Daily Update #37 – Wednesday, January 27, 2021

Great day Patriot,

I have got something special to share with you today.

As you may or may not know…

In the United States, the county sheriff has the ultimate authority in their county.

This means even the President of the United States can’t force them to do something if it is unconstitutional.

And sheriffs are ELECTED to their position, which means they answer to the people in their county.

Sheriffs also swear an oath to uphold and defend the Constitution when they are sworn into their position.

The sheriffs are a key to restoring liberty across this country.

I will share more from a special guest below.

“If you are going through hell, keep going.”

Who Is The Sheriff & How Can They Successfully Defeat Federal & State Government Abuse?

By Sheriff (ret) Richard Mack

Early America was not forged by appealing to a centralized power figure.

It was forged by an idea, local in nature, which set a brush fire of freedom in the minds of men.

The Founders had a vast comprehension as to the governments of old.

Recognizing the strengths and pitfalls of those systems, and relying on the ever-present hand of Divine Providence, they structured one which would succeed the then-current forms of government to which many were accustomed  around the world.

In the many stages of British law that governed the early colonies, one thing that “stuck” was the Reeve of the Shire or the Shire Reeve, known today as the Sheriff.

The Sheriff has a pedigree so long it is debatable as to the exact date the office was founded in 9th century England.

Next, making its way to America, the Sheriff held his office as the highest law enforcement officer within that county jurisdiction.

This is very important, considering that most peace officers are “sworn officers”, who take oaths to support the state and U.S. Constitutions.

The same oath being sworn by the sheriff when constitutionally elected to office is significant in the fact that he or she is the first line of defense in preserving the Constitutional rights of a citizen.

In addition to upholding the law, the sheriff is also charged with upholding the supreme law, the Constitution.

The law enforcement powers held by the sheriff supersede those of any agent, officer, elected official or employee from any level of government when in the jurisdiction of the county.

The vertical separation of powers in the Constitution makes it clear that the power of the sheriff even supersedes the powers of the President.

And THAT is why when you watch this video I did with former Sheriff Brad Rogers on Robert David Steele’s show, you will see how and why it works.

You can watch the full video here.

So many sheriffs today seem to have forgotten their oath of office.

That is why I helped create the Constitutional Sheriffs & Peace Officers Association (CSPOA).

Our mission is to educate all citizens, peace officers and sheriffs about the power of the sheriff and their ultimate role in ensuring that life, liberty and pursuit of happiness are being protected in their county.

This video explains how us sheriffs stand up, honor our oath and protect the rights of the people.

Please share this message to help get the word out.

The more people that know this, the faster we take back our country.

Thank you for being part of the solution with us.

Yours In Liberty,
Sheriff Mack

Todays Tip

Tip of the day: Focus on completion. With so much happening in the world, it’s easy to put our attention on so many things that it can affect our productivity in negative ways.

If things aren’t DONE, they can create blockages in our mind and lower our ability to complete new tasks and get more things done.

Focus on getting things DONE today. Start fewer new things and instead focus on completing more of what you have begun.
