotiated in good faith and reached an interim agreement in Istanbul ready to be signed. March 30, 2022. Russian troops also withdraw from Bucha. March 31, 2022. Mayor Bucha announces town liberated. Makes no mention of atrocities in the address. April 1, 2022. Azov Nazis enter Bucha and begin staging the hoax, killing scores of pro Russian civilians in a false.

To announce that he is ready to move forward with an agreement to provide effective security guarantees. The agreement is for a share of Ukraine’s rare earth minerals as repayment for financial aid. Can you imagine the amount of money that will flow out of Ukraine with all of their minerals, all of the things that they have there worth trillions of dollars, making its way back over to the United States? The golden era, right? The Senate Budget Committee, led by Lindsey Graham, has a new proposal, $48 billion for Ukraine.

You may be asking, why does the GOP still want to send money to Ukraine? Remember FTX guys, remember that? FTX sent the money over to Ukraine and they found out that that money from Ukraine was being funneled back to the politicians in America. Both the GOP Senate Majority Leader Fund and GOP House Leader received millions in kickbacks. Remember President Trump talking about the kickbacks? So when the money starts drying up for Ukraine, the European leaders, remember, had that emergency meeting. In fact, Sean, we’re picking up people that have been raping children, have been trafficking children and proliferating the use of drugs and going out there and, you know, murdering and raping individuals, and we’re getting them out of the country every day.

We’re saving lives because of the work that we’re doing. And so we’re going to make sure that we do it and do it with integrity and continue to make sure that we’re securing the homeland of the United States of America. That’s right. Protecting the children. They can’t say it enough. Over and over again, we keep talking about the children. They went after them in so many ways. The Washington Compost put this out. Vaccine safety panel long criticized by RFK Jr. Told to postpone their meeting. The Trump administration has directed the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to indefinitely postpone a public meeting of its Vaccine Advisory Panel, a key forum for the nation’s discussion of information about vaccine safety and effectiveness.

The decision came Thursday from officials at the Department of Health and Human Services, CDC’s parent agency, led by anti vaccine activist RFK Jr. This is from the Washington Compost, who has long criticized the panel and the cdc. Andrew Nixon, an HHS spokesperson, said the meeting scheduled for February 26 to February 28, will not take place and will be postponed. It’s amazing how this all comes together, isn’t it? And so another big move happening. US Secretary of Transportation Sean Duffy announces an investigation into the California High Speed Rail project, which could claw back $4.3 billion in federal funds. The announcement was made from LA’s Union Station. Sean is directing the Federal Railroad Administration to initiate a compliance review of $4.3 billion for two projects associated with the high speed rail. California’s high speed rail was sold to California voters at $33 billion and a completion date in 2020. The new cost is four times more, $128 billion. As of today, not one mile track has been laid. As the Secretary of Transportation, I’m going to direct the Federal Railroad Administration, or fra, to initiate a compliance review of funding to the California High Speed Rail Authority.

This review is going to focus on that $4 billion. And it was for two construction projects as part of the Merced to Bakersfield construction. He’s going after him. Beautiful to see, right? Scott Turner, also, you know, I’m just showing you one at a time. And we continue to save money and they’re working so hard. They found $260 million in savings. We have found, as you said, $260 million in savings here at HUD, working with our DOGE task force. But today we’re announcing that we cut $4 million in DEI contracts here at HUD, which were supposed to be for culture transformation and mindset, outward mindset thinking and subscription services.

So we want to announce today, you know, we’re working hard and we will cut $4 million in DEI focused contracts. This is money that should go to serve the American people and also time well spent to serve the people we’re called to serve. And so, you know, DEI here at HUD is dead. Brian. Oh, yeah. Scott Turner, way to go. One at a time. We just keep going through and finding more and more. Of course we’re going to go to Fort Knox, going to go into Fort Knox to make sure the gold is there. You know, that we’re going to go into Fort Knox.

Do you know about that? That was a bad bump. Are they going to eliminate more national security positions, civilians there? We’ll see what happens. But one of the things we do want to look, I mean, we hope everything’s fine with Fort Knox, but we’re going to go to Fort Knox, the fabled Fort Knox, to make sure the goal is there, make sure the gold is there, the fabled Fort Knox. You know, it’s interesting because we brought up President Trump says, you know, they’re looking into Elon Musk, even 20% of the money will go back to the people.

We had Stephen Miller go out and talk to the press saying that, you know, maybe $5,000 checks to everybody, whatever. I saw some clips where I think it was the several folks saying that they don’t agree with President Trump. Several politicians, including this one here, Jasmine Crockett, check this out. President Trump says he likes the idea of giving some of the savings from Doge back to Americans as kind of a dividend. Would you support that? Listen, he’s just telling a lie. He’s not the one that had anything to do with the $1,200 refunds that people had during the midst of COVID That was done by a Democratic House and Democratic Senate.

Right now, what they’re going to do is say, hey, we want to give you a refund, but Congress won’t let us because they already know that there’s just no money for that. The only reason that those refunds came before was because we were living in different times. This was a time in which hopefully we won’t ever go through again. We had a once in a lifetime pandemic. The bad part is that I don’t know if it’s once in a lifetime because we, we know that Ebola, unfortunately was detected right here in New York here recently. And if we continue down this road of getting rid of scientists or deciding that we don’t want to rely on experts as it relates to what they’re telling us to do, or we don’t want to deal with vaccines and medicine in this country, then we may be facing not only our next pandemic, but our next two, three or four pandemics because of their incompetence.

So, no, we are not in the business of giving out money. And honestly, I don’t know what $5,000 will do for you. What in the world is she talking about? I don’t know what $5,000 can do for you. That’s all make believe. You’re not really going to get that money. President Trump’s just a liar. As a matter of fact, we need to get back to vaccines. When you get back to people believing in science again, oh, my goodness. You guys remember Jasmine Crockett? And I decided to do it. And I said, I have to win, because if I don’t. When I spoke to a friend of mine the other night, he said, you know, have you lost? It would have been very. It was actually Sean Hannity, just before we did the interview last night, he said, boy, if you would have lost, it would have. You would have had a tough life. You would have had a very tough life. So it was. There was a certain amount of courage involved in this decision to run. And it’s a great honor to win by this much, to win all seven swing states.

The popular vote. Popular vote doesn’t get won that much by Republicans, for whatever reason. I think that’s changing because, again, with a party of common sense, and they’re the party of some real bad things. And I think they’ll change. I think they have to change. It would be wonderful. I’m going to be having lunch with some of the Democrats next week, and it would be wonderful if we could work together. I think working together would be great. But they have to change. You can’t get elected on the programs that they want. And that’s one. That’s really what America wants to see.

So there’s nothing I’d rather do than what I’m doing right now. I wouldn’t have run if I thought Biden was doing a good job. If I thought they were, I wouldn’t have run because, as I said, it was very dangerous to run in a lot of ways. In fact, my ear will show that. When you look at it closely, my ear, I have that throbbing feeling every once in a while. But it was dangerous in a lot of different ways. But he was so bad that I had no choice but to do it. If I thought he was doing a great job, I wouldn’t have run and I would be very happy.

I actually wanted him to do a good job. I was saying, do this, do that. I’m telling them, do things they should have done. What I said and. But I would have been. I would have been very happy not to have run. And frankly, to have seen somebody do a good job. But our country was going to hell and I really sort of had to run. Amazing.
